Dear Sir/Mam, My name is Sekhar, I have placed order for redmi 3S prime on 3rd february and i got delivered on the 4th feb. After a day i found some issues with using mobile, if i talk more then 5 minutes handset is getting hear, battery also tacking much time to full up around 4hrs and sometimes touch also not working properly. I give a request for replaced on 8th february, till this date they have not respond properly and i have send 2 mails to customer support also but no use. I called to customer care they said they will send the technician but he did not visit the place and updated to customer care. They are telling you are satisfied with the product so we are not going to replace it. Very worst service isgoing for mobile. I need replacement sir, i am unable to use this due to heat and battery problems. flipkart is cheating me.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The phone was added to the cart and when i was just about to make the payments it went out of stock.
Flipkart this is not good please look into this. If the product is not added to the cart in the first place then its understandable but after being added into the cart it shouldn't go out of stock.
