my complaint is that flipkart are worthless they cant even do their jobs right

i have bought a quadcopter from their site and they said it will be delivered to me in a week and now week is over today being the 30th of dec i was suppose to get my quadcopter and i have given them the address of where to deliver it

the brainless fit for nothing couldnt even find the address after it was given to them and i have also paid for my quadcopter and i havent got it yet

i tried to call them but all i get is a answering message i cant even get a direct call to them i also email them and complained to them "where is my quadcopter" and they come up with all kinds of excuses when all i want is my quadcopter

flipkart are fit for nothing useless who cant do their jobs right at all

they should be shot

they will never learn

    Kindly be informed that I booked one Apple iPhone 7 gold color of 32GB through online dt. on 24/12/2016, Order No. OD[protected] having total value 60, 000 INR that was confirmed from your end, copy attached for your reference. It was confirmed that said item will be delivered on 26 December 2016.

    Next day (dt. 25/12/2016) I received one packet through Ekart Logistic courier having sugar packet inside the box (picture attached), same things has been informed to your concern departments and got reply as below.

    Quoted: we are processing your return request and will revert by Dec 26, 02:16PM with final approval status.(screen shot attached)

    The same day received another mail stating as below (screen shot attached)

    Quoted: We have escalated your issue to the concern team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 27 Dec 2016, 02:30PM.

    Till date I am waiting your prompt response, there is no positive response to get my phone back. Kinldy look into the mater and short out my problem at the earlieast since I am suffering mindly and financialy.

    Once again I am requesting to your good firm to take it serious and short out the problem and deliver my phone without any delay, otherwise I will compel to take the legat action against your good firm.

    Looking forward for your prompt action / reply.

      Order no.- OD[protected] Date of Ordering- 7/12/2016 replacement request :[protected] &15/12/2016 Problem Details-, I ordered mobile from the flipkart and I received the product defective .I requested to update my Alt No as the registered contact number is out of service. I already call to the company cc and mail to the company but no satisfactory response from the company . I found the item was out for delivery but no agent call me to deliver the product. Each time it has happened. For your negligence I am the victim of this issue. On 27th Dec a request was raised but no resolution within the promised time . Again and again flipkart has taken request number but no reply after that.

        It was used to make payment on FLIPKART.COM on 14th Dece, ber 2016 at 11:57AM Wednesday.

        Right now I have called around more than 15 times at flipkart they are cheating me by saying You will get the refund in 3 Business day or 5 or 6 Business days but right now its almost half month since I'm waiting for my refund.

        Flipkart is harassing me mentally and physically as I have to go bank for checking the status and i have to suffer a lot in long queues.

        I'm demanding my convenience fee of going to bank again and again.

        Still facing the same issue.
        Recently when I contacted Flipkart they said you have rage I query at bank for your dues we are not responsible of it.

        How bad its they Flipkart is just fake bogus kind if company arranging all the for looting the gullible users as any which way its possible.

        I don't want to cancel this product but your employee cancelled it mistakenly, i want to deliver it as scheduled.

        I called at [protected] got a call back and I told him to cancel the COD payment mode order of RedMi 3s prime but he mistakenly cancelled both the orders including another RedMi 3s prime which payment mode was debit card. I actually want this one to be delivered at my door step even I have been waiting since December 1st 2016 but right here because of Flipkart bad and byzantine kind service I'm not able to get my product even after making the requisite payment online via my debit card still facing issues.
        Right now I only want to get the RedMi 3s prime, I don't know anything.

        I could not even expect when a person placed two orders on different time and two order #[[#]]# I'd have been generated still facing issue.
        What about ur promises, misleading adds that's it.

        I called again and they behaved very rudely, and right now I'm claiming that no body is listening either flipkart and bank .

        Right now bank is claiming No payment has been made to your account since 14th decmeber 2016, call flipkart or raise a complain at consumer court You will definitely get your money .

                  I ordered moto m 32gb on 19 December 2016 with order idOD[protected]. through flipkart and the maximum date of delivery was 28 December 2016. But it is 29 December today and the order is still in the state of approval only and it is not even shipped. When i complained regarding this to flipkart on 27 th December they promised me that it will get delivered by 29 December 2016 by 7 pm. When i checked the status of order it was still in approval only so i called the customer care they told me that it will take another 4 to 5 business days to get shipped and they are not even saying it will be delivered and they are saying we cannot do anything and you should wait. Its already beyond the maximum date of delivery and they are not even giving me a exact date of delivery. I am very disappointed with the service and with their uncertainty.

                    Good day, I don't know why flipkart unable t to deliver, ordered shoes. Yes, you guyz tried multiple times.
                    What happened over here is, first time you guyz came n I was out of city my friend suppose to collect shoes. But, when he is going to do it, the boy said machine is not working to pay money through card. As you aware these are demonization days we are inadequate of liquid cash. So, order postponed. Later the next attempt, am out of chennai please re-schedule my order to Wednesday. Though, delivery boy/e-kart/flipkart do rescheduled delivery next day NOTE: I Pleaded to deliver postpone on Wednesday but the next three dayz I got message not at least call via mobile ur order scheduled next day because "not able to reach you" .again I got message on Wednesday e-kart person not able to reach you, please call this number n enter pin. But haven't received any call about delivery information, in reply to that message I called him and told him am ready to take shoes . When I coming to receive shoes AGAIN he mentioning Machine is not working.

