Ii had ordered a watch from flipkart on 18 december for rs.386 which i had returned on 24 december 2016 from that date till now 07 jan 2017 flipkart just given me a fake refrence number which is not acceptable by my bank.. I had sent many emails to flipkart that my bank is not accepting your reference number but they are just sending the same mail every time..Flipkart is a cheater please help me to get my money back

    Hi,

    I am raising this complaint regarding the smartphone which I have ordered on 28th Dec'16 and my expected delivery date was 5th Jan'17 but flipkart failed to deliver the product on given date. When I contacted Flipkart on 4th Jan'17 to check the status of my product then I came to know that due to some issue they cannot ship the product on given date, so it was me who bothered to check the status but flipkart was least bothered about the customer.

    I wanted the device before 5th Jan or 5th Jan as it was my wedding anniversary and I wanted to gift that phone to my wife as wedding gift and thing I have informed flipkart executive but they said sorry & we are checking with the concern team and we will get back to you, Hence nobody was able to help me to get the product on time due to that my surprise for my wife was not completed and I was very disappointed.

    I have asked flipkart to compensate for the mess but they directly said NO and that was very rude, Kindly look into this & request you to please assist with the concern.

        Writing on behalf of AAD Enterprises, want to highlight certain things below.
        As a new seller I got permission from flipkart to sell products and after some months I have observed another sellers who have given their offers on my product without my knowledge. While discussing with SS team ( uneducated team / need to be groomed properly) they told me to provide TM certificate. And immediately they have deactivated all of my listings immediately. And told me the reason that : DUE TO OUR SYSTEM GLITCH YOUR BRAND HAS BEEN APPROVED AND WE CANT LET YOU PERMIT TO SELL WITHOUT BRAND APPROVAL AND IMMEDIATELY DEACTIVATED MY LISTINGS.

        Please tell me how much talented guys are sitting behind the scene in flipkart. This is you fault. You have permitted officially to sell products and if you require TM Certificate then you have to provide me certain amount of time slot. But for flipkart the ss team are the decision makers and what ever their little mind says thats final.

        Completely ridiculous. And I am selling mobile tempered glasses for which they require TM certificate. if this is like this then remove all those sellers who don't have TM and they are good sellers in flipkart. If they require I can tell them unlimited sellers are selling without any TM. The rule should be the same for all sellers. Am I right?

        I am writing this to tell other sellers that be aware of those ss team members who are completed uneducated persons sitting.

        Thats why I came here and believe me I would like to highlight this in as many sites as possible so that people can understand how much monopoly is going on flipkart.
        One Team Lead has decided to block my listings and took action on that. There is no one to here on this case, means no one challenge one support guy's decision.
        This is going on flipkart.
        You have permitted to sell under certain category and again after some days deactivated all listings saying tm is mandatory. You have to provide certain time to provide the same. Prior intimation is needed or not.

            I ordered nutty cashews online it was supposed to come between 31-5 january and they tried to deliver it on 5 january but we were not here and rhey talked to some random person near our house and they said they did not order anything.
            The delivery guy assumed that he is the one that lives on this adress and returned the package.
            We called to ask about the delivery status because the flipkart site was not making anything clear. The operator said that we cannot do anything and can just try to deliver it by 9 january.
            When asked to call on cellphone when coming to deliver the order, it was said that delivery boy is not responisble to call you and inform at the time he is there.
            This is ridiculous. For every other site, deliver boys always call when they reach so that if we are not at home we can call a neighbor to pick up the order on our behalf.
            We are not reponsible if delivery boy assumes someone else has ordered instead o[censored]s. The operator did not solve our problem at all and did not send us feedback form in the email as well. Because he did not speak well and did not solve our problem. We are not going to order from flipkart anymore and would not recommend anyone to buy from here.

