Hi team,

I am promoting flipkart using their affiliate program. I am new to it and i have one pending payment for my account. Despite of providing all necessary documents, the account is still not verified. Also am unable to haven't received any response from them. Could you please help me with this.

Note :- i am big fan of flipkart's service hence promoting and will promote it.

    I have buy a phone (Moto e4 plus) from flipkart which was received by me on 18th of july '17, just after two days uses the phone was stop working and hanged, i had raised replacement complain for the product and flipkart has replaced the phone with new phone on 29th of july'17 but the next day this phone stop working and hanged.in view of the above you are requested to refund my money as soon as possible.

      Two weeks before I order one mee mee musical walker for my baby they deliver it on time but there is a problem in that product the music is note working. Then I contact the agency they told me I need to make a written complainant as a result of this i am making this complainant. So can you please repair the walker or replace it with a new one.       We have interacted with the customer regarding the issue, customer stating to repair it and give, informed we do not have such an option and educated about the replacement policy, customer need to get it repaired from outside, informed the same, Customer stated to disconnect the call as we are not providing any resolution. hence closing the case from our end.

        I have provided doa certificate by panasonic service center for the purchased panasonic smart phone from flipkart dated 2.2.2017 and panasonic service center has provided doa certificate 19.7.2017. Flipkart is not providing any option to replace the defective product. Attached both invoice and doa certificate.in this case flipkart and panasonic both is not co-operating to replace my smart phone. Phone was kept most of the time in panasonic service center for different issues. Now after taking so much time panasonic not willing to do anything and provided doa certificate and asked me to go to flipkart for replacement. Flipkart saying within one month they can replace its product. I have no idea who should fix or replace my smart phone. As a seller of the product flipkart should take back the dead product and ask panasonic to replace this.

              I bought iphone 7 though flipkart on 17th may 2017. Since the first day the phone has a floating part inside which is rattling. Upon shaking or moving the phone, the part inside is also moving. I have been visiting apple service centers since a month now. All in vain. Finally after a month of agony i am told that the parts inside the phone are not genuine. There has been an unauthorized access. Apple service center refused for helping saying the product is not genuine and upon contacting flipkart customer care i am told that i need to get a proof of it in written from apple about the product being not genuine.
              As a customer, i spend money, take all the pain and now still, there is no resolution. I feel harassed and am suffering for the decision of buying a phone.
              I have been a regular customer of flipkart and have never faced something like this.

              I need a resolution at any cost now. It has gone above the tolerance.

                Reply than i mailed a complaint and instead of that i got confirmation mail of delivery i called again and request the customer executive he takes my account detalis and promised me that i ll get my refund but in that i got a mail in which they write that the seller and delivery team has confirmed your delivery, so in that case no one from flipkart side assure me at the time of delivery that your shoes is in the box, may the delivery man is defaulted or any other member, i called so many times and they put on a 15-25 min hold everytime and after that told me that they are unable to help so if the customer service is not helping the customer than mr. Sachin bansal will help, rs 3457 is not a small amount

                  customer complained that IMEI number is mismtach. We tried getting the IMEI number from customer but device is outside service center. So customer said once he get the product he will follow up. Inform to call to our customer care and not to change mother board. Customer agreed and closing the case.

                  My order had been canceled without informing me now you are saying wait for 6 days why should i wait for 6 days when it was not fault .
                  We got TV delivered in our house in May 2016 last year and continously we kept on following VU TV stores and called their helpline, even wrote mails to them but their executives are arrogant and demanded 30k more for product under warranty

                      I have received incorrect invoice for my iphone, the imei number mentioned is wrong. I have raised concern on 3rd july and got update saying invoice can't be modified so replacement is scheduled. After that i have raised issue 7-8 time but call center only raise it but no solution. Even i have connected senior executive he also jut raise system request but not any process.

                      If i have to repair/sell my phone i can't do it as imei is incorrect on invoice.

