I ordered redmi note 4 on 30th by cod, today a message came about prepaid transaction from Flipkart and i paid using pnb card.
Money got deducted but payment was unsuccessful according to Flipkart.
Now they haven't sent any refund to the bank.
I'm really tensed please help sir/mam.
I really didn't know these things happen in Flipkart too because I have never faced such an issue in the past years I have been shopping from Flipkart.
Hope I get help because many people are saying that they never get their money back.

    I shopped in flipkart on 13 Jan 2017 with order no OD[protected] of rs 25574 but later on I cancelled d product. Seller claimed that they had return my money into my bank account with reference no 30001070197013104093294 on 18 jan 2017 but the bank claimed dat no amount of money had been transferred into ur account. Moreover I also raise complain in bank against dis n dey reply dat dey CannoT trace money with reference number. So I requested u plz check ur bank I:e bank from where money was transfered. Becoz it's more den 12 days now ie: 31 Jan n d amount is not credited into my account. So I requested u to plz credit d amount of rs 25574 into my account as soon as possible.

      After installation two days above we found tv screen corner side black shade observed. It will appear in after off and on condition also.         Customer care team
        I order a bag on[protected] which bag I was ordered is WD060 but on 31-01-17 I received a wrong bag which is WDB071 code.

        I ordered first time on flipkart but it is a very worst experience for me.
        Now I call on helpline line and they told me they give my exect parcel on 7th Feb. I want u have to take a serious step so it. So I will be give another ordered in future.

            I made a purchase from flipkart.com amounting 629 INR. After returning it back, I got the amount back from flipkart on 2nd January. After that repeatedly on 4th and 10th January the same amount got deducted twice from my bank account. So a total of 1258INR got deduced without notifying me illegally. I tried to raise the concern with flipkart multiple time through phone calls and e-mails. They just gave a probable timeline for providing resolution. The final date was 28th January. So, after that when I did not received even a call from Flipkart, I called them back 3times.Each time the customer care executives heard the entire scenario and told me to be online while they will check the situation, they disconnected the call with informing me. I am utterly disappointed with this kind of regular harassment from Flipkart now.

              I had ordered Samsung earphone Samtek 1000 high on 18th of Jan and it got delivered on 22nd of January from Flipkart...After 5 days of delivery it is not working ...One side of the earphone is not working completely so what is the issue with it... What photo should i provide because ..I think it is an internal problem... So what should i do..??..I want a refund or a repair of the product...!!!

                  The laptop was delivered on 30 Jan 17 in a nice sealed box. But to my surprise when I opened the box it contained only the charger and not the laptop. I was totally shocked to see that. I called flipkart on 30 Jan 17 for reporting the issue and raised a return retuest also. But they responded in mail that it will take 7 working days and that too the resolution which will be provided after seven days was not assured. Since the order was paid through credit crad while ordering, My hard earned money is now stuck with Flipkart.

                      After few days, My mic of headphone stop working. I have contact to flipkart for this issue after 2-3 days after getting over my busy schedule.
                      Flipkart customer support member told me that- we can help you to exchange this. If you want to exchange your headphone, contact directly to JBL showroom near by you.I told him that my product is currently in warranty period. they declined and said to contact JBL support.
                      I was just helpless at that time.
                      @Flipkart, you are providing like that service ???? Havent you any idea how to give service properly to your customer.

                      I inquired online from JBL website. they also not responding my Problem query.
                      Now its more than one month and I am getting irritating

                      In my city- Surat(Gujarat), there is no JBL showroom where I can atleast do inquiry.
                      Help me to exchange it.

                          I want to make a complaint regarding flipcart.

                          Company is in serving industry I think company has a very poor selling management. I was buying redmi product but site was very low. And within a seconds cellphone was sold out.how can this possible if they can't manage the website why this people still running the sites.

                          My request is to send me the link to buy redmi note 4 as soon as possible. I don't want to wait for next sale.

                          I experienced same issue for both the sales. If they are not able to provide me handset. You should ban There website for future sales for redmi note 4.

                              With reference to Order No.OD[protected], please note I have booked two saree, out of which only one materials have been delivered today with poor quality / another items as against order with total payment of Rs.1338/-. Enclosed scan copy for your ready reference, please.

                              How can be possible from reputed company doing this type of casual mistake, when the said materials have been order for require it only urgent basis for immediate occasion at residence.

                              I need to get proper remedial measure on immediate basis.

                                    I have booked an Lenovo K5 note mobile on exchange offer on 24.01.2017. I have already made the payment.

                                    The item tracking id is [protected] and it was supposed to be delivered on 25.01
                                    17.
                                    But it was not delivered and the reason quoted was that they were unable to reach me.
                                    The same reason os being told repeatedly amd I haven't received the product so far.. It seems Flipkart finding a reason for the failure in delivering the prodict.
                                    I have given the same feedback daily

                                    It is a lesson for me not to buy any product in Flipkart by making payment in advance and suggest to go for only COD option So that the product will be delivered in time or you are not out of ocket. Please educate and suggest all your contacts .

                                      I have bought one mobile from flipkart, lyf flame 8, but i am having some performance issues and i am not liking the device at all.the thing is this is the third time i am sending them return request but without taking any notice they are saying they have resolved the issue.
                                      that's why i chose consumer complaint.
                                      the worst part this their customer support don't know how to talk, they are rude, is that the way to talk?

                                      secondly they are saying me to go to service centre, are bhai if the product is not working or is defected kinndly replace it or return it.
                                      if i have to go to service centre and all why wil i buy from flipkart and take that much tension

                                      i will go n directly buy from mobile store na.

                                      earlier i bought syska led bulb, till now i havent got the courier charges getting refunded

                                      please provide help

                                        I purchased iphont 6 on jan 24th but when i checked iphone warrenty status it shows the phone has Already been activated last year april.so they have sealed used product and sold to me . when i requested for return request they have rejected my request.

                                        I am really disappointed by such a poor customer service by flipkart.
                                        if my ssue is not being addressed i would definitely escalate it.

                                        Please look in to the issue and provide me the proper response for rejection.