              I purchased letv 1s moblie from flipkart, Even after 100% charging, the phone suddenly gets switched off, When the battery completely discharges and the phone is plugged in using its original charger, even after several hours of charging( charging light is on throughout), it does not switch on.
              Currently, I am not able to switch it on, and the charging light is showing on, even when it is not connected to power

              hi Flipkart provided service center address in mysore, but now i am facing the same problem, when i reached the service center they are telling that they are no more services provided for LEtv 1S moblies.

                We are really frustrated by ordering phone(moto z play) from flipkart.

                We already informed about heating issue(abnormal heating) on phone and we are asking to replace that phone but we received no response.

                suddenly one day after, phone lost display automatically. now we are really tired of calling flipkart service centers but no better response and no service.

                you are providing defective piece and then complaining buyers of the phone regarding issues.

                We got pathetic service from flipkart.

                Please don't play with emotions of people. last option is to complaint about the same.

                you yourself providing defective piece. within 5 days it lost display. Now please dont give stupid reason.

                Dont give stupid solution to us. Please refund us our money as we are frustrated about your services.

                We are also escalated this matter on twitter as well so that public will know about what fraud you are doing against customer.

                we have to take strict action on the same now.

                  Sir i bought Redmi 3s mobile from flipkart on 28 Dec 2016 against order number OD[protected] and expected date was given on 02 Jan 2017 by flipkart and payment already done through Debit card (the sum of rupees 6999) at the time of booking. But the item is not deliver to me up to till date(06 JAN 2017) i contacted flipkart costumer care but sufficient answer not given to me and every time i contacted them they are extending the delivery time of the product doesnt know when will be the product delivered by flipkart so kindly take action against the concern company for cheating customers by showing fake estimated delivery date...

                  Which was to be delivered by today(6th septmber)..not that i had placed the order 2 days back..it had been a week since i orderd...so wasnt the time enough for its delivery...its been shown that the shipping is completed then why such neglegency in case of delivery to nearest hub?its the 2bd time i am facing this problem from this site...i order things from flipkart coz i rely on it but with such cases of delay im dissatisfied..u guys never know how important the things order might be for the customer...it might happen he have placed the order just because the EDD of the item is matching his neccesity...these irresponsible acts of yours is really not expected😕

                        I have purchased washing machine from Flipkart web site on 21st Dec 2016. My order id is OD[protected]. It was suppose to Deliver to my home on 26 th of Dec, but did not received it.

                        On enquary Flip Kart said I was not avalable at home hence it was not delevered, When I did not agree for the argument given( As my wife alwase at home) then they said The washing machine was not deleverd as it was damaged during transit. and it will be delevered on 28th but did not received it then they said it will be deleverd on 01 of Jan 17 did not deleverd it then 06th of Jan now today your officer Mr. Mussavir said it will be delivered on 07th of Jan.

                        But after discussing with floor Manager Mr. Mussavir some body from Flip Kart Vendor who suppose to send me the Washing Machine on 24th of Dec his cell no is [protected] has informed that the product which we have booked on 21st Dec is not available and he is giving me an another model T7577TEEL.
                        .
                        He is promising that he will washing machine will reach to my house in two days but i have to pay extra 1500/-.

                        I have asked him to send an email in this connectionHe has not yet send an email.

                        This kind of online operation is creating problem.
                        We have waited 20 days after paying all the amount, without any falt from us and now we have to pay extra.

                        We have send email in this connection to Flipkart floor Manager Mr. Mussavir but no responce.

                        If this is the online experience of cash less polacy then god only help us. Our PM Aim will never be fulfilled due to this kind of frauds. I am of the view flip kart should be panalised sevierly for the breach of trust;

                        Heavy compensation should provided to consumer so that Online e-commerce will be used by consumers, and we will move towords cash less on line purchages.
                        I this regard i have all e-mail correspoundances, I can produce whereever and whenever required.

