It was written in the description that it comes with 2 usb ports 1xusb2.0 and 1xusb3.0 but it has only 1port. They misguided me .I want full refund.

      I bought Samsung Galaxy ON 8 on 28-Nov and my login id is [protected]@gmail.com

      I would like to make an official complaint about this company because first they sent me out a faulty handset in which its not detecting network signals at all. Even when i tried to insert my international sim card its not working at all.

      So i called them and ask for refund because i can not use and was flying to Australia in next few days. First they told me that we can replace your handset but cant process with refund but when i informed them i will be not available after couple of days so there is no meaning to replace the handset and cant use this handset outside India.

      They told me that we can go ahead with your refund request but we cant give your old exchange phone back to you however will give you the Flipkart credit for the same which you can transfer to any of your bank account.

      They accepted my refund request and schedule for pickup of the faulty handset in a day or two. I have waited at my home to pick up the faulty handset but no one came and finally at about 11PM they just cancelled my refund request without informing to me.

      I called up again and placed a refund request one more time. Next day again till 6:30PM no one came to pick up the faulty handset so i called up and asked for courier details because i got a flight and cant wait for more days because i already wasted a day and few hours.

      Finally at 7PM courier guy came to pick up the faulty handset and after that they have also processed my refund request. But this time i got flipkart credit in my account which i can no transfer to my bank account.

      I called up again and they have raised a request for the same which has been resolved after 3-4 days.

      I got lot of trouble because of this order and wasted one day with these guys to resolve my issue with faulty handset and with my refund.

      Many time they are not understanding the customer's situation, even when i asked them to provide courier details they have not provided any information.

      This is so frustrating and i need compensation for all this trouble happened with me.

      I will be not available on that number now but you can send me email and will reply to that. I am very much aware that the refund is completed but it took lots of my time and how many times i called up customer care to let them know that courier guy is not coming at my home to pick up the faulty handset and then followed by refund and that was really frustrating.

      Also how many times i told to customer executive that travelling to out of India so please schedule for urgent pickup but they have not responded at all and because of that i need to reschedule my travel plan as well.

      If there wont be any compensation policy then provide me Flipkart credit which i can use it for my next order.

      Now I also want to inform you that the credit card transaction has been reverted back but Flipkart has deducted 50rs from the total transaction value which is not at all.

        I ordered a electric kettle in september. It reached muzaffarpur Bihar in broken state. When I tried to return, it was showing NOT DELIVERED. After 10 days it showed DELIVERED. When next day I tried to exchange, it said that the time has elapsed. I complaint in the customer care but nothing happened till date. This is the reason flipkart is not working as good as amazon.

        I got one message from flipkart saying that the damaged product will be picked up. I waited but in evening a message came that YOU HAVE DECIDED TO KEEP THE PRODUCT.
        When I called the number of delivery boy, he said that I could not come because of technical issues.

          The product was to be delivered on 5th dec 16, and i even chosen work place timings, i called to the customer care, no response for my questions.
          Even waited till 3 hours for the product, no response.
          the product was a gift to my friends birthday, and you made it worst,

          I NEED TO FILE IN HIGHER AUTHORITIES ABOUT THIS.

            Dear sir/madam,
            This is in regard to my recent order on flipkar for a led tv 32" as on date[protected] order id: od[protected]. On flipkart websit & portal flipkart is showing 1 year warranty but with supplied product i have not received the warranty card, which is compulsory document for avail the warranty of any product. For the reason of warranty card & some more specific reasons, i want to return the product. Many times i have requested to return the product on flipkart shopping portal but still i am awaiting for appropriate reply for return the product as 10 days return time near about to complete. Flipkart is misleading to people against wrong information of 1 year warranty. Flipkart promise to customers to return the product but now not accepting the return of the product.
            Also this product features doesn't meet my expectation from the product which have i expected from product preview from portal. For the aforesaid reasons i requested to return the product due to warranty issue & quality issue but company executives are refusing to return the product. Please help to return the product for consumer protection act ‘the consumer goods (Right to free return) act, 2015’ to provide for consumers the right to free return of consumer goods.                 Hello this is my order no od[protected] for samsung on5 gold mobile placed on 19/10/2016. When it reached to hub they deliver to some other person / on road delivery without any id-proof of that person. I go to office for getting my product they decline to give me that product and say we deliver that product to other person. They say do what you want file complaint or anything. They miss behave with me very badly, i complaint in flipkart support for getting my product back to me they say we arrange delivery but olready courier partner delivered that product to other person. I ask for proof of delivery like votercard/adhar card/passport they get any proof with prepaid order but in this case they not taking any id proof from that person.. Courier person are tottaly fraud. They say aftert delivery you will not do anything of our company. After checking all details by flipkart and not getting any proper confirmation & id-proof delivery of that person they say we will refund your amount completely but still not getting refund. Please help me regarding this i want my refund back or other wise i file fir for that product, i have all bank details and transction details and of that order this is last when i wait for little bit more other wise i ll take action finally

