Fipkart has sent me the bad phone Lenovo Vibe k5 plus twice mentioning that it is volte support however it does not .. have already written many mails to them and tried to contact their customer toll free number . they neither repair the phone and nor ready to replace the phone . even asking for the tech visit then the technician does not call and cancel the request. these guys even do not approach you for refund and cancel the refund on their own without even bother to pick up your phone . this is happening over the last one month and i am fed up now.

please help me

they first said that they will send the tech for repair and without tech visit they cancelled the request. I called them 100 times and every time the call got disconnected in the IVR itself where the IVR suggested to contact tthru flipkart website. On flipkart website you never see the option for call bACK and you will never be able to connect thru their toll free number. after many attempts i got a call back where they assured a refund . However on the next day my refund got cancelled without any reason and i finally got to know that pick up slot was not available so they cancelled the requested in stead of rescheduling the pick up. No one does that.please resolve the concern asap

Spoke to customer on 97173*****. He was upset that the pick up was cancelled without his consent and requested for a pick up on saturday or sunday. Informed him that we cannot arrange for a particular date, however he can co-ordinate with the FE. Customer agreed. Informed him pick up and refund timelines. Packing instructions given.

    I purchase Boat 220 bass heads from Flipkart on 27th august 2016. I bought the product by knowing it is having 1 year manufacturing warranty. For six months it worked without any problem. From 14th February 2017 right side speaker is not working propery. By 17th February right side speaker completely stopped working. I'm having invoice of the product from the flipkart. please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      I am not happy with the flipkart services. it seems to be totally fake service provider. I have today purchase RedMi Note 4 It is added in to my cart and when I try to continue for payment it stopped for some second and the product become out of stock. I don't know if there is any product added into your cart how it is out of stock. I agree if the item is not added into your cart. but after adding into the cart. go for out of stock is totally rubbish. A person need some time to add payment as well as I have not get time to add payment in a few second it is going to be out of stock. I am totally disappointed. card become out of stock is not good. I waste my full day time with adding this into cart and after a few second it become empty. Now I think never go with flipkart any more.

      Spoke to customer he said he want phone hence asked to wait till next sale customer agreed.
      Same thing happened with during flash sale of redmi note 4.

      The phone was added to the cart and when i was just about to make the payments it went out of stock.

      Flipkart this is not good please look into this. If the product is not added to the cart in the first place then its understandable but after being added into the cart it shouldn't go out of stock.
      Today I added a redmi 4 a in the cart during the flash sale but when I do check out red mi application shows me the phone is out stock...redmi flash sale is just the way of looting the customers...this is 7 Th time when I try to buy this phone but not getting success

          I have placed an order for a mobile phone on 15th Feb and was promised a delivery by 16th Feb. The delicery was not done as promised.

          Moreover there is no communication on why the delivery didnot happen and when are they going to deliver the product,

          Their Customer Service is worst. I am not sure if they record the calls and listen to them to understand their level of service. How many ever times you call its a fresh call as the previous agent does not have information about your previous conversation.

          I am wondering if this is on they want to treat the online customers, they should not be in business. If i have used the same money walked into a store for purchase I would have got better service, and look and feel of the product I am purchasing.

              I had placed an order for above product @ Rs.272/-
              Once i got it and got it fixed on phone, since after that i am not able to take selfies as the lens is not visible due to improper Grooving for almost everything like Speaker, notification LED, and other indicating lights.
              So I requested them either to send a proper Glass for Redmi Note 4 or Refund me my money immediately. My order number OD[protected] .
              This product is specially designed for Redmi Note 4, but Just use less and even i am not able to use my Camera because of this tempered Glass.

                Dear Sir/Mam, My name is Sekhar, I have placed order for redmi 3S prime on 3rd february and i got delivered on the 4th feb. After a day i found some issues with using mobile, if i talk more then 5 minutes handset is getting hear, battery also tacking much time to full up around 4hrs and sometimes touch also not working properly. I give a request for replaced on 8th february, till this date they have not respond properly and i have send 2 mails to customer support also but no use. I called to customer care they said they will send the technician but he did not visit the place and updated to customer care. They are telling you are satisfied with the product so we are not going to replace it. Very worst service isgoing for mobile. I need replacement sir, i am unable to use this due to heat and battery problems. flipkart is cheating me.

