Here is the conversation I have had with
flipkart over mail.. I have ordered a gaming mouse and I received a faulty device! I asked for replacement the same day itself and they said that it will be shipped by 24th August and reach me by 29th August. It can be confirmed in the mail below. Now they are saying there is some technical glitch and they will take 2 business days to get back to me! What kind of fraud is this.. They have my money and they are just delaying the replacement without reason.. This is unacceptable behavior and I want
flipkart to either deliver me the replacement on or before 29th or give me some compensation for my time wasted and holding my money for so many days. Or just give me a refund!
If i dont get a solution m gonna opt for serious action against
flipkart!

This is ridiculous.!! What do I do in the mean time? You've got my money now so you are gonna treat me like [censored]? Is it my mistake that the product is faulty? You have given me a delivery date for the replacement of 29th August! OD[protected] .So i bought this product on 17th august and i
received it on 21st and when i tried it, the right click is not working
properly, , now i have put up a return request and the date that u have
given me for the replacement is 29th august. This is really unacceptable
..This is a flippkart assured seller and product and even if i buy it today
from the seller he is shipping it by 27th august through standard delivery.
Then why should i be the one suffering. Infact you guys should put me on
priority and ship me the product earlier than the standard delivery. Its
not my fault that i have received a defective product right?
I am buying a good brand and if the new product comes like this out of the
box, even with you doing the 6 quality checks that you talk about in
flipkart assured then whats the point in me buying through
flipkart.. And
what about the extra 8 days time that i have to suffer because of this
