I have bought le tv 2 mobile phone for which i had requested for return the same. After 3 consecutive attempt i was successful in raising the same.. finally same was raised on 2 feb 2017, still nobody has visited for pickup neither any resolution provided to me..
an executive has promised me that he will call me for resolution but nobody has contacted me till date..
highly dissatisfied with the flipcart service..

      As written to flipkart (Time & again) - reference to so called sale of redmi note 4 (4gb ram, 64gb memory)

      Its pure & pure outright mockery of flipkart. Disgusting service provider. If they are not able to streamline their seller in their platform….. Who will?

      Standard excuses / replies from flipkart - to what i am talking about:
      “we are sorry but you can again try in the next sale”
      “our seller was out of stock”
      “our seller couldn’t match the expected demand”
      “our systems were experiencing heavy traffic”
      …and on&on

      Are we just sitting for almighty flipkart to open the guess word i. E. ‘sale’ and we like baboon’s sit and waste our time while logged in (Even before sale time)…. And not knowing that its a pre nexus between flipkart & seller & courier. Stop this nonsense.

      Will recommend everyone to not to shop anything at flipkart.

      Have even sent screenshots with them covering precise moments from login to cart to no delivery to out of stock...
      Attached here too. This has been going on since a month now (Since their 1st sale of this product).

      See no one is losing out in this entire process esp myself. No issue at all in not getting this proposed product. Plenty of options available as per needs... But the process thats being handled by flipkart - is demeaning and faltering the very essence of a true and genuine marketplace.

      Hence would request to cease this sale / auction kind of process immediately esp for flipkart.

        I have made an order

        DELIVER 31 JANUARY
        I raise a complaint about phone in between 10 days but they didn't responded then I made online complaint within 10 days
        They call me after 10 days
        I told them my mobile phone is not starting the answer that they will return the mobile phone
        But after some days they added a gift card of rupee 400 and closed my complaint
        I was shock!!
        I call them they says u told us to add gift card and that's why we have closed request now go to the service centre and ask them for solutions...
        This is not fair flipkart
        You have to replace my mobile phone

        My.complaint is not solve yet they have done froud.They have added a gift card of rupee 400 instead of replacing my Mobile and told that it is charge of my phone adapter they have solve the complaint when o told them to replace my Mobile phone they told me that u r complaint have been closed and we are not allowed to replace my phone

        Customer came withing return policy for charger defect issue we told for full replacement but customer took 400/- TOA and asked to close case. Now customer came again post return policy with other issue hence customer should get in touch with service center of brand.

When i checked the delivery status they shown that they delivered my shoes but i did not received my shoes and i have already paid shoes price by net banking .             Today I ordered a mobile lenovo k6 power MRP: 10999. The order had been placed and 10999 rs debited from my credit card and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But at 12:02PM the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract !             Spoke with customer and informed to him that the order has been cancelled by the seller and the refund has also been initiated and it will reflect within the refund tat. Customer said that he didn't have credit limit in his credit card so when he will get the refund. So informed to customer that is the maximum tat shared might be it can reflect before that also.

              I had ordered two products and they were just not delivered. Then I waited for another week. Still did not receive the products. Wrote to flipkart and informed about the situation. Then I was forced to cancel as my products were not delivered even after one week of the promised delivery date. Now I am not getting the refund even after the last date mentioned in their email. Such a pathetic treatment and shopping experience. Amazon is much better. These problems started only recently. Sad I will not be able to shop with them again due to delays.

                        My name is Archit Rajwanshi and registered with you guys with number +91-[protected]. On 7th Feb I have placed on order of Hand Bag with the Order Number: OD[protected] and the order delivered to me on 9th Feb 2017. When I opened the package it was totally shocking for me because i received the completely different product from what I ordered. I ordered a branded hand bag, however, I received some different name local used product without any price tag and bar code. The first request for pickup and refund was taken by your executive on 9th Feb 2017 and from that date to till date I have raised 5 request for the pickup and refund and each and every time Ekart Logistic guy denied to pick my product by saying that he has not received the information from Flipkart end that I have received some other product. MY questions are below for which I need Answers.

                        1) After raising several complaint why no one is taking it seriously as no one is willing ready to answer, just keep going blaming the previous executive by saying wrong return request raised.

                        2) Does It was my fault that I have decided to keep shopping with you Guys, each and every executive does not ready to listen the customer problem.

                        3) Each and every day from 9th Feb'17 till date I called you up guys several time and what resolution i get.. ??? NOTHING?

                        Moreover, Yesterday night when I requested your executive to transfer the call to Supervisior, he just put the call on IVR where call just keep going on for more than 15 mins and no one came back to answer me.

