Actually i bought a product from flipkart and it was my first experience with them and they sent an empty box so i called them to solve my query and they said you had to wait till 16th july and i already paid the amount while placing order.
After that i received an email and they said I'm a fraud and i usually do so with them so they will not refund the amount so i asked them to show me the proof that I'm fraud so they didn't reply...

I am seller on Flipkart Assured and they are harassing me big time . i have number of cases . one is as below:-

A have order a Samsung guru cell phone as order no OD[protected] dated[protected] and delivered on 26.06.2017 but the cell are not switch to on condition but when l am going to Customar care center for checking the cell phone Samsung guru 1200 they are tolled this is a duplicate hand set and refuses to checking.

We order mobile phone in flipkart and received at 06/07/2017. Product is missing in box. We cant reach flipkart person through customer care number

Extremely bad service from flipkart and RetailNet. I have placed one order on 25th June 2017 for LEVI’s Jeans and still not delivered as on 06th July 2017 and I am getting the status as Shipping. Well it had been worst experience with Flipkart from past 10 days . First of they have provided incorrect voice which I came to know when I went to lenova service centre and when I called to flip last they said they will take the device and refund the money and today it has been 11 days and still they are saying to wait and they will update and I am really feeling like they are taking me...

I got the product on JULY 2nd with the usual flipkart packaging and inside it there was a WD HARD DISK BOX WITHOUT the hard disk just filled with papers.It was kinda heavy so i thought the product was in there but when i oppened it there was just many papers folded inside the WD HARD DISK BOX.When i contact the customer care they just say give us 24 hours and i tried this for the last 4 days.Every time after 4 hours i get an email from them...

I ordered a Panasonic 32" Full HD TV from flipkart but when I received the order, I found that there was NO TV in the box. There was only TV stand and the power cord. I raised the complaint through phone but they just keep extending the date and keep saying that they are working on it. I have paid 20000 Rs for the product and I haven't got the product yet....

cost for that product had come that time 3, 737 per month.

But after checking HDFC credit detail, I got to know they charging extra EMI and over that they are charging Interest on that.

This is height of cheating .
Please correct in future EMI and refund wrongly deducted amount ASAP.

We have received mobile few days back and received damaged piece.
no option is avaialble in site to return mobile. i have called customer care then they are saying as you will got call after 2-3 days..mobile is having only 10days replacement policy.. i have requested him to give me call on same day then they are not ready for this. its already 6-7 days past..so i have only 3 days in my hand otherwise they may say its already 10 days...

on 4th of july 2017, I have paid rs 9499 to buy lenovo k5 note on flipkart but didn't get any confirmation so I was asking them to give me same. At that time I tried to call them but no one replied me, I have just received notification that "we are working on it" . And suddenly today, 5th july, I got only 791 rs credited in my bank account from flipkart. Please do some quick actions as I need my money urgently....
