Dear sir,
I buying a phone through online portal flipkart moto e4 plus form 28th july 2017, in that phone, i am found some major issues like, phone heating problem over the chagrining, camera also not working properly, touch screen also not working smoothly, and in the flipkart portal have mention 10 days replacement warranty. But flipkart executive didn't responding properly, they told me that you need to be visit on moto service center for further assistance.
Please help me out for the issues.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, as per customer request return request taken and tech visit completed to find the issue. As per the tech visit update, there was no issue found, hence rejected the return.
another number [protected] is asking me for my registered mobile number and is not accepting when I am enterng the same in it.
