On Feb 25, 2017 - I got my order delivered to me. I had ordered hair dryer + straightener. While delivery, I felt that box was suspiciously light-weight. I asked delivery box that it's too light and the box is tempered, do it really have the dryer? He replied that yes, this is what it is and dryers are usually too light in weight. He assured me that I can raise a return request in case of any issue.
When I opened the box (I have shooted a video of it, as it was suspicious), it had many papers and manuals inside, however, I couldn't find any of my expected products.
After delivery, within 10 minutes, I raised return request and call customer care number. They said they will call me back in 5-7mins. They never called my back. Regarding my return request via the website, I got following message from flipkart:
We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected].
I had raised the return request 3 times, every time I got the above message.
Really a terrific experience ever with online shopping. BIG NO NO to flipkart.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by raj_abc38 Just after adding this complaint, I had got a call from one of the customer executives of flipkart. He told me that they are looking into the case and will update me in an hour about the refund. They called me NEXT DAY and told me that there was a problem on their side due to which their system was showing that there were a high number of returns in my history.
They apologized and made me sure that within 2 working days, the refund will be credited to my bank account. However, after a week, I DIDN'T GET ANY REFUND. I asked flipkart for the status of my refund they said within 3 days it will be in my account. Today, I got an email and sms from flipkart saying the same thing i.e., 'Due to a high number of returns on my account, they are not considering my current return request' AND 'seller has disapproved my refund request'.
Back to square one, after 2 weeks, same thing. FLIPKART AND THEIR SERVICES ARE REALLY TERRIFIC.

Updated by raj_abc38 They further have blocked my account so that I should not have any proofs of my claims.
They are really such an online mobsters.
