Well I really don't know what's up with you packing cause this the second time we are getting displaced gem from one of the earrings and I am being forced to take this issue with you. Either you fix this packaging stuff which eventually leads to dismantling of the jewellery or we're giving up you. We're putting hard earned money and valuable time into this, you should have some respect for them....

Bought a wood wardrobe from flipkart during the big billion sale on 5th october 16. Product is arrived on 3rd november after a month approximately. To my surprise after unpakaging the package, i found it damaged and of poor quality. I placed a return request on 8th nov. Then i was told that it will be actioned in 10 days. 10 days time frame was also over today.