                        I logged in, filled the address, choose payment mode as netbanking and paid 737 rupees through "cub bank" bill given below, after some time i had a message as server error. When i checked my login order was not placed nothing displayed in my account order details, no details about the order placed...

                              Listen the voice record of conversation between me and flipkart representative 'sima', she said with the help of her senior representative 'vupendra', she arranged the reverse pickup and it will be picked up by or before 3rd aug, and my refund will be initiated soon after pickup.                               Here is the full story -

                              Like always, they requested me last morning to wait till 24hours more, no call no nothing got from them!

                              Ok so, here is the update of 31st july.

                              I called flipkart and they ask me if i want them to call me back within 5-10mins, i pressed 1 for yes.

                              So i got the call from them on 10:21pm.

                              I told her the whole story like what i did for more than 50times from 28th july.
                              So, flipkart representative 'sima' said with the help of her senior representative 'vupendra' that my reverse pickup will be done by 3rd aug 2017.

                              Although i got email (See the attached pic) and sms of they escilated the issue to concerned time, no words regarding pickup, even you can hear that on recording, i told her, she repeatedly said that pickup will be done, no more waiting. However, they promised, i need pickup, if it will done, no issue with me.. Let see..

                              This is the copy email that i sent to flipkart on 30th july morning -

                              Need refund. Arrange the pickup! Stop wasting time and stop fooling customers! And your told free number executives are nothing but #. Non sense.
                              Flipkart can cheat i never imagined. Shame on you! Give my money back! Liars!

                              1. I got a replacement on 28th july.

                              2. After unboxing i got that from box packaging to phone, its used.

                              3. After few times i got that the phone is bended, used condition, smudges all over, buttons are non workable, cracking noise are coming from whole body and sides of the pjone as its bended etc..

                              4. Anyway, i called flipkart for refund, as i got the replacement like this.

                              5. The representative told me where should i take the refund? On wallet or bank account? I said wallet. He started processing. And then he said i will get call regarding return pickup and whole thing will be done by 29th july. Then i reconfirmed that it will be picked up by 29th july or not, he confirmed it will be.
                              I got sms and email regarding that and the thing is i have to wait till 2:30pm 29th july for call regarding it.

                              6. Waited for 2:30pm yesterday, no pickup arrangement, no call, no sms, no email, no nothing.

                              7. I called flipkart again, she told me i have to wait till 6:30pmm! Haha! Then she transferred the call to senior, he said he couldn't do anything! Haha! I have to wait. I asked what if i get no response and pickup again? He said no sir, you will get notified for sure.

                              8. Nothing happened after 6:30pm, haha! So i called again, that ma'am requested me to wait till 9:00pm again.. Haha!

                              9. Nothing happened after 9:00pm, haha!
                              I called atleast 20times till 11pm! Got no result, just requested me to wait and wait.. Haha..

                              10. Now few mins ago i was talking to flipkart, he requested me to wait 24hours! Haha! Haha! Then i said if you can't help me, transfer the call to a senior executive, he said they got no permission for that! Haha! What the hell! Then i said i know about the permission, just transfer the call!
                              So he said no sir! Haha! Then i talked point to point, then he started to shrink, and said wait am transferring the call to senior, but then after few times, he said it can't be done sir, no seniors are here sir, call after 4 hours! Haha!

                              Points to be noted -
                              Got the damaged bended used phone. And flipkart treated like -

                              I) 29th july pickup/call from flipkart guarantee

                              Ii) will get something from flipkart by 2:30pm

                              Iii) will get call by 6:30 for sure

                              Iv) will get call by 9pm or within 29th july 11:59:59pm

                              V) today, i have to wait again for 24hours. Haha!

                                I ordered for a 49 inch panasonic tv on 14th july on flipkart mobile app with order id: od[protected]. I got a confirmation that the tv will be delivered on july 21st by omnitechretail.

                                As i did'nt receive the product, i made a call to flipkart customer care on july 22 nd and it was informed that flipkart will call the retailer and make a confirmation on the product delivery. Flipkart also asked for 2 days time within which they will resolve the issue. But there was no response from flipkart end.

