The product I ordered on Dec 4 was delivered on 19th Dec which is highlighted as a delay and the product doesn't even gets switched on . The order ID is OD[protected]. Please make sure the flipkart has assured products or do you provide such a poor service ?
I would like to hear a solution from on a cash refund or produce exchange ASAP.

    Dear sir I have purchased a double bad blanket from fill kart on 04 Dec 2016 order Id is OD[protected] with Rs1199/- . It was delivered on[protected] by cash on delivery. On same day I returned it because I didn't like it. So I requested for return on[protected] return id was[protected] and pickup date was 12 Dec 2016 but product was not picked up by flip kart. So I again requested for return it and return id was[protected] but once again this request is cancelled by flip kart. Sir I want my money back from filpkart but this company is cheating form last 20 days please help me.

        This is to lodge a GRIEVANCE against my Order Id OD[protected]

        I had ordered a Moto M on the very first day of its launch, i.e, 15th of December 2016 which was due for delivery on Monday, 19th December. When the delivery man came to handover the product, the mobile which we were supposed to handover in exchange (Galaxy Grand 2) had a flip cover over it rather than its actual back panel. This was of lesser significance to us and when the delivery man refused to take the set with the flip cover, he himself suggested that we get the cover and he shall come by Tuesday to deliver our new phone and take the galaxy grand 2.
        We waited with our old phone in a proper condition to be exchanged but the delivery man did not turn up on Tuesday, and we got no intimation on his arrival whatsoever.
        We waited patiently for a day and on Wednesday, when we inquired about our order status since we had been eagerly waiting for the new phone, we were informed that our order has been cancelled, and the reason was customer rejection (totally unjustified).
        I am really disappointed by the service. I was so anxiously waiting for the mobile and now I’m sitting here typing this. I need to understand how can I order get cancelled when your delivery person himself suggested that this can be done the very next day. I also need to understand on how the order can get cancelled without even asking the person who placed the order. And I also want to understand that how, because of a minor problem in the exchange phone, our main order can get cancelled since we could have paid the full amount for the phone without opting for exchange in that case.
        Did this happen because you have the sole rights on selling this device and due to its shortage in the market you seem to compromise your valuable customers or is it because flipkart is stooping low to poor services like this.
        I really need a quick action on this, explanation to all my points above. I need the phone I ordered to be delivered to me ASAP and the old one exchanged just as how the the plan was.

          It had a cashback offer of 15% cashback on citi cards which i selected.Its has been almost two months but i have still not any amount of cashback from the same
          The amount is rs 1843 (15%) which is not a small amount.

            I have placed an order for Moto M-64GB on 15th of December, i was told that it will be delivered on 19th December. I do nto see any update on in my order with regards to delivery, the worst part is if i call up customer care they disconnected my while talking on Tuesday evening and my calls are not allowed to call Flipkart customer care but i keep getting repeated messages and mails showing the same date of delivery 19th December, I feel that something is wrong with this product or flipkart has goofed up the something.Can someone help me getting it soon.

              I placed an order for 2 men's grooming combos .. however I received only 1. The quality of the product i received is so bad. Not at all like the one shown in the image . The stitched are loose and it looks old and worn out.

                  I had ordered a mobile Redmi 3s prime and the product was defective from day one. They sent a technician to check upon which he did a hard reset but it still doesnt seem to resolve the issue. It had scratches on camera lens as well.
                  Though i raised a return request within 10 days they took 10 days to revert and finally saying it has crossed 10 days for replacement. The executives are so adamant to listen and just keeps saying no replacement/refund. This is the most pathetic service.

                  The same has happened with me. Pathetic service by Flipkart.

