I bought samsung galaxy a9 pro from flipkart.com for rs 26900. The same was sent to me vide invoice dated 22nd june 2017. Frm reliance retail limited nashik highway, bhiwandi dist, mumbai, maharashtra. The phone is giving me trouble and not starting i. E. Booting since monday 31st july 2017. I wrote complaint s to flipkart and tried calling the thm many times. But no response. And they simply wrote against the complaint that it is resolved. I am feeling like cheated. I want replacement of defective mobile. Kindly help.

          Dear sir,

          I buying a phone through online portal flipkart moto e4 plus form 28th july 2017, in that phone, i am found some major issues like, phone heating problem over the chagrining, camera also not working properly, touch screen also not working smoothly, and in the flipkart portal have mention 10 days replacement warranty​. But flipkart executive didn't responding properly, they told me that you need to be visit on moto service center for further assistance.

          Please help me out for the issues.

            I ordered a mobile phone (Order id od[protected] from www.flipkart.com on 31st july, 2017. The received mobile has multiple issues, such its front camera capturing dark video images and this makes video image captured during video calling beyond recognition. Other sound noises is also coming during video calling. Rear camera video image is also very dark.
            I want to return this phone and get refunded.
            Flipkart is not even replacing this faulty item.

            I feel cheated and helpless.

              I ordered onida led tv 43fis on friday (28 jul), tv deliver on saturday afternoon!!! (29 july).
              Installation guy came on monday (31 july), tv didnt turned on. Same day raised a request for replacement (Od[protected] on 31 july.
              Then flipkart customer service guy mentioned onida technician will visit and check, onida engineer came on 02 august and mentioned defective product and go for replacement from flipkart (1707h[protected].

              When i called flipkart now they are telling technician visit itself not done and will update asap.

              Flipkart sent defective product and playing with customers.

              Replacement status is showing still as orderd. Flipkart & their retailers are fooling customers.

                  I recently placed an order for mi note 4 32 gb by paying the full amount. Now, i no where see anything regarding my order. The detail are vanished. I've my money deducted from my bank account.
                  I called the support and found out that they were not find my order in their servers.

                  Please help me with the following

                    I had placed an order for a mobile phone on 24th july, 2017. I made the payment via debit card. The amount was successfully debited (Deducted) from my account, but the order was not placed. Even though the the order was not placed, over a duration of a week they have not refunded my debited amount back. They say that the payment didn't reach flipkart.

                            Recently i purchased a blackbery phone with order id: od[protected].
                            It has some serious issues /complaints

                            1. I ordered white colour, but i received black

                            2. The phone seems refurbished or duplicate phone, because inside the phone. I can see someone wrote something with sketch/marker pen.
                            In the flipkart site not mentioned it is refurbished or used that is
                            Why i purchased simply and assumed it is new.

                            3. They did not mention mrp in the phone packet

                            I have contacted flipkart customer care 20+times, they are sending me an irrelevant reply which is not related to my complaint and they automatically closing my complaint. They are talking about something cancelled ordered and giving details on that. But my concern is about delivered/ purchased product

                            Due to this serious reason, i can say that flipkart cheated me. Hence my
                            Demand is to refund full amount and i will return the product anytime

                            The above order ID is delivered and the purchased item is entirely different from ordered
                            Your email/ replay is saying me about cancelled product

                            Im suffering with delivered order, no witht the cancelled

                            Flupkart account is connected to my mobile number and i am unable activate the account. When i enter my mobile number it says contact customer care. When i try to contact customercare, it redirects me to flipkart app and again i end up seeing 'to activate account, contact Customer care'. Its going in circles, please help

                              Received defective mobile phone moto e4 plus on july 19, 2017. Within a couple of days, i faced hanging, touch screen issues and the microphone was not working. When i raised the replacement request (As per the company policy only replacement was possible - no return), a technician arrived after 4 days. He saw the problem and identified the same as a software issue. To solve the issue, he had the phone - factory reset-ed without even informing me, which resulted in deletion of a few very important data of mine. And then he updated the false status in their website as 'no issue found'. There is a difference between 'no issue found' and 'finding and fixing an issue'. A phone which was just 7 days old had to be factory reset-ed twice in order to make it function. The replacement policy of the company doesn't mention that the phone will be reset-ed if any issue is found.
                              Still then the issue persisted and when contacted the website, they said that their replacement period was over and i would have to go to a service center.
                              Now, software issues in a mobile handset very much comes under their replacement policy. Fixing the software issue cannot be an alternative to replacement. A brand new phone should function correctly and should not require a forceful factory reset/repair.

                              Flipkart has delivered a defective phone and on top of that they are harassing me with the return.

                              1.NO TRANSPARENCY in Flipkart. My feedback was not posted for the product - since it didn't mention good things about the product. Negative reviews are not posted and because of this the customer doesn't get the true feedback regarding a low quality product.
                              2. The replaced product was scheduled to be delivered by aug 4, but still now it has not been delivered. A reputed brand like Flipkart is harassing people like this..
                              Moreover, an executive named V Prakash behaved rudely and arrogantly when spoken to about this issue.
                              Please revert at the earliest.

I want a return since even if a replacement is done, the new phone might have the same issues, considering the huge number of complaints Moto E4 plus already has. And then Flipkart will not own any responsibility for replacing the phone.
                              Replaced item was to be shipped on aug 4 but still not received. Flipkart is really cheating on the hard earned money of the people.

                                  I raised the complaint when i found misplaced product but i didnt get any kind of help.
                                  Please provide me refund on my flipkart wallet.

                                  I ordered mi power bank from flipkart site but i get a percel with rubber bush just to maintain weight of the parcel.
                                  Flipkart customer make me fool by saying many formalities.
                                  I followed every step to get my refund but i didnt get any refund from them.

                                    I bought joombox grooves green bluetooth headset from flipkart and it was delivered on july 1st. It had warranty of 6 months but it has just been 1 month and the headphones have stopped charging. I don't understand where to claim for warranty. Please help me if possible some how. I ordered from email [protected]@gmail.com. I bought it for rs 685. Please take some action as soon as possible.
