Hi,
I have ordered a micromax canvas 6 mobile phone via order od[protected]. The mobile is not upto the mark of my expectation any any respect.in the website of flipcart, it was clearly mentioned that we can return the product within 10 days and refund will credited in your account after getting the product. I have called up the customer care so many times but they are not ready to refund the amount while i have already initiated the refund request within 10 days.
Now they clearly denying to take back the product. I am really frustrated with their service and this is pathetic.
Hence, i request to refund my money back and to take necessary action on this as early as possible.

    I ordered one mattress in flip kart. Immediately i cancelled but i have made my payment. Later i ordered another mattress. But the order which i have cancelled is still not refunded in my account. When ever we call customer care they are giving transaction i'd. We enquired in our bank there is no such transaction done. Everyday i am calling customer care. Simply they are postponing it will be solved by tomorrow. My order id no is

        I bought a laptop that got delivered to me on 17th august, 2017 with 10 days
        Return policy and clearly was mentioned in product description. After receiving laptop i noticed 3 major issues.
        1. There was bright abnormal light leaking out of the laptop display along the top horizontal border.
        2. Laptop is too slow in operation. It takes way too long to start the computer and long time to open any app. It shows loading message often.
        3. The webcam is defective. Images are not clear and quality is very bad.

        I reported this problem for refund within 10 days as per policy and talked
        To customer support and said they would arrange for a technician visit by 23rd august. Till 23rd there was no call from flipkart nor any technician visit. Thereby i called flipkart again and i was told they will call back regarding this. I received a call later and the executive told me there won't be any technician visit and tried convincing me that there is no issue in laptop without trying to understand the actual problem. I asked him to connect the call to his senior year to resolve the issue. He said he will arrange a call with 24hrs. Thereby there was no call and response from flipkart. I followed up again on 25th and 30th of august. Thankfully i have all the call records as a proof. On 31st of august the flipkart executive called me up saying go to lenovo service center as they cannot do anything. Please elaborate, if flipkart cant do anything then why you placed 10 days return policy even
        We placed return request for right reason as flipkart had delivered defective product.

        Please tell me what is my mistake that i will not get return/refund if you
        Delivering faulty products to us, should i go through all legal and
        Media process to get it resolve?

        Flipkart is good name in market and i am also regular buyer from flipkart, first time getting very ridiculous response from flipkart, which rise question to flipkart
        Reputation/commitments.

        On the 7th of sept, i called flipkart again and relaised they they have already closed the issue from their end on 31stvof august. This is extremely ridiculous. They have closed the issue based on whose confirmation? They didn't do their duty 1st of all and to add to that they are getting their hands off this issues. They delayed my issue for over a month and now they are not cooperating and saying that return policy is exceeded. They can't do anything.

        I decided that enough is enough and now i want to be compensated. If
        Flipkart is giving return guarantee, it has to honor it. And i decided to
        Not co-operate no more with you guys, i need my refund and pick up the
        Laptop soon, i dont want more question/answer session on that.

        There is no way i can trust an organization like that. I understand this can be one of case, but there is no way you can affect someone like that
        And still not ready to compensate appropriately.

        In short,

        1. Flipkart guaranteed 10 day return/replacement, which it did not honor.

        2. Customer staff kept giving me incorrect information, on purpose, and kept delaying for no reason.

        3. All in all it wasted more than 20 days of my computing time.

        I am a service person and have no time and patience to waste like this. I am delayed with all necessary official work. My reputation is down the drains, as i have not been able to keep up with promises. And that is a huge huge opportunity loss.

        Tell me what i should do?
        Isnt it my duty as a consumer to make sure businesses is penalized when
        They do something like this and fight for that?

              I raised ticket for solution last day night and one your associate contacted, he convinced me for making payment of 7 emi, which was converted without prior intimation, rather than why it is done.

