Hello, i have purchased redmi note 4 from flipkart on n cost emi ( 6 ) my bank has charged me interest of 114.7 Rs so total amount would be 688 . but flipkart has given me discount of 406 on mrp Rs 10999 and they charged me Rs 10593. moreover bank has charged GST of 20% please help

    I was buy an ipad from flipkart. After receiving my product, i found that product miss match with the invoice serial no. And order from the seller indiflashmart in flipkart, but in invoice mentioned health and happiness pvt. Ltd. The whole serial no is on the invoice is correct but an extra 's' is added before the correct serial no.
    So that i was raised a complaint in flipkart. After 15 days i got a call from flipkart. And they said please return your product, they will refund me. But i did not want refund, i want an original invoice or replace. I don't have that much of time to backup my whole data or other stuff. After all we are paying you for our product. Don't think your customers are fool.

      I am very sorry to say that inspite of my repeated clarifications to flipkart
      That no amount of rs.667 has been credited to my account against my order
      Cancellation on 21st july-17, the matter remains to be unresolved. Before
      Also, i have faced this type of problems from your side but ultimately got
      The refund after 20 days only after back to back rigorous follow ups. This
      Is a horrible experience. Snapdeal & amazon have far better standard
      Protocols than yours in such scenarios.

      To the flipkart conderned officials
      Last but not the least, if you dont resolve this issue & refund my amount
      Within 2 days, i am straight away going to take the matter to the consumer
      Court for a solution for wasting my time for the last 20 days from 21st
      July-17 till date.

        I placed an order for royaloak zenith metal coffee table on (Wed, sep 20th '17 11:50 pm) with order id od[protected]. The scheduled delivery was placed on 29th september.
        But i didnt received the product on that day and i expected the product to be deliverd on the comming days. And after not receiving the product, i scheduled the delivery to comming possible days.
        I received a message on 7th october that the product is out for delivery but didnt received any calls. So i called up in the phone number provided in the message but none of them was aware about this order.
        So when i called flipkart, they said everything will be ready by 16th october.
        Not even deliverd even after the expected dates are over and also no updates receiving regarding the orders. I orderd it for an official function in my home and the function is over and no more. And the product is like a loss to me and i lost every impression on flipkart. When i once raised a complaint regarding this, many dates are said to me from the flipkart for delivery. But none of the dates i received a call or message. I has been waiting in my home for so many days expecting the delivery. I has been a big loss to me purchasing this product from flipkart. I had a previous on flipkart, but now everything went down!.
        I am also attaching the copy of messages i received regarding my order.

          Regarding order number : od[protected]

          Got the galaxy note 4 battery product as defective from the seller rg traders from flipkart. Worked for 1 week with fast draining, and then completely dead. Crossed 10 days replacement period. No resolve in issue. When i check for 30 days service center warranty. Samsung service center says not eligible for the service (Bengaluru-indiranagar service center). Since there are no proper details related to battery on invoice bill. So whom should i blame now. Its already 20 days crossed. Pathetic services and products from flipkart. I need my money back.

              I ordered a product onida 109.22cm (43 inch) full hd led smart tv of amount rs ₹25, 449, sun, sep 24th '17 9:13 pm
              My first delivery date was given 3rd oct but i didnt get the delivery on time.
              After that after several calls they have given the next delivery date as 6th october.
              Again it was not delivered and again they provieded 9th oct as the next delivery date. But till date i have not received my product. After i cancelled the product on date 7th oct. Till now i have not received refund amount.

                I have order phone mi max 2 (4gb ram 64gb) but it got cancelled automatically after one day without any information. When i called customer care they are saying that might be seller did not have the product available or the money did not reach to them. But if the product is not available then how the order got placed and the money transaction is also done as money got deducted from my account and i have the conformation message.                   I returned two clothes on 24 the september the value of two clothes are (428+659) for order number[protected]. I supposed to get my money on 25 the september as per flipkart record however i still have not received my refund.                       I ordered a product durafit strong treadmill of amount rs 34599 on 16th sep.

                      My first delivery date was given 28th sep but i didnt get the delivery on time.
                      After that after several calls i was given the next delivery date as 6th october.
                      Again it was not delivered and again they provieded 10th oct as the next delivery date. But till date i have not received my product. And even after getting the confirmation from the seller (Durafit) and one of the senior officials from flipkart, they are not refunding me the money and have rejected my refund request.

                              We are regular customer and recently we purchased a 55” vu 4k smart tv, which was installed about 20 days ago and the tv person left our home just after making connection to setup box without any demo. Later on when we watched tv, to our surprise sound quality is horrible and picture quality was much worse with non-hd channels and worse with hd channels.

                              Picture quality of all hindi news channels, business channels, music channels etc was pathetic and not worth seeing. It gives stress to ears as well eyes.

                              To confirm there is nothing wrong with settings we requested flipcart to send vu technician but it took enough time for technician to come. Finally he visited on 14th oct 2017 and tried to adjust settings, minor improvement observed.

                              Under the circumstances we request flipcart to arrange for return of tv and refund the money.

                              Without any discussion the request was closed.

                                Ordered refrigerator on 14th october. Promised to deliver the product by 16th october.2017. But till now there is no response. Wen i called flipkart they kept my call on hold for 12 minutes n disconnected the call. Even social media team promised that they will get back within 24 hours with update. It's been 30hours n no response n no update. Pathetic flipkart. Ruined my diwali. All false promises. Really fedup with flipkart. Useless team.

                                  I ordered my motorola z on 8th oct, 2017. I received my order on 10th oct, 2017. One day after delivery my device was not able to scan any wifi devices. I called the flipkart service center and was told that since this was within 10 days of delivery i could only replace my device and so i applied online on 12th oct, 2017. They sent a technician and he approved the replacement was the device was faulty. I received my replaced device on 18th oct, 2017 and the replaced device was faulty too. I called the flipkart service center again on the same day and was given the following reply

                                  1) their policy for replacement device being faulty is that they won't replace it or refund me, but i have to go to motorola service center to sort it out.
                                  2) their return policy is only within 10 days. (Which is idiotic as i returned the first device within 2 days of delivery and complained/called about the second device on the same day.)

                                  This is seriously some unfair trade practices by flipkart.

                                    I have forgotten my account password... So when I click on forgot button, it says account does not exist. And when I try and create another account, it says account already exists, enter password. When any otp is sent, even though I enter it correctly, it says transactions failed, try again after 24 hrs. And when I try to contact customer care, it loads and loads but the page never appears. I've ordered things before on flipkart, but now I don't know what is wrong.                                         Sir,
                                        I have brought an product name (Lamination machine, model no : 33aacct7304h1zl) received on dated 11th july 2017. After gap of only 2 month the lamination machine seems to out of order. The body part of the lamination machine become heat on time but not functioning related with product.
                                        Kindly exchange the product of repairing it as soon as possible for further course of action.
