Now the mobile is not catching mobile network.
I have only one mobile. I am facing problem in making and recieving calls.

    I got hp deskjet ink advantage 3835 all-in-one multi-function wireless printer delivered on 29th sep 2017 which was a defective printer. When i tested the printer one of the cartridges was not getting detected. I raised a replacement immediately on 29th sep 2017. As per flipkart's replacement policy the engineer will first come and test the printer and then only replace the product. However to my utter disappointment the engineer visit took more than a month to happen. I called flipkart's customer care nearly 15 times and every time they assured me that the engineer visit will happen in next 4 days. 4 days kept on adding every time i called them. I was really frustrated to call them so many times and plus the defective product was just lying at my place without me able to use it. Whenever i called the customer care every executive said their same usual dialogues saying regret the inconvenience, we assure this visit will happen the very next day, i am registering your complaint etc. But imagine the severity and gravity which was holding in these complaint registration process that even after registering a complaint every time almost 15 times my issue was not getting sorted. Finally when i told them that i don't need a replacement you return this product and refund me the money to which they said return policy is not available for this product

    I was completely harassed by flipkart for this one product following up with them multiple times

    Flipkart replacement services is pathetic. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product from flipkart and even not buy any electronics product from flipkart as many of my other friends faced similar problem and bad service specially for electronic products

Daily 24 hours wait karne ko kaha jata hai lekin solution abhi tak nahi mila. Bola jata hai aapke id pe replacement nahi ho sakta.. N problem solve hota hai or n mera payment hi wapas ho raha hai.. Ye bhi nahi batate ki kabtak solution denge.. They do not even have the courtesy to contact me to resolve the issue. Please help me resolve this issue and get refund of my hard earned money..         I order and received a samsung "on nxt mobile" on flipkart at 25th september 2017 that mobile was satisfied by me it have heating issue and charging problem, so contact flipkart excutives they accepted my return request and approved my return request. They said u first send ur problemed product to flipkart and then u get ur new product from flipkart. I send the problemed​ product to the flipkart address (No: 42/1 & 43 kachera kanahali, hoskote talk, bangalore, karnataka, 560067.) blue dart parcel service on 3rd october 2017. But still my new mobile is not arrived to me and the delivery procees is not get progress. I attached the screenshot of the delivery process and blue dart parcel service bill. Pls send my new mobile soon and give my bill amount for the parcel service.

          I recently bought lenovo ideapad ip520 laptop from flipkart.

          Order id: od[protected]

          I am not happy with this product and the calls i had with flipkart support team.

          There are two reasons why i am not happy with this product and why i would want a different product instead of just the replacement.

          1. The images of the product in flipkart shows the product has finger print scanner.
          There is no mention of whether finger print scanner is present or not in specification/description of the product.
          So i thought the product has finger print scanner. This is one of the main reasons why i bought this product.
          But the product i got doesn't have finger print scanner. This is misleading.

          2. Specification/description says that disk drive is not available, but the product i got has disk drive.
          I wanted to buy a product with no disk drive, but this product has disk drive. So this is also misleading.

          I spoke to flipkart support multiple times and i have been told that flipkart has replacement policy where they replace with the same product. There is battery problem
          As well in the laptop. Flipkart has scheduled product replacement on this sunday 15th oct 2017.

          I don't want the same product, so please cancel that replacement. I am not going to accept this replacement.

          I am happy to buy another laptop from flipkart if they cannot refund but provide me with at least this option. I would really appreciate this.

          Please consider and have a look at this with high priority

          Please check the attached video for the misleading information. And attached images where product images are entirely different with the product received

          When i raised refund request on application they declined my refund process. Not at all happy with the flipkart

                  My order id is od[protected].
                  I ordered lg 55cm (22 inch) full hd led tv on sep 11th 2017.
                  I paid rs.10, 999 through credit card. The original delivery date is sep 14th. The product was not shipped. So i contacted flipkart and they advised me to wait for 2 more days. After two days since item not shipped, i tried to cancel the order through the website. It was not successful. I contacted flipkart to cancel the order. They tried and said there is a technical error (Unable to cancel / refund). They said that they will escalate the issue and the technical team will work on it. After that different people from cust. Care used to call me and told me to wait for 24 or 48 hours. There frequency of the call reduced and now last 3 days there is no call. Today is oct 14th and i feel like cheated. I am mentally upset for last one month because of this. Please somebody look into my issue and return my money.

                        I ordered onida 80.4cm (31.5 inch) hd ready led tv on[protected] and i get on[protected] but at same day we found in a dark vertical line on tv screen, so i send request for replacement on same day. But from that day three replacement day became fail due to technician visit. And till now i did't get any replacement and not any technical visit.
                        So, i am so upset by flipkart.
                        So, please replacement my tv as soon as possible.
                        The main issue are:-
                        1. Three replacement day failure.
                        2. On tv box already write refuse item. If item is refuse why seller deliver us.
                        3. Already one onida technical visit done on[protected] and he review give you that item is defected there is need to replace. You can see on my flipkart profile.
                        4. Today 20 days goon till now no any replacement.
                        5. Minimum 20 times call to customer care no any solution outcome.

                          I have ordered, spacewood mayflower engineered wood king bed with storage with id (Od[protected] on 22nd sept 2017 and it is installed on 1st october 2017, on the same day i requested for return as the furniture was not good quality.

                          The installer (Balaraju [protected]) has un-installed the product when i check with flipkart when they will come and collect and refund me, now they are saying there is no return policy for this product.