                    Hi team,
                    This is a very regretful situation that flipkart has brought me into . I being a continuous buyer from Flipkart, i have been put in to a situation which has made me very unhappy with the service provided and the customer service provided and also the lies that customer executive told me to cover up their mistake.I didnot expect this to happen to any privileged customer. .
                    I had ordered Moto M having order OD[protected] on 15th Dec 2016 and checked for the status . It was in approved state. I had checked the same on 17th for the status it was still the same. I called up the customer executive to get the current update on the situation, the response received was i would get the product delivered by Mon 19th . I had argued that the same kind of situation happened earlier to me and was handled only after an incident was raised. but the executive argued that the incident cant be raised. I waited again for one day to have the order processed further, but i couldnt find any change in the status . I called up the customer executive to check on what is happening in the background and an incident was raised against this . Till date i have spent almost 1 hour each day to follow up on this product by making a call with the executive. Every day i get a deadline from each executive that issue would be resolved by next day or wait for 2 days.
                    Not a single day i got a proper update from the Customer executive team until unless i called flipkart. every time i call i get a response from them that "i am sorry for the inconvenience caused, but we are not having any update" I had escalalted the same to the senior twice, but there is no response from them. Even the escalation team doesnot have an answer . i always got an answer that : I am sorry, will give you resolution in 2 days time. i was assured of it by 20th initially and then it got extended to 21th.

                    Mean while i raised a complaint in the facebook page of flipkart .They responded me well with a call and tried understanding my concerns, But i didnot receive any response from them about when i would get a resolution. I questioned the team on getting the call from this team, but the team gave me a reason that due to chennai rains their procurement was delayed, But i wondered how does the Chennai rain affect the product shipment . I was still in agreement with their words But when i spoke to the escalation team, i find that the product was being shipped from Delhi INDIFLASMART .
                    Now this is a new scam that you people do by making the people order during sale and then cancel or create scarcity in the number of products that the person ordered should cancel on their own.
                    You have created a situation here to me where i had been forced to cancel by order by no providing right ful information and irritating the customer by just giving me more dates to delivery. Now i did a close follow up and an escalation to 3 places and i get a message from you all that the delivery is rescheduled to 26 th DEC.

                    In short flipkart has mentally harassed me to the core with this product by
                    Not providing right data.
                    Not having followed up the incident to get it resolved
                    I was given wrong information to keep me shut my mouth.
                    When i questioned about how chennai flood can cause all of it and if in case it made any issues the sales had to be postponed and not continued if the procurement was not availabe . I was questioned for asking this .
                    Both Escalation team, the facebook page and the customer Escaltion team lied to me about the procuremnet issue.
                    I demanded for a compensation for all the harassment i went through and this was denied bluntly on the face.

                    Please provide me a compensation for all the situation that you people put me into.

                    Spoke with customer and informed to him that due to some unforeseen circumstances the order has been cancelled but customer was stating that he had been shared various types of information regarding the delay in a delivery so apologies to customer regarding the issue and informed to him about the exact concern for the order cancellation. Customer was asking if her place the same order will he get the order in the same offer price so informed to him that we would not be able to provide in the same offer price but if the offer is there you can order that. And also informed to customer about the refund tat.

                    So closing the case.

                          Ordered the mobile set with delivery date on 18th December. Not able to deliver the material and flipkart not bothered about to know the status delivery. Stsndard message from flipkart sta ting that, will resolve the issue in 48 hrs as consequently 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd etc.

                          Seems, flipkart has advertising the moto m mobile on their portal without having stock, simply looting the customer money.

                            My product Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML (Silver, 16 GB) is not Genuine, the sim card slot is not working and the IEMI/S.no which is on the box does not matches with the mobile's IEMI/S.no, the service center people rejected the phone for the service due to the IEMI/S.no does not matches with the box. its been two days we are keep on trying to get with flipkart customer care but there is no response though we are trying from our registered mobile number. we want to rectify the issue as soon as possible

                              I purchased a fossil watch and it was not as described on the website so I returned it .they said refund will happen within 3 working days and its been 5days. Money is not back in my account. I contact customers care they say its pending from my bank end.but bank hasn't received any request on this
                              I have spent my entire day trying to get clear picture on what's happening .flip kart has worst customer service.