                                Myself sent mails on july 25th to flipkart to update the status for which i received no response. So i called the customer care on july 26th and mrs. Deepthi picked the phone and asked me to cancel the order and book for a new television. I was shocked with the kind of response from flipart. Really pathetic.

                                I made a call once again by 11.15 and someone said they will resolve the issue in next 24 hrs. This is the same dialogue i have been hearing from flipkart for the past 1 week

                                Flipakart backend team called me at 5:17 pm today and ordered me to cancel the order, or the order will be cancelled automatically. They have rotated my money for 15 days and while i asked them why they didnt informed on day 2 or day 3, there was no answer.

                                Unable to solve issue till now, asked time from july 21st, then 25th, then 28th, now they are asking time till 31st july. Unable to find a solution for the past 15 days, and now i feel it's a good process to rotate money from customer. Nice job flipkart.

                                  Hi i have purchased moto e3 power which was delivered on 23th may 2017. One offer is mentioned in the same for mmt coupons which was supposed to be delivered by 30th june 2017.

                                  I have been complaining for the same from 8th july 2017. I have done nearly 10 calls to the flipkart. Every time they told me to wait for another 24-48 hrs.

                                  I have all the mails that flipkart has send me for the expected dates of resolution. Still i have not got the same. I have been talking to there senior executives on calls and saying them atleast i need updates whats going on. Still no calls from there side.

                                    I purchased two whirlpool 1.2 t split acs. Flipkart site and invoice mentioned 10 years warranty on compressor however while brand has mentioned only 5 years warranty on compressor. I raised the issue but nobody took action except seller changing 10 years warranty to 5 years for subsequent sale. Its very clear that they have cheated and made false advertisement earlier. Flipkart took no action on seller but advised me to contact after 5 years if brand does not give warranty.
                                    Flipkart did no home work to contact brand or investigate with vendor about this cheating and seeking clarification from brand. At last i contacted brand whirlpool and they sent me mail that they only cover warranty for 5 years on compressor and for extended warranty it needs payment. This mail i shared with flipkart but still they prefered to sleep on my complaint. It may please be noted that warranty is provided by brand not by flipkart or its seller.
                                    Last call i got from flipkart is that you may return duly fitted ac and they set up call with brand to remove only one ac, which they did not turn up. I was told to lodge complaint for second ac separately.
                                    Flipkart is doing nothing to get extended warranty from its seller but filpkart is sending me mailed (Probably to all) to get extended warranty by paying extra.
                                    Made many calls to flipkart apart from writing mails but no senior is talking and all juniors have only one tone to come after 5 years.
                                    I think only way left is consumer court but before that i am using this platform to get resolution. Regards, rajendra zabakh

                                    We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue(checked the team and it was informed that we can provide the corrected invoice and not the 10 year warranty). Informed the same to the customer, customer was not agreeing and he needs us to provide 10 yr warranty. Informed that is not possible and the possible solution is only to change the invoice, as per brands warranty. Extended warranty should be purchased by the customer. As customer denied the solution given by us, closing the case.

                                    I got a call from Flipkart (Ms Neerja), she offered me a solution that Flipkart will revise invoice and reduce the warranty to 5 years ( what a cruel joke) whereas I paid for 10 years warranty. It is like one buy 10 grams of gold and get 5 grams and seller is offering solution that do not worry I will change gram in invoice to 5 and money remains same! Happy.
                                    I am surprised at talent Flipkart is having. Moreoever when I enquired about action on seller, she says yes seller did wrong so we will take action as per policy and I got complaint today. She is also aware that Flipkart got complaint almost a month back but did nothing, so every new customer care executive will start from zero. It is executive not company who is having complaint.
                                    Flipkart please depute senior person to understand and he need to go through case history before offering solution.
                                    Since Aug 02, 2017, Flipkart is silent. So now everybody can understand level of professionalism and customer care Flipkart has.