                        Today I speak with one of your Floor Supervisior Mr. Alam, he just blamed me that I abused him although i did not. For the reference call recording is attached.

                        Please take this as a serious escalaation, as I am attaching the call recording with this email and if I will not get the resolution by E.O. D all these recording will get live through social media and other media communications

Customer said that his brother had placed the order so he said to call back tomorrow in the morning. So informed to customer that we will arrange a call back tomorrow.

                            I ordered FAST Zinc Door Pull on 16-january 2017

                            I have received this product on 24-january 2017.
                            The order consisted of FAST Zinc Door Pull (Steel, Black Pack of 6)when i looked into the product it just consisted of one piece instead of a pack of six pieces, i was really dissapointed.
                            So i ordered a replacement to get the whole pack consisting of six pieces.
                            Replacement(Return ID:[protected].I applied for a replacement when the stock was active.I was happy in knowing that flipkart has placed my order for replacement on 30-january 2017.But the worst was yet to come on the third day after placing replacement on 2-february 2017 they just cancelled the order.
                            conversations with the customer care was of no good, they didnt give an appropriate solution to resolve this issue i got really fed up with this issue, so bad a customer care service.

                                I ordered micromax canvas 6 on 5th feb 2017 received product on 6th feb 2017 around 6.30pm called flipkart costumer care at 7.00 pm they arranged a technician he checked the product and said there is problem in camera but after one day i got mail and massage from flipkart that order cancled bcoz technician updated he doesnt found any problem in product i again called costumercare they said we cant change product bcoz technician visit already done and he soaent found any problem i have to go to miceomax service center whwn i checked camera setting i found it has onle 9mp back and 6mp front camera. canvas 6 comes with 13mp back and 8mp front camera which i showed to services center they made job sheet and i have in written. called flipkart on 11th feb 2017 they again assigned technician who vistied o same day but costumer care dont have any update till now. Worst services i ever had faced. no reaolution just asking for 24 hrs more i already waited for 7 days. recived fake product now waiting for product to be changed.

                                  I am surprised that order id OD[protected] has been already cancelled by the flipkart due to some courier issue. i am waiting for the refund amount from the last week its showing that refund initiated but not credited yet.

                                  Now i got another surprise when i received any email that product is delivered but in actual not I have not received any product till the time . how they are sending delivery confirmation and invoice email.

                                  FRAUD COMPANY.. i will highlight the issue if not resolved asap.

                                    I purchased the above mobile set on 22/01/2017.

                                    I found that the item has a defect in it and asked for replacement from Flipkart. Since there 10 days replacement, I could not get replacement when. I asked for replacement on the 12 th day.

                                    I was told to visit service center. The service person informed me that the mobile is already opened by somebody whereas I did not open it.

                                    It looks like somebody has returned the mobile due to defect and when I placed order, the same defective piece is sent to me.

                                    This is shameful on part of Flipkart.

                                    Spoke with customer as he said that he had some issue in his phone display so he had visited to the service center and they said that the phone had already been repaired once so informed to customer that we are sorry we would not be able to do that as it had already crossed the seller replacement policy. So asked to customer that the service center had denied providing service or not customer said they din't deny to provide the service they took the product for repairing and it has been informed to customer by one of the executive that if the phone does not get repaired the phone will be replaced. So informed to customer that to keep a follow up with the Brand and get it repaired. Customer agreed.

                                    So closing the case from our end.

                                      I purchase ifb microwave on 21 dec but till now the flipkart not take it back becauze the accessory missing and there is a problem in machine it continuos running after the time is over.. I am very upset. Because they dont take and necessary actionbcoz i am upset two time flipkart arrange a reverse pickup but no one come to pick the product i call him several time and each time they give me a new resolution and two months is passed please solve this issue i will be higly thankfull to you.

                                        I called at 11:03 pm on 11 February 2017. A mature voice person named Amit picked up the phone.
                                        I wanted to ask whether I can cancel the order or not. If yes then how.
                                        He started doing irrelevant statement and when I said please have a look at customer complaint or review about that perticular product that I purchased, he put my call on hold for more than 15 minutes.
                                        When he said sorry I asked the question
                                        Do you why did you put my call on hold. He said to check cancellation procedure.
                                        He had forgotten the last conversation.
                                        A bad experience from a good company or now poor employees are under the command.
                                        Dont punish him but Please train people.

                                        Spoke with customer as he said that the shipment has been delivered and he started using it. His issue is that there was a lot of delay in getting the shipment delivered so apologies to customer abd informed to him that we will look into it that such things will not get repeat again in future. Customer said that the executive with whom customer had spoken he had kept the call on hold for 15 mins and he is unable to provide the correct information so apologies to him personally and informed to him that the feedback will be given to the consultant.
