I purchased Nike Training & Gym Shoes (Black) with order no OD[protected].
It has hardly been 6 months the shoes have worn out on the sides of forefoot/toe. When I wrote to them about this they reply me that the issue is resolved and that next time such thing will not happen. Selling such shoes for Rs 5000 is cheating. Very poor product quality and service even poorer....

I have booked the Product : Leveno vibe K5 note on 01 November 2016.

I have received the message that the product will be delivered to me on Saturday 05, 2016.

But, after tracking the order which got delayed and spoken to customer executive, i have been informed and e-mailed that my problem (delayed in delivery) will resolve by 09 November 2016.

My product one piece semistitched Georgette dress received very late and is not what the finishing displayed in promotional add.
So I want to return and get my money of Rs 1045/- back. Please refund my amount in cash and also you take away the product back from the same address or deposit the amount in following g account.

The shipment of Redmi 3s prime, value Rs. 8099/- purchased by me on 17/10/16 is not yet delivered. by the website shows it is delivered to the customer(me). Immediately i have taken up with customer care of flipkart but after their enquiry, they found product is not delivered. they confirmed in writing. till now i am not getting refund or the product. order id is OD[protected] Kindly help. attached are email conversations....

I had placed an order for LG G4 Mobile through flipkart. When I opened the package to my shock I see that the seal of the cellphone box was broken. And to my horror when I opened the box I see a big Stone in the Mobile Phone Box. There was No Mobile Phone in it in it.

I have purchased LeEco Le2 mobile on flipkart on 26th Oct 2016 with Citibank 15% cashback offer. The product got delivered on 27th Oct 2016 but still I haven't received my cashback.

Kindly let me know how and when I will get the cashback...

Sir I am your regular customer but this time I have not received my ordered product.The time limit is also over.order id for the product is OD[protected].I have not expect this kind of service from Flipkart. If you cannot deliver the the product then sent money back.I am not satisfied with your service.I hope that there will be some action regarding the essue....

I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi 3s from Flipkart on 31/9/16 and received it on 3/9/16.

On 27/9/16 it suddenly went dead for no reason. I was not able to switch it on or charge it or do anything else as the phones cover is non-user removable. The phone had full charge. But it switched on again after 6 hours. I ignored it thinking it was a normal smartphone problem.
Then on 19/10/16 it happened again....

I had order this le 2 phone on 2nd november and got this on 3rd november. As i started phone it automatically starts getting restarting again and again. Cant even go to menu tray.
I had to give for replacement order within 10mins of purchasing the phone.
This was a biggest mistake of my life to buy a phone from flipkart which don't even try to do a qaulity check of the product they are selling..
I am really disappointed...

I'm apurba goswami a gd buyer in this site and last week bought a powerbank of SYSKA 10, 000 mah in your site dated 24th october but after 4 or 5 day's letter powerbank is not working properly .That time this power bank rating was good so that's why i bought but now 2 or 3 day's it's not working .so i'm launch a complaint .
please replace this product....

I had ordered two Moto G Turbo Edition (White, 16 GB) on 28th october 2016.
but i got only one product, . one is automatically cancelled and returned by themselves on 1st November and another one is delivered on 3rd november. i ordered it on an offer price and i won't get it for that price now. I need the returned product too or they should provide me that offer again....

We booked 'yu yureka plus (moon dust grey, 16 gb) ' on oct 2nd 2016 and received the product on oct 4th. when we cross checked the product os, its not as per specification and we had put, request for replacement/return the product on oct 5th. we have mailed the details to flipkart customer care also. as per the status its marked as "return requested". but customer care executives are informing can't replace/return....

My product is supposed to deliver on today.ie, 04.11.2016 and as per the customer care representative from flipkart i have trigger the delivery date in system.But i haven't changed anything.I am having the snapshot for the same.It is requested to launch the complaint against the same and do the needful.If they didn't deliver the product today please launch the case for getting compensation for the same....

Flipcart.as per i know a trusted online retailer.but faced a hilarious service and behavior.i hd ordered a jacket priced rs 1400.the offer price was 1100.i had ordered at that price.i had ordered on 26th sept.the product have to delivery on 31st sept.but i didnt get any msg mail or ph calls.then i called flipcart customer service they told me sir ur product ll be delivered on 2nd nov . we have some technical issues.bt i didnt get it.again...

In my packet i purchase some item online as earphone, screen glass and mobile cover . but when i received packet missing earphone . so i want my earphone. ya refund money....

I had purchased one Patronics music device through Flipkart around a month back. This device has stop working so early. It worked only for 15 days and after that it is not running. I want you to please look in this and get it replaced or suggest their service center here in Dehradun

The expected delivery for the product was 26th oct. On 26th october, 9:30pm, i got a message saying product delivered but i did not receive any product. I raised many complaints to their customer centre and facebook page, but all in vain.
Its 4th november now and sill no signs of product...

I brought a 32 gb pendrive 20 days ago from flipkart. But after opening box i saw it's a damage product. I want to return that. Why flipkart provide that type of product??? Why make's people harassed... I brought it on my own money which i had saved by too much hard work and u flipkart makes it funnny and deliver a damage product... Shame yaaar shame... That was my 1st product from flipkart and u guys make it funny
