1.Please refer our email dated 27.12.2016 and Order ID : OD[protected] dated 18.12.2016.

Item received by me on 23.12.2016 and checked compatibility on the same day.
It was not found suitable for me and return request had been generated vide request
No. :-

Return ID :[protected],[protected],
[protected],[protected] etc.

The above item is still laying with me. Ecart representative has also been informed on mobile no. [protected] and [protected] by me to collect the item but Ecart representative stating that shoe are used partially. However, the same are not used by me since i have informed on the same day to return back.

If you want photograph of the above item, i shall submit.

Request kindly instruct concerned Ecart to collect the item from me and refund my amount at the earliest.

    We have booked order for redmi 3s prime vide order number
    OD[protected] on 14.12.2016 through registered email I'd
    and mobile number via Flipkart . At the time of ordering due to system/technical issues (hange)on the company's website, I was unable to change the billing details. Hence the order was received with the same billing address and shipping address, at the convenience of Flipkart.

    We have request Flipkart to generate duplicate invoice with a change in the
    billing name, which was not accepted under the pretext of legal restrictions, which flipkart is not able justify or highlight which legal restrictions are there.

    Urge to resolve the issue.

      They are just sending me message "Return could not be done today. we will contact you tomorrow."
      I got this message 10+ times.

      When i contact to support team. they also says "tomorrow"

      Every time when do contact with then. got same replay from flipkart.

      Payment is done by net banking.
      My be they don't what we get it return, and refund.

      I really need for this.

And i went to nearby authorized service center and they said the item is duplicate not hp. Complained in flipkart and they made return and agreed they will accept that without brand box. Apologized to customer and customer confirmed that now issue resolved as received refund. Hence, closing the case.

              Worst service of flipcart.
              I dont know why flipcart returned the product whithout intimation of facing problem in delivery whereas contaced by me to flipcart customer care two times regarding delivery address confirmation.

              Wrongly two pin number entered in address and i also intimate customer care regarding correct pin number.
              After that flipcart had assured to deliver the product on my delivery address.

              I had purchased 3 items in same time and i also collected one item from ekart office at jodhpur then i could also collect 2 more items from ekart office jodhpur.

              Due to confirmation given by flipcart customer care to deliver the product at baitu pin 403440, i couldnot contact ekart office jodhpur. And today i received message for cancellation.

              Now i have some question to flipcart:-

              1. Why flipcart not message or contacted me wheras the product was received at ekart office.

              2. If one item in ordered 3 items can be collected by me from ekart office then why not information given me by ekart or flipcart by message or call as earlier sent by ekart. I could also collect 2 more items from ekart office.

              3. After given confirmation by flipcart customer care why did items not delivered to me. It means calling to flipcart customer care is use less and wastage of time.

              Therefore you are requested to deliver the same product to me as early as possible otherwise, i have to go consumer forum for registering complaint because i have spent more than 3 hours for choosing product from my busy schedule to meet urgent requirement.

                  I had placed my order dated 22nd december 2016 and the delivery schedule was 28th december 2016. On 26th december i got a message from flip cart the order will be delivered by 7 pm. But in the evening again i got a message that the order could not be delivered and will attempt again on the next day which is totally wrong as i tried continuously to call the courier person but his mobile was busy continuously and did not attempted to deliver even i tried to call next day but the same issue and this is very surprise that continuously getting busy means the number is not correct or else some other settings done by the courier person.
                  I then called the customer care but he told that order cannot be delivered due to no service which is totally a false statement. First of all if there is no service then how my order was accepted and secondly if there is no service then how the order was gone out of delivery. Even i told that to give the courier person number and i am ready to collect from their office or anywhere near my place but then too the flip cart executive was saying excuses and ignored and asked me to cancel the order. Even i spoke with the senior person but she also said the same thing.
                  This clearly shows either flip cart don’t want to get it delivered because the current price is high than the booking time or don’t want to fulfill the order. I had never experienced this kind of pathetic and worst service from flip cart as i had wasted my time money and disappointed.
                  I would suggest do not book from flip cart any order even if there is any discount sales and also if anybody has any such kind of issue the please raise the same to consumer court.

                            I bought the lenovo k5 from flipkart recently. I have an issue while calling to other no.when i try to call to other no the connection is not established.The call is getting dropped.the signal i also not even. Sometimes my call is going and sometimes not.The volume is also not ok.I could not listen to other person's voice clearly.Kindly take the mobile and provide another mobile . Expecting your prompt response on this ASAP.

                            Mobile will not get unloacked and stuck when call is on. Some times unable to unlock the phone.

                                        Hello sir, madam,
                                        i am mehul patel from unjha i have have order lenovo k 6 power from flipkart and till date i do not get courier. my order id is OD[protected] and today it is showing that you order has been cancalled and the reason is that your couerir service partner has come to deleary the product and say that the shop was close. by i did not get any call or e cart service man also did not come to my office. and your custermer excutive is also not giving answer probl;em. if possible so please listened the voice call. and please tell me when did i got my courier.

                                        Resolution: Spoke with customer (Patel on [protected]) says order cancelled without consent. Apologized to customer and informed we will share feedback with team. Requested to place fresh order when product comes in stock. Customer was not happy with courier services. We can not do much here. Hence, closing the case.
