I have purchased new Blackberry Classic Mobile on OCT 2016, Now its got some problem in network.i approached for warranty service.

But service centre people rejected warranty service because it is purchased through Flipkart.

Even they are saying that this mobile can't support 4G in Indian Standards.

Warranty service required for this IMEI On immediate basis.

Need your immediate action in this regard.

    I accept trimmer on 21/02/2017 at 01:15 pm. After 10 hour complete charging. I had used[protected] and its battery empty in 26 minutes.
    Again charge 10 hour complete and use[protected]. And again battery empty in 24 minutes. I had check battery performance
    Bad and wrose
    And customer make fool it is very wrong. So, i want to change my trimmer
    Or refund my money

      I have ordered 2 items from flipkart. One is Loafer shoes nd another is Women Blazer.
      I have some quality issues with these products. So i wants refund of both products.
      I had requested for return many times from the App as well as Telecommunication from Flipkart Customer Care.
      But after 10-12 hours of the return request becames invalid and no status of that request remains.
      This time I m very unhappy from flipkart service. This is very disgusting thing from your side.
      Please consider my return request ASAP otherwise I have to lodge complaint with consumer portal or Post this Flipkart bad service on Twitter.

        so. i want to change my phillips trimmer or return my money

          Several time contact with customer care but reply zero. No one can say right time of delivery.
          2. 1st date of delivery 12.02.2017 to 14.02.2017. Then 17.02.2017 then 20.02.2017, then 20.02.2017 then 21.02.2017 then 22.02.2017 then 23.02.2017 till date not received.

          Kindly sir take necessary action in this regards.

            I have been a regular customer of Flipkart for over 3 years now & have had pleasant experiences with almost all the transactions.
            I am not satisfied with this mobile in this price. Totally disappointed with the service and camera quality. In addition, while playing games mobile is overheating in very short time. Mobile looks also bad. I want my money refund. Please collect the mobile on next week i.e. from 27.02.2017 onwards as my office closed from 24.02.2017 to 26.02.2017.
            Please refund the money as early as possible. Please consider this as my earnest request.
            I genuinely hope & believe that you will keep my request & play a good role towards maintain our relation a magnificent one.

            But flipkart is saying they won't provide refund for mobile. They can provide replacement for maximum 1 time. Other online sellers have better refund procedure. Flipkart is cheating people.

              I bought a lenovo K3 note in November and right after a month it started to malfunction. it is heating a lot moreover the bottom touch buttons are not working. on complaining to the lenovo care, i am getting cold response. its hardly three month since i bought the phone and so much problems started to come up. The quality of Flipkart electronic is not upto the mark. very unsatisfied.

                  I had ordered a pair of leggings on Flipkart which was delivered on February 15, 2017 and I had put in a return request on the very same day. I got a confirmation from Flipkart saying that they would be arranging for the pick up.
                  From February 16th onwards, I have been receiving a SMS that says that the product would be picked up today, but no one shows up to collect the product. No one answers the call on the number of the delivery person, as provided in the SMSes.

                  I called the customer care on February 21, 2017 and the executive then informed me that the number that was given in the SMS is incorrect. He then gave me the number and asked me to speak to the guy and coordinate with him. He said that he is not responsible for any delivery/pick up in my pin code area and would coordinate with the person responsible for the delivery and pickup of the pin code area where I stay. I had informed him that the product would be made available, irrespective of whether the delivery person can get in touch with me or not. (Number of the delivery guy given by Flipkart executive - [protected])

                  It's such a mess that has been created. Sometime's they reschedule the pick up because I did not answer the call, another day they rescheduled it because they could not locate the address and today they canceled the return request altogether because "I had decided to keep the product" (as written in the SMS).

                  We are sorry for the delay in pickup. As we can see that the order ID: OD[protected] has already been picked up and we have initiated refund of Rs. 460 on 24 Feb 2017 and as per the standard banking procedure it will take 3 business days to reflect in his account. Taking this as a feedback and will make sure that it won't repeat in the future. Closing the complaint from our side
                  I ordered a product and after registering with the flipkart that I'm enable to take call from them and requesting them to call back. They registered my complaint then also they haven't solved the problem.

                    I bought an iPhone 6 from flipkart.I have a problem with the warranty of my phone.i bought it less than 10 days before and it shows my warranty expiring date is just a month ahead.so plz show some pains to solve my problem.I have seen many more having the same problem with the warranty of the gadgets bought from flipkart.I use to think that flipkart is trustworthy site but now I think that I was wrong it is not safe to buy any electronic gadget from even I don't have any proper Bill with it.It is totally wrong.They should not do such kind of acts with their customers.They have given me a phone which is one year old.It means o have given a full price for the phone which is second hand.I request the person whosoever reads this complaint to help me and resolve my problem.Otherwise I will launch a case against this so called flipkart.

                                The above was bought by asha ghosh on 25th october 2016 with her card of citibank on which there was a 15% cash back. The same was delivered at 403, chaitanya residency, 1, avalappa lane, murugesh palya, bangalore 560017. It was promised that the cash back will be credited to her account by 31st january, 2017 which has not so far happened.

                                The flipkart toll free number [protected] says there is no transaction for the same. The phone number of the person to whom the product was delivered is [protected] who had also received plenty of sms meessages for the dalay in the delivery of the product.                                 Please enquire into the status of the regarding credit back of the 15% cash amounting to rs.3000/-

                                  There's sim slot issue in the device, they told that they will arrange a Engg visit, as it is my official addresss, I told them that it's not possible for me to allow ur Engg to come into the office building, later they asked me to install some app to check the device but in that app it's clearly mentioned that app will give access to all the data on my device, due to security reasons I denied to give access through that app
                                  Later I agreed for a Engg visit and informed them that even thought your Engg comes we have to stand on the road and ur Engg have to check the device on road, when I agreed for Engg visit, Flipkart started saying that they do not have Engg visit option available in my location, now they are not replacing the Phone and asking me to visit the service centre
                                  Now they are saying that it doesn't fall under 10 days replacement warranty
                                  I raised request before 10 days

Upon checking I found that when I am putting it on speaker other person is unable to hear me.                                       Hi.. I ordered a lenovo laptop (Lenovo ideapad 310 core i5 6th gen) with order id od[protected]. I received the product. The box was of lenovo ideapad 310 but the laptop inside the box was a lenovo ideapad 110. The product ordered stated that it has windows 10 preinstalled but the product received has no operating system installed. The product was sent from retailnet. I have applied for the return policy. But it is not yet processed. Please make sure that the actual product is delivered instead of any other model. It would be a great help if this problem is resolved soon.

                                        I have ordered a lenovo laptop from flipkart. Firstly, the delivery was delayed. Later, when i started using the product, the performance of the laptop was very very poor as if it is a duplicate product. So. I tried to raise a request for return of the item. Then, flipkart told me that the issues which i am facing is not genuine and the current performance is the expected performance of the laptop. Still they promised me that a technical guy will visit my place to see what is the problem within 24 hours. Later after a day, when the guy did not show up, i again contacted flipkart about it and i found that my return request was cancelled without even knowing me. So i filed another complaint regarding return. Currently, flipkart is just given me further dates from last 4 days and no guy have visited to see the issue. Also, flipkart is not initiating my refund even when their deadline for refund is completed. Totally a fraud company. Support team is very rude. The hang up on my call purposely when i was trying to explain the issue. Disgusting and disrespecting company with no values.
