      This is to inform you that i placed an order of Lenovo K6 Power (Grey/Dark Grey, 32 GB) on 7th Feb 2016 @ 12:00pm during the flash sale.
      The order was processed and was directed to the payment method and i opted for an EMI option. I used my HSBC credit card and the payment was successful (i was notified by an email and a message from Flipkart (OD[protected]
      At 07:35pm i did get a notificaation on my email stating that the Your Flipkart refund has been successfully processed for order OD[protected]. Was surpised and called the customer care team to find out why was the order cancelled.
      Agent 1 (Sukvinder)- informed that their was a Fraudulent transaction using my CC and thats the reason my order was cancelled.
      my reply to the agent - if their was a fraudulent activity on my account the bank will take care of it or Flipkart should have contacted me to inform that this wasnt a good card probably use another card or we will not honor your request.
      Since he did not have any answer advised him to transfer the call to the supervisor.
      Agent 2 - Informed me that their was no enough stock so the seller cancelled the order.
      if their was no enough stock Flipkart wouldnt have allowed me to enter the payment screen and make a purchase.
      So advised him to transfer the call to a TL
      Mr. Paul picked up the call was cluless what was happening just asked him to give me a resolution as i have been penalised by Flipkart for no reason.
      TL asked me to wait for about 5-10 mins on the phone by then i was on the call for more than 50mins
      so advised the TL to call me back and he assured me that he will call back within 10mins but i didnt not hear form them.

      Called your call centre for the 2nd time advised your agent (Mr.Singh) to transfer the call he said he will resolve but no help and then spoke to Vishal and Asish (AM)
      not really sure why the agent lied that he was an Assistant Manager.
      2nd time your representative told me that i had to validate an IVR call in order for Flipkart to confirm my order. I guess i have heard this from you'll for the first time.
      AM who spoke to me just put me on mute and hung up on me thats sad experience.

      So i have no options apart from writing a big email to you'll.

      Either process my order so that i receive my phone on 9th Feb as it was promised on the website .
      or
      Give me a strong reason as to why was my order declined.
      or
      if you cannot process my request i need my money back to my account with the interest charges (whatever is been charged by the bank for EMI) by 8th Feb 17:00.

      This is a worst experience ever i have had with Flipkart.

      Your supervisors are of no help instead say its company policies which is not listed on T&C. Pretty worst experience.

                      I ordered television on flipkart but my parents insisted not to buy a huge order on ecommerce but The trust I had in you guys made me place the order.
                      The order was delayed and when I try to reach for help through email, I had gotten no help since the "same old templates" were sent regardless to what ever I write
                      6 days later already I had raised 4 Incidents which has not been resolved but just gave me fake promises each and every day
                      By that Time I have reached exactly 10 times to call agents 6 times sent mail to non voice support as well but no use at all.

                      In this case I got lost of hope with flipkart and the terrible service provided by you guys also I'm letting you know that you have lost your reputation with me so I uninstalled flipkart on my phone and my family's phone as well

                      I was surprised that the item reached Chennai on 28/01/17 but not delivered to me till 7/02/17, Please let me know why? What is the specific reason which makes you so challenging to deliver the product even after 12 days of placing an order and 10 days in my same location where I am residing.

                      Later drilling down the issue, from one of your call agents I was able to know that you guys have no control over third party shippers( safe express)
                      Is it true? I'm expecting an answer for this via email.

                        I was purchased items from flipkart on 2th jan2017 through SBI debit card. then i was returned items and flipkart has initiated refund. Refund was initiated on 23 jan 2017. But till now amount is not credited in my bank account. When i called flipkart customer care they told that they already refund my money and ask to bank after i regesterd complant in sbi they said their some problem in my account at my home branch after that i went to my home branch and consult their and there is no as such problem..