              Charged from me;
              1emi-1455
              2ndemi - 1595

              Refund of interest for no emi cost is rs 49 in 1st emi and lump sum of 806 for 8 emi's. Results cost of the phone of the phone: 1595*9=14355

              One more thing was told me aggressively that we have refunded proportionate interest cost, so we right to to convert.

              How did so refund of interest given to me: 14355-49 in 1st emi-806 for bal= 13500, and i purchased this phone on no emi cost and how did so proportionate interest has been credited to talk that, learn the calculations first before you guys talk, after clear explanation also.

              Then i asked him to transfer call to superior level and that call stayed me for more than half an hour without response. Seems like # who does shopping on site. At least you guys doesn't have curtecy to respond customers calls.

              I would have purchased this phone, if had enough money in pocket with going for no-emi cost.

              Right now i don't have money to make the payment in next month card statement for converted 7emi balance or i'm ready to give back this phone.

              I have fascinated shopping experience, kindly check my orders history, compared to other shopping sites and seems they are good in governing practice's as they do provide information before proceeding anything contrary to order placement conditions and having concern on customer.

              I never expected to do like this to customer without information from flipkart.

              Why should we do shopping without having trust and no response from customer care executive, hope in my case it has been kept aside intentionally for while till the time it should get disconnected, horrible experience.

              When i have spoken to citi bank customer care and they claim that issue with flipkart and we are not responsible.

                I have purchased Seagate 2tb hard disc on 8th September 2017 and i have not received the connecting wire and i want my money back.bt Flipkart is not returning my product and offering me for replacement. Of i dont want replacement. Why they are not giving me refund.                   And receive order fri, sep 1st '17.
                  The order is defective, dryer of machine is not working. And floral print mention in display of flipkart is missing in actual product.

                  I call flipkart many time for replacement and they said tech visit will done and order will replaced. I logged number of complain but the issue is still not resolved. If i will not get the replaced order within 24 hrs i will file the complain in consumer court.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have purchased moto e4 plus through filpkart on 01/08/2017 (Invoice date).
                    Order no: od[protected]

                    I had a issues on new mobile.
                    Mobile issue: mike problem & hanging applications.

                    Issues and requests in detail:

                    I have approached flipkart call center about the issue, and asked for refund. But they were send flipkart executives for checking the issue and they assured me to give me a new mobile without any issues.

                    Hence, i have accepted for replacement with their "assurance".

                    Then, i have received the replacement mobile on 07/08/2017 (Invoice date).
                    But, i faced the same issues again in this mobile as well.

                    I have frustrated too much about the moto e4 plus and on the flipkart.
                    Then, i decided to intimate the issues to flipkart and to get my money back.

                    I contacted flipkart call center about my frustration and mobile issues to get the refund, but they redirected me to go with the moto authorized service center. I went there as well on 17/08/2017 (Job sheet attached) to hand over the "replaced mobile".

                    I have visited 4 to 5 times with each time costing of rs.500 for travel and food expenses.
                    Also taken leave with loss of pay on the days.

                    Still now, the service center did not fix the mobiles issues and not response properly for my mobile.

                    Seriously i hate this moto brand and flipkart, and i have frustrated too much.
                    I don't want to go here and there anymore, please refund my money including travel expenses.
                    Otherwise i will move "legally".

                    Mobile cost: rs.9999.00
                    Travel & food: rs. 2500.00

                    Total: rs.12, 499.00

                    Please make the arrangements quickly as possible.

                      From 1 month i am struggling to repair my mobile.. service center guys gave DOA certificate for mobile and i was contacting flipkart they were not yet all responding properly. until now i bought four mobiles through flipkart and from now onwards because of there worst service i wont use the flipkart from nowonwards

                        I have placed an order of Lenovo P2 on 28th of August. The money got debited from account but as per your customer service, the transaction is coming to be failed. I have logged a WRITTEN complaint to my home bank (SBI) and they have given me a written proof stating that the transaction is complete and the BANK people have confirmed with the merchant "Flipkart" that money has been received by you. Despite me having these many proofs.
                        1) You are not even addressing the issue. All you say is "We will get back to you. The issue is assigned to a concerned team. You will get a call at so and so time."
                        2) You don't have a very good communication channel. You don't even call me. If I receive a missed call, my network service provider alarms me with a message. I haven't received any message from my service provider about any missed call.
                        3) On the website, you claim that you have tried to call me and put the status under resolved, despite the fact that issue not being even addressed properly.
                        4) I have emailed you multiple times, with bank details and transaction details and still, you are not able to forward the issue to the account handling division.

