Hi, i recd moto e4 plus (Iron gray, 32 gb) thru flipkart but mobile is having problem of audio, receiver not able to hear the conversation the voice goes up and down, i have this problem from day one, flipkart asked me to give service, even after servicing same problem, now flipkart is not answering my calls. Please help me to sort out this issue and exchange the mobile or refund the cash.

customer complained that product is defective. We interacted and apologized for the issue, requested to contact brand to claim warranty. Customer agreed and closing the case.
Receiving continuous calls from unknown numbers saying that they are calling from Flipkart and will refund the amount and asking for the Debit/credit card numbers. Beware of this site this is fake site and below given are the number from which i am receiving the calls, since morning i have received more than 20 calls asking for the same details.
[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], these are the number since morning i am receiving, i have already given the above site and numbers to the Police commissioner. so request all whoever visit this site do not send complaint on this site and lodge an complaint.

    I purchased moto e4 plus on 6th august 2017 having order id od[protected]. Its camera is so bad that video recording does'nt works in room.in fact one is not able to record any moments of joy in evening having adequate light.
    In essence video recording does not works at evening neither primary or secondary, it also hangs.
    When i called to customer care to return the product they denied by saying it cant be returned even its been within 10 days of purchase.

    I dont know y the flipkart has made the user freindly refund policy if they has so many execuses and unable to execute the same . It was my first experience with flipkart which was very worst and thats y i always prefer amazone and in future i will never recomend anyone to shop from flipkart and i myself will never shop from it as they are very careless about customer relation.

    We have seller's 10 days replacement policy where we can provide replacement to our customer only if the product is defective or defect. Here in this case, customer doesn't like the product. Product is as it is mentioned in our product page. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
    I have order moto E4 plus i wont to replace product. By by mistake in case of back cover and glass i have return mobile. 25 days today still i didn't receive replacement or refund i have lose my phone n money i have taken help from helpline number but they are delayed time every day to solve the problem first they told 3/7/2017 your problem will solveafter that 10/7/2017 still not solve plz plz help me contact number [protected]

      I have placed a order number od[protected] on 30th july 2017. I have not received my order "lenovo 100 wireless laptop keyboard (Black)" yet (12th aug 2017).in website they have mentioned as item has been delivered on 3rd august but its not delivered yet. I have raised complain on the same on 4th august. But its still not resolved. Customer care is very disappointing. I have not received my order. Also i am not getting update. Please help to resolve this.

      Its really disappointing the conversations from flipkart executives. They are just saying that the issue will be resolved with 24-48hours and dont have to worry. So far I have called up 10 days and each executive says the same thing. But the real thing is - I have neither received my order nor any proper update. Can anyone help me out what exactly going on and why its taking so long just to find out the reason of issue. Also, why I am getting wrong commitments on resolution date every time when calling the flipkart executives??

            Dear Flipkart Team,

            I am writing this mail in full pain and this experience in the delivery and exchange is worst one in last 4 years of shopping association with flipkart.

            Below are the series of events pertaining to the delivery of Dell 2-in-1 laptop that has troubled me lot, request to kindly take into account and resolve the issue ASAP

            1) I have ordered dell inspiron 2-in-1 laptop from your site with exchange of my old dell laptop on 6th-Aug-17, for which delivery was confirmed from 8th Aug-17 to 10-Aug-17.

            2) owing to the exchange I have formatted my old dell laptop (to erase my personal data) on 7th-Aug-17 night to make it ready for exchange.

            3) On 10th-Aug-17 at 10:30 am your delivery person (wishmaster in your termilogy) came up for exchange and delivery.

            4) My wife given him my old laptop(formetted) for inspection/exchange. After opening laptop he told that windows is not installed therefore he will not be able to view the service code. To which my wife told him that it is mentioned at the back of the laptop. On which he argued that how can he verify that code mentioned at the back is correct or not?

            5) My wife called me and self has explained the delivery person over phone that its nowhere mentioned that you have check the code in the laptop and same is formated to protect my peraonal data.
            But he was reluctant, to which self asked him to see in the setup of pc "BIOs" but delivery person was not qualified to see that and have argued again with my wife.

