I have placed an order for shoes on 5th october during your sale and ir was showing expected delie date 11th october. On 11th i'm waiting ti get order delivered i got a mail that your order is delayed and you will definitely get it by 13th october. On 13th october i was unable to receive my order and now your customer care executive is saying you will get your order by 17th october and your app is showing you will recieve it by today. What a worst service you are giving to clients. On one said yiu are saying that you will get fastest and quickest delivery by flipkart assured and on other side you are delaying my order by 1 week this is sign of very pathetic and bad customer service. Today i have flight for mumbai and i want to take this shoes along with me how can i take it the purpose for which i have given order is not satisfied. It is very much important to take severe actions regarding this because this will harm your company reputation. I'm regular customer of flipkart but now i will not buy any product because of such problems and also i will give your negative feedback on social media and to my friends and relatives. Your customer executive is also not giving proper answer and she end up my call without giving me proper rply. She said i'm keeping your call on hold and then she cut my call this kind of behaviour by customer executive is not at all acceptable. Please compensate me regarding this for mental physical and financial problems faced by me due to such delay by you. Looking to get positive rply.

    Recently i ordered a 4tb hard disk drives of 3 in quantity...
    I paid the amount and after three days i got message saying that the product has been cancelled from flipkart side due to product pricing error... I got it for 5500rs for each during the offer period... So how can i know which all are meant to be on discounts during the sale and how many have pricing errors... Now they refunded the amount and bank will take another 8days to process it... Total of 12days... And now flipkart is saying that they will provide 200rs gift voucher for their mistake which is just the interest rate... I am attaching the screenshots... I need my products back... I purchased more than 2lakh i'm september offer period itself... And i have been loyal customer for 8years... And this is what i have got

      Order id od[protected]. Received led on 10 oct 17 at 1830. Registerd a complaint with flipkart at around 1915 on same date for return, as received product found to be damaged. They told pick up will be done very soon... No pick up till date.in turn sent a samsung techi... Who tells it cost me around 12500 for repair. My question is why should i pay for a damaged tv...?

        See flipkart you have deleted my previous complaint without solving it this is so rude! And what is this? Courier person refused to delivery at home and ask to come at society gate for parcel collection!!???😡 so what is the meaning of home delivery and i got the message of parcel rejected 😡 if you can't deliver at home than please stop asking full address and if you want to provide good service than place a good delivery person on service! I hope you ll do needful for this time! 🙏 this has happened many times if you care for your coustmer you should provide good service according to their convenience! People buy product from you just because they feel comfortable with home delivery and you people just disappointed us by your bad very poor service!

              I have ordered a mobile phone of lenovo model phab 2 plus of order no
              Od[protected], but when i start using that phone the same day the battery is draining so fast even the battery is of 4000 mah, even the mobile phone is charging sio fast so i give a replacement requisition on next day now they are saying there is some problem in setting please check setting and update that setting and update the phone, the problem will get resolved.
              I want to ask what the hell is setting connected with battery life and quick draining of battery, now i want the replacement and they are not giving.

                I am regular customer of flipkart and this time i order equinox br 9205 weighing machine but you delivered virgo make weighing machine. I requested return for exchange and want the product which i ordered. First time you canceled that request and when i contact your customer care you have take again request. You have again delivered same virgo machine this time i refused to take delivery but you have shown product is delivered. I have tried to contact through customer care number but all time getting same replies we are busy call after some time. I think you did some things in system to avoid my number.

                I have tried to make again exchange but your system has force me for refund as no option to select exchange. Very strange from company like flipkart!!!

                I have purchased i phone from you and wanted to purchase many more things. Why you did this cheating just for product of 880 rupees??

                I have spent lot of time for this, spend money and gain personal harassment. Kindly let me know why??

                I want to make case against you in consumer court just for discipline so that another one can not be cheat.

                    I had purchased
                    Lg 6.5 kg fully automatic front load washing machine silver of order id: od[protected] on 20 sep 2017 and got delivered on 25th sep 2017. Installation team visited my home on 8th oct 2017 that too after too many times i called. They opened pack and said its damaged piece so we cant do installation. When i checked in flipkart app.. Dont see return option as its more than 10 days.. I have contacted customer support and they said it will resolve before 11th oct but no luck.. Whenever i will call they says wait for 24hrs.. Every time i call to customer care have to explain issue from scratch.. Please some one look into my issue. Images attached for your reference.

                    Still my issue not resolved..they replied that return request accepted and will refund by Nov 6th where in i got the product on Sep 25th & return accepted on Oct 15th and Pickup will be done by Nov 6th.for every process they will 3 weeks.however i have waited for pickup to be done..but on Nov 6th received voice call from flipkart saying unfortunately pickup was not done re-initiate your return request.after calling to customer care they said again they will send one more technician to home and person will confirm the damage after that they will process the return..what the hell happening with Flipkart..they are cheating people..more than a month am waited for refund again they started process from scratch.. i have paid Rs.26, 500 and holding a damage piece waiting for Flipkart return..they will take weeks to respond...Now will they resolve my issue by this week..Or only way is to file a consumer case..

                    Can someone please help me on my issue.

                    We are glad to inform you that we have created the return for refund for the above mentioned product.

                    Our executive will pick the item by November 17, 2017. We request you to keep the product ready along with its accessories, price tags(if any), brand and the original product box. Please do not seal the package as the items will be verified, packed and then sealed by our courier executive.