I was ordered for a mobile as : lenovo vibe k5 plus 3gb (Gold 16gb) dated 04/10/16order id: od[protected] from manish pareek&#[[#]]#39; email id despite of the said order confirmation and payment is done/paid of inr 6749/- at my end, my order has been cancelled at your end.

                  Please update for what is the exactly reason for cancellation. I can't order again due to received of the said payment after after 10 days. Your special sell offer had been closed once received my payment, hence, i suffered mental and financial burden unnecessary.

                  I would like to know that despite of several reminders, since i haven't received any received any proper response at your end.

                    I brought an leather jacket from flipkart but it is a damage piece that flipkart has delivered me. Iam not going to do anything against the flipkart becuase i cant do anything so kindly replace my product with some other good jacket.. Becuase i dont have much to buy a lot of jackets and all plss kindly do something for me. I thought this jacket will be a good quality one but expectation made me feel. And colour of the jacket is too different from the picture showm in the website. And zibs are not working properly. It is stucking some times

                      I ordered IFB microwave from flipkart on (19th Oct, 2016) for my home at Ajmer, Rajasthan and the delivery was done on (26th Oct, 2016). Flipkart assures installation and demo for this product because until unless they don't do the installation we cannot use the product, If we use and any issue came then we cannot use the replacement policy. I've been calling flipkart and IFB guys since then and I am not getting any satisfactory response.
                      Flipkart people keep creating new tickets and assuring resolution in 48 hours and IFB people keep saying that they haven't received any request from flipkart yet. It's been more than 1 month I am just waiting and not able to use the product. Also my money is totally stuck.
                      I tried to place a return of the product but flipkart guys rejected for that clearly. Now they are on fault, they didn't do the installation in 1 month and now I am totally helpless.

                      I don't understand why Flipkart guys are not giving fix appointment or just take the product back?

                        I ordered mi note 3 32 gb variant and got the defective product which don't even detect network on my phone. So, i raised a return request and now i am asking flipkart to refund my amount of rs.11999 because when i go to internet there are issues clearly stated for this product and they don't have a permanent solution. So, here i have a question for flipkart when you will be responsible enough to sell a perfect product on your website? If you are allowing a seller to list a product on your website please do some research and then approve the listing. If the seller is willing to sell the defective product and you are selling it too on your platform then please let the seller bear the loss why a customer should face an issue. Requesting flipkart to arrange an pick up for my product and process refund for the same on priority. Asap.

                            I recently purchased a new Sony Xperia mobile on flipkart. But flipkart company doesn't send me a original and true invoice. When I asked them for the same, they told me to return the mobile ane then they will send me refund amount . As I already configured it and not sure whether they will actually return me the refund. And I don't want to return my mobile.

                                The shipped product dated 4th DECEMBER 2016 which is a Minion soft toy is entirely different from the product shown in the image. The color contrast and the body structure is also very cheap. I want a repair my order as soon as possible. As I have to leave city before 7th of December. So kindly make the repair and exchange soon.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  Lastly I had to sit with pen & paper to lodge a serious kind of consumers’ affair related problem against a brand name like Flipkart which I never dreamed of. Our Hon’ble PM Sri Narendra Modiji is inspiring Indians to go for cashless economy, online shopping etc – really a brilliant effort. But if the big brand name like “Flipkart” cheats the customer like me then what will happen with an illiterate person who are not in position to lodge a complaint in black and white.Officially I will also put a complaint at http://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ shortly. I will also post at important facebook pages to spread my experience

