Guys, I placed a order of I phone 7 32gb black yesterday and delivery was expecting on 17 august. But today I just received message that order cancelled. Guys please let me know why this order has been cancelled even I didn't placed or requested for any cancellation.
How you guys can cancelled order itself.

Guys, price were updated wrong, that was not my fault. That was sellers fault. Even I missed all offers from paytm and amazon just because I thought that I ordered from flipkart.

      Flipkart and amazon deals were going on for last few days and i am looking for iphone 7 32 gb (Rose gold colour) as gifting to my wife. Yesterday i was comparing prices with flipkart and amazon with cash back offer for the above mentioned apple product. Within 10 minutes of span, prices for same product is fluctuating without any parity. Yesterday midnight in last minute checking out of price for apple iphone 7 in both amazon and flipkart, i got deal in flipkart finally and purchased the above mentioned product in 3 months emi using citi bank credit card along with using gift voucher on inr767. All transactions are complete and i received purchase confirmation email from flipkart. Yesterday at 11:55 pm i received email and sms that flipkart cancelled and refunded amount without any valid fault from my end.in sms they mentioned, "order cancelled: sorry, your order for apple iphone 7 (Rose gold 32 gb) has been cancelled by the seller as they had listed the price incorrectly due to an unforeseen error". Purchasing this product, i spent one week continuous effort which is now in vain. Even i missed the deal of amazon which is also lucrative that moment too. Flipkart cannot toy with customers whenever they feel like. Flipkart just destroyes and insult my self esteem, self respect to my family members and to my wife. Order can be cancelled from my end only if i wish. They can not cancel the order on my behalf. This incident proves that flipkart does not have commitments to customers. By their wrong doing flipkart is contradicting with their own banner in website and facebook (Best brand - best price - assured service.. And "flipkart perfect buy"). Whatever y flipkart is doing, is wrong business practice. So arrange the ordered iphone 7 what i ordered exactly and deliver in time.

      I am not worried about refund and I did not raise any question regarding refund because I purchased iPhone 7 32GB (Rose Gold) by paying full amount.

      I agree with you and you have mentioned in your last email in paragraph no.5, "We would like to let you know that the offers and discounts for products vary from time to time and are valid only for a certain period. This largely depends on sellers and we suggest that you place an order immediately to avail any offer you see on an item you like. "

      Following the above mentioned context referred by you, I placed the order immediately to avail promotional discount offer by Flipkart on 12th August 2017 Midnight. The price for iPhone 7 32 GB (Rose Gold) was INR56200.00 at the time of purchase and the price is listed with sam value & fixed by the seller till date. Flipkart offered two promotional discounts i.e. INR7201.00 and INR13201.00 during placing order and my purchase. I did pay INR35798.00 after all promotional discount offered by Flipkart. The seller did not made any change in price till date. Due to promotional discount by Flipkart, the price of above mentioned product came down to INR35001.00 and the promotional discount by Flipkart was fluctuating time to time. So please do not blame the seller. Seller is very honest. Here I find that Flipkart has willfully rejected with malafide intention to quash / set aside my order. This is absolutely shocking and I am thoroughly disappointed after this incident. Due to this incident I faced huge mental harassment, wastage of seven working days effort, face loss to my family members, felt insult my self-esteem & self-respect.

      From internet and different websites I found that cancelling orders are bacame regular habit of Flipkart with flimsy reason. Lots of customers are complaning with similar kind of issue.

      I expect that an esteemed organization like yours should take good care of valued customers, understand their sentiment and honor the promises it makes to them. It should not transfer the responsibility of the mistakes made at their end to the customers.

      Therefore I appeal that you keep your words, roll back your decision of cancelling the purchase order (PO) and complete it as per the promotional discount offer made initially. This can only alleviate the grievance that I presently have and make me confident again to recommend your website to others.

            We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, informed that the order was rejected by the customer itself, that is the update that we got, customer stating he has not cancelled it. Apologized and informed it is already cancelled and the refund is completed and informed the TAT for refund. Informed to place a fresh order as it is available in the website. Customer also stated someone have called him asking for bank details, informed if you find it suspicious kindly do not provide any details, and asked to raise complaint in cyber crime. Customer agreed and hence closing the case.

                  I ravinder kumar has ordered a new redmi note 4 on 20 jul 17 when i was in mumbai, on my wives name Mrs Shashi, it was delivered at my house in delhi on 21 jul 17. After i came back to Delhi on 02 Aug 17 i opened the sealed packet was surprised to see that its camera was not working. I called up fillpkart but they denied to replace it and said, the returned policy only works upto 10 days, and i have to go to the service center to get it done. I went to the service center where that mobile is still lying from 05 of Aug 17.
                  i m deeply unsatisfied from the delivery system of flipkart and very frustrated of it. I payed the full money to flipkart still i am not having the thing in my hand since a month. Now I want my valuable money back and request to take that peice of junk back from me as soon as possible.

                    My Order no. is OD[protected]. On 02-Aug-2017, I bought Moto e4 plus from Flipkart However, when Moto E4plus was received I discovered that its display have faulty . A line appear in display and i claimed it for replacement. But flipkart customer care suggest me to visit moto Service Center. But service centre denied to resolve my issue. Also from flipkart i have not received any satisfactory response.

