I have purchased a earphone of sennheiser from flipkart in May 2016 and I have received a duplicate product from a flipkart assured dealer.
I am adding the details of verification conducted by the customer service center of sennheiser. Further the Flipkart does not want to replace the product and speaking in the manner that they are doing some honor on me by selling the product.

We have tested your earphone thoroughly and found below differences.
1) EP jack, cable quality different than our original product.
2) Cable sleeve found different.
Also you have purchased this earphone through non-authorized retailer of Sennheiser.
Considering all above things, we concluded that your purchased earphone is fake and cannot be entertained from our service center.
However kindly contact your retailer to avail warranty on it.
Please feel free to revert back to us for any further assistance.

I think people of India should unite and stop purchasing from such flipkart as they are providing duplicate product and cheating with the customers.

Now this guys are using the wrong bank details and saying that the refund process is getting cancelled.
Kindly help get my money back.

    After a long follow-up with customer support and sent mail to sachin bansal (Founder of flipkart) we have not received any positiove response on it.

    I have a voucher worth rs 5000
    However, the validity of the voucher has been over on 11th january 2017 and
    I am not able to use that voucher due to family health issue (Mom) and i
    Was very busy in her treatment.

    I follow-up with customer services and they said there is no policy to
    Increase the validity of voucher or no policy to give money in any form.

    I hope you know the value of money, and this amount is the liability of
    Flipkart.

    As a customer, i am humble request you to please give my money back in any
    Form i. E credit note or check credit balance in my account or increase the
    Validity of my voucher. Below are the details of the voucher

      I wanted to change the model and with the help of refund get the new better model, I had an issue with Panasonic P66 Mega and was not happy at all. They said only replacement is posible within 10 days and if the replacement model is faulty then we will refund. Now my replacement model is faulty as well, but they say there will be strictly no refund and also replacement will not be provided as I have told the issue after 12 days. I need to go to the nearby Panasonic store and help myself. Why Flipkart has made so hard for me?

      1. First model had speaker issue and we had to on the loudspeaker to hear the voice, the technican could not help us.

      2. The replacement model get hang during the call and get cut automatically.

      Please I still need a refund and get a better phone. The representative just kept on saying No No No, could not think out of the box. I had just asked refund So I can put some money and get a new phone.

      Please help me at the earliest, the phone was a gift to my aunt and this is making me more sad.

          I ordered a lenove vibe k5 plus from flipkart which i received on 27 feb 2017.
          I registered a complaint with lenovo on 28. I tried my sim and there were no signals in phone i tough my sim was corrupted so i ordered a new sim still the phone did not got not got any signal. I tried different functional sim in that phone but none work. I contacted lenovo customer care and they suggested to get the phone replaced as the sim slot of the phone is not working due to which the phone never receive signals and no call can be made.
          I contacted flipkart customer care at 8:00 am in morning on 2 feb and they assured me that a technician will visit my house in 24 hours but by 7:00pm. I did receive an email that my request has been cancelled. I call the customer care again to verify and they suggested that that it was a technical glitch and he has raised a new request and suggested to wait for next 24 hours. I again made a call to customer care on 3 feb at 3: 00pm and i was inform that the technician did tried to call me and my phone was switch off due to which my yesterday request was cancelled and no new request has been placed.
          He said he is gong to place a new request and i have to wait again for next 24 hours for the technician to come.

              My name is sahil akram. I work on Aiims. I am writing this complain against Flipkart.com. The reason for writing the complain is because i purchase Samsung A9 Pro in gold colour from flipkart on 23rd of Feb 2017 whereas the delivery came to me on 27th of Feb 2017. There were two people on bike who came with only my delivery. I paid them rs 32490 and they handed the delivery to me. There was a cartoon box taped and once i open the cartoon box there was a phone box inside the cartoon box. Once i open the phone box there was no phone inside the box at the place of phone space. i have checked the box internally as well but there was no phone. I was so worried about how does it possible. So at the same time i called to customercare and had a talk where i was told that not to worry i would get the delivery by 28th feb but at that day i wont get any delivery rather i get the mail stating that i need to wait till 1st march 2:30pm but again on 1st march nothing got happened and agian when i called on 2nd march again i was told to wait till 24 more hours but today a mail was send that ''We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history." Do you know one thing it is just my 1st purhase. please help me on it. The order id is OD[protected].

              I got a call from a guy 2 days back stating that he will get back to me with possible resolutions. When i asked when did you get back with resolution, i was told with in 24 to 48 hours which has already .been passed but still i wont get any delivery neither the guy came back with resolution. Kindly help me out. Also please suggest the further way so that i can get the justice.

              I got a call from flipkart stating that they are not going to process the request in the other means they are directly telling that they are not going to provide the phone to me and also telling that they have proof of it that they have send me the product whereas i have not received it. So i asked them a clear mail stating that they has denied on all that mean. So further assist me to register a complain against the company in the legal way. i am very thankful for the way you helped me, further please help me file the legal complain. I really do not want to leave the company.

                My phone Lenovo K5 Plus had some problems so I requested for return and I was offered replacement but that didn't took place due to communication error.Now I ask for refund of same since I'didnt get the replacement within timelines, but they offer replacement again which I no longer need.
                Last time the problem was same and I was offered refund 2nd time as the replacement didn't took place due to some issues with seller.
                Now this time why don't they provide me refund as per their policy and confirmation from their executive.

