To the patron of poorly managed return department

In referennce to cancelled return request for OD[protected]

What kind of easy returns are you guys referring to, you say to factory reset a brand new phone hoping that it will start to work

And later mention that the return cannot be processed because trouble shooting steps have been shared.

On top of it the second contact number shared to register second return request does not work.

What are you guys doing, fooling customers, shut down your business is case you cannot make it customer oriented.

Resolution: Spoke to customer and informed we have TV available TAT given 24 hrs for call back and if issue found we will approve replacement customer agreed.
On 6th january 2017 we have requested return of an ordered item.we got a message that it will be picked up by 7th january.on sunday delivery boy has called us and informed by monday he will pick up the item.but still no response.

    Yesterday i have order sd card, pen drive and 3 mouses by phonepe. Just after placing the order all the 3 mouses get cancelled off automatically and money is refunded but the money refunded is just only for the two mouse. Today it is showing that money is refunded but where is the money for the third mouse
    Please check it out whose fault is this your or phone pe that you have linked to flipkart. And return the money asap.

      I am chirenjeevi and i have purchased tv (vu 32 inch)for my brother at palani.
      tv was booked at jan 4 2017 and tv reached dindigul and has not reached palani. for the past 10 days tv was at this place. no one has given update or anything. i have called the courier gati thay said thy have lodged complaint and they gave me a complaint number and told that i can check the status after that i have found that is fake one. these people are misleading the customer. people are to help me

        I had purchased Lenovo vibe P1 from your site 10 months back with a warranty period of one year but now its vibration mode isn't working... Concerning the same issue I tried calling to your customer care executive but there is no response at all from your side...This kind of gesture is unexpectable from your side..So I want to have a proper one to one interaction with your customer care executive to make a way for my problem.

          Hello team, i wanted to bring up this concern with an order that i have placed with flipkart with order id: od[protected] for apple iphone 6 (Space grey, 16 gb). I have bought this phone as a gift for my sister on her birthday on jan 2 for an exchange of oneplus one phone. The phone was delivered to me on 23/12/2016 and i have not opened the mobile phone till january 2rd. It was a shocking experience that the phone that i have received was a used phone. I have immediately raised a return request from the website mentioning the same comments. I received a call from one of your executive stating that replacement has been initiated and provided the initial replacement (Return id:[protected]. He also mentioned that a technician would come to my door to check the phone physically and process the return. I was still happy for the support that was being provided by flipkart. The technician visited my house on 5th of january and checked the phone and took the pictures of the phone and left. The next day i received an email stating that the replacement was rejected with the comments "the mobile was damaged in the hands of customer please cancel the replacement". (How can the technician decide if the phone was damaged by me or it was received defective). There was no job sheet that was provided when the technician visited nor i have signed anywhere that the mobile was damaged in my own hands. It was really shocking to hear the comments and when called in the customer care they bluntly denied stating that they would not be able to help me in processing the replacement. I spoke to 2 ecalation desk members 1. Arjun and 2. Pooja. And both were of no help stating that the policy (Or) time frame for return has been breached and they would not be able to process the replacement. This is the most annoying and frustrating experience as every call that i had with these people lasted for an hour with no outcome. They were trying to explain me the policy but none were able to resolve my concern. Finally i requested a call back and one of your support analyst called me and assured me that i would receive a call from the concerned team by 08 jan, 2:30 pm. I have not received any call nor my order status still shows as rejected. I would like to get a few answers from your team 1. I have never signed any job sheet that the technician needs to give me a copy of... So is my sign forged? I would need a copy of the job sheet submitted by the technician. 2. Why is your escalation team not able to help me? If they are no help please do not fool the customers that they would take care of it. 3. Why have i not received any call as promised by your support team. I have bought this phone as a gift and its been a week that we are unable to use this phone and this has caused a lot of mental agony and frustration. I have spent 22800 for the phone and the complete fund has been blocked. I hope to get an answer soon and get this addressed on priority. For any further clarification please call me on my registered mobile number.

