My name is Kabilan. I have purchased a mobile phone Moto M on 25th Janyary 2017 and received the product in hand on 1st Feb 2017. The mobile is manufactured with 16 mega pixel. But when i am taking the picture, the quality it very poor. It is looks like 2 mega pixel. So, i have requested for replacement. But even the replacement product is also not good. So, i have opted for refund. But when i am talking to flipkart agent, he is not ready for refund and denied it. Kindly looking into this and help me to get resolve this. I want refund. I am looking for your action on this.