                          I have purchased a SWISS MILITARY watch (SM34042.04) on 5th October 2016 from flipkart retail with your reference . Now I can see there is no stamped valid warranty card .
                          I have also mailed and called the seller Sky Bird INC. multiple times but didn't got a single response from them.

                              Today i select some cosmetic items for purchase by cash on delivery but when i order for this item list which is above rs. 500+ ...then sudden they call extra delivery charge from me. question arose on my mind that why should i pay extra charge for those cosmetic items. its my favorite flipkart problem to solve my issue not my problem to charge extra charge. i have option to purchase on other websites but i believe on flipkart because i always purchase online shopping with it. solve the issue as soon as possible if not please reply that why i go to on other websites

                              As described above, you need not to pay any extra delivery charges more than the product cost. But u must ensure that with your order summary whether they asked for any delivery charges. If they asked any delivery charges in your order summary means u have to pay those amount. Otherwise u need not to accept that order and write a complaint to "[protected]@flipcart.com" to resolve this.

                                  I have purchased one product with order id OD[protected]Redmi note 4). On 27-feb-2017 i have initiated replacemet request for my phone due to many issues like overheating, battery charging and discharging, charger ejecting etc. On 28-feb-2017 i have received call from flipkart but the call was not audible so call got disconncted and later on the replacement request was cancelled by flipkart.
                                  Then again i called fipkart they said please follow some troubleshooting procedures and then call us we will do smartcheck and approve your return request. After performing trouble shooting guidelines, i called flipkart and said we will arrange a technicial visit not smartcheck.sometimes they say ewe will do smartcheck and sometimes they say we will arrange tech visit. so i said i am i am doing job and i can attend tech visit after my office hours, they sai ok . later on i received call from technician and he said i can come between 10am to 6pm.
                                  this is not possible for me as i cannot waste my one day salary for this and there is no one in my home who can attend the technician
                                  So you are requested to approve my refund request as there is no other option because i can not call again and again i also have work of mine.
                                  further i have all the call recording that i had done with flipkart, i[censored] want i can share with you.
                                  Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Due to some reasons ive cancelled it.after 10 days also i haven't received my money.i have called flipkart.but they took no action regarding that.they told me the same procedures.i have contacted my bank.and they said amount has been credited by flipkart yet.they gave 8 days time.now its too long and i have not received anything.flipkart is just a lier.

                                    We had cancelled the order on 16th Feb 2016 and same day we had initiated refund. And we had provided the information that within 5 business days it will reflect in his account. When customer came back stating that he hasn't received the refund we said the customer to go to the bank and raise a dispute. We have refunded the amount and we are closing the case from our side.

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                      Purchased vide Order no. OD[protected] & order date: 01.03.2016
                                      After few days of purchase we faced following problems in the refrigerator:
                                      1. The thermostat is not working most probably, resulting ice accumulation in the deep fridge.
                                      2. The defroster knob is not working, sometimes
                                      3. The indoor light is not working
                                      4. The bellow gasket in the front door has been squeezed within few days of its delivery, resulting leakage of cold air & condensate at outside and more electricity consumption. Once they have replaced the bellow gasket of front door, but after one week same problem faced.
                                      5. The plastic retainers were not good ones. The same are being coming out from the refrigerator body, for which we can't store bottles in the door cabinet
                                      Further raised complain, but no support from them.
                                      Now they are telling regarding manufacturing company's inability to support anymore and Flipcart is considering for refund for the faulty product, but the package box is required for refund. And for which they have not suggested me earlier to keep the same for lifetime. On this view, message comes from Flipcart that there is doubt on Flipcart's intension on customer support, as they are asking the packing box after almost one year after purchase (since last almost 8 months, I'm following up for replacement of the faulty product, but nobody from Flipcart asked to keep the packing box. And nobody preserves the packing box of household appliances for long time. I have preserved the same for one month, as per Flipcart's return policy. I have asked them for replacement of the faulty refrigerator since facing problems.

                                      Hence, my request to appropriate authority to take care of the issue and to give proper justice in this regard. I need the refund, which they have agreed, but without the packing box (for which, they may deduct reasonable amount from refund amount)

                                      I have received last e-mail from Flipcart on 27.02.2017 and same day I have replied, copy of those were already attached with
                                      this complaint. Neither any response nor any update regarding the issue, I have received from Flipcart after my mail on
                                      27.02.2017. Hope Flipcart will provide proper, justified and practical solution in this regard.

                                      No such response yet received from Flipcart. Statement given by Flipcart Customer Care as response in this forum on 09.03.2017 is not true. If it is true, then asking them to share in this open forum what resolution they have provided. Any customer will not expect this type o[censored]nprofessional behavior from a company like Flipcart, which seems a company with a business policy of cheating only.

                                        I have purchased a Samsung galaxy on8 on 26.11.2016 on emi .Flipkart debited my credit card by total amount of Rs 16099 and also make 6 emi. I raise this issue with hdfc bank, but bank confirmed that emi amount is being credited to flipkart monthly. Please resolve the issue.