                            With reference to above I have ordered a mobile MOTO-M through Flipkart online dated on 15-Dec-16 order id-OD[protected], which was received on 19-Dec-16.It was dead dated on 26-Dec-16. I'm follow-up with flipkart customer care last 50 days. The flipkart customer care saying that the mobile is internal damaged by customer & we can't replace your mobile.
                            As per my concern that there are nothing scratched in my mobile, then why it is not being replace, i'm very disappointment from
                            flipkart service.
                            I follow up with flipkart through mail, twitter, calls time to time last 50 days. As advise to consumer custmer helpline on call, i was sent a letter through speed post to flipkart head office attached all my problem. But nothing reply from there finally no action has been taken for replacement of my mobile. They are always insisting me to visit service center, this is really the height of terrible service.
                            Now i'm going to file a complaint against flipkart to consumer court by tomorrow on 9 February 2017.

                              With reference to above I have ordered a mobile phone Swap Elite Plus through Flipkart mobile App on 21 Dec 2016. and was delivered on 26 Dec 2016.after using this phone I felt that phone was heating up and hanging abnormally and couldn’t be power on easily. I have applied for returning phone. after so many follow-ups tech visits and trouble shooting nothing nothing fruitful has come out . Now I am still facing all problems reported earlier in the phone but after the days passed executive are simply telling me to visit service center I told him that if problem is there from day-1 than why should I visit service center you arrange for return for return of the phone which I am telling them from day-1.
                              I am attaching all mail regarding this matter which has been communicated time to time but no action has been taken for replacement/return of the phone instead of arranging tech visit to wait for the replacement period to expire. They are insisting me to visit service center so that their product get accepted.

                              Now the problem is still there in the phone. phone is rebooting automatically and going in sleep mode when not in use and not easily getting power on.

                              Please arrange to return / replace of this phone as soon as possible.

                                Recently ordered Moto Z Play phone from your company and was sent a defective piece. It has been a ordeal to get the replacement - my order number is OD[protected]

                                As recent as last Thu, when the replacement came, the courier guy asked me for some IMEI number which can only be done when the phone is switched on. When my phone does not come on how on earth can I give him the number. He obviously went back without replacing the phone and this is really the height of terrible service. In all of this nobody is bothered about the inconvenience caused. This morning I get sms saying that the phone will be replaced by Mon 6.29 P.M. When I speak to your customer service they tell me that the replacement has to be processed again- so many different voices from the same organization and the customer can go to hell.

                                Today again the replacement arrived and again they asked for the IMEI number which could not be given since the phone does not switch on. The worst service I have seen and have asked them now to refund my money if they are so incredibly incompetent that they cannot replace the phone.

                                  It has very much disheartening response from Brands like Philips and Flipkart towards customer grievance.

                                  2014 November - Flipkart in joint agreement with Philips India provided 3 years warranty for LED TV's sold during November 2014 during Deepawali Festival. There was no warranty card provided along with the TV Box piece. So after repeated calls also we were not provided any Warranty Card but were assured that the Serial Number is being assigned against 3 years warranty.
                                  Now, when we have a warranty claim, both Philips India and Flipkart is trying to put the blame on the other and wash off the hands . Flipkart customer care says that Philips India is not responding to the Queries sent from their end .
                                  Philips India Customer Service is not providing Quote for the repair work even after 15 days of visiting our home and checking the defect.

                                  In such a case whom should i blame or approach for help . Please respond.

                                  All that i am getting is contacts to approach for help but not REAL HELP !!!

                                    I'm monika I bought xiomi redmi 3s prime from flipcart in December. After few days mobile got hang, auto restart, apps didn't work properly, handset heating, all these issues occurred in few days only. So I spoke to your customer care agents they suggested me to reboot and reset the phone I did that but issues were not solved, again I called them this time they told me to visit service Centre . I went there they updated software again same issues. I went to service Centre two time within gap of two weeks. I bought this mobile with so much of excitement now I'm feeling very frustrating and disappointment too. I want my handset with perfect operations. I can't reset my phone many times. I want to replace my phone with new one that phone also without issues. I hope you solve my problem quickly.
