I purchased the device from FLIPCART is Xioami 3s, is very worst, , it is uploded with really very bad software, everytime it ask to reboot and when after reboot, it forgets password and dont recognize finger print itself, it happened two times, everytime i had to visit to the service center and the charged for 1000/- Rupees, and they are saying that it is online purchased so we will charge any kind of service, even it passed only 15 days after purchasing...

Do you really think this device is success, not really

I will update the same on social media, google, Flipkart site, and will request everyone not to buy Xioami, , , it is worst, , everytime my money is wasting...

I am helpless, i have no other way to to unlock my device.I have to go to service center again, it is wasting my time and money, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , this is really shameful for your company, you are selling it online and not providing any kind of assistance...

I highly request everyone not to purchase any handset through flipkart...

      I had received a wrong product and had applied for refund, Soon they came and retrieved the product and specified to provide NEFT details for transaction.I have tried to provide the details even with different bank accounts, but it shows"please specify all details" again and again.I have filled all the boxes even so the same message pops up.This hinders me to initiate the refund process.

          Its about the product iphone6 which is showing 36990 MRP. and after 24% discount its showing the same amount 36990 Rs. What the hell is this they are doing. They are playing 420 with the customers and make them fool.

            We have taken up this case internally. Spoke to the customer, he said that he wants the pick up to be rescheduled on 27th Jan after 3 pm. Customer is not available in the office today. We have given instructions to our hub to reschedule it for tomorrow for pick up after 3 pm.

                I have ordered mobile in flipkart on 17th January. Amount paid from my credit card(11999)
                I received a mail on 19th Jan that product has been shipped.
                But on 21 th Jan again i received a mail saying due to high demand order has been cancelled and also after i am not able to login into flipkart also.

                I asked for refund.But still no positive update from flipkart.

                  Initially i was told(after several followups) that i the item was out of stock - the moment i requested for cancellation i was given a revised date of delivery as Jan 4th - This date has changed 3times since then and i am not even informed of the changes.
                  I want an immediate refund and an explanation for this unruly behavior.

                    1.Placed an order for Karbonn Opium N7 on 7th of January, 2017 (Order No. OD[protected].
                    2.Product was delivered on 12th Jan 2017.
                    3. Found product to be dead hence raised a request for replacement.
                    4. E-kart delivery boy arrived on 17th of January and check the old handset. He exclaimed to be in need of acknowledgement letter and shall fetch the same in a very short while. However, did not arrive later and rescheduled the replacement.
                    5 Another E-kart delivery boy arrived along with the package and checked the old handset and stated that he needs the imei number to be displayed on the screen and that too from the dead handset. I immediately contacted a flipkart customer support executive and the executive instructed the delivery boy to replace the defective product. However, the delivery did not accept the instruction and denied for replacement.
                    6. I raised a complaint against ekart logistics ltd and after that the fresh product arrived for replacement was sent back to the seller and flipkart raised a refund request without my concern.
                    7. Pick up was scheduled on 25th of January so that the refund process may be carried out. However, the pickup boy from ekart logistics ltd mentioned the same statement that he shall be in need of imei number to be verified from the handset after its gets started. He wanted that IMEI number of the handset should be displayed on the screen and hence did not pick up the handset.
                    8. Further, I raised a complain against this with flipkart and later in mid night flipkart cancelled my refund request.
                    9. I am left with a dead handset and payment was made since the handset arrived in the 1st point.

                          Hello,

                          I had ordered hair dryer from flipkart which was supposed to reach my place by 17th jan, 2017.

                          Firstly, delivery was delayed and i was not notified about that.

                          I came to know after calling up flipkart and i was informed that it would reach me by 21stjan, 2017 which again turned into a damn failure.

                          I called up flipkart and came to know that the order had been cancelled without any notification.

                          It is highly disappointing with such kind of worst customer service.

                          Atleast they could have informed me that they would be unable to do the delivery instead of giving false promises in unnecessary delivery delay which ended up in cancellation without any notification.

                          I have suffered a complete time loss which could have been mitigated and could have approached other better service providing vendors like amazon, snapdeal etc.

                          I am book canon printer date on 11/01/2017 order no OD[protected] rs.2399 but today is not received. I am complaint DKT no31609933 on date 17/01/2017 not satisfactory answer.

                                I had purchased the samsung galaxy on nxt before 4 days.speaker is not working properly so i complaint to flipkart, they provide me the solution technical team will sent to your home and will check what is issue.the team came to my home check the issue and they confirmed me the product is defective and the team ensure me your product will be replaced within 24 hours.so that i wait.after then 48 hour when i didn't get my product so I call to customer care. They told me in our system we can see your problem is solved as our technical team is mention.flipkart was not ask me after technical visit is your problem solved?

                                I was regular customer of flipkart but from today onward I will move to amazon.
                                Pls dont buy costly things from flipkart.

                                  Today on[protected] i ordered 2 nos of redmi note 4 on flipkart, but my order was cancelled by the seller (Flipkart) sayin that the reason behind this is that i selected 2 quantity of redmi note 4 mobile phones on one purchase, now if flipkart is not giving 2 mobiles on one purchase then why should it give the option of selection for quantity of mobiles.
                                  According to my understanding flipkart is at fault, and if mi really cares about this issue u need to reorder my mobile phone for the next sale which is on 31-1-17.

                                  I am attaching my order copy in which flipkart has issued order number and automatically cancelled my order and yet has the guts to even deduct (Debit) money from my account. Even the customer care executive is giving reasons which are not professional but only a sorry is there which solves no problem.
                                  So if flipkart has the guts to put a customer in a awkward position then i feel that here's the time to take a stand and give justice to a customer like me by pre-booking my order (Even 1 mobile in quantity redmi note4 32 gb ram, and dark grey in colour)

                                  And yes dear sirs please note that mi mobiles are always out of stock and yes that's why today i am in such a awkward position where i like mi mobiles but hate them bcaz of out of stock kind of errors.

                                    Hi flipkart team,

                                    I am writing here because 2 days talks with your customer support team has failed. I had 2 gift coupons (500 each) given to me by my company. It expired on 29th december 2016, i. E. Less than a month back.

                                    I wanted to buy a watch from flipkart and noticed that it is already expired so i wrote an email to flipkart to activate is for a couple of days so that i can use them. It has happened to me with other companies as well like pvr but they reactivated my card and said, we keep an expiry date so that card is not misused and it is recycled if no one is using it. And that was so nice and clear policy they had and i appreciate that. They said it is your money and we are happy that you are using it on our booking.

                                    Don't understand policy of flipkart in this case. It is not a promotion money given by flipkart that should expire. It is my money which was bought by someone and gifted to me and i should be able to use it. If there is a mistake from my end of missing a date, it should not be charged by forfeiting the cimplete amount. Anyways i was going to use that money on your portal only.

                                    Please provide a resolution. I can provide the gift card numbers when required.

We are sending reminder email to original buyer of EGV expiry date. Hence we cant extend validity same information given to customer by email.

                                      I requested 3 time's returns but flipkart didn't reply me. Buying date 9 december and i have requested 3 times but flipkart said me he can't pickup or refund my amount. Please help me.

                                        I ordered fitbit blaze from filpkart today by using my credit card (Amex). After doing a transaction i got notification that my order got cancelled and money was also debited from my account. When i called bank they said that order has been cancelled by flipkart so i called flipkart but they have such a # service of customer care that no one receives the call nor transfers to anyone. Now whom should i contact to know what went wrong that they rejected my order. Worst site ever. Really disappointed by the service. You guys have so much consumer base but still such a # service.
