I had ordered a pair of slippers from flipkart in september. It was a cash on delivery order hence i paid the amount of rs391 but the quality of the product was very poor and unfortunately i had to return it and ask for a refund. On asking for a refund i was told that it would be done in 7 working days. That did not happen sadly. The company has still failed to provide the refund of the product even after a month and have been harassing me by asking bank details and other personal questions ever since. Somehow, my regular bank is not capable enough to receive refund from them and they refuse to redeem the money in my flipkart account wallet so that i can buy something else from it and be done with it.

THE COMPANY INDIVIDUALS GAVE ME A CALL AND ASKED FOR MY BANK DETAILS FOR THE 5TH TIME. THE GOOD THING THAT CAME OUT OF THIS WAS THAT THIS TIME AROUND I DID ACTUALLY GET MY REFUND IN 24 HRS. THIS IS A VERY GOOD PLATFORM AT A TIME WHEN THESE ONLINE PORTALS ARE MAKING FOOLS OUT OF PEOPLE AND MENTALLY HARASSING THEM.

    I have bought boat rockerz 400 from flipkart on 04th oct2017 on 15th oct2017 is has stopped to work am residing in remote place, ibelive in the quality of boat but unfortunately it stop working. I have invested 1500rs for that from my pocket money. Now i dont know what to do, for service minimum i may have to go bangaloor, karnatake, india which is for away from my place
    Please suggest me for believing boat quality i have lost my money.

      Hello team,

      -this request is regarding the failure of service of trimmer.
      As the battery of trimmer heats a lot like it goes for burst and not even fit to the battery section so its not working.
      -as per the request, i am charging it for 8 hrs. But there is no meaning of charging.
      As the battery of trimmer is faulty.
      - i am expecting replacement of this product asap.
      There is lot much expectation from nova products but this trimmer is faulty product.
      -kindly do the needful.

          I ordered a haier fridge online on 8 oct 2017, details as under
          Haier 310l frost free double door

          Invoice date 11 oct 2017
          Amount paid rs 21, 999
          The fridge was delivered on 13 oct 2017. A technician came on 14oct 2017 and after inspecting it said the fridge was damaged and hence he couldn't install it. He asked me to sign a paper and then went away casually saying someone will come to fix it.
          Please immediately refund my amount of rs 21, 999, this is the first and last time i will order a haier product.

            My name is reetu gupta from kapurthala punjab. My phone no. Is [protected], i purchase a sony head phone from flipkart online. It is one year warranty from company. After six month above said headphone is not working. I went to service center for repair it but they said that the dealer where this item supplied is not authorized, so, we can not help you, and no writing consent provide about this item. Then i submit complaint against both of sony and flipkart, but no action taken by both companies. Flipkart representative tell that we solve your complaint immediately. But after three months it is till pending.

              I had ordered perfect homes by flipkart sirena tv entertainment unit with order id : od[protected]on dated[protected] and the product was supposed to be delivered on 24.09.17 as promised by flipkart, but it was delayed and delivered on 06.10.17 and they informed me that product installation will be on 09.10.17, that too has been delayed.                 Thank you for your order od[protected]. You made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on flipkart. However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your order.
                I did place two more orders after getting this email, got the same response.
                Its of no use to keep something on offer if it can't be fulfilled.

                    It feels very sad to receive such a pathetic service from a well knowned company, around 21st sept had made a order for lg washing machine and samsung double door fridge, first delivery was to be on 27th sept for which i was unavailable to receive the delivery, i had re scheduled for second attempt on 3rd october, but since then i have still not received both products, in spite of repeated calls and double assurance from the flipkart back-end team, products still remain undelivered, is this the routine of the company to haress the customer, it is really sad to know such a bad reputation of the company, i sincerely request the higher management team to look in customer satisfaction, which is currently just 49%, that's is not at all acceptable, also going ahead i am not gonna buy a single product from flipkart and also will spread to as much people i can to avoid buying from flipkart,
                    Can someone attend to this request and deliver the product as soon as possible

                      Never expected that a 2.4 billion us dollar company will disappoint their customers like this??

                      This is in reference to the order od[protected], which is pending to be delivered for almost 1 month now and continuously fails to deliver only one product.

                      Below are the details of the order:
                      1. Order was placed on 21st sept which came out to be damaged.
                      2. After lot of phone calls and many refusals, flipkart finally agreed to replace the refrigerator and it was promised to be delivered on 9th oct (Which is again 18 days after the order was placed).
                      3. Now, every day courier team tries to deliver the replacement and after continuous requests to deliver in the noon hours specifically after 3 pm ist. I still get a message every day in the evening saying that customer rejected the delivery (Which is incorrect).
                      4. The status is still unclear to flipkart and the customer whether an another attempt made by courier team will be successful or not as no one is able to confirm if they can deliver the order after 3 pm or not.

                      Lastly, i request you to please provide me the eta and if you cannot deliver the product by 16th oct as promised, please go ahead and cancel this order with my due permission and refund me the amount.

                      I am sure that after many feedback, flipkart is not going to take any action.

                      Being a frequent buyer on amazon has definitely has lost an interest in flipkart any more. Thank you for making me loose an interest, faith and trust in flipkart.

                        I have purchased a new phone moto e4 plus on the 25th of september, and it got delivered on 1st of october.in an hour, i understood there is big network problem in this, so i immediately ordered replacement. Since then i am just calling customer care for the replacement, and i am just given dates. My replacement date was 7th oct, but still i am waiting for the replacement. That to i had to send courier of my product mysel[censored]sing my money. I dont have a spare phone with me. I cant even check my flipkart account for the latest actions. When will i get my replacement.?...

                          I have placed an order for washing machine and flipkart is delivered damaged microwave oven.

                          From last 20 days i am calling flipkart but they are not resolving my problem. Every time they are just giving me a complaint no. And taking more time.

                          Whenever i called to replace my oven they are assuring that an engineer will visit at my home but no one had come at my home.

                          Flipkart is saying that technical person is resolved this...

                            This is to inform you my order :id:od[protected] have to be delivered on or before 10-oct-2017, on 10-oct-2017 cc of flipkart told me it took some time and delivered by 13-oct-2017, today is 13 and again i didn't get any information and my product has not been delivered till now.

                            Yesterday i got a call from blue dart courier from [protected], name as dhananajay told me he will deliver my order on 15/10/2017 today i called on same no he gave me another no of neeraj [protected] told me he will deliver, and neeraj also denied delivery and told me that item will delivered by tomorrow.

                            Flipkart and bluedart both not giving any answer on this. I need an strict action against them

                                When i open flipkart, there is no any option about return or refund.
                                It is bad policy.

                                  An amount of 11, 545/- has been debited from my sbi bank account to flipkart.com, bangalore without performing any kind of transaction. The bank statement shows the transaction happened using debit card. But there are no orders recorded in my flipkart account.                                     I was order redmi note 4 and samsung on7 . they camvelled y both order without given any reason and they have a bad habit of giving courier to speed post they are doing fraud speed post people give empty parcels to the customers they take item and give empty box to customer so plzzz change your courier facility

                                      Just now i have received replacement of the above product. But i am dissapointed again regarding it coz you people have not taken care about the quality of the product stiching is very poor it gives a feeling like you just don't care about the quality "selling point of view".
                                      I have attached the picture of the product. Again if you are thinking of a replacement or you will refund my money. But the replacement is not worth using or satisfactory. Pls look into the matter asap and revert me back on it.
