I have ordered lenovo k6 note vide order id[protected] on dated 18 dec 16 and item received on 22 dec 16. And i have requested for return on 24 dec 16 which has accepted by the flipkart. No seller has called me till 02 days on next day i receive a message that you issue has been resolved your item your item will not be returned. I complained with flipkart that the device is not working properly and there was no response from i have lost my 9999. Flipkart is fraud

      I had ordered mi 4 I phone but it didn't meet my requirements it had single SIM and no memory slot so I requested fir an exchange but they denied I paid 10 k, if I had gone to a shop I would've had a demo and I would've chosen the right one now they are saying they can't horribly I have been cheated, I requested them fir an exchange also but they are not obliging I am forced to use the phone, all their promises about exchange us hoax have had the worst and horrible shopping experiences and would never recommend to anyone

          The seller didn't send the product only... Sent a wooden piece and if i raise a return request or to refund they are not even doing that... My whole lot money is gone and i don't even have product,... And if i speak to flipkart customer care manager... He is suspecting on me... The worst scenario... Can't assure the product first and suspecting on me only... You all are so worst that you aren't ready to accept the mistake... Worst flipkart... I don't want product also man... I'll buy from amazon just give me my money atleast back... I have raised return request on 22nd december at around 6 pm when i received no product... And now it is 24th december... 7.30 pm near... Whenever i call customer care there is only a same saying... Sir please wait for 24 hours more and sorry for the inconvenience caused thank you and have a nice day... I'm feed up now... This is last i'm complaining here... After this i'm going for consumer court... Because it isn't a small amount for our family... It is a more then a one month payment of my dad's salary... Only because i wanted it... He has spent... But after seeing so much struggle i don't even want it... Just give my money back that's it...

Customer is not willing to understand and says he have not received product. Apologized and informed we will not be able to provide return. Customer agreed and closing the case.

          FRM Update : Customer is a fraud confirmed by FPI team.

          Account remains blocked.

          Kindly do not entertain any request from this customer.

But till today i didn't get any replacement and any information regarding replacement or refund from flip kart.               I received my product on10th of December. Initially the product was ok but now it's not working now they are not willing to replace it as 10 days policy is not satisfied. Firstly they send a product that's not good for which we have spent 10, 000 secondly a product is good or not can't be know within 10 days o[censored]se. Now they are suggesting me to go to a service centre as that's the best they can do by taking our money angle giving a product from where calls are not going and coming... the product is worse.

              Also a technical gadget's defect can't be known within 10days and so I guess that's the reason flipkart have this 10 day replacement option only to consumers.

                  This is salal from hyderabad. Last week i have ordered a 2dost women gold wedges and it's delivered tooday[protected], but the product was totally different what i ordered and what i received. I got 2dost women beige wedges with very poor quality. My flipkart order id is od[protected].
                  Last month also i booked a mobile back cover form my friend's id. Order id was od[protected] and it was a wrong product and i replaced it that time. I am very unsatisfied with the service given by the company.

                        If this is so, i will never order from flipkart.

                          I had book a Item (Sansui 190 Ltr Refrigerator) ID OD[protected] on 21.12.2016 and the payment of Rs. 9990/- are paid through HDFC Credit Card on EMI basis which is deducted at the same time. But after 3 days on 23.12.2016 at 12:29 PM SMS received from Flipkart on Mob No. [protected] that "Cancelled: Sansui 190 L Direct Cool in your order with order ID OD[protected] has been cancelled. The amount you have paid for the above product(s) will be refunded. We will notify you via E-mail and SMS when the refund is processed. Please check your email for more details."

                          The above issue is inefficiency of service by Flipkart because at the time of booking they are ready to deliver to my delivery address (231206). But after 3 days they are unable to deliver and order cancelled without consent of me.

                          Now I want to explanation about cancellation of my order and compensation of amount which is deducted at the time of booking from the date of deduction to credit in my HDFC Card (which is paid through HDFC Credit Card on EMI basis on 13% interest rate).

                          An early response is solicited please.

                              This is in regard to my product bearing Order ID OD[protected]. With graet dissappoinment, i have to inform you that you guys are really poor in customer care services. I had a delivery to be delivered today and ECom was giving me the shipment. And when I asked for card on delivery payment, he refused and just ran away. WoW. then I lodged this on Facebook and Twitter and I got computerised response just once. No customer care representative is hired in your firm?? Then I call the ECom people (Ritu from Delhi) and they rudely inform me that they do not have card payment service in Bangalore. This courier service really should think of the competition that it can face if it continues this kinda behaviour towards its customers. Like seriously you wanna temme that Bangalore which is India's most modernized city doesnt support #cashless India drive? And you contradict your statement coz all the 9 orders that I had placed before in Flipkart was paid by me through Card on Delivery. I want an immediate response to this. I had not stood in that long queue at ATM to pay you guys Rs.1600. Please understand the cash crunch that India is facing right now and help your customers or else you will be losing the. Support Cashless India drive.

                                i used the city bank card.