                                I have Purchased this Nexian- NV45 with Flipkart 11 month ago. I never found services center. It was diffult for me to go with small baby on earlier complaint in march time.

                                Last 2 day again facing network issue a d it doesnt show network. I m not able to use the phone. I month is left under warranty.

                                I call so many time in may for below issue not received anyy response.

                                Which is spice customer center earlier also contact filpkart and spice center but they failed to deliver services.

                                1)Battery Run out Very quickly without using internet.
                                2) Phone Hang up on call.
                                3) Ram work Slowly. If download App it is take time.
                                4) while Taking call Hangup.
                                5) While taking other (Dialer)person can not hear the Voice
                                6)No Extra application added than phone.
                                7) Network Also Goes while on calling
                                8) Once Hangup Can not Redial phone.
                                9) other people calling are saying that your phone seems switch off or not connect.

                                Please Provide me the solution. I am Located at Bangalore- 560100Provide services center or replace by picking up.

                                I m not sure that i will received services only one month left for warranty.

                                What to do next. While for exchange it is not an option available to sale it. It cost me 3799. I have all bill box and accessories

                                I have complaints against both filpkart and spice both are failed to provide services. Waste of money. Flipkart it is not accept in exchange offer. How come other web will accept. 3799 is now 0 in last 6 months.while first time complanit raised. Also flipkart has started providing m8bile under warranty repair services. It was also not happen. While my complaint arised within 3 months after phone purchased.

                                Asked for services center number and detail. He provide me the same services center address. He said he is authorized services center. that have already denied to me give service ? now what is the next step

                                they have same email address that mention on box. I asked him why you guy have not responded. he said wait for sometime and hangup. see what type of services I am getting out of it.

                                I am following everythig mention by flipkart people. but neighter brand helping neither services center nor flipkart.

                                just waste of time money. this was my last try to speak with spice and flipkart people both are unaware of issue.

Aslo sent him... address that was sent by spice people as a proff that earler visit as well as spice people will never reply of mail and compliant number on spice website is my mobile imei number... it shows is in working.

                                It been long time issue happen... this pain can be understand by user or spender not seller, mediator or manufacturers. ...

                                Flipkart people has to decide what they should do ?. We go and by brand becasue of filpkart not spice brand... we thought flipkart is middle managemt who can not sell worst brand on their portal. Such kind of brand no exchange can be zero in a warranty period. Ones buy and forget it for brand services and money.

                                  I ordered Micromax 32 inches tv at 13489. 00 just after one day they reduced the price and started selling at 11700.00.

                                  My product were delivered on the day when actually they were selling the TV on discounted price. My concern is who these prices can be so dynamic. This s way of loosing the customer trust. That money is my hard earned money i can't vanish it on air.

                                  kindly process for retrun & refund. This is not the experience & trust expected from you, you itself claims the lowest price guaranty accross the market but see your own way of business & learn further

                                    Please be noted that i had placed an order for Redmi prime 3S on 14th Dec 2016. i was informed that the product would reach by 16th of dec same year and much for i delight i did not expect it so early. But days passed and have not got it yet. When i get in touch with the service guys they informed it might take another 3 working days. I mean, what kind of Service is that?
                                    The product has reached the Chennai Hub but it takes 3 more days for what reason? have lost the trust and hopes on Flipkart and Please stop giving the FALSE PROMISES. This is a SHAME.

                                    I brought Lenovo k5 note online on flipkart nd now its one mic is not working properly . I had to switch to loud speaker for talking. I dont know where to take my phone . Nd its on warranty . Nd i want to know how i can get this problem solved .

                                        I was purchased a Refrigerator on 23 rd October 2016 Lg 260 ltr Frostfree where a lucky draw option was there.
                                        Now recently a phone call came to me from [protected] 13/12/2016 where I came to knew I have win a moto e 3 Phone which deliver soon.
                                        After that for confirmation I call to flipcart customer care number who give an email "Dear Customer,

                                        We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 15 Dec, 2:30 PM.