                    We will initiate the refund within 24 hours once the pickup is confirmed. The amount will be credited to your account within 9 business days from the date of initiation as per standard banking processes"

                    Now its Nov 18th and no one came to pick product from home, so when I call customer care they given one more date. How many times flipkart will change date and cheat me.why should I have to wait for few more days again.flipkart didn't pick product two times on given date that's not my problem then why troubling me like this by not refunding amount. Flipkart ruining my peaceful days..I should file a legal complaint. Should Flipkart will refund my amount or not? Since Oct I'm calling Flipkart and every time I have to explain story each and every person whoever picks cal. Don't know who will be responsible for this mental torture in facing from Flipkart. If they provide date by one person and didn't resolve then we don't have source to contact.again I have to raise new complaint and they will provide and it will not resolve.so if I cal customer support again start from scratch..let me know if someone will resolve it not.

                        We do online shopping so that we can get the product at home but your delivery person declines to come up in the apartment. I'm facing this problem every time if the parents are at home and aged how can they go down and collect the parcel? If you can not greach the place of delivery stop asking exact address. Very disappointed by delivery service 😡
                        Very poor service flipkart! And you even do not answer the costumers problem it always flashing that it seems to be too short complaint!???😡😡😡😡

                              I have sent the below message to sachin bansal and kalyan krishanmurty but they are not acting on this also.
                              Dear sir,
                              I, amit kumar have booked a phone vide order id od[protected] dated 07/10/2017 for inr 10593 paid through my credit card. Its expected delivery was on 09th october but i got a message for 10th october. When i haven't received my product on 11th october then yesterday i called to your customer care @[protected] at 5:17pm regarding status of delivery but i surprised to hear her answer that "your delivery has been cancelled due to out of delivery area pin".
                              Further conversation is as below -
                              I asked her if it is out of delivery area then how could i book your product?
                              Her answer - sir you cancel your order and rebook the same.
                              Me - how did you cancel my order without intimated me?
                              Her answer - seller did so.
                              Me - who should be penalise for this fault either flipkart or seller?
                              Her answer - sorry sir
                              Me - why i will bear this harasment and lose of money for this period?
                              Her answer - i can't help you, you just cancel the order and rebook.
                              Me - for this fault i am not liable so penalise to seller and instruct him to deliver the same without any further delay.
                              Her answer - sorry, sorry and sorry sir.

                              Sir i just want to know that why flipkart is registering such type of sellers who are destroying your goodwill. Also what is the mean of flipkart assure?
                              Nobody is ready to taking pain because they are not loosing anything in term of money/fame etc.

                              You are requested to please improve your system to avoid such type of mistakes in future and arrange to deliver my product with penalty to that cheaper seller.

                              Your immediate action shall be highly appreciated.

                                  I ordered a ram of 4gb ddr3 1333 mhz on 29.09.2017,
                                  Order id od[protected] after inspecting on their site.

                                  The company delivered me the product other than shown on their site on 4th oct 2017.

                                  The matter was discussed with customer support people twice to replace the product and it was assured to resolve the matter within 3 days each time.

                                  No action taken so far.

                                  The matter was also emailed and with a request to refund the money.
                                  Since the company is not bothered about the time and money i request the forum to ask the company to refund and no replacement.

                                  I would like to mention here that it happened first time as me the regular costumer.

                                    I am very disappointed by your customer service. I filed a complaint regarding "return" of parcel because the product quality is not good and i want only "refund. But your one of the executive told me that we will only replace the product, what kind of service it is, you are forcing the customer, if i complaint regarding"quality issue"so why should i take the same parcel by replacement.
                                    I called you many time but i am not satisfied with your answer. And product is not"return" till now. Please do not harass the customer. Response me within 12hrs.
                                    I want my refund. Please resolve asap.

                                    Replacement is not the solution of my problem, because the issue is in your product quality i mentioned that the quality was very poor it is not working in my mobile phone so why are you forcing to customer for replacement.
                                    It is not the customer service.You send me a poor quality charger than you told me that i will give you replacement i do not want any replacement.I think you are not reading my whole complaint where I mentioned that I do not want Replacement So why should I take it. Closing the complaints from your end is does not meant that your customer is satisfied.
                                    I need better solution.Resolved my problem asap.

                                    Spoke to cx on [protected]. Apologised and informed that as per earlier conversations also we've informed to offer replacement but you denied. He informed that he wants refund as product is charging abruptly. Apologised and politely informed return policy. He wasn't agreed for replacement. informed that we're closing complaint. He agreed. hence, closing case

                                      I had ordered a ifb 20 l convection microwave oven on flipkart whose order id - od[protected]. The microwave oven was delivered but its "starter kit" which comes along with it was not given. I had made multiple complaint to customer care about this and loadge replacement complaint against this. Till date there is no action on this from customer care.

                                      Please look into this asap.

                                      Received incomplete set of starter kit. 3 piece Daffodil with lid, idli stand, measuring tumbler are missing. Moreover, the starter kit is used and dirty pieces. Also, the starter kit box is lebelled for a different customer. Flipkart services are at worst.

                                        I have purchase a tv of model 49m5000 from flipkart, the order id is

                                        In the specifications, it is mentioned that the tv has built-in wi-fi facility but after delivery and installation there is no wi-fi facility. I complain for replacement about this but no action taken till now has been taken and tv is remained with me.
