Worst experience ever for an online purchase. Nobody came to install the machine on the assigned time. For the 2nd assigned time also no body came. Had to personally call them and argue for 1 hour to send someone for installation. They finally sent a person who had no idea about installation. He barely installed the machine and said other person would come next day with further instructions. Now that guy says I am on a 2 day holiday and goes...

I has been booked a leeco le 1s mobile from flipkart on 22DE.2016 AT 11.34AM against order number(OD[protected] and expected date was given on 31 dec.2016 by flipkart and payment already done throught credit card (the some of rupees 8999) at the time of booking but the item is not deliver to me up to till date(04 JAN 2017) i was contect flipkart costumer care but sufficient answer not given to me by flipkart so kindly take action...

I purchase whirlpool fully automatic washing machine through flip kart my invoice no. is OD[protected] DATED 22/10/16 . Now this washing machine is not working . I already complain to Whirlpool but they are not taken seriously. This product is purchased by you so I complain to you also . please solve my complain or other wise return my money back....

They didn't refund my amount 1470...

I buy one mobile phone from flipkart(Lenovo K6 power)and after receiving this producton 21/12/2016, i am facing hanging and heating issue within 2-3 days.after complaint on 28/12/2016 of this product flipkart technician came.but without any information flipkart executive closed or canceled this complaint and now i try to call customer care they told me to go in service center to resolve this issue....

This is in regards to OD[protected] raised by me as one of the 5 shoes had a Nail sticking from the inside.
I tried to wear the shoes and the nail hurt me and I was bleeding. I had to go through a weeks painful treatment and almost 500-600 INR wasted for treatment due to Flipkart product.
I had complained the same day I got hurt on this and I was given a compensation of 125INR as credit.
I never thought Flipkart...

I had purchased two peices of Sony Xperia m5 Dual model, But after using the mobile I felt those mobile are duplicate, because performance and quality of camera is very poor and I saw MRP on that box and noticed MRP on this box is different from original product. MRP on this box is 15990/- while original MRP of this product is 27990/-.

I didn't believe that Flipkart can sell duplicate products....

Shame. The one and only word that came into my mind while writing this. Never ever expected such a irresponsible behaviour form an online shopping giant like Flipkart. i just purchased the lenovo k6 power 32 gb mobile but the device is not giving better performance as specified the company is ready to replace the product but i want the refund because the product is not giving performance as specified
the flipkart specified as the 32 gb inbuilt memory but it having but it has only 23 gb usable memory the company must has to specify the user memory

Flipkart - Product Placed on wrong address and the not ready to solve the problem