            "Here I like to mentioned that the attitude of the delivery person (wishmaster) was not at all good and was continiously misbehaving with my wife. Which I have came across fist time in last four years association with Flipkart."

            6) Getting frusted with the behaviour of the delivery person, my wife again called me and told me about the behaviour of the delivery boy. I talked to him and asked him to come tomorror and I will show him the service code in the laptop. To which he has agreed

            7) today I have taken off from my office due the delivery exchange of laptop, I called the delivery person in morning but haven't taken the call thrice. at 10am he has given the call and when I asked him that when are you coming hw told me that you exchange has been cancelled.

            8) I want to know from Flipkart that how a product got cancelled without any intimation to customer

            9) with all surprise immidiately I called flipkart customer care and explained all concerns to executives named "Sweta". I asked her to arrange delivery and exchange but she told me that she is unable to do so as as per rule they can only once schedule delivery/exchange but not more that. When I asked about what rule she was talking, she has no answer.

            10) Being totally unsatisfied by conversations with "Shewta" i asked her to make to talk to her senior to which after keeping on hold for 5 min she told me that all the senior executives are busy right now and you will receive the call within 2 hours, for which I am still waiting after 6 hours.

            11) Also insted of resolving my problem she insisted me to cancel my order, over which I told her that I will not.

            12) Also when I check the status of my complained it was shown attened. I am unable to understand that how same has been attended when i have not receive the call.

            13) Moreover I have received sms from Flipkart today (11-Aug-17) morning that my order is out, i have taken off from my office but no delivery has been atempted till this time. Instead status has been updated at 9:28 that "smart pickup failed" (screenshot attached). I wanted to know when nobody visited my premises how the "smart pickup failed"?
            Who is fooling whome?

            14)Here I like mentioned tha I have paid approx Rs 67, 000/- (without interest) to flipkart on 6-Aug-17 and till date my order is not delivered. Though I am getting cheper price on other shopping site Amazon but I preffered flipkart as before this insidence flipkart is my first choice due to hassle free delivery.

            15) I have formated my old laptop on which I was working on 7th-Aug-17 and since then waiting for new laptop till date. my work is suffering for last 5 days. Self has to go outstation on 13 but dont have laptop to carry withvme for working requirments

            Here I am writing this long mail in due frustation that I am suffering from, request to kindly intervene and resolve the issue without any further inconvenience to maintain the trust that I have before this incident.

              I have done transaction to flipkart on 29 july 2017 but they told it is failed and asked me to contact sbi bank. I did the same and (Sbi) they told that it is successful and flipkart has received the money. Sbi asked me to contact flipkart but now flipkart is again saying that the transaction is failed. Sbi is saying transcation is successful. None of them is accepting and i am at loss.

                      Hello, i had ordered the product using flipkart with the order id -
                      Od[protected] on 29-july.
                      1. I got the product as faulty and the screen is blinking at 3 times/sec. I am not able to use the phone since then.
                      2. I had called the customer care for refund and executive assured me. Your money would be refund. Please refer the audio "1. Aud[protected]wa0008. Mp3".
                      3. After a call it was showing "replacement" not refund. Which is fraud.
                      4. It was showing and still showing the technician visit by 05-aug-17. But nobody called or visited since then.
                      5. I had again called on 09-aug-17 to check the reason, they had given the reason the technician may not be available. Please refer the call record "2. [protected]@[protected][protected])_[protected]. Mp3".in this call he assured the visit will be done by 11-aug-17 on/before 12.30pm else the money will be refunded.
                      6. Even after that tech visit not done.
                      7. Today when the visit was not done, i called to check the reason. He was telling the visit got delayed till 12-aug. I do not understand how without customer consent the visit can be delayed.
                      8. Today also customer executive assured on call for visit would be done by 11-aug eod or 12-aug 12.30pm, else the refund of the money with losses compensation would be initiated. Refer "3. [protected]@[protected] ([protected])_[protected]. Mp3"

                      Also refer all the screenshots showing the worse customer care and worse response, worse seller, low grade product selling, 3rd grade policies.

                      Customer facing issue since 10 days, but flipkart do not bother to provide solution strictly and on priority.