                          I raised the complaint with flipkart with complaint number (In[protected]

                          I got call from flipkart on 14th of october and we had long argument but flipkart is not ready to accept the return and refund request. He only said he re raise installation request

                          I am totally cheated, because it is as if an un-boxed product for me, since multiple installation and un-installation done, so i want refund, since multiple installation of the bed looses it's life and it's strength, the bed is made up of engineered wood (Particles). I can't use this product because i don't know it's durability as it is lost it's life in un-installation and installation process.

                          My first question with the flipkart was why did you do un-installation when you can't accept return of the product.

                          The cost of the bed is 13499/- and it's big amount and it will be big loss for me.

                            The product with order id od[protected] is received without a price tag. The flipcart returning agents are not taking the product back cause of this issue. I spoke many times with the flipcart customer care regarding this and they accepted to take the product without pricetag... But there is no communication between returning agents and customer care agents because of which they r refusing to take the product. I again requested for return so i request the flipcart agents to convey this to returning agents

                              I have ordered the product mentioned in attach pic which was outdated and also the quality of the same was too bad which cant be used.
                              The product was on time at my door step but when i open the packet i was really shocked that how come the dealer deliver such item to customer.
                              Now there is no option of returning the same.
                              Look into this case as early as possible or i should take it to upper level.

                                I placed an order of the book nso science olympiad workbook on 5 october against id no. Od[protected]. The price mentioned was rs. 120. Adding the delivery charge, the total amounted to rs. 185. The book was delivered on 13 october evening and rs. 185 was paid. But the price marked on the book is rs. 80.                                   Order numbe od[protected]. Product was delivered on 4th and till today installation has not been done. The customer agents are just disconnecting the call or are sayin to wait till end of day. I initial installation date was 6th october 2017 but that failed. I complained and then got a response that yoh will get a resolution by 12th october.. On 12th i got an email saying that they need extra time till 14th 1pm. As i wroting this i have heard nothing. Did receive an email sayin installation will be done o. 14th but atill has not been done. Made a big mistake by buying a diwali gift from flipkart. Should have paid extra and brought from a local store..

                                    I have brought lenovo k8 plus on sep 23rd which was delivered on oct 3rd. But i used the phone only from oct 12th. On the very 2nd day, i found out that the mic was not working during the phone calls as the person I'm calling can't hear anything. Kindly give me a solution for the issue on what about the replacement or any other possibilities
                                    Did you fixed you problem. I am also facing the same issue.
                                    I m having same problem also . I asked Flipkart for replacement and they are doing replacement.

                                      I have place philips 4011/15 trimer at price 999/- as on sun, oct 8, 2017, at 10:18 am, i pay successfully through phone pe for this i have received e-mail from flipkart

                                      "order confirmation - your order with flipkart.com [od[protected]] has been successfully placed" and in this email, it told about order confirmation and my expected delivery date is
                                      "your order will be delivered between sun 15, oct 2017 and mon 16, oct 2017." and i am surely expected my order will deliver on that date. But as on date 14/10/2017 04:12 pm i have received an email from flipkart your "hi your refund is successfully done!" it's very shocking for me. I am very embarrassed how could flipkart do this and cancel my order automatically without any reasons. And given a gift cart rs. 100/- after price inflation 1000/- and ending of all deals/offer on competitive e-commerce site. So please deliver my order otherwise reimbursement inflation price immediately.
                                      I am valuable customer of flipkart and purchase more than 50000/- in a year from flipkart i am not expective this type of cheatings and service

                                      With big names (Big billion day) flipkart is trying to cheat its customers biggest cheaters!!!

                                        I ordered a mobile iphone 6s order no. Od[protected] from flipkart on "sun, oct 8th '17 11:51 pm" the seller's name was supercomnet. Every thing was smooth until the day of delivery which was 14th oct 2017. On this very day i. E 14th i got a sms that the package is out for delivery by an ekart service partner with his no.in it.

                                        As i saw the sms, i was relieved that the person is on the way and would be calling me at any moment. But later i casually logged in to my flipkart app i was shocked to see, it stated "delivery attempt failed (No response from customer)". I immediately tried to call on the no. Mentioned in the sms but in return i herd a voice msg that the no. Is not valid and please check the no. You have dialed. Now
                                        The reason why i am putting this mail is
                                        1. How can you give a wrong information that customer is not responding. By what means have u tried to communicate. (I have my miss call notifications, always on)
                                        2. This is the worst one - the msg i have received from ekart, which has the contact no. Of the courier person was missing a digit[protected], so how the hell i can call.
                                        Then i tried to track down ekart logistics no. Of my locality bkc mumbai, but when i called the call landed to flipkart customer care and the response which i got from them was really amazing. They just kept on repeating only one thing that they are sorry for what has happen.
                                        I asked them why are the sending an updating faulty msgs and reports - for that also they have no answers.
                                        At one point they even said there is come technical error in the msg which they have sent. How can i receive the whole sms along with the link but just a single digit is missing from the contact no.
                                        I aksed them to provide me the no. Of the courier boy, so that i can collect the package by myself but they were unable to do that also. They are simply saying they cant provide the contact no. I couldn't understand the reason behind this also. If once they have provided the contact no. (Though it was faulty in sms) why cant they send it to me again.
                                        Moving further-they said they will be delivering the product on 15th oct 17 which is sunday to the concerned address which i have provided for the delivery. Which is by my luck is my office address. So now i have to be present at the communicated address though its a sunday, in a dilemma of weather he will come or not, or what if this happens again tomorrow who should i approach.
                                        As i called the customer care of flipkart they said they took my complaint but i haven't received any complaint no. Either on mail or via sms.
                                        And the thing is i have payed all the full amount of 32000 rupees through my debit card.
                                        Now who should i blame responsible for this action.
