For The Past Week I Have Been Trying To Replace A Defected Product -Redmi Note 4 Gold 32GB Variant... The LED Light Of The Navigation Key(Back Button) Is Dimmer Than The Other Two Navigation Keys...I Have Been Patiently Waiting For Past One Week And Still Flipkart Is Just Trying To Connect With Me...This Is The Third Time I Applied For Replacement And Here Is An Incident That Happened Half An Hour Ago...I Received A Call From Flipkart Not Even Longing For 3 Seconds...And Immediately After A Couple Of Minutes I Received This Message Stating:

Hi, We've been trying to get in touch with you as requested but we haven't been able to do so yet. We will call you back around 08 Feb, 12:00 PM to help you with your concern.

I'm Frustrated, I Have Loosed My Patience And I Hate To Admit But Flipkart's Management Is Totally Pathetic...I Either Need My Cashback Or A Proper Replacement...If There Is No Action Taking Place Within A Couple Of Days...I Will Forward This Message To The Supreme Court Immediately... Kindly Do The Need As Soon As Possible

          My name is Kabilan. I have purchased a mobile phone Moto M on 25th Janyary 2017 and received the product in hand on 1st Feb 2017. The mobile is manufactured with 16 mega pixel. But when i am taking the picture, the quality it very poor. It is looks like 2 mega pixel. So, i have requested for replacement. But even the replacement product is also not good. So, i have opted for refund. But when i am talking to flipkart agent, he is not ready for refund and denied it. Kindly looking into this and help me to get resolve this. I want refund. I am looking for your action on this.

OD[protected]... i ws order apple i phone i6 16 gb grey from flipkart on 20 jan 2017.. which i ws recieved on 23 jan 2017 unfortunatly i found soap instead of mobile in the box n the packing of the package is well packed from outside but h seal temperd of a box.. for this incidence i ws raised a complain for this at such a time when i ws saw thing wat i would recieve by flipkart ... from the vry first day i ws raise a complaint for this but my issuse is still not solved till date.. when ever i ws call to customer care they said to me that u have to register ur complain online this is i ll do several time may b 7 or 8 times but my return request canceled automatically from flipkart . For this they said to me dates to resolve the issue but when ever i ws call on the given date they reply to me sir ur complain is reject u hd to do it again so i ll do again this procedure at last they given me a deadline to solve the issue on 2nd feb 17 but on that day one of its exexutive anil chauan said we ll not issue a repalcement nor refund to u.. or u do want u want to do... so can any one suggest me wat is my fault in all over in this if i simoly follow the procedure as customer support tld me to do not the least as i ws paid to flipkart in advance 27990 but after 15 daus ago i ll not hv a moblie phone nor my refund .. for this i ws mail 13 to 14 time to flipkart but at last they semd mail to me for high no. Of cancelation replacement request we will not able to register ur comolain

                I have bought a Bihar Smanya gyan Darpan from flipkart.com.
                It was delivered on time, When i opened the parcel, I saw, price printed on the book is only Rs. 70.
                But on bill price was printed 118. And delivery charge was Rs, 50.
                Total price i paid 168.
                Why the price printed on book and price printed on bill was differ.
                I losed near about Rs. 50.
                So coustly flipkart service.

                      Hello Sir,
                      I ordered Asus zenfone2 laser on 14.01
                      2017 from Flipkart at Rs 8499 and after that i realized that exactly the same product is available at and above Rs 10000 on Flipkart website i have attached screenshots of the same.When i opened the sealead pack box containing the phone i noticed dust on the edges of my phone and also on the hearing speaker so now I conclude that the product supplied is Refurbhised but flipkart did not mention this on their website at the time of purchase.After some days o[censored]se issue start arising on this phone.
                      Now Please go through the following incidents relating to the year 2017:
                      Jan 14- Ordered a phone OD[protected]

                      Jan 16- Received the Product.

                      Jan 22- lodged a complaint on Flipkart toll free number for software update failure to wich i was asked to do factory reset.

                      Jan 25-Complained for over heating issue after factory reset and request for return on their website.

                      Jan 27-Technician visited and I wrote two mail at 6.41pm and 10.43pm .Next day i called their toll free number and came to know that my return is cancelled.

                      Jan 28-Flipkart send me mail for refund asking for my banking details

                      Jan 29-again got the same mail from flipkart asking for bank details

                      Jan30-Provided my banking details
                      And at 10:58pm got a mail assuring that I will get a call by 31st Jan, however no such call was received.(and nothing was mention regarding the refund)

                      Jan 31-got a mail stating that their team has escalated my issue and will be resolved by 3rd Feb(no mention of refund)

                      Feb 2nd-I wrote a mail at 2.43 pm asking for an update regarding my refund as they have my banking details and to that reply I got a mail stating my issue is again escalated and will be resolved by
                      5th Feb.At 3.46 pm I again sent a mail asking status of my refund
                      At 8.51 pm I got a mail stating a technical visit is again schedule.

