    I have ordered a duffle bag(OD[protected] and the delivered product was faulty.I requested for a replacement and the delivery boy called me to arrange a replacement.But I waited for a long period for the delivery boy to come, however, he didn't.The shocking incident was that, when I checked the status of the product thereafter, it showed faulty product replaced.Neither the delivery boy reached me nor they replaced my product.Please give me a solution on this please

      On Feb 25, 2017 - I got my order delivered to me. I had ordered hair dryer + straightener. While delivery, I felt that box was suspiciously light-weight. I asked delivery box that it's too light and the box is tempered, do it really have the dryer? He replied that yes, this is what it is and dryers are usually too light in weight. He assured me that I can raise a return request in case of any issue.

      When I opened the box (I have shooted a video of it, as it was suspicious), it had many papers and manuals inside, however, I couldn't find any of my expected products.

      After delivery, within 10 minutes, I raised return request and call customer care number. They said they will call me back in 5-7mins. They never called my back. Regarding my return request via the website, I got following message from flipkart:
      We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected].

      I had raised the return request 3 times, every time I got the above message.

      Really a terrific experience ever with online shopping. BIG NO NO to flipkart.

      Just after adding this complaint, I had got a call from one of the customer executives of flipkart. He told me that they are looking into the case and will update me in an hour about the refund. They called me NEXT DAY and told me that there was a problem on their side due to which their system was showing that there were a high number of returns in my history.

      They apologized and made me sure that within 2 working days, the refund will be credited to my bank account. However, after a week, I DIDN'T GET ANY REFUND. I asked flipkart for the status of my refund they said within 3 days it will be in my account. Today, I got an email and sms from flipkart saying the same thing i.e., 'Due to a high number of returns on my account, they are not considering my current return request' AND 'seller has disapproved my refund request'.

      Back to square one, after 2 weeks, same thing. FLIPKART AND THEIR SERVICES ARE REALLY TERRIFIC.

        I had placed an order with Flipkart with order no OD[protected]. I had got "Prestige PAF 3.0 G Air Fryer" at Rs799 whose original price is Rs6000.

        The item was shipped by seller OmniRetailTech. After a day flipkart, cancelled my order with an apology that the seller had listed the item at the wrong price(photos attached for proof). But how could they do this? The seller was committed to sell at Rs799 only.

        I want a resolution at the earliest, otherwise I'll take strict legal action against flipkart.

        A flipkart customer even received the "Prestige PAF 3.0 G Air Fryer" at Rs799. He wrote in the comments(screenshot attached) "Got at a crazy deal..@799.. working well" and the person is a "Certified Buyer"; that means, he received the product at Rs799 only. How could he get whereas I also ordered at the same price but did not get? Flipkart is biased to customers and it is a criminal offence.

I entered all the details, the order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But at 9.14PM the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract ! Thanks and Regards.

              I order a ikall k24 phone from flipkart and there is not mention of that you will not get refund of it what i got is way more different from the product shown and now they are saying you cannot get refund you will get a replacement and i don't want that phone and they haven't mention that you cannot get refund They told me that the product is flipkart assured but what i get is 3 class product and when i call to customer support he tell why you are calling after 3 days why you haven't call early flipkart make your service good

                      I ordered 4 yoga mats from flipkart and paid through my debit card. they collected 1782/- and within half an hour they cancelled the order. when i called them regarding this they are inrimating that the order will be taken only for one piece and the amount will be paid within six working days. its really rude behaviour as they are collecting money in holidays and they wont pay it back on holidays. they are requesting me tht fifty percent of the money will be returned tomorrow and the remaining will be paid in the next week. what the hell is going on? what is their right to do all this? if they wont pay the money within a day from the cancellation i am going to file it in consumer court for their irresponsibility and inability.

                            I have ordered 2 items from flipkart. One is Loafer shoes nd another is Women Blazer.
                            I have some quality issues with these products. So i wants refund of both products.
                            I had requested for return many times from the App as well as Telecommunication from Flipkart Customer Care.
                            But after 10-12 hours of the return request becames invalid and no status of that request remains.
                            This time I m very unhappy from flipkart service. This is very disgusting thing from your side.
                            Please consider my return request ASAP otherwise I have to lodge complaint with consumer portal or Post this Flipkart bad service on Twitter.

                                Several time contact with customer care but reply zero. No one can say right time of delivery.
                                2. 1st date of delivery 12.02.2017 to 14.02.2017. Then 17.02.2017 then 20.02.2017, then 20.02.2017 then 21.02.2017 then 22.02.2017 then 23.02.2017 till date not received.

                                Kindly sir take necessary action in this regards.

                                  I have been a regular customer of Flipkart for over 3 years now & have had pleasant experiences with almost all the transactions.
                                  I am not satisfied with this mobile in this price. Totally disappointed with the service and camera quality. In addition, while playing games mobile is overheating in very short time. Mobile looks also bad. I want my money refund. Please collect the mobile on next week i.e. from 27.02.2017 onwards as my office closed from 24.02.2017 to 26.02.2017.
                                  Please refund the money as early as possible. Please consider this as my earnest request.
                                  I genuinely hope & believe that you will keep my request & play a good role towards maintain our relation a magnificent one.

                                  But flipkart is saying they won't provide refund for mobile. They can provide replacement for maximum 1 time. Other online sellers have better refund procedure. Flipkart is cheating people.

                                    I bought a lenovo K3 note in November and right after a month it started to malfunction. it is heating a lot moreover the bottom touch buttons are not working. on complaining to the lenovo care, i am getting cold response. its hardly three month since i bought the phone and so much problems started to come up.                                         I had ordered a pair of leggings on Flipkart which was delivered on February 15, 2017 and I had put in a return request on the very same day. I got a confirmation from Flipkart saying that they would be arranging for the pick up.
                                        From February 16th onwards, I have been receiving a SMS that says that the product would be picked up today, but no one shows up to collect the product. No one answers the call on the number of the delivery person, as provided in the SMSes.

                                        I called the customer care on February 21, 2017 and the executive then informed me that the number that was given in the SMS is incorrect. He then gave me the number and asked me to speak to the guy and coordinate with him. He said that he is not responsible for any delivery/pick up in my pin code area and would coordinate with the person responsible for the delivery and pickup of the pin code area where I stay. I had informed him that the product would be made available, irrespective of whether the delivery person can get in touch with me or not. (Number of the delivery guy given by Flipkart executive - [protected])

                                        It's such a mess that has been created. Sometime's they reschedule the pick up because I did not answer the call, another day they rescheduled it because they could not locate the address and today they canceled the return request altogether because "I had decided to keep the product" (as written in the SMS).

                                        We are sorry for the delay in pickup. As we can see that the order ID: OD[protected] has already been picked up and we have initiated refund of Rs. 460 on 24 Feb 2017 and as per the standard banking procedure it will take 3 business days to reflect in his account. Taking this as a feedback and will make sure that it won't repeat in the future. Closing the complaint from our side
                                        I ordered a product and after registering with the flipkart that I'm enable to take call from them and requesting them to call back. They registered my complaint then also they haven't solved the problem.

Stuff which I received that is damaged buttons broken switching damaged poor quality. but till now I haven't received my money back. now I am going through to file a legal complaint and gone to fabcebook page regarding all this matter.
