We have purchase Lenovo K6 Pwer, Purchase on 25/01/2017 and we have issued problem for mike and we have complaint for customer care, then says visit technician and check then revert, technician says and written to the paper says problem his "sometime ; and says submit report to flipcart, i have recieved massage from flipcart, , says we have give responce 02 feb 2017.
but today i m call to flipcart says your replace order is cancell because technician says problem resolved, and also says go to service centre and check phone.
please resolve my problem

    I purchased Moto Z phone along with Hazzle blade for 40000K cash back was clearly mentioned 15% on city cards.
    but instead of 6000 I only got 3000, and now they are saying there was a per card limit of 3000. but this per card limit was never displayed in the offer terms

    This is a clear cheating and ZERO ethics of business, going forward I will never do any business with Flip cart, this is most ridiculous business ethics.

    Being an Indian I wont recommend FlipCart to any one. Very disappointed with this kind of open cheating

      I have booked Redmi 3s prime through your web. (oder id OD[protected].
      I Have booked the concernment on 18/01/17. I received the item on 20/01/2017. Flipkart has a very fast delivery service, I appreciate that. I have already paid the amount online. Since it was a gift I opened it recently. But the item was actually broken. It is damaged one. It has a broken display. I am really unhappy with my purchase on Flipkart Online Shopping.
      Issue no:
      Don’t have proper response from your customer care
      Bad experience with your representative Mr. Sherif.
      I force to spend more time on you for getting my booker item
      Still your cheated me, as fools sending partial item which one is not at all acceptable by any of the customer.
      They says they have 10 days replacement policy after that they could do nothing. But its almost 12 days I have the item.
      A broken item which is not at all accepted by any of the customer. This is the value given by such a reputed company to their customers.
      So its my request to my friends don't buy products from Flipkart.
      Since they don't take the responsibility of their sold products within short period.

          I have been supplied faulty Lenovo vibe K5 Plus 3Gb on 18/01/2017 under Order No.OD[protected]. I had given the same to my wife who did not open the box till 28/01/2017 and after that when she started the same, she saw that the speaker was not functioning. It was damaged. I immediately checked through the returns on flipkart and found that the same is expired. Then i contacted Lenovo company who informed that I have to contact flipkart for return since flipkart is the retailer.
          Then i went to authorised service centre at Shop no.9&10, Padmavati Darshan, Near deepak Cinema, Elphinstone Road(W), Mumbai 400013, Maharashtra State, India and the concerned service center assked me to pay Rs.950/- for the damaged Lenovo vibe K5 Plus 3Gb supplied to me. i.e. they took Rs.950/- for the repairs of damaged Lenovo mobile.
          Why? Please refund the amount and take up the matter with Lonovo company or else i will comlaint to Consumer forum for deficiency service.

                I ordered the sparx shoe for my sister insted they delivered duplicate sandals .I requested for return but every time they are sending message saying that pick up has been cancelled as we want to keep your product with us and this update is done by them selves .so please help me to get back my money and panish these fellows for further fake promises done for the next consumer from these fraud company

                    I am Zoya husain and i currently live in dubai UAE i came for my holidays in india (kanpur-hometown). I was in need of a mobile phone as mine was broken therefore i ordered one samsung galaxy on7 from flipkart app . Today by 1 or 1.30 i received it but when i opend the pack i saw it was mentioned that only indian sim would work in that phone. I knew nothing about the phone and i bought as per product description given on flipkart and no where it was writen that it will only work for indian sim. I talked to them for replacement and continue to talk for 2 hours but they were not even accepting their responsibilty of writing proper product description let alone replacing. They have disappointed to a big deal and dont want to be responsible for it now i have lost both my money and the phone is of no use now. I am here for 13 days more i want someone to help me in this for as a customer i have a right to be aware of what i am buying and that i jave lost my money. The flipkart even told me that they were told a solution to register with indian and the use my uae du sim however when i cross checked with samsung they said no such solution is known which clearly means flipkart is lying and pushing my product on me.

                          I am having order no OD[protected] purchased redmi note 4 and within 2 hrs o[censored]se requested for return as poor performace hanging problem and all as i am not satiafied with performance and problem of mobile so poor quality now i want to retun it and refund my amount i dont want to use poor performance and low quality mobile as whatever specification mentioned are not up to tge mark so i want to purchase any other mobile from flipkart only but i want good quality mobile as i am.not finding in redme note 4 so please refund me my amount either in flipkart or my account as i am not interested to use 3rd class mobile forcefully.i am so frustrated and irritated with that plz refund me amount.

                            I am Pradeep Gupta, I have been regular user of Flipkart and experience was good but at this time it has been very disappointing that I purchased an I-Phone 6 on 26th Oct 2016(Oder ID-OD[protected] during the Diwali Offer.
                            According to that offer there was 15% cashback (Maximum 3000 INR) and the same was applied successfully on my Citi Bank Card but I didn’t get any cashback till 31st Janury'2017.

                                I ordered redmi note 4 on 30th by cod, today a message came about prepaid transaction from Flipkart and i paid using pnb card.
                                Money got deducted but payment was unsuccessful according to Flipkart.
                                Now they haven't sent any refund to the bank.
                                I'm really tensed please help sir/mam.
                                I really didn't know these things happen in Flipkart too because I have never faced such an issue in the past years I have been shopping from Flipkart.
                                Hope I get help because many people are saying that they never get their money back.

                                  I shopped in flipkart on 13 Jan 2017 with order no OD[protected] of rs 25574 but later on I cancelled d product. Seller claimed that they had return my money into my bank account with reference no 30001070197013104093294 on 18 jan 2017 but the bank claimed dat no amount of money had been transferred into ur account. Moreover I also raise complain in bank against dis n dey reply dat dey CannoT trace money with reference number. So I requested u plz check ur bank I:e bank from where money was transfered. Becoz it's more den 12 days now ie: 31 Jan n d amount is not credited into my account. So I requested u to plz credit d amount of rs 25574 into my account as soon as possible.

                                      I order a bag on[protected] which bag I was ordered is WD060 but on 31-01-17 I received a wrong bag which is WDB071 code.

                                      I ordered first time on flipkart but it is a very worst experience for me.
                                      Now I call on helpline line and they told me they give my exect parcel on 7th Feb. I want u have to take a serious step so it. So I will be give another ordered in future.