                      I am eligibale for gift voucher of rs 3000 but they failed to provide in time and now they are offering 200 rs instead of 3000 rs. very shameful act by flipkart .
                      they keep delaying the complaint for more than 30 days and at the end they said voucher has been expires and they provide just 200 rs instead of 3000 rs voucher.

                      flipkart send two fake vouchers which was invalid and they purposely take more than 30 days ultimately its my loss and they are offering just 200 rs.

                        In continuation to my continued ordeals, i was helped by flipcart to take back my iphone se which was delivered two sets in same shipment due to transaction error where i ordered one. The irony is that the executive asked me imei number of returing phone and they send some person to pick it up unfortunatly they mentioned the wrong imie number to be picked up and again the phone whcih after much struggle was taken back has been returned to me, now i need to follow again all the previous efforts to get the right one picked for return. Due to error of there executive. I have proof of recorded conversation what number i gave to him gor return. Its my humble request to pl correct it and take back the iphone and refund me. Thanks!

                        Dear FlipKart please read the above complaint carefully, the return of iphone SE was already acknowledge and accepted on my previous complaint on this platform, We ordered one phone and two ordered were placed due to transaction error explained in previous complaint on this platform, and shipment arrived in single package. The order number received is OD[protected] and OD[protected] now we wanted to return against the order number OD[protected] having IMEI number [protected] the same was informed to your executive but he registered the return request and send courier person for other order number and hence having other IMEI number, please get right phone picked it up and refund me.                           The Big Freedom Sale started at 9th Aug 00.00AM .
                          and also Infinix Note 4 "Buy Now" option was enabled by 9th Aug 00.00AM .

                          According to Flikart website, we all know that in this SALE duration HDFC credit card offer of 10% discount was there.

                          I purchased this mobile during that offer period but Flipkart didn't give me credit card discount.
                          I had raised the complaint with Flipkart's Customer Service for [Incident: IN[protected]] which was supposed to be resolved by 11 Aug, 11:30 AM. according to their email

                          Today by 12 Aug 11.30AM, I checked with their customer care, But at first their executive started denying my eligibility for HDFC credit card 10% discount offer and also didn't find my existing complaint (or any other) under my account.
                          But later after giving her my already registered complaint [Incident: IN[protected]] she magically found it.
                          ( I requested her to, let me speak with her senior executive )
                          Later ... speaking with her senior executive (which he claimed), I have received the same response that it will be resolved.
                          Which I doubt, because their customer care executive don't find HDFC card discount offer along with my order even though it was purchased during that duration.
                          It's Flipkart's internal programming error that offer is not reflecting along with my order even although it was purchased during that offer period.

                          As a proof I have HDFC credit transaction pin received SMS and Flipkart's Order Confirmation.

                          This is my request : Please resolve this issue as early as possible.Already you have taken extra day and still haven't resolved my issue yet.
                          Otherwise I have to return this product.I promise you i will never buy any thing from you again.

                          P.S. : I spoke with 4 of Flipkart's customer care executives, and 2 of their cutomer care executives denied my eligibility at first but after successfully wasting my 45mins time... they magically found that they were wrong and I should get that offer.

                            On[protected], i bought moto m (Grey, 64 gb) from flipkart for inr. 17999.00. However, when moto m was received on[protected] i discovered that it was creating an issue and i claimed it for replacement. But the replacement product also started creating issue and till now 3 times i gave it for service, service center also agreed on its that it was having display lining issue on screen and replaced motherboard. Had a call with moto service and flipkart service center but not a single help from them too.in this 4 months i faced such problems with your device and now i do not want to spend single penny and time (Go to service center every week) for it, so i really appreciate if you take this device back and return my whole amount. I do not want any replacement.

                            We had interacted with the Customer, he had ordered for Moto M which was replaced due to some issues and replacement was delivered in the month of March, Customer now facing an issues in the phone and took it to service center, Due to some lines on the display and other issues, The Motherboard is changed, Customer now wants us to process refund as issues are coming very often, Spoke to cx on Informed that as per policy we cannot take return request, Asked her to talk to brand as they hold a year of warranty,

                                I got this product delivered and complained that it's a fake product, what I don't understand is even it's non refundable how can flipkart customer care tells me due to some policies i have to keep this product and be happy with my loss cus they can only offer token of apology as 20% of my total money loss. And I should also mentioned he wasn't talking he was shouting and was yelling i haven't said any bad words . So conclusion is i have to keep this product, and was not even given TOA as the call was ended from myside without telling weather i want it or not. IORNEY they have to get customer permission to appolize.

                                We have taken up this case internally. We tried calling the customer but we were unable to reach her. We have escalated the issue to the seller and most probably with 24 - 48 hrs we will get the resolution.

                                  Dear Flipkart,

                                  I'm ordered Lenovo K6 power on 1st Aug 2017 by online debit card payment..
                                  & the delivered date is 3rd Aug 2017. But i'm received product on 4th Aug 2017.

                                  Okay, i like to use it inserted my sims and check. and it is not reading sims & showing no service.

