I have ordered Acer Aspire V3 Core i5 5th Gen - (8GB/1TB HDD/Windows 10), and received a cheap item of Acer Aspire E15 (4GB/Linpus OS). I have requested a return on the day i received the item, now it is 10 days. No action taken till now. What should i do now??
Order delivered on 14th March 2017, and from very first day only i requested my return, and from that day on wards i started calling the customer care. They told me that by 17th March your problem will get solved, and nothing happened. when i call them again, they said on 22nd March they will resolve/ replace it. On 22nd March I received a message that they will resolve/replace it on 23rd March. Till this day no action taken.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue already addressed and we have also refunded the amount to customer..
