We ordered product "Primeway - Pw406Mt_W Roll n Roll" online from Flipkart dated 27-Sept and it got delivered on 3rd Oct. I got the defective Piece and Customer Care has refused to give the exchange / return of the same. Being first time user of Online Shopping and due to some reasons we were not able to open it and check the product on time. By the time, we opened the product and checked that it was defective and not working as desired....

This is to inform that the product I had ordered is a wrong product.
Also the seller who is selling this product is a fraud seller,
I had a ordered a product with discount of 60% and which had an MRP of 999/- while buying online.
The product which is delivered is a wrong product first of all, I had order immersion water heater with 2000Watts, And product which has come is 1500Watts.
Also the MRP of the product...

I have ordered a pair of shoe Oricum Blue-200 Running Shoes (White) of size 6. I received a dirty brown coloured 10 no. size shoes. I complain and the order of replacement is occur. I again get another wrong dirty shoes with wrong size.
These people r playing with the customers money....

On 2nd Oct 2016, I have received a product Kelvinator Blade Fan wide Order No.OD[protected].

After receiving the material, it has been noticed that the product is in damaged condition.

Hence, requested for returning the product.

Hi, i have an order of order id (fastrack ne2298sl04 ba). the delivery boy saying me to pick my order at place where he has convenience and not willing to delivery to address mentioned on the parcel. from two days they are doing the same thing and putting status that customer is not available even though i picked there call and told them to deliver at my place.

Hi, I booked a VU LED TV 43 Inch for my parents as a Diwali gift from Flipcart on 6th October 2016. I got the delivery on 19th October 2016. TV was fully damaged so immediately I asked for a replacement. It's over a month now and still nothing has been done. Since then I'm calling their customer care service everyday because everyday they say "Tomorrow someone will be coming to pickup the TV" and that tomorrow has never come....
