I was purchaged on dated 20/12/2016 above mobile by Flipkart order ID:OD[protected], courior name Ekart-FMPC[protected], Amount Rs.3333/- swipe company advertisement online high specification but phone is very poor quality. the following remarks- 1- mobile is hanging. 2- poor battery daily 5 times recharge. 3- 4g volte not working. 4- camera 1mp instead of 5mp (poor camera performance). 5- OS Android version 2.3 instead of android marshalow 6 (poor os performance). please immeadiatly mobile return and refund my amount. I am 21/12/16 upload your website complaint and 4 times contact flipkart customer care that person told your i sent Tech- Visit engineer 48 hrs problem solve. Date 23, 2412/16 i massage recieved tech visit compleated, in this fake report issue mr. V.YUVARAJA, mobile-[protected], www.jeeves.com, preson at trichy. Sir, till now my problem not solve.     Resolution: Spoke with customer (Rajnish on [protected]) says product got damaged by customer himself but as we do have return policy, he want the same to be return. Apologized to customer and informed as product got damaged from his end, we will not be able to take it back. Customer agreed and disconnected the call. Hence, closing the case.

      Flipkart services.. is this a normal practice o[censored] guys to not providing a IMEI no on the invoices send to ur consumers. I wonder if its not illegal to sell a phone without providing legit IMEI no on the invoice..???
      And the so called "customer sevices " of yours are saying that its your problem that how will go to sevice centre of LG without a valid paper o[censored]r phone ..!!!
      Either refund my money or give me a valid invoice asap...

          Apne phone pe likha tha 10 day return policy fir iska kya matlab hua. Jab me is phone se satisfied nhi hu to ap bolte hi jabardasti isko use kre?
          Mere is phone pe jald se jald koi action liya jay nhi to mujhe majburan customer cort me application dena hoga is ghatiya service k liye.

No seller has called me till 02 days on next day i receive a message that you issue has been resolved your item your item will not be returned. I complained with flipkart that the device is not working properly and there was no response from i have lost my 9999. Flipkart is fraud

                I had ordered mi 4 I phone but it didn't meet my requirements it had single SIM and no memory slot so I requested fir an exchange but they denied I paid 10 k, if I had gone to a shop I would've had a demo and I would've chosen the right one now they are saying they can't horribly I have been cheated, I requested them fir an exchange also but they are not obliging I am forced to use the phone, all their promises about exchange us hoax have had the worst and horrible shopping experiences and would never recommend to anyone

                    The seller didn't send the product only... Sent a wooden piece and if i raise a return request or to refund they are not even doing that... My whole lot money is gone and i don't even have product,... And if i speak to flipkart customer care manager... He is suspecting on me... The worst scenario... Can't assure the product first and suspecting on me only... You all are so worst that you aren't ready to accept the mistake... Worst flipkart... I don't want product also man... I'll buy from amazon just give me my money atleast back... I have raised return request on 22nd december at around 6 pm when i received no product... And now it is 24th december... 7.30 pm near... Whenever i call customer care there is only a same saying... Sir please wait for 24 hours more and sorry for the inconvenience caused thank you and have a nice day... I'm feed up now... This is last i'm complaining here... After this i'm going for consumer court... Because it isn't a small amount for our family... It is a more then a one month payment of my dad's salary... Only because i wanted it... He has spent... But after seeing so much struggle i don't even want it... Just give my money back that's it...

                        I received my product on10th of December. Initially the product was ok but now it's not working now they are not willing to replace it as 10 days policy is not satisfied. Firstly they send a product that's not good for which we have spent 10, 000 secondly a product is good or not can't be know within 10 days o[censored]se. Now they are suggesting me to go to a service centre as that's the best they can do by taking our money angle giving a product from where calls are not going and coming... the product is worse.

                            This is salal from hyderabad. Last week i have ordered a 2dost women gold wedges and it's delivered tooday[protected], but the product was totally different what i ordered and what i received. I got 2dost women beige wedges with very poor quality. My flipkart order id is od[protected].
                            Last month also i booked a mobile back cover form my friend's id. Order id was od[protected] and it was a wrong product and i replaced it that time. I am very unsatisfied with the service given by the company.

                                  Very disappointing.
                                  If this is so, i will never order from flipkart.

                                    I had book a Item (Sansui 190 Ltr Refrigerator) ID OD[protected] on 21.12.2016 and the payment of Rs. 9990/- are paid through HDFC Credit Card on EMI basis which is deducted at the same time. But after 3 days on 23.12.2016 at 12:29 PM SMS received from Flipkart on Mob No. [protected] that "Cancelled: Sansui 190 L Direct Cool in your order with order ID OD[protected] has been cancelled. The amount you have paid for the above product(s) will be refunded. We will notify you via E-mail and SMS when the refund is processed. Please check your email for more details."

                                    The above issue is inefficiency of service by Flipkart because at the time of booking they are ready to deliver to my delivery address (231206). But after 3 days they are unable to deliver and order cancelled without consent of me.

                                    Now I want to explanation about cancellation of my order and compensation of amount which is deducted at the time of booking from the date of deduction to credit in my HDFC Card (which is paid through HDFC Credit Card on EMI basis on 13% interest rate).

                                    An early response is solicited please.

                                      I ordered for lee co le 1s on 19th and received it on 21st DEC 2016 . just after a day usage i got to know about the issue with phone like heating and battery.i request them for return but there was no option for return there was just replacement option.
                                      i dont want same phone or of same brand.

                                      On checking the records we found that the return has been created wrong as the return has been created for replace and don't expect. So called to customer once again and informed to him that the return has been created wrong so the return has been created once more for replace and expect. And the same has been informed to customer about replace and expect and also informed to him about the replacement tat.

                                      So closing the case