                      Feb 3rd-I got a mail assuring that the concerned team will update me regarding the issue(no mention of Refund)

                      Feb 4th-I got mail stating replacement is now arranged.
                      One thing I cannot understand that why Flipkart had asked to provide my banking details and lingerred the issue from 29th Jan to 4th Feb 2017 and now providing me with replacement instead of Refund
                      I think I should inform Consumer Forum and others regarding this issue as they are unneccearily asking banking details of customers and then not providing refund but replacement after lingering the issue for nearly six days.Are they involved in some Scam by taking banking details of customers and not providing refund.
                      Sir you can understand what harm can it do if my banking details get into wrong hands.
                      Please give me guidance and take proper actions against ecommerce website like Flipkart.

I requested for replacement of mobile it replaced on 2.2.217 but I received the mobile with same problem mobile was was completed dead

                              I had added Redmi Note 4 4Gb 64GB Dark Grey to my cart. but when i went to the page to make the payment, it showed 'out of stock'. Am very diasppointed. Once an item has been added to the cart, i should be able to buy it. Else the option should not be there. this is particularly in the case of flash sales. you should have only given the Buy Now button. It is not fair at all.

                              I had made two payment towards the cost of mobile on 17.12.2016 & payment was made on 20.12.2016 by the bank. But flipkart had supplied one mobile and state one payment is failures and advised to contact bank for refund. But Bank has confirmed on 4.2 2017 both payment are success.
                              Hence I request one payment of Rs. 14499 may be refunded for which mobile was not supplied.

                                  Just like other online shopping websites, Flipkart too had a Republic Day sale. I for reason chose Flipkart for ordering my Canon DSLR camera. They really lure you on these sales with heavy discounts.

                                  My order ID is: OD[protected]
                                  Placed the order on: 25 January, 2017 5:03 PM
                                  For Rs. Rs. 28495 though EMI.
                                  On top of this, there was 10% cashback applied on Citibank Credit cards.

                                  After placing the order, I was told that my order will be delivered by Feb 18. (yes, that's right, 24 days to ship a product from mumbai to pune). Anyways, so I started calling Flipkart every 2 days to know the status of delivery and to ask why is it taking so long. Every time they kep assuring me that the product is in stock and will be shipped soon and will arrive and requested me to be patient.

                                  I eventually made peace with such a long delivery time. But After that, on Feb 3, finally I got an SMS stating that my order has been cancelled. After calling flipkart to ask why this happened, all I got was "This was cancelled by seller and we can not do anything about it. Please place another order".

                                  The prices are now increased to ₹31, 100 and I have lost the 10% cashback offer too. That is a loss of Rs. 5, 454 for me.

                                  I wish I had not chosen Flipkart over other shopping websites. These guys promote sales but can't really handle sales. I would like to tell everyone who is reading this, do not trust Flipkart. In case of any issues, their customer service will just listen to you calmly and repeat the same words - "we cant do anything about it, sir".

                                  I would like provide an update on this issue:
                                  Since I lodged a complaint on this website, I got a call today (Feb 12, 2017) from flipkart customer support. I have talked to flipkart customer support before. But this was really different. The support representative didn't know what he was talking about about. He said he is calling about the complaint that I have lodged. And he was scolding me about it! He sounded very angry about it. As if I have done some kind of crime.

                                  The person has no sense of talking. He didn't even introduce himself when he called. So I don't know his name.

                                  When I asked him if he has even read the complaint, he hung up the call! What's more surprising is now I see a comment from Flipkart Customer Care saying "Issue already addressed". Can you believe that!

                                    I have ordered redmi note 4 on second flash sale on flipkart on cash on delivery .when I received the courier it was sealed packed from outside and when I opened it at home I found the inner seal of redmi was open and I found a Ghadi detergent soap inside instead of redmi note 4 mobile or charge . I have complained about the same to flipkart and have also filed an FIR but still I havent got any positive response from them .

                                      I missed my Redmi note 3 mobile which is brought from flipkart.com, the mobile has important data, i want to lock my Redmi note 3, the authorised service centre requested me to bring the bill of my mobile handset from the store which you have brought, so I want the duplicate bill for my handset.i have the mobile box and assesories with myself, there is no request option for bill in the flipkart website