                                  As per official record from Flipkart a couple of weeks back I placed an order (ID: OD[protected] for the cosmetic item “Olay White Radiance Advanced Whitening Moisturiser - SPF 24 PA++ (75 ml)” with the offer price ₹999 (₹1, 224) 18% off. The seller was “Purvas Shoppe”. On delivery I noted that it was completely a wrong item from that same Olay Company “Olay White Radiance Advanced Whitening Brightening Intensive Skin Lotion SPF 24 UVA/UVB (75 ml)” [here the printed MRP is ₹ 999, which is accidentally the same as the offer price for the ordered one – here is the fallacy in terms of price intelligently exploited]. So I brought it to the notice of Flipcart team immediately and they readily agreed to replace the item. But to my surprise I noted that same wrong item was delivered at my door step – so another replacement – and sorry to mention here that again the same blunder happened “Delivery of wrong item”. At this point I want to mention specifically that before the 2nd time replacement I requested Flipkart to intimate the seller “Purvas Shoppe” with a strong note for delivering the correct item (as per the telephonic conversation with Flipcart Customer Service - they did). And this time when I again contacted the customer service (Member “Neha” and also escalated customer service) they directly told that Flipcart would not replace anymore.

                                  At this point I would ask, in a very humble way, the highest authority of Flipkart, Mr Sachin Bansal – does it not fall within the limit of responsibility of Flipcart to take care of the interest of its customers till the real-time resolution of the “Delivery of Correct Item” is executed? I think it should be so particularly when your company Flipcart is promoting and selling the item of a seller through monitory transaction – hope you will also agree. If Flipcart fails to perform such duty, why your house is promoting and selling the item of such kind of fraud seller and you cannot deny legally as well as ethically that your company Flipcart has only given the loyal permission to sell the items of such kind of seller!! Anybody cannot canvas their products through your platform without your official permission – Am I wrong from any point of view? And mind it refund policy is not the right solution of every problem, you can refund my money but you cannot refund my faith on your system which I cultivated during past days – you lost it. And mind it “little drops of water make a big ocean” ..apparently it is nothing, but it is something to throw slow impact on your reputation.

                                  What is more alarming the clear-cut discrepancy between the description of the item highlighted in cash memo and delivered item – the cash memo is categorically indicating the ordered item as “Olay White Radiance Advanced Whitening Moisturiser - SPF 24 PA++ (75 ml)” while the cartoon of the delivered item is supporting the item as something else “Olay White Radiance Advanced Whitening Brightening Intensive Skin Lotion SPF 24 UVA/UVB (75 ml)” – this is the instance of violating the interest of a consumer which I want to bring in notice of the Consumers’ affairs department of Govt of India.

                                  So I will request our Hon’ble PM before implementing cashless economy (in fact I am the blind supporter of it), online shopping etc please make it ensured whether our national platform is ready to accommodate the desired changes within the limit of public tolerance or not. Faith, dependence – all these things do not come in a single day –they are the outcome of long driven processes.

                                    I have ordered back case for iPhone 6s Plus...But flipkart send iPhone 6 gold colour back case. Immediately I have raised complain with flipkart for refund still no proper response from flipkart. I have contacted flipkart for more than 5 times no response... worst experience with Flipkart's... Amazon too good on refund proses...Please help on my refund process.

                                        Really disappointed with your SPF team.
                                        i am a seller on flipkart.

                                        I had lost my 6 products out of 9. ie. customer returned only 3 products.
                                        and your executive i.e. Nitesh speaking so rudly that the images of 3 products received not match with the images of SKUs, So we should not provide you the claim, so do it what you can do.

                                        And they are not ready to hear about the theft or lost products, they are just discussing only on 3 products.

                                        I respect fully ask you 1 question if your product has been theft by any one so how you feel with that.
                                        Its simply that you are encouraging the internal corruption,
                                        that order so many product and returned few products to the seller, and you had not checked while receiving from the customer,
                                        and no action has been taken from your side regarding the lost and no action has been taken against the internal corruption, whether it has been kept by customer, or your eturn collection team.

                                        Really disappointed FIipkart.
                                        No will trust you, if these activities has been taken.