                                  Restarted it multiple times but no use at all.. Then i rise a requested return but there is no option for return the product only replacement. on 11.22 am 4th Aug 2017.

                                  Then the replay is we will update you on your return request.

                                  Update is flipkart technical person will call you for troubleshooting at 7pm 4th Aug 2017.

                                  He called me, i supported for troubleshooting but problem is not rectified.

                                  Then i called customer care they said after technical person visit we will approve return (i.e. replacement of same product) depending on his feedback.

                                  Technical person visited on 5th Aug 2017 with my continuous follow up.

                                  Return request accepted & delivery will be done by 8th Aug 2017.

                                  And i received a message on 7th Aug 2017. i.e. delivery of product is scheduled on 8th Aug 2017.

                                  But i didn't received any info regarding delivery. Product not delivered till 6pm 8th Aug 2017.
                                  Again i called customer care they said wait till 7pm delivery will be done by today itself. by end of that call i received a sms that item will picked by 6.29pm 8th Aug 2017.

                                  But nothing happen, i called around 8.30 pm, they saying wait till 9pm 8th Aug 2017. by end of that call i received a sms that item will picked by 6.29pm 8th Aug 2017

                                  I called at 8.30pm 8th Aug 2017, i received sms that item will be picked by 6.29m 8th Aug 2017.

                                  And too much irresponsibility towards customers by you customer care executes every time i called.

                                  Now my call also not connecting...

                                  I order the item to get in two days or three days but till now i didn't get right product. And lot of process i have to follow because flipkart delivered the defected problem.

                                  What is the meaning of easy returns... ?

                                  you're just replacing the same product.

                                  We request the return when we are not happy with that product. But you're replacing the same product. Then how customer will satisfy with that.

                                  When i received new seal product it is defected why i should take the same product again.

                                  Even you're not replacing on time... And the lot of process we have to follow if flipkart delivered the defected product.

                                  Flipkart services become too unsatisfactory with in no time.

                                  Why should we waste our valuable time for your unsatisfactory services.

                                  I'm purchased product to get Good product & on time i.e. 3rd Aug.

                                  Neither to get disturbed by your defected product nor to follow up your customer care executives nor to waste my valuable time & to get mental tensions.

                                  Please respond as soon as possible... Refund my amount & pickup the defected product.

                                  There is option of refund when you're unable to deliver...

                                    Hi, i recd moto e4 plus (Iron gray, 32 gb) thru flipkart but mobile is having problem of audio, receiver not able to hear the conversation the voice goes up and down, i have this problem from day one, flipkart asked me to give service, even after servicing same problem, now flipkart is not answering my calls.                                     customer complained that product is defective. We interacted and apologized for the issue, requested to contact brand to claim warranty. Customer agreed and closing the case.
                                    Receiving continuous calls from unknown numbers saying that they are calling from Flipkart and will refund the amount and asking for the Debit/credit card numbers. Beware of this site this is fake site and below given are the number from which i am receiving the calls, since morning i have received more than 20 calls asking for the same details.
                                    [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], these are the number since morning i am receiving, i have already given the above site and numbers to the Police commissioner. so request all whoever visit this site do not send complaint on this site and lodge an complaint.

                                      I purchased moto e4 plus on 6th august 2017 having order id od[protected]. Its camera is so bad that video recording does'nt works in room.in fact one is not able to record any moments of joy in evening having adequate light.
                                      In essence video recording does not works at evening neither primary or secondary, it also hangs.
                                      When i called to customer care to return the product they denied by saying it cant be returned even its been within 10 days of purchase.

                                      I dont know y the flipkart has made the user freindly refund policy if they has so many execuses and unable to execute the same . It was my first experience with flipkart which was very worst and thats y i always prefer amazone and in future i will never recomend anyone to shop from flipkart and i myself will never shop from it as they are very careless about customer relation.

                                      We have seller's 10 days replacement policy where we can provide replacement to our customer only if the product is defective or defect. Here in this case, customer doesn't like the product. Product is as it is mentioned in our product page. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
                                      I have order moto E4 plus i wont to replace product. By by mistake in case of back cover and glass i have return mobile. 25 days today still i didn't receive replacement or refund i have lose my phone n money i have taken help from helpline number but they are delayed time every day to solve the problem first they told 3/7/2017 your problem will solveafter that 10/7/2017 still not solve plz plz help me contact number [protected]

                                        I have placed a order number od[protected] on 30th july 2017. I have not received my order "lenovo 100 wireless laptop keyboard (Black)" yet (12th aug 2017).in website they have mentioned as item has been delivered on 3rd august but its not delivered yet. I have raised complain on the same on 4th august. But its still not resolved. Customer care is very disappointing. I have not received my order. Also i am not getting update.                                         Its really disappointing the conversations from flipkart executives. They are just saying that the issue will be resolved with 24-48hours and dont have to worry. So far I have called up 10 days and each executive says the same thing. But the real thing is - I have neither received my order nor any proper update. Can anyone help me out what exactly going on and why its taking so long just to find out the reason of issue. Also, why I am getting wrong commitments on resolution date every time when calling the flipkart executives??
