1. I got the product as faulty and the screen is blinking at 3 times/sec. I am not able to use the phone since then.

Hi, I have ordered Aquaguard 7 LTE but when received and technical guy came to fit he told that one part is missing from the product which is most expensive part of this product and then complaint for replacement on 3 Rd August but every time customer care people says we will resolve it as soon as possible but not get resolved yet.
Every time they assign new dates but the problem is never resolved, every time I hear excuses.

I have purchased a mobile, i kall k24 (Order id: od[protected], order date: 31 july 2017) which was delivered to me on date: 03 aug 2017. But unfortunately the mobile is unable to start after charging and hasn't show any other signal.

Next day i got an automated call that you have placed multiple order please confirm which one you want to cancel. One was for 17999 & another one was for 14999.
