Flipkart is now not allowing me to log in with my phone number or email ID. Basically they are forcing me into Forgot password, then after phone or email verification, they ask me to change password, which they are forcing to fail.

When I called the customer service, they said I need to use different phone number of email ID.

When I told them that I needed to access old bills, they said it is not possible over the phone to give details on such.

When I told them that I cant keep changing my phone or email every week for their inefficiency, gingerly the person took a complaint but told me to wait for three days.

    Hello,
    Here i am sending mail related to payment failed by flipkart but charged from credit card (Sbi card).

    I ordered lenovo vibe k5 plus 3 gb on 10th feb 2017 at 12:17 am. At the time of payment's first attempt i gone through regular credit card payment methodology and did pay payed entire amount of rs 8499. But after a moment i got error message from flipkart as below:
    Error title : "payment failed"
    Error description : "sorry, your payment did not go through. Please try again. Your transection id is tx[protected].in the unlikely event that you are charged, the entire amount will be refunded automatically in 3-5 working days."

    I took screenshot of that massage and then tried again for buying product and second time payment got successful. But because of that technical issue by flipkart's side i charged 2 time for single product.
    Its been 11 days of this false transection event but no refund done by flipkart or sbi credit card. I complained at sbi and they said merchant charged for 2 transections so they cant refund it until merchant release the false payment and also charged me penalty of overdue because of this unlikely mistake done by flipkart.
    Its already been 11 days and no response by flipkart.

              Hi, I ordered a amez back cover for my phone order id being OD[protected] and tracking ID being FMPC[protected].
              But the courier service has made my address as non serviceable area and it is saying to collect my product from their pick up store...
              But my question is that they have earlier delivered services to the same address.
              Now how come a courier company can change my address as non serviceable area and harras me to collect it from the pick up centre when there is a home delivery facility available.

              Some one used my father's bank details and booked item in flipkart as I can see that the transaction happened with FX Mart Pvt Ltd. In the bank statement.kindly hold the transaction.

                    Flipkart is doing business with fake premises. As redmi note 4 description says it has headset on pack. While receiving headset not available and even if we contacted help desk and there response is not satisfactory. Its not only my mobile order it for all.

                    I am not sure why this kind of promises they do for salws . it was completely not accepted.

                      I have ordered a item on Prime services and was promised that the order will be received by 18th. I got the message saying the item is out for delevery at morning 09.07 AM . The order was placed only on the promise made that it will be delevered in time. From morning now almost evening 5.00PM it is not delevered .This was ordered to gift on a occassion scheduled at 18.00 hrs. From 1300 hrs I have made not less than 7 calls asking the status and information on person who is carrying the delevery package and no one from flipkart is giving the clear details. It is not only destroying the hope of gifting the person in time but making a lot of stress and spoiling the real joy of facing the occasion. If flipkart cant obtain real time info on their product why making promises and causing undue stress ? The worst day of my life and the reason is incompetency of Flipkart organisation

                      Spoke with customer he is very irate he is waiting from the morning for the delivery and no one contacted him as he said that he had ordered that phone for some occasion and it has been spoiled and in between he disconnected the call. So called to customer once again he said that he had disconnected the call.

                            This is regarding Redmi Note 4 that I recently ordered on 30th Jan'17 on flipkart. The mobile got delivered on my address on 1st Feb'17. While using this mobile for a week I found that there was problem with a touch and software was also not working properly. The applications were getting open automatically and even the notification bar was not appearing. Finally I decided to raise replacement request on flipkart as Flipkart gives an option to customer to replace/ return the product within 15 days of delivery incase of faulty product.

                            I raised a replacment request on 8th Feb'17 and flipkart assigned the ticket to a company called "Jeeves" whose technician arrived at home on 9th Feb'17 and himself checked that phone was not up to the mark and behaving inappropriately. He checked that yes there was a genuine problem in that handset and he asked me to write down the problem in the application form.

                            On 10th Feb'17 I called up the flipkart to know the status of my replacment and the customer care executive said that "We have not received the status from Technician yet but you will get the replacement on 14th Feb'17. Delivery boy will deliver a new handset and pickup a faulty set"

                            On 14th Feb'17 when I didnt receive any update I again called up the customer care to know the status of my replacement and that customer care executive gave me such a strange answer that "we haven't receive any updated yet". It was a 5th day after technician visit they told me such an unexpected answer. I asked them to get the phone arrange asap.

                            All of a sudden on 14th Feb'17 itself Flipkart rejected my replacement request without any reason. Since then I have atleast called 30-40 times and most of times I am getting different different replies.

                            Few Flipkart executive had given me a reply that Technician submitted a report that they have solved my problem and now the customer is satified. (Received a reply on 16th Feb)

                            Few are still saying that we cant do anything and now MI can help only and I have to visit their service centre (Received a reply on 16th and 17th Feb)

                            One was saying that Techinician has not submitted the report yet. (Received a reply on 17th Feb)

                            Few said that system is hang and we cant help. please try after 2 hours (Received a reply on 16th Feb)

                            I am enclosing ticket/ complaint numbers as well for reference

                            When I am asking the Flipkart executive to show me the report of Technician then they are just denying and saying "there is no such process and we cant show the report". I am just asking for my right and nothing else then why Flipkart is refusing to show me a report.

                            Finally I got enough evidence on 17th Feb to prove that Flipkart cheated and did a fraud with me. I called up the customer care executive and simultaenously took that technician on conference who visited my home. I was talkimg to Gaurav from Flipkart and the technician on conference. The techinician himself accepted that he reported a faulty handset and didnt resolve my problem. I have a call recording of the same.

                            When the techinician himself accepted that he didnt resolve my problem then how come Flipkart marked that replacement request rejected as the customer problem is solved.

                            During these 10 days flipkart created a doubt in my mind and really I m feeling helpless. They are playing with my money and made me visit Mi service centre

                            please help and penalise Flipkart heavily

                                The product we order was delivered instead of cancelling it.
                                Delivery person was not listening that we had already cancelled the product and there is no requirement of it.
                                We had also received an email regarding the cancellation of order that if product will be delivered don't accept it saying that we had cancelled the order.
                                But it didn't happen as the delivery person was not ready to take it back.
                                As we had already purchased the same product from the market and we didn't require it.

                                      We had ordered a tara t101 from flipkart on[protected] vide order no. Od[protected] and received the same vide invoice no. F02a8dl[protected]. The product was defective hence we asked for the return under the 10 day return policy with flipkart. When the individual compes to collect the phone from ekart logistics they say that the imei number of the product is not the same and refuses return. This is a clear case of cheating by flipkart and its representatives where they send defective products by exchanging with the genuine products and conning us consumers. When we called the customer care they just hung up on us.

                                        Spoke with customer as he said that the phone is having a liquid damage and he had visited to the service center but they are saying that it will charge Rs 12000/- to repair. So informed to customer that we would not be able to do anything in this so informed to customer to visit to another service center and check how much they are charging. Customer agreed so shared to customer about the service center details.