                            I haven't yet received my refund to my bank ACCOUNT.
                            I have order Lenovo k6 power phone on 18th Dec 2016. The order get canceled form your end due to locality issue still after checking locality availability process.
                            Till the date i dnt get my money back. your customer care says we done up form our end you go and check with your bank and the bank says we dont get form flipkart even after given reference number form your end.

As we provided the refund transaction with customer and requested him to get in touch with bank, customer raised complaint with bank. Bank asked customer to wait for 07 days. Apologized to customer and requested to wait till the time bank asked for. In case of any issue, requested to get back to us. Customer agreed and closing the case.

                              Flipkart not refund my money.the wallet shows already refund from wallet to bank account.now the wallet balance 0.I called several time to flipkart customer care they said ' it will take 5 days' to refund.on Nov 29 I requested for refunds so far I didn't get money on my bank account more than one month.I called them more than 7 times they are saying they need more time to resolve this issue.I fed up with flip kart and lost faith in them.this is my registered mob with glimmer ..[protected]

                                Hello Sir/Mam,

                                I have purchased 2 phone asus zenfone 3 Max on flipkart and both phone having the same issue camara sound is not shutoff while clicking the picture. I have check all these setting regarding the camara sound off and also reset the factory restore phone.But issue is still exists. I have calls many time to flipkart excutive they has schedule the technical visit of the engineer but engineer does't came with given dead line after all request is automatcally cancel by flipkart excutives.

                                One phone is purchase is 9 dec and another one is 21 dec.
                                Please resolve the concern asap and replace the phone otherwise refund my money.

                                  Spoke with customer (Vipesh on [protected]) apologized and customer confirmed that received refund now.

                                  Says having another issue that got call from the number ([protected]) stating its from Flipkart. says executive was asking provide all Credit card details like, Expiry date, card number, CVV number and all.

                                  Apologized to customer and informed we will take action about it and informed we can not dis close the internal things with him. Also, informed not to share such details with anyone if call is from Flipkart as we never ask for those details. Customer agreed and closing the case.

                                    I ordered Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 cover as a gift for my friend who lives in different city and it got delivered on 24th Dec evening, when I met my friend and gave him that it was found that the cover size is smaller than the device, I contacted Customer care on 4th Morning through email and I was suggested that due to 10 days return policy they are not going to entertain my request.
                                    I requested them again on the mail that it was just the 11th day and they can be so flexible to exchange this product with the correct size but they again replied with the same set of lines.
                                    I made a call to the customer care and was again told the same thing.
                                    I agree that, I contacted them on the 11th day and that was just because I had to postpone my plan to go my friend's city.
                                    I am not looking forward for the return it's just the exchange that I want with the correct size.
                                    Need help in this regard to at least allow me to exchange this with the correct size else this item of Rs. 435 is a total waste for me.

                                    Spoke with customer, says placed order for wrong model and want to get it exchange. that too post return policy, customer want to return the product. Apologized and informed as there is no issue with product and as the same product delivered to him, which he have placed order for, we will not be able to take back the product. Closing the case.

                                        It has been many days since I am trying to return the faulty, defective product that Flipkart has sold to me. I purchased Asus Laptop.

                                        Return Requests rejected WITHOUT ANY REASON many times. The following are details.

                                        The display is totally blurred filled with pixels. Even it becomes
                                        difficult to read the content. Lines appear on display...Battery
                                        backup not more than 01 hour...webcamera completely failed...can't
                                        even recognize own face...
                                        I have been trying to return the product. It has already been my sixth
                                        attempt. I have called tens of times since last 15 days. I have also emailed tens of times. Please have look the list of my conversations.

                                        Conclusions: Flipkart is making fun of its customers. Easy and Free Returns, F-assured, Customer Protection etc. are just fake things on Flipkart. They have given me the shock of around Rs. 30k. Go through the discussion no. 18 where customer care is saying no compensation of any sort even after trouble of so many days to customer.
                                        One should not purchase from Flipkart. Better options are available of other sites that really have hassle free services.
