I bought an iPhone 6 from flipkart.I have a problem with the warranty of my phone.i bought it less than 10 days before and it shows my warranty expiring date is just a month ahead.so plz show some pains to solve my problem.I have seen many more having the same problem with the warranty of the gadgets bought from flipkart.I use to think that flipkart is trustworthy site but now I think that I was wrong it is not safe to buy any electronic gadget from even I don't have any proper Bill with it.It is totally wrong.They should not do such kind of acts with their customers.They have given me a phone which is one year old.It means o have given a full price for the phone which is second hand.I request the person whosoever reads this complaint to help me and resolve my problem.Otherwise I will launch a case against this so called flipkart.

    therefore I returned the given t-shirt
    and I received the amount of one t-shirt.
    I didn't get the other t-shirt or other amount of the t-shirt.
    I say the delivered boy about that case but he told contact flipcart and report abou it.

      I have ordered Prestige PAF 3.0 AIR FRYER
      GOLD AND SILVER
      I have ordered for 799 each which was tagged at special price as the sale was #Homeshoppingdays. It was to be delivered by Monday but now it has been cancelled when I asked the reason they say it was wrong priced. Mistaken by the seller
      1. Here I say if it is Pricing error why did you ship? Before shipping they check 100s terms.. How can you ship the pricing error item?
      2.Many comments I see they have written got for just 799 Jackpot, Looted for 799
      How did they got delivered.
      Ekart have eaten my product now cancelled. I just want to screw Flipkart so that they won't talk rudely and won't make any customer unhappy/dissapoint..
      May Flipkart go in loss and beg for they have done.

      Help me I don't want refund I want my products get delivered

              The above was bought by asha ghosh on 25th october 2016 with her card of citibank on which there was a 15% cash back. The same was delivered at 403, chaitanya residency, 1, avalappa lane, murugesh palya, bangalore 560017. It was promised that the cash back will be credited to her account by 31st january, 2017 which has not so far happened.

              The flipkart toll free number [protected] says there is no transaction for the same. The phone number of the person to whom the product was delivered is [protected] who had also received plenty of sms meessages for the dalay in the delivery of the product. The phone numbrr of asha ghosh is [protected].

              Please enquire into the status of the regarding credit back of the 15% cash amounting to rs.3000/-

                Received Moto E on 4th Feb and raised request on 12th Feb
                There's sim slot issue in the device, they told that they will arrange a Engg visit, as it is my official addresss, I told them that it's not possible for me to allow ur Engg to come into the office building, later they asked me to install some app to check the device but in that app it's clearly mentioned that app will give access to all the data on my device, due to security reasons I denied to give access through that app
                Later I agreed for a Engg visit and informed them that even thought your Engg comes we have to stand on the road and ur Engg have to check the device on road, when I agreed for Engg visit, Flipkart started saying that they do not have Engg visit option available in my location, now they are not replacing the Phone and asking me to visit the service centre
                Now they are saying that it doesn't fall under 10 days replacement warranty
                I raised request before 10 days
                Kindly check and do the needful.

                  I have purchased iphone 6 on 18th Feb 2016 which was delivered on 20th Feb 2016. Upon checking I found that when I am putting it on speaker other person is unable to hear me. Looks there is some issue with the speaker, hence want to return this item but when I login to flipkart site return icon is been disable for order id OD[protected]. Request you to please do the needful at the earliest.

                    Hi.. I ordered a lenovo laptop (Lenovo ideapad 310 core i5 6th gen) with order id od[protected]. I received the product. The box was of lenovo ideapad 310 but the laptop inside the box was a lenovo ideapad 110. The product ordered stated that it has windows 10 preinstalled but the product received has no operating system installed. The product was sent from retailnet. I have applied for the return policy. But it is not yet processed. Please make sure that the actual product is delivered instead of any other model. It would be a great help if this problem is resolved soon.

                      I have ordered a lenovo laptop from flipkart. Firstly, the delivery was delayed. Later, when i started using the product, the performance of the laptop was very very poor as if it is a duplicate product. So. I tried to raise a request for return of the item. Then, flipkart told me that the issues which i am facing is not genuine and the current performance is the expected performance of the laptop. Still they promised me that a technical guy will visit my place to see what is the problem within 24 hours. Later after a day, when the guy did not show up, i again contacted flipkart about it and i found that my return request was cancelled without even knowing me. So i filed another complaint regarding return. Currently, flipkart is just given me further dates from last 4 days and no guy have visited to see the issue. Also, flipkart is not initiating my refund even when their deadline for refund is completed. Totally a fraud company. Support team is very rude. The hang up on my call purposely when i was trying to explain the issue. Disgusting and disrespecting company with no values.

                            Ordered a mattress..

                            Price was 10981..

                            2nd day i order that they reduce price to 9191.. ask them not to ship.. they do not reply and ship.

                            After shipping they call and tell price keeps varying and not be refunded.

                            Increase price to 10981 and call me again.

                            Only frauds keep changing offers 2 times a day after calling a customer.

                            I am sure after delivery they will reduce the price..

                            Flipkart has a worst pricing ethic.

                                Had purchased phone through flipkart on 14th Feb'17 and the same day it was stolen by somebody from GSK, Head Office, Gurgaon with Full complete box.
                                When i searched out for IMEI no. from retails invoice, for lodging complaint at police station, the police said the imei no. which flipkart had shared is incorrect. Had then raised an complaint with complaint no.IN[protected] to flipkart and till then today's date ( 21.02.17, they are postponing the dates (giving complete correct IMEI No.) and saying again n again they would be solving my issues within 24hrs. What shall i do?? Its completely ridiculous that first and last shopping i had ever done. So worst experience. I will lodge a case against flipkart in court. I will also spread this message to everyone on facebook, Whatsapp, Linkedin, twitter, Instagram.

                                    Flipkart is now not allowing me to log in with my phone number or email ID. Basically they are forcing me into Forgot password, then after phone or email verification, they ask me to change password, which they are forcing to fail.

                                    When I called the customer service, they said I need to use different phone number of email ID.

                                    When I told them that I needed to access old bills, they said it is not possible over the phone to give details on such.

                                    When I told them that I cant keep changing my phone or email every week for their inefficiency, gingerly the person took a complaint but told me to wait for three days.

                                      Hello,
                                      Here i am sending mail related to payment failed by flipkart but charged from credit card (Sbi card).

                                      I ordered lenovo vibe k5 plus 3 gb on 10th feb 2017 at 12:17 am. At the time of payment's first attempt i gone through regular credit card payment methodology and did pay payed entire amount of rs 8499. But after a moment i got error message from flipkart as below:
                                      Error title : "payment failed"
                                      Error description : "sorry, your payment did not go through. Please try again. Your transection id is tx[protected].in the unlikely event that you are charged, the entire amount will be refunded automatically in 3-5 working days."

                                      I took screenshot of that massage and then tried again for buying product and second time payment got successful. But because of that technical issue by flipkart's side i charged 2 time for single product.
                                      Its been 11 days of this false transection event but no refund done by flipkart or sbi credit card. I complained at sbi and they said merchant charged for 2 transections so they cant refund it until merchant release the false payment and also charged me penalty of overdue because of this unlikely mistake done by flipkart.
                                      Its already been 11 days and no response by flipkart.
