One day mobile deliver and after delivery when I start the mobile he continuing heating. But CO. Not replace. Flipcart customer service check the mobile through his software link smartchek, problem found but they tell me it's small problem but that small problem today make for me a big problem. Battery decrease in 30 minute and handset heating after 10 to 20 minute.

We have done smart check and found below detail.
Smart check done in 5 min usage the batter drain for 2% and heating is 36 Temperature this is not above threshold hence we cant process with return as per policy.

    I had 664 rs in my flipkart wallet. When I was to withdraw my money it told that please link it with phone pay so I did it.But when I linked with phone pay wallet all my money are gone, it shows 0 rs wallet balance... When I called to flipkart customer care they told me that don't worry we will see it.. but today it would be completing 2 months but flipkart haven't solve my issue...

          I have requested flip kart to provide me refund for the product because of the delay in delivery and they have not initiated any refund regarding this.

          Purchase initiated by me was on -08 feb 2017 09 PM, I have paid online. After I escalated the matter on 23rd feb and then changed the status to delay in delivery, no tracking id was also provided before this not even now.
          They didn’t even bother to check if customer received product or not.

          Delivery still says - pending even after I escalated issue thrice from 24 to 26th nobody bothered to provide me any details. And they are not interested in providing me refund I have mentioned that I have already purchased somewhere else, still no refund initiated.
          Also I want to bring this to your notice they didn’t pick my call when tried calling again on my flip kart registered mobile number they didn’t pick my call they hung up.

          Please help me out .

                        On Feb 25, 2017 - I got my order delivered to me. I had ordered hair dryer + straightener. While delivery, I felt that box was suspiciously light-weight. I asked delivery box that it's too light and the box is tempered, do it really have the dryer? He replied that yes, this is what it is and dryers are usually too light in weight. He assured me that I can raise a return request in case of any issue.

                        When I opened the box (I have shooted a video of it, as it was suspicious), it had many papers and manuals inside, however, I couldn't find any of my expected products.

                        After delivery, within 10 minutes, I raised return request and call customer care number. They said they will call me back in 5-7mins. They never called my back. Regarding my return request via the website, I got following message from flipkart:
                        We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected].

                        I had raised the return request 3 times, every time I got the above message.

                        Really a terrific experience ever with online shopping. BIG NO NO to flipkart.

                        Just after adding this complaint, I had got a call from one of the customer executives of flipkart. He told me that they are looking into the case and will update me in an hour about the refund. They called me NEXT DAY and told me that there was a problem on their side due to which their system was showing that there were a high number of returns in my history.

                        They apologized and made me sure that within 2 working days, the refund will be credited to my bank account. However, after a week, I DIDN'T GET ANY REFUND. I asked flipkart for the status of my refund they said within 3 days it will be in my account. Today, I got an email and sms from flipkart saying the same thing i.e., 'Due to a high number of returns on my account, they are not considering my current return request' AND 'seller has disapproved my refund request'.

                        Back to square one, after 2 weeks, same thing. FLIPKART AND THEIR SERVICES ARE REALLY TERRIFIC.

                          I had placed an order with Flipkart with order no OD[protected]. I had got "Prestige PAF 3.0 G Air Fryer" at Rs799 whose original price is Rs6000.

                          The item was shipped by seller OmniRetailTech. After a day flipkart, cancelled my order with an apology that the seller had listed the item at the wrong price(photos attached for proof). But how could they do this? The seller was committed to sell at Rs799 only.

                          I want a resolution at the earliest, otherwise I'll take strict legal action against flipkart.

                          A flipkart customer even received the "Prestige PAF 3.0 G Air Fryer" at Rs799. He wrote in the comments(screenshot attached) "Got at a crazy deal..@799.. working well" and the person is a "Certified Buyer"; that means, he received the product at Rs799 only. How could he get whereas I also ordered at the same price but did not get? Flipkart is biased to customers and it is a criminal offence.

I entered all the details, the order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same.                                 I order a ikall k24 phone from flipkart and there is not mention of that you will not get refund of it what i got is way more different from the product shown and now they are saying you cannot get refund you will get a replacement and i don't want that phone and they haven't mention that you cannot get refund They told me that the product is flipkart assured but what i get is 3 class product and when i call to customer support he tell why you are calling after 3 days why you haven't call early flipkart make your service good

                                        I ordered 4 yoga mats from flipkart and paid through my debit card. they collected 1782/- and within half an hour they cancelled the order. when i called them regarding this they are inrimating that the order will be taken only for one piece and the amount will be paid within six working days. its really rude behaviour as they are collecting money in holidays and they wont pay it back on holidays. they are requesting me tht fifty percent of the money will be returned tomorrow and the remaining will be paid in the next week. what the hell is going on? what is their right to do all this? if they wont pay the money within a day from the cancellation i am going to file it in consumer court for their irresponsibility and inability.

                                        We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. As we see that the seller has already refunded Rs 1782 on 24th Feb 2017 and as per standard banking procedure the amount will reflect in your Debit card account in 6 business days.
