Dear Flipkart Team:
Regarding Order id: OD[protected] [Incident: IN[protected]]
What do you mean by--- " items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use" ?
What suggestions, limitations, do's & dont's --your system (Flipkart ) wants to feed to customer ?
What are the prerequisite of flipkart purchasing ?
Is there any restriction in the market that one customer can not purchase more than one item OR several items for his/her family OR for own use .
Why flipkart system accepted my Order on 10th Jan'17 without any background verification ?
Why have you cancelled my Order without any information? You are doing your business in an " unscrupulous" way . During item Order, flipkart system accepted my order without any purchasing history verification & you people are doing "Order Cancellation " without any information cascading to customer.
What type of C -category system you are handling ?
Why system was showing :

Hello Pritam,
We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order you attempt to place will also get cancelled.
We are concerned and would like to understand the issues you are facing. Please reply to this email and we'll get back to you with an update.
Thanks
Flipkart
Regards,