                      I received call from their grievance department to replace the product, it took 15 days to resolve the issue since I raised 1st complain there on their website. But it resolve issue in 5 days, after posting complain here. Now the new device is working properly. Thanks flipkart and consumercomplain team to handle and resolve this.

                      Called the customer on 80****2526, Light blinking . It might be software issue, screen is blinking at 3 times/sec. Approving the return without tech visit as Turn around time has breached. Created return again and approved return. Closing the case.

                        Hi, I have ordered Aquaguard 7 LTE but when received and technical guy came to fit he told that one part is missing from the product which is most expensive part of this product and then complaint for replacement on 3 Rd August but every time customer care people says we will resolve it as soon as possible but not get resolved yet.
                        Every time they assign new dates but the problem is never resolved, every time I hear excuses.

                            I ordered a hair dryer worth rs 1934 from flipkart. I choose the payment option as cash on delivery. The item arrived today itself that is on 11 august 2017. We paid an amount of rs 2000 to the courier man. However, we did not get the remaining change in return. I have been repeatedly trying to call on the mobile number of the courier boy but my call is getting forwarded and finally, i get a message that the dialed number is wrong. It seems as if the courier boy has deliberately done this so that he can keep the extra money with him.

                              I ordered a phone "lenovo p2 (Grey 4gbs)" on 10 aug 2017 at rs.13049.
                              Next day i got an automated call that you have placed multiple order please confirm which one you want to cancel. One was for 17999 & another one was for 14999. Firstly i ignored that disconnected that call. Again after few minutes, i got the same call again that it's an important call from flipkart. One was for 17999 & another one was for 14999. I cancelled 14999 as none of was my order.
                              After that, i got a message that your order has been cancelled. But why?
                              I tried calling customer support & first they started blaming that you have cancelled order own your own.

                              Flipkart is such a big fraud company that they will try to fool you by giving a fake call & then they will say you might have cancelled your current order or you might have listened the amount wrong but i have recordings of automated call & customer care both. Even customer care service is pathetic. They made me hold for 15-20 minutes. Customer care asked to order the product again but guess what product is out of stock now.

                              Now they have initiated refunding process but i will get that money after 2 days.
                              I don't want a refund, i want my product but now can't reorder as the product is out of stock plus i have to wait for my money to come back in my bank account. Not gonna suggest flipkart to anyone else. Amazon has better support & policies than you.

We also request you not to share your contact details in any website else than your order ID and also not to provide any Debit/Credit card details to anyone.
                              I haven't received my refund yet for the purchase of LeBuckle Boxing gloves worth Rs.444. My order ID is 0D[protected]. It is written that the refund will be transferred to my account within 1 business day but its been 9 days now . seller:Lebuckle.
                              After resetting my phone i sign in in my account and my phone pe has 350 rs but it is not showing after ressetting my phone

                                The headphone in my order was cancelled with the microwave even after communicating over phone that i only want cancellation of the microwave and no other item. When i tried to communicate the same with flipkart, they told that there is issue in their system and could not help right now.in any case i need the item. If i have to repay rs.900 no problem, please send me the link, but i need the item at any cost. Both times i communicated with flipkart i specifically mentioned all the details and not to cancel any other items. But you guys cancelled it. Please share me your approach for getting the headphone delivered to me as i need the same for gifting to my sister and i need the item at the earliest

                                customer complained that both orders are cancelled where he asked for one shipment to be cancelled. We interacted and apologized and requested to place fresh order and customer also got refund. Hence closing the case.

                                  I received this mobile on jul 26th 2017 and raised an complaint on 27th stating that we have problem on the microphone and need a replacement but we were visited by service engineer from flipkart exactly on the 9th day from purchase date and the complaint we raised was canceled by the flipkart cs without confirming with the us for which we were expecting an replacement... This is unethical and as soon as we realized that complaint we raised on flipkart was cancelled we called and raised another complaint for which i received an call stating that the 10 days replacement agreement is over and the phone cannot be replaced... And the costumer service person claimed that the got confirmation from the mobile service person that the phone is flawless. Do you people think this is ethical. I need replacement or refund i cannot pay for a faulty device.

Item shipped to me have faulty mic and i have requested for replacement as per the replacement policy offered by flipkart.
