    I haven't yet received my refund to my bank ACCOUNT.
    I have order Lenovo k6 power phone on 18th Dec 2016. The order get canceled form your end due to locality issue still after checking locality availability process.
    Till the date i dnt get my money back. your customer care says we done up form our end you go and check with your bank and the bank says we dont get form flipkart even after given reference number form your end.

    Plz provied me UTR no and Bank name Bcoz just base on reference number the banker unable to check my refund status form there end

    Spoke with customer (Ramesh on [protected]) says still not received the refund. As we provided the refund transaction with customer and requested him to get in touch with bank, customer raised complaint with bank. Bank asked customer to wait for 07 days. Apologized to customer and requested to wait till the time bank asked for. In case of any issue, requested to get back to us. Customer agreed and closing the case.

      Flipkart not refund my money.the wallet shows already refund from wallet to bank account.now the wallet balance 0.I called several time to flipkart customer care they said ' it will take 5 days' to refund.on Nov 29 I requested for refunds so far I didn't get money on my bank account more than one month.I called them more than 7 times they are saying they need more time to resolve this issue.I fed up with flip kart and lost faith in them.this is my registered mob with glimmer ..[protected]

        Hello Sir/Mam,

        I have purchased 2 phone asus zenfone 3 Max on flipkart and both phone having the same issue camara sound is not shutoff while clicking the picture. I have check all these setting regarding the camara sound off and also reset the factory restore phone.But issue is still exists. I have calls many time to flipkart excutive they has schedule the technical visit of the engineer but engineer does't came with given dead line after all request is automatcally cancel by flipkart excutives.

        One phone is purchase is 9 dec and another one is 21 dec.
        Please resolve the concern asap and replace the phone otherwise refund my money.

          My registered mobile no. is [protected]. You have cancelled my product on 21.12.2016, as per your mail regarding refund amount should be refunded with in 6 days however still i waiting for my refund even after two reminders telephonically.
          My credit card bill already comes with entry of Rs. 16990, who will pay this.

          Every time i got very poor service from flipkart, who is responsible for this.
          Is you refund my amount & what type of compensation will you give to me.

          Is this the service of Flipkart.

          Says having another issue that got call from the number ([protected]) stating its from Flipkart. says executive was asking provide all Credit card details like, Expiry date, card number, CVV number and all.

          Apologized to customer and informed we will take action about it and informed we can not dis close the internal things with him. Also, informed not to share such details with anyone if call is from Flipkart as we never ask for those details. Customer agreed and closing the case.

            I ordered Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 cover as a gift for my friend who lives in different city and it got delivered on 24th Dec evening, when I met my friend and gave him that it was found that the cover size is smaller than the device, I contacted Customer care on 4th Morning through email and I was suggested that due to 10 days return policy they are not going to entertain my request.
            I requested them again on the mail that it was just the 11th day and they can be so flexible to exchange this product with the correct size but they again replied with the same set of lines.
            I made a call to the customer care and was again told the same thing.
            I agree that, I contacted them on the 11th day and that was just because I had to postpone my plan to go my friend's city.
            I am not looking forward for the return it's just the exchange that I want with the correct size.
            Need help in this regard to at least allow me to exchange this with the correct size else this item of Rs. 435 is a total waste for me.

                It has been many days since I am trying to return the faulty, defective product that Flipkart has sold to me. I purchased Asus Laptop.

                Return Requests rejected WITHOUT ANY REASON many times. The following are details.

                The display is totally blurred filled with pixels. Even it becomes
                difficult to read the content. Lines appear on display...Battery
                backup not more than 01 hour...webcamera completely failed...can't
                even recognize own face...
                I have been trying to return the product. It has already been my sixth
                attempt. I have called tens of times since last 15 days. I have also emailed tens of times. Please have look the list of my conversations.

                Conclusions: Flipkart is making fun of its customers. Easy and Free Returns, F-assured, Customer Protection etc. are just fake things on Flipkart. They have given me the shock of around Rs. 30k. Go through the discussion no. 18 where customer care is saying no compensation of any sort even after trouble of so many days to customer.
                One should not purchase from Flipkart. Better options are available of other sites that really have hassle free services.

                  Sir, i m registered myself as new user or customer in Flipkart in 18 december to book a phone Moto E3 power which was in the sale priced at 7, 499. i have ordered that n they told me that it will be delivered by 21st dec. But on that day at morning i have got mailed from them that ur pincode and delivery address is mismatch then i had cancelled my order n they said i will be get refund in bank because i had paid through debit card through internet in 8 business days at 30th of dec i had check in bank that any transaction is done or not but there is no transaction then i had called customer executive of flipkart they my complaint gave me assurance or problem will be solved by 3rd of jan but till now i didnt get my refund back...my bank is union bank of india please help me

                      This is bhagawat Kumar Pathak . Order one mobile through Flipkart. Informed them several times that courier partner is not attempting delivery and asking for 200rs for petrol as company will not pay him . Each and every day they only called me for convenient time for delivery but they never attempted delivery . Finally I agree to pay him 200 rs for petrol to the courier boy but I am still waiting for my product.

                        Worst experience ever for an online purchase. Nobody came to install the machine on the assigned time. For the 2nd assigned time also no body came. Had to personally call them and argue for 1 hour to send someone for installation. They finally sent a person who had no idea about installation. He barely installed the machine and said other person would come next day with further instructions. Now that guy says I am on a 2 day holiday and goes on to say that do whatever you can but I won't come. This level of harassment is what flipkart delivers to its customers.

                                  I buy one mobile phone from flipkart(Lenovo K6 power)and after receiving this producton 21/12/2016, i am facing hanging and heating issue within 2-3 days.after complaint on 28/12/2016 of this product flipkart technician came.but without any information flipkart executive closed or canceled this complaint and now i try to call customer care they told me to go in service center to resolve this issue.

                                      I have ordered moto e3 power black colour mobile on 9th dec which i received on 11dec. Device went dead on 19th dec, i ask the executive to replace/refund it but no actions has been taken to my complains. Every time new executive create replacement request and it gets cancelled the next day. I am facing this challenge since 15days. Request you to please get my issue issolve. I have dropped and contacted so many executives approx 100 times but no commitment from them.
