Still my issue not resolved..they replied that return request accepted and will refund by Nov 6th where in i got the product on Sep 25th & return accepted on Oct 15th and Pickup will be done by Nov 6th.for every process they will 3 weeks.however i have waited for pickup to be done..but on Nov 6th received voice call from flipkart saying unfortunately pickup was not done re-initiate your return request.after calling to customer care they said again they will send one more technician to home and person will confirm the damage after that they will process the return..what the hell happening with Flipkart..they are cheating people..more than a month am waited for refund again they started process from scratch.. i have paid Rs.26, 500 and holding a damage piece waiting for Flipkart return..they will take weeks to respond...Now will they resolve my issue by this week..Or only way is to file a consumer case..
Can someone please help me on my issue.

We are glad to inform you that we have created the return for refund for the above mentioned product.
Our executive will pick the item by November 17, 2017. We request you to keep the product ready along with its accessories, price tags(if any), brand and the original product box. Please do not seal the package as the items will be verified, packed and then sealed by our courier executive.
We will initiate the refund within 24 hours once the pickup is confirmed. The amount will be credited to your account within 9 business days from the date of initiation as per standard banking processes"
Now its Nov 18th and no one came to pick product from home, so when I call customer care they given one more date. How many times flipkart will change date and cheat me.why should I have to wait for few more days again.flipkart didn't pick product two times on given date that's not my problem then why troubling me like this by not refunding amount. Flipkart ruining my peaceful days..I should file a legal complaint. Should Flipkart will refund my amount or not? Since Oct I'm calling Flipkart and every time I have to explain story each and every person whoever picks cal. Don't know who will be responsible for this mental torture in facing from Flipkart. If they provide date by one person and didn't resolve then we don't have source to contact.again I have to raise new complaint and they will provide and it will not resolve.so if I cal customer support again start from scratch..let me know if someone will resolve it not.