          Flipkart has delivered me a fake iPhone 7 on Tuesday 9 Aug 17. The imei no and serial nos are not matching inside the phone setting with the box, jack adapter is missing, the logo in the back of iPhone also looks fake its not embeded, siri is not working, in chinese language weather update is showing, the ear phone and the charger also looks fake, the size of the phone also is bigger than the original iPhone 7, this flipkart delivered fake iPhone is not slim also, it looks like a android phone, inside iOS software also is fake one, its basically a chinese android phone. Now they are refusing to refund the money and harassing me by asking me to rush apple service centre to certify it's a fake product.
          I bought a top from flipkart, then I returned it due to some quality issues. They took the top on 30th April and still now they haven't provided me with my refund. When asked, they are saying it will be resolved and the seller has already processed the refund and all. But my bank account doesn't show the money only. I contacted the bank officials also but they are saying no such money came. Flipkart is lying and not helping either. They are a total cheat company. Amazon and limeroad are much better than flipkart.
          I have ordered for a Casio watch for around 7k from flipkart and I got delivered the product..But when I openend the box I was shocked to see that there was no watch in box on oct 07 2022. I raised a complaint immediately... I called to flipkart multiple times regarding my refund. After two days, I received a message states my refund is rejected .. Another shock in this incident.. I was totally helpless. I called again to customer care, they told me that I am having issues with my I'd as it is not clear, So they initiated the another request.. This time I got the email from them asking for ID proofs..I have sent Id proofs and actual photographs of that fake box. I was told to wait for another 48hrs.. Then again same message popped up after 48 hrs stating that my request has been rejected. Second shock in this incident. Even I was not called for this rejection .

          Again I called and said that my refund is rejected and asked why... flipkart executive told me to that delivery partner confirmed that box was intact at time of delivery. The third time the request was initiated by their side today, and i raised it. they suggest me to wait till 24 oct now, but my order request is till 17 only

          They again raised a refund request. But, now i totally lose my hope.. It is clearly that I have been cheating by flipkart for the past 7 days.. after four days that is oct 17. my return policy will close ..I dont know after that how iam going to get my money if this request also get rejected. I am totally helpless in this. If they ask for any proofs this time. I can send . But iam afraid they cann tell that there would be rejection again this time also. my 7k is gone

            Dear sir,

            I ordered raymond cotton stripped shirt and trouser fabric (rupees 1699/-)
            product id is(OD[protected] on 23 dec 2016 through advance payment
            mode. My order automatically cancelled due to delay delivery date on 5 jan
            2017.

            They shows refund come on my account under 3 days. But i m not get refund
            after 8 days .
            I called 2 to 3 times in customer care but they not give satisfactory
            answer.

            Sir ur customer support mail me to resolve my problem in 14 jan 2017 under
            5:30pm
            But im not get my money...

              I was a regular customer of flipkart. I ordered around 4 product from flipkart costing total rs around 6000. Suddenly, they have deactivated my account
              Without any prior information. Now, when i am trying to login my flipkart account its saying login unsuccessfull. When i contacted flipkart customer care regarding this they said due to high no. Of return they have deactivated my account.

              Thus, since, i cannot login i am not able to place return request for the item which i took. Hence i am suffering from the loss of rs 5000. The customer care saying they cant help it.

                once of the worst services from your people and the customer care people are also not worst to talk and no one is having the basic knowledge of what there are telling to there customer ... in my case the order is delivery is on 14th that today and our people are informed to wait still EOD of the day before 12 pm the order will delivery ... means i need to stay in office still 12 pm where you people does not get the time to delivery from morning still now ...

                kindly if any responsible person is there kindly look into it and arrange asap

                  I have ordered a mobile (Flipkart assured) on 9th jan 2017and it got delivered on 12th jan 2017. On the same day i requested a return or refund as speaker rington was not audible (Very very low). They have arranged a a technician visit but the problem did not solved and he reported as problem solved and my return request got rejected with out my feedback. When i again raise a return request they have again arranged a technician and told if the problem is not solved than u have to go to service center. Than what is the use of buying flipkart assured product, the quality is very bad and they are not ready to refund.

                    I had purchased lenovo k6 power [imei no :- [protected] on 13/dec/2016] and it got delivered on 16/dec/2016 mobile from flilpkart.
                    Phone was working fine for couple of weeks and on third week onwards mic was not working proper, and nobody could hear me as mic seems to have damaged. Return policy of this device was 10, but just within one month phone damaged. I had requested flipkart to get this deviced replaced or returned as it just 20 days and didn't wanted phone to opened for service, as it may lead many other problem if service is not done properly, but and i am forced to go through service center route, where they suggessted to keep mobile for 25 days with them.in my case interest of consumer is not taken into consideration where i will have to live without phone since i don't have other phone with me. Company's like amazon are really great, where consumers interest is first perference and i have seen many instances where device got replaced after return policy also.

                          Full description of incident: Order been cancelled on 28/12/2016 & message received from the Flipkart stating the reference number that you money will be refunded and credited to the bank with same payment mode by 4th Jan.
                          But till now bank stating that there is no credit from Flipkart and nothing they can do about that.
                          Flipkart on the other hand with their internal reference number stating we have done the refund which is not the case.

