Hi bought mi note 4 on 10th april, 2017 from flipkart and i got my product sucessfully. After few months, i have seen that his color was fading. I didnt infomed you as i dont have a time to email or call you. Now days i am having many more problems with this product. I have already mi note 3 and i bought this product from amazon till now i didnt have any issues with them. Although, i brought mi note 3 from amazon in july, 2016 and now its one year is completed i didnt have any problem. I know that your replacement policy is 10 days but i would request you to exchange my phone and give a original problem, for which i am entitle for. I dont have time to go their servies centre and wait for a long time. Please find the imei details below:

I am not happy which product you delivered me. I am looking a resolution at the eariest.
