I am surprised that order id OD[protected] has been already cancelled by the flipkart due to some courier issue. i am waiting for the refund amount from the last week its showing that refund initiated but not credited yet.

Now i got another surprise when i received any email that product is delivered but in actual not I have not received any product till the time . how they are sending delivery confirmation and invoice email.

FRAUD COMPANY.. i will highlight the issue if not resolved asap.

    I purchased the above mobile set on 22/01/2017.

    I found that the item has a defect in it and asked for replacement from Flipkart. Since there 10 days replacement, I could not get replacement when. I asked for replacement on the 12 th day.

    I was told to visit service center. The service person informed me that the mobile is already opened by somebody whereas I did not open it.

    It looks like somebody has returned the mobile due to defect and when I placed order, the same defective piece is sent to me.

    This is shameful on part of Flipkart.

    Spoke with customer as he said that he had some issue in his phone display so he had visited to the service center and they said that the phone had already been repaired once so informed to customer that we are sorry we would not be able to do that as it had already crossed the seller replacement policy. So asked to customer that the service center had denied providing service or not customer said they din't deny to provide the service they took the product for repairing and it has been informed to customer by one of the executive that if the phone does not get repaired the phone will be replaced. So informed to customer that to keep a follow up with the Brand and get it repaired. Customer agreed.

    So closing the case from our end.

      I purchase ifb microwave on 21 dec but till now the flipkart not take it back becauze the accessory missing and there is a problem in machine it continuos running after the time is over.. I am very upset. Because they dont take and necessary actionbcoz i am upset two time flipkart arrange a reverse pickup but no one come to pick the product i call him several time and each time they give me a new resolution and two months is passed please solve this issue i will be higly thankfull to you.

        I called at 11:03 pm on 11 February 2017. A mature voice person named Amit picked up the phone.
        I wanted to ask whether I can cancel the order or not. If yes then how.
        He started doing irrelevant statement and when I said please have a look at customer complaint or review about that perticular product that I purchased, he put my call on hold for more than 15 minutes.
        When he said sorry I asked the question
        Do you why did you put my call on hold. He said to check cancellation procedure.
        He had forgotten the last conversation.
        A bad experience from a good company or now poor employees are under the command.
        Dont punish him but Please train people.

        Spoke with customer as he said that the shipment has been delivered and he started using it. His issue is that there was a lot of delay in getting the shipment delivered so apologies to customer abd informed to him that we will look into it that such things will not get repeat again in future. Customer said that the executive with whom customer had spoken he had kept the call on hold for 15 mins and he is unable to provide the correct information so apologies to him personally and informed to him that the feedback will be given to the consultant.

          Team, i had a unpleasant experience with your crazy customer care team regarding replacement of lenovo vibe k5 plus 3 gb (Dark grey, 16 gb) phone. After 5minutes o[censored]sage.. I had realized that the mobile is heating too much where i can boil milk / water. I had plac a request for replacement. The request was placed a week before and till now no one contacted me for replacement and every time i called up your customer care team i receive a ready made response as "your issue has been escalated to the highest level & you will receive a response in the next 24 hrs with out fail". Like this i have received an update for the last 5 days. Not sure when your 24 hrs is going to come. This shows how lethargic way you guys are managing your customers. I don't want any replacement and i have already purchased a new phone from the stores. I want you to take the phone from my & return back my money on priority with out delay. If no response received from ur team in the next 12 hours a case will be filled in consumer court against flip cart. Thanks karthi

            Complaint on the flipkart money.

            I was actually trying to withdraw my money Rs. 245 in flipkart app through the phonepe app. I click the withdraw button but I forgot the password of phonepe app so I cancel it after I remember my password I open the flipkart app but in screen it was written Rs.0.

            Now where is my money?
            It is the most worst app I have never seen. I only need my 245 rupees after that no problem

                Recently I purchased an iPhone 6 from flipkart on 8th of Feb 2017, it was supposed to be deliverd on 10th of February
                2017, However due to some reason i could'nt able to recieve the product. So afer discussion with the delivery man,
                we agreed that he is going to deliver the product on 11th Feb 2017, from that day onwards i am not getting any kind of response
                from the team, i reached out to the customer care executive, but they are also giving me false hopes for two days now. They even provided me the
                number of the delivery man but however he doesn't answer his phone and lastly he switched off his mobile.

                I wonder how a reputed e- business firm like flipkart is doing business like this. It is really dispointing.

Customer said that he tried to call the delivery boy so many times but he was disconnecting the call so apologies to him regarding the issue.

                    I ordered a lens hood via flipkart. As it didnt fit my lens, I asked for return of the product and refund my money. They gave me a fake reference number of some bank and asked me to follow up.

                    I asked them several times and they still not refunded my money and whenever I ask they are providing me a fake bank reference number again and again.

                    As they are the vendors, its their responsibility to make sure that the money is returned safe in the customers hands. Still the money is not refunded to my account.

                        Flipkart is fraud, thay done this to all who actully helped them in growing there business, who helped naibours friends and family members to shop over flipkart. Because of this. There is no future of flipkart. In next 4-5 years they will be finished. I am thankful that amazon is fulfilling all my need. Amazon is great.

                          As I order a men belt on 25 Jan with oder I'd OD[protected] from flipkart which I get on 2nd Feb same day I fill the return request which will accepted by the company and give me the date of pick up but on pickup date they cancelled my request.. then I again fill the return request but again after 2 days It had been cancelled this will happen many times..
                          I called the customer care may time to resolve this problem but they don't give me satisfactory answer and always give me next day date for pick up.. every tym when I fill the request in my flipkart account I will shows that my product is already been picked up but my product is still with me
                          Plz resolve this problem..

                                  Well i bought a shower set worth 850 rs from flipkart which arrived on jan 13th, 2017.It was purchased expecting the plumber the same week.However the plumber came after 2 to 3 weeks.When he connected the shower set theres a leak.i called them up with the issue and asked if a replacement is possible as i have no other option for a replacement.However the site that flipkart is it disagreed.Flipkart doesnt even seem to understand on a case to case basis depending on the issue

                                        Mobile Asus zenfone-2 is booked in the name of Manjula V with the mobile no. [protected], and it is delivered on Monday evening -6/02/2017 and same is not getting on when it is unboxed, raised complaints from the same day till date almost every date, but Flipkart customer care is giving fake promises, no one is coming to assist or to replace the phone. Even I asked them to replace the phone and also I asked them to refund for that also they are not responding.

He confirmed that the replacement has received by his daughter but he said to call back by 4 pm so that we can confirm if the replacement is working fine.