                              Dear Flipkart,
                              I have a rather serious complain to make on account of your inefficiency and tardiness. Its so happened that I returned two products with order id : OD[protected]
                              and OD[protected] .
                              I had made a payment via ATM Debit card from State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur. Now, I expected the payment to be refunded . I had spoken to the customer care and they assured me the same. But when I check my flipkart account it shows the money was refunded on 24/12/2016 and 26/12/2016 for both orders. This is not true because the money has not been credited to my bank account. I have checked the bank statements repeatedly and no such money has been credited.
                              Also i went to my bank many times to clarify and they also told the same.
                              Also i went to bank grievance department to clarify and they also told me the same.
                              While i have gone through all the tricks sent by flipkart. Now tell me the next steps so i can get back my hard earned money.

                                I have ordered a camera in flip kart and given the delivery address to my parents place Dharmapuri. I am located in Bangalore. When the delivery guy delivered the product, my father wanted to make sure he has received the product by opening the package, as we have heard about some fraudulent cases where the product itself is not present in the package. But the delivery guy didn't allow my father to open it, rather he was so rude with my father....

                                I purchased Redmi 3S Prime (32GB Black) from flipkart. Sir charger of the handset is faulty. Sir i firstly visited service center of MI in Chandigarh but they refused to replace the charger. Sir I even contacted flipkart but got no response from them. Sir i want to make clear that the handset is in perfect in working but the issue is only with charger. Sir i don't want any replacement i just want the cost of charger as flipkart refused to send a new charger to me.Sir as told by service center charger costs 1800 in the market and i want reasonable compensation. Flipkart must give me at least 1000 Rs as compensation. Sir I am in big trouble with this issue plz check into matter and arrange the compensation as soon as possible.

                                  I hd brought a hero cycle worth rs 1819 from flipkart. They shipped the product to me. When I went to Courier office at my place, order was there, but he refused to deliver it to me stating that Flipkart has canceled your product. I didn't cancel the product.flipkart is playing tactics with customers by taking their money, even shipping the product, but asking Courier partner to not deliver to customer and send it back.

                                  When I hd noticed the order canceled status on website, I contacted customer care, and they replied that it was canceled in view of some Courier issue. It was a false reason, as the Courier service Bluedart had already received the product at my place one day before the proposed date of delivery of 13/1/17.
                                  Now Flipkart is.telling me to place a fresh order when the product is right in front of me! Ridiculous isn't it!
                                  Also they have now increased the price from 1819 to 2999. Thus they are cheating me.

                                  Order ID:OD[protected] was placed on 7/1/17. Proposed date of delivery 13/1/17. Product reached bluedart courier at my place which is near my house on 12/1/17. I visited Courier office. But the guy denied handing over product to me, giving reason that Flipkart has issued a STOP AND RETURN order for the product without informing me.

                                  I even talked to some senior sales executive in Flipkart stating that I am being given vague, unacceptable reasons for the cancel of the product like
                                  1)Courier issue: which is a hoax.as product has arrived the destination successfully.
                                  2)Pricing error: Now.that's impossible, as they have clearly mentioned as 30-70% discount not only on the product I bought, but on the whole range of hero cycles.so it's just a fake reason to misguide poor consumer like me
                                  3)seller canceled the product : how could he? The seller Omnitechretail on Flipkart is a trusted one, and shouldn't have done that, that too after successfully shipping the product and giving estimated date of delivery of 13/1/17. How is that possible!
                                  They are trying to misguide by all bells and whistles to cover their unpardonable act. The seller might have noticed the demand, and to capitalize on that he canceled all already shipped orders! Or am I the only target?

                                  Flipkart is a scam. My order got returned stating that my address is wrong where as a product belonging to the same cart got delivered to my address without any hassle. I called Flipkart customer care around 12:10 am of 12/12/2018 and I was connected with a female customer care executive "Khadija". She gave me pointless reasons and said that they have done all that they could but they are lieing because they can easily call the courier service and tell them to give me my product for which I waited 5-6 days. I have the call recording with me and I am willing to share that recording if I am promised some action might be taken against flipkart.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am very disappointed with the delivery service offered by Flipkart. I ordered a Lenovo tab (ID - OD[protected] from Flipkart on 7th Jan but at the time of delivery of the item the seller refused to deliver at the mentioned address and cancelled the product.
                                    Flipkart is known to deliver item at doorstep that is why this e commperce website is created. I don't why seller has refused to deliver the order causing suffering to the customer.
                                    When the order got cancelled, I got an email confirmation to repeat the order and Flipkart ensured that this time there would be no issue.
                                    When is 1st ordered the product then the price was 12k, now the pruce changed to 13k within 1 day. Because of seller problem I need to pay extra 1k which is disappointing as I wanted to buy the item during the discount time.
                                    I called Flipkart customer care but did not get anything other than to order with new price.
                                    This is really frustrating trusting these websites now.
