I bought a Giordano watch which arrived in dead condition. FLIPKART said they will arrange pick up. We have been waiting for the pick up. Msg came pickup attempted but not successful. We again put a request. Ditto pattern. How come deliveries are successful n pickups are not?

I am chandra sekar. I bought mobile handset for my relative from flipkart worth of rs 5000/-.

However, the handset is not working at all.
When i asked for replacement with another product, there is no response and delaying further.

The product delivered on 17th october 2016 and asked for replacement on 21st october 2016..

I want your help to get my money back or product replacement.br...

I have ordered a Moto E3 Power mobile from Flipkart on 19th Oct and have received the same on 20th Oct but it was a Dead on Arrival product. The phone is not turning on and despite sending numerous complaints/notification to Flipkart they are not even replying to my requests. It is a clear case of cheating as i had paid the full amount in advance through a prepaid payment method and i am getting runarounds now. Please help....

I had ordered a t shirt and paid for it. After 21 days Flipkart cancelled the order and said that the seller is unable to fulfill the order. The money has been refunded.
The customer service guys are repetitive and say the same thing "please place a fresh order".
But this seriously is a waste of time, effort and money to shop on Flipkart.

It's been almost 1month that i booked the tv and they r pushing the delivery date everything when i call. It was supposed to be delivered on 15th october 2016. The escalation department promised me that it will be delivered on 24th october 2016 they said i need not to call back. I din receive the product. I received the courier on 24/10/2016 from flipkart. When i opened the parcel, it has two black flip covers and one pink flip cover. Another pink flip cover was missing. Please do the needful for my missed product.

Sir, i am very upset by swiping company, service center for repair my mobile was and yet i have not got my phone back please let me return to my mobile would be so kind of you.
15-20 din thik se use bhi ni kiya or problem aana start ho gayi or ab ek mahine se service center me pada hua hai repair ke liye jab repair nahi kar sakte to wapas kar do na bas ki nahi bad service hai uper body new laga dete ho or aander kachda bhar dete ho....

I had purchased le eco 1 S mobile back cover but I don't like it as material of that product is not good so I launch return request for that product and request for refund but no one replied me for the same.again I call more than three times at customer care no.but no one revert me back.I had recorded that call also .in that call Flipkart executive had admitted for return request....