                    I want these shoes order. Could you please re-schedule it for me, with out a word cancelling. Along the offer availablity .

                    FYI: I have checked in flipkart to re-order shoes but I couldn't see offer.

                    Wishing you will do this needful. Am ready to take this shoes.

                      Complaint Raised after few hours Receiving the TV.
                      My Problem:
                      Dark Corners/Dark Shade on the right side and the excessive haziness / smoky picture ... Whole panel is faulty...
                      I have given all the proof/evidences by means of screenshots to Flipkart and also their own technician accepted that the picture quality is dissappointing and hazy/smoky...
                      I want a full refund. I had raised the complaint the same day I received the TV.
                      But Flipkart is refusing to refund... They are saying that company is not satisfied with the proof ... I have purchased this TV from flipkart and NOT VU directly...

                      I will go upto any extent to get the refund ... I want the full refund of Rs 24490 ...

                      At first they they replaced my led with a new one... it took just two days to do so... It worked very good for 2-3 days but it again produced the same picture problem... I again went for raised the complaint and this they approved my refund (after 2-3 days) ... but before that I had to attend so many calls from VU TV and had to explain them the problem... After that they refunded me the money on 15 January

                        Hi,
                        i have ordered redmi 3s prime smartphone from flipkart.com on 7 dec 2016 which was delivered to me on 10 dec 2016, the order no for the same is OD[protected].
                        i got a defective charger for this when i raised the complaint, the flipkart executive opted me to take gift voucher behalf of charger as they doesn't provide replacement for charger only. Due to this, i agreed to take gift voucher which is equivalent to charger amount so as to purchase the new one but they provide just 450rupees for charger. For this when i questioned the flipkart executive " for 450rs which charger will come?" and request them either provide me new charger or give equivalent amount to buy new charger which was just 699rs, they blocked my account and labelled my account that i am misusing it.

                        very poor and disappointing flipkart executive which not only cheated me of gift voucher also blocked my account

                          This is mallik g and i have brought iphone mini tab through you flip kart that i phone tab dont have the feature of installing sim but after buying i came to know its not having SIMSLOT to insert the sim.
                          now i don't what this iPhone mini tab and please refund or replace other company mobile tab which has sim slot.
                          please i am a middle class person that is why i am requesting you to replace or refund amount other wise i will go to consumer court.
                          and i spoke to your Bangalore customer care and one of your employee jayanth spoke to me and he did't response properly for my problem.

                              We have booked order for redmi 3s prime vide order number
                              OD[protected] on 14.12.2016 through registered email I'd
                              and mobile number via Flipkart . At the time of ordering due to system/technical issues (hange)on the company's website, I was unable to change the billing details. Hence the order was received with the same billing address and shipping address, at the convenience of Flipkart.

                              We have request Flipkart to generate duplicate invoice with a change in the
                              billing name, which was not accepted under the pretext of legal restrictions, which flipkart is not able justify or highlight which legal restrictions are there.

                              Urge to resolve the issue.

                                My be they don't what we get it return, and refund.

                                    I have ordered for a hp pen drive and got the item which is having one year warranty, it became dead after one month. And i went to nearby authorized service center and they said the item is duplicate not hp. Complained in flipkart and they made return and agreed they will accept that without brand box. Now they say that they cant accept

                                    Flipkart Customer Care's response
                                    Customer says ASC team confirmed that received duplicate product and we also confirmed to provide refund post picking up the product without brand box but later denied for the same. Apologized to customer and customer confirmed that now issue resolved as received refund. Hence, closing the case.

                                      This to inform you that i have not received my shipment till date, but
                                      Today morning i have received sms from flipkart stating that your order has been delivered yesterday itself.

                                      I want to know, to whom my order got delivered.

                                      Yesterday i have received phone number of flipkart delivery person, i tried
                                      To call him so many times but he was not lifting my phone as well as not
                                      Responding. His phone number is[protected].

                                      Requesting you to take the immediate action for resolving the query or else
                                      Kindly cancel my order and refund my money at the earliest.

                                        Worst service of flipcart.
                                        I dont know why flipcart returned the product whithout intimation of facing problem in delivery whereas contaced by me to flipcart customer care two times regarding delivery address confirmation.

                                        Wrongly two pin number entered in address and i also intimate customer care regarding correct pin number.
                                        After that flipcart had assured to deliver the product on my delivery address.

                                        I had purchased 3 items in same time and i also collected one item from ekart office at jodhpur then i could also collect 2 more items from ekart office jodhpur.

                                        Due to confirmation given by flipcart customer care to deliver the product at baitu pin 403440, i couldnot contact ekart office jodhpur. And today i received message for cancellation.

                                        Now i have some question to flipcart:-

                                        1. Why flipcart not message or contacted me wheras the product was received at ekart office.

                                        2. If one item in ordered 3 items can be collected by me from ekart office then why not information given me by ekart or flipcart by message or call as earlier sent by ekart. I could also collect 2 more items from ekart office.

                                        3. After given confirmation by flipcart customer care why did items not delivered to me. It means calling to flipcart customer care is use less and wastage of time.

                                        Therefore you are requested to deliver the same product to me as early as possible otherwise, i have to go consumer forum for registering complaint because i have spent more than 3 hours for choosing product from my busy schedule to meet urgent requirement.
