        I have ordered totally 4 products in flipkart but i got other 3 products genuinely without any issue. But i'm really frustrated with flipkart courier service.

        I'm really ok with the product but the delivery guy asked me come down and wait in the road for 5 minutes. I waited and went back to the office. Then he came and called me come down again. I met him and got the product from him. He asked why you are not waiting for me. I was there in next street only. I asked whether your customer needs to wait or you. He asked me, why he need to wait, if you want the product wait and collect. I don't like such kind of behavior from the courier guy. Please give proper training to handle the customers or don't appoint such kind of persons.

        In future, if its happen the same. I really wont purchase any products from flipkart and i explain the same to my friends and neighbors regarding flipkart courier services. He really spoiled your brand name.

          I placed an order of redmi note 4 (Dark grey, 64gb) with order no od[protected] on 1st sept, 2017 which was delivered to me the next day i. E. 2nd sept, 2017. When i opened the package i was shocked to see a raised kink near the power button of the handset. It's crystal clear that the handset is opened and repaired. The screen or the power button of the phone is replaced or tampered. Flipkart is degrading it's services day by day and i don't want to order anything in future from them. I want my phone replaced or my money refunded. And please try to keep a check on your sellers who are actually frauds and delivering returned items to customers again.

            Problem details - i got wrong product from flipkart company, on13/8/2017, so i complained to flipkart on14/08/2017 and their technician visited at my place on16/08/2017 and told me that his led is wrong product, so they will replace my order then flipkart approved replacement on16/08/2017 and told me that i will get led tv till date-24/08/2017 but it was not deliver and till date flipkart is not providing me replace product and making excuses and telling me to wait for some time again and again. I have sent mail to flipkart many times but no response till now. Its been 20 days

                Flipkart order id: od[protected] in spite of sending a defective micromax canvas laptab (Lt777w) product, they are not issuing the pickup service and refund. Even after i called them multiple times, they are giving me false promises and lieing to delay the pick up process. They are saying micromax technician will vissit, but from micromax they have clearly told me that they will not visit. And flipkart is not picking up the product and not issuing my refund. Even after they sent the defective piece.

                  I have received a fake product (Wella elements shampoo) from flipkart
                  Order id - od[protected]. I expressed my concern to flipkart and logged a complaint. I get a message saying that there is no stock but would provide a refund. I was happy but looks like i am continuously getting auto generated emails. Each mail mentions it would refund if i reply with the confirmation and another email asking for details.
                  I have given all the details those auto generated emails asks for. Since a week no resolution except these auto generated emails.

                  My hard earned 777rs is gone. I got to know that all products sold on flipkart is not genuine.
                  Never expected flipkart customer care would be this bad. Hoping to get a response atleast here.

Motion detection must important in cctv. Without motion detection the cctv is totally waste because it works continueslly, without breaking. I want only motion detection cctv camera.                       To whom it may concern,
                      I ordered a lenovo vibe k5 note on 23rd august 2017, delivered on 25th august and after opening the box i saw the product was purely defective from the hardware and software both side. So i asked to flipkart to take this product return back and give me the refund but they asked me for the replacement and i requested to return this product on 25th august (The date of delivery). I talked to the customer support of flipkart before returning the product because i wanted for the return and refund.
                      At the next day on 26th august i called to the customer support, one of their manager said, i quote: "if you receive the replacement product is defective/damaged again, an assist of refund/replacement will be given from the flipkart.",
                      Then i asked him, i quote: "what will be the time period of the this replacement product? Because the time period has already been started from the date of purchase mentioned in the invoice." he replied, i quote: "the 10 days period of the replacement will be start again newly, once you receive the replaced product. If you receive the replacement product is defective/damaged again, an assist of refund/replacement will be given from the flipkart."

                      They took the defective product as return on 27th august and they replaced the product on that day, thereafter when i opened the box, i saw the product is defective from the hardware and software both side. I called flipkart and described about the issue i am facing (Incident: in[protected] but they do not want to take care and they are trying to misguide me from the first day of delivery, their purpose to divert this issue by their unnecessary illogical manner. I am extremely disappointed by their services. They instigate the customers to buy the faulty product at low cost by a irresponsible seller like indiflashmart and after that they harass and force the customers like this i am facing. This type of faulty product selling is a pure scam according to the indian law and constitution, this is a serious issue where they are pulling the customers into their trap by showing colorful sites, they all know the customer satisfactions is nearly ground level for this product so they have started to sell this product at a cut of price 3000 to 4000 indian rupees to clear their stock, the offer they are claiming that's only for show-off. This is a pure pre-planned fraud scam. I want the refund from the day of delivery of the defective product, i requested flipkart according to the their policy. I am sharing the screenshots that it has mentioned that refund can be initiated but i know they may try to divert my issue again to oppose my refund request so this is my last mail to you before going ahead of the steps i have to take, because i want the refund and i will not go to purchase any product from flipkart again.

                            I orerd theabove mentioned shoe probably on 10th 0f august and they said that the product would be deliverd by 17august and i dint recived it till 23 august and i called anf they told that i would get it by 3september and on 28 got thr message that my product has been cancelled and i did'nt get my product and they said that i would get my refund by 6 september. I told them it was thier mistake to which they replied "sry sir but u may have to order it again i[censored] want and i went to do it but the price was hiked to 1200. And the price when i orderd was 900 and in this way i dint get my shoe and i wasted my time cuz i could have buyed it from some other shops

Once, i done the online transaction rs, 3941 got debited in my bank account. But, still my items remains in cart even after the payment.                               We have already contacted with customer and information has been shared as below :- Spoke to customer and he said that still the refund is not reflecting yet. Informed customer that it will take 8 business days to reflect from date of initiation though there is possibility of reflecting before that, customer agreed.
                              Kindly, Refund the Order placed amount of Rs, 3941. If you could not solve the issue cased from your side.

                              Customer executive, given me time period of 24 hours to resolve the issue. But, so far 18 hours passed from the time of Complaint taken. Still, no steps taken from Flipkart and team. I hope, my complaint will be taken serious and solved within remaining 6 hours.

                                Sir i have purchased a mobile (Micromax evoke dual note) with brand name micromax which is indian company from flipkart. I have recived the product on the date but the product
                                Which i have recived was made in china product under the name of micromax company which is indian company.. The flipkart did mentioned any thing regarding the manufacter on their page nor in discription of the product. I was fooled. As it is a china product i dont want the poduct and asked the flipkart to return it and refund me back, but they are not taking the product saying that we cant do any thing in this matter.

                                  The package received had only one cover that also of duster (Renault)
                                  Where as on the outer label it is clearly mentioned two numbers.
                                  Called twice on the customer care number but did not receive any call back as instructed on the call.
                                  Please look into this and need one more cover of the same product or refund of the amount.