                          I ordered a HP 678 cartridge from a flipkart and they said that there is 2 years manufacturing warranty. And when I contacted HP Customer care and visit service centre and they said that on all cartridges they provide 6 months to 1 year of warranty. And flipkart is increasing the date again and again like that the case is going in the high court. Please help me use the warranty of product or ask flipkart to replace the cartridge.

                            To whomsoever it may concern I would like to bring it up to your attention that I ordered something as a gift for my valentine and it showed that it will be delivered by 14th Feb 2017 at the latest, but to my discomfort and agony it did not reached me by the latest date. I had to bear embarrassments beyond anything.
                            Thus, my valentines day was ruined to my dismay.
                            I then contacted the customer care on Flipkart, keeping my utmost trust in the services offered and again was very dissatisfied.
                            They stalled me for over two hours and each time I had to discuss my query afresh to the person higher in hierarchy. Each and every time they only said sorry.
                            I would like to get reimbursed monetarily or some kind of cashback, which is only way to show that company is apologetic.

                            Kindly see to the matter at latest possible.

                                    As written to flipkart (Time & again) - reference to so called sale of redmi note 4 (4gb ram, 64gb memory)

                                    Its pure & pure outright mockery of flipkart. Disgusting service provider. If they are not able to streamline their seller in their platform….. Who will?

                                    Standard excuses / replies from flipkart - to what i am talking about:
                                    “we are sorry but you can again try in the next sale”
                                    “our seller was out of stock”
                                    “our seller couldn’t match the expected demand”
                                    “our systems were experiencing heavy traffic”
                                    …and on&on

                                    Are we just sitting for almighty flipkart to open the guess word i. E. ‘sale’ and we like baboon’s sit and waste our time while logged in (Even before sale time)…. And not knowing that its a pre nexus between flipkart & seller & courier. Stop this nonsense.

                                    Will recommend everyone to not to shop anything at flipkart.

                                    Have even sent screenshots with them covering precise moments from login to cart to no delivery to out of stock...
                                    Attached here too. This has been going on since a month now (Since their 1st sale of this product).

                                    See no one is losing out in this entire process esp myself. No issue at all in not getting this proposed product. Plenty of options available as per needs... But the process thats being handled by flipkart - is demeaning and faltering the very essence of a true and genuine marketplace.

                                    Hence would request to cease this sale / auction kind of process immediately esp for flipkart.

                                      I have made an order
                                      Order ID OD[protected]
                                      DELIVER 31 JANUARY
                                      I raise a complaint about phone in between 10 days but they didn't responded then I made online complaint within 10 days
                                      They call me after 10 days
                                      I told them my mobile phone is not starting the answer that they will return the mobile phone
                                      But after some days they added a gift card of rupee 400 and closed my complaint
                                      I was shock!!
                                      I call them they says u told us to add gift card and that's why we have closed request now go to the service centre and ask them for solutions...
                                      This is not fair flipkart
                                      You have to replace my mobile phone

                                      My.complaint is not solve yet they have done froud.They have added a gift card of rupee 400 instead of replacing my Mobile and told that it is charge of my phone adapter they have solve the complaint when o told them to replace my Mobile phone they told me that u r complaint have been closed and we are not allowed to replace my phone

                                      Customer came withing return policy for charger defect issue we told for full replacement but customer took 400/- TOA and asked to close case. Now customer came again post return policy with other issue hence customer should get in touch with service center of brand.

                                        not received my order but while tracking my order they showing my order has been dedlivered
                                        i already paid my product price through net banking this not good for consumer it is totally a violation of my consumer right kindly solve my problem my problem as early as possible because i already paid a payment of this product and put a penalty on this site

                                        I have order adidas sports shoes wortg rs 3209 from flipkart. When i checked the delivery status they shown that they delivered my shoes but i did not received my shoes and i have already paid shoes price by net banking . Kindly take a strict action and provide my shoes as eraly as possible. This is the clearly violation of my consumer right. My order id -OD[protected]