                            I want to buy lenovo k8 plus but the user reviews made me think twice. Few are complaining about defective handsets and flipkart is not replacing it.
                            So, i want to ask that if i get a defective mobile (Defects like-heating issue, volte problems, network issues, display fluctuating, hang or any other feature which is written in the specs of mobile but dont provide the specs), then will you refund my money? Because after the replacement, if i again get defective handset, then flipkart wont replace it again.
                            So, will you refund the money provided i put a refund request within 10 days of delivery?

                              I ordered a ifb washing machine 6.5kg of around 14k. It got delivered on 21th august 2017, the demo person came on 29th aug 2017 and open the segment (Until we didn't not touched the segment). While opening the segment it was found in damaged condition. I requested the customer care for return/replacement on the same day. From that point onwards, i have been calling on daily basis and i get the same response that matter will be resolved in next 48 hours but no progress till date. Today when i called them again, they came up with this reply "we are sorry for inconvenience & we are working on it". I totally fed up with continuous follow up. I didn't expect this kind of response from flipkart. So kindly help to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                Bharat lifestyle feel good fabric 2 + 2 + 1 soft touch sofa set
                                Order od[protected].
                                I had purchased the above mentioned sofa on 10th aug 2017, the product was delivered to me on 30 aug 2017, when the package was opened and checked there were holes in the clothing attached underneath the product. The response is delayed from flipkart. They said refund will be given and then when i call the next day there is no refund.
                                They commit on technician visit within 24 hrs everyday i call them, but its been 8 days no technician has visited.
                                They themselves seem to be confused about refund & replacement.

                                  Product - enhance limited edition ultimate id 107 hr plus premium fitness band

                                  I have contacted flipkart many times regarding my issue. My return request is already cancelled 5 times. Don't know the reason, and no one is telling me the reason. As i have told flipkart many times i got the wrong product, i had order for id 107 plus hr and received the ordinary id107 hr model which is available for 900 rs in other shopping websites.. I don't want this product and also the item is not working properly and the package i received was not sealed. I am fed-up saying these things again and again to all the executives when i am calling customer support. If the seller is not able to give me the exact product which i have orderd then they can give me a refund. But flipkart says that there is no option for a refund, please tell them to take a refund request and give me my money back. Tell the seller to not to cheat people like this. And you flipkart please remove the listing as the seller is selling the wrong product in the different name. And worst thing is that they told me to do what i can do against them as they can't do any thing apart from taking return requests and cancelling it.

                                    When I ordered my LAMY ink cartridges, it was showing pack of three ink cartridges for 400 Rs on flipkart. But when I received the product, it was in package of 2 instead of 3.

                                      Mane flipkart se lava helium 14 laptop buy kiya 12 Aug ko per usme charging problem hai wohh charge nahi ho raha hai.Replacement ki request flipkart ko e-mail bhi ki customers care per call karke register bhi ki per abhi tak defective product replace nahi hua hai.har baar ek new date mil jaati hai.is defective laptop ka replacement kab hoga.

                                      New lava helium laptop me charging problem hai.wohh charge nahi hota.jsbtak charger plug me rehta h tsbtak laptop chalta hai per jaise hi charger plug se nikalo laptop switch off ho jaata h.Mane complaint bhi daali replacement ke liye per flipkart se 17 Aug se aaj 9 Aug tak mera defective laptop replace nahi hua hai bas new date mil jaati hai.
