I have bought one mobile from flipkart, lyf flame 8, but i am having some performance issues and i am not liking the device at all.the thing is this is the third time i am sending them return request but without taking any notice they are saying they have resolved the issue.
that's why i chose consumer complaint.
the worst part this their customer support don't know how to talk, they are rude, is that the way to talk?

secondly they are saying me to go to service centre, are bhai if the product is not working or is defected kinndly replace it or return it.
if i have to go to service centre and all why wil i buy from flipkart and take that much tension

i will go n directly buy from mobile store na.

earlier i bought syska led bulb, till now i havent got the courier charges getting refunded

please provide help
i have full faith in you, cozwhenever i have complaint it has got resolved

    I purchased iphont 6 on jan 24th but when i checked iphone warrenty status it shows the phone has Already been activated last year april.so they have sealed used product and sold to me . when i requested for return request they have rejected my request.
    order id OD[protected].

    I am really disappointed by such a poor customer service by flipkart.
    if my ssue is not being addressed i would definitely escalate it.

    Please look in to the issue and provide me the proper response for rejection.

      Unbelievable pathetic service received from Flipkart and ekart logistics. The delivery date showed for the 28th of Jan however I did not receive the parcel. I kept contacting them to follow up and inform that I'm not available next week since I'm travelling. I was willing to pick up the parcel from the hub but they refused to share the address. To add to the harassment, they updated the delivery status as customer not available hence reattempt whereas there was no attempt made. I haven't been able to step out of home due to this non sense the entire day. Very disappointed and let down

Boss thats not a way to deal with the customers. Its really emberessing for us to to get that pathetic product and that was for gift.                 last three months on words i bye a three products pair of shoes and phone
                in flip kart, they saying expected delivery is THREE days, but real thing is the product will be delivery on one week above they are taking and when he came to delivery the boy will say simply sir please we accept only money sir we did't have swiping machines

                  Its been consistently happening with FLIPKART that either products received are defective or they never deliver the products in time as per the commitment or promise made at the time of purchase.

                  My orderID: OD[protected] placed on 24/01/2017, delivery to be done on 25/01/2017 by evening.

                  But till 27/01/2017 no delivery and they say it is due to LOGISTICS problem.

                  now complaining to you people i.e consumer complaints also found to be useless as my previously 2 complaints have been left out with out any resolutions.

                  Ultimately CONSUMER is big fool and BIG SUFFERER in all the ways and by all means.

                      I had ordered my product at flipkart and recieved below number is my order number OD[protected]. I was 24 hours available at home on on 26th and 27th of jan, but no courier delivery was attempted that day. Today on 27th jan when i m at my home courier boy call me bt some i didn't receive call after 2mins i call him but he didnt recive call till day end and now he wont re-attempt delievery. Though I requested him to delivery tomarrow at any condition ...(I was getting sms on 24th n 25th Jan 2017 for flipkart delivery I was hence availble at home whole day but didnot got any delivery.) The courier company is Ecomm and tracking id is FMPC[protected], courier person who called me was Miss.Priyanka Pagar[protected]. It is very irritating that company like flipkart provides such type of service. Please take proper action so that other customers like me dont suffer from the same.

                        Recently on 22rd Jan Placed an order on Flipkart For an Iphone 6 {16GB} Space Grey with order ID { OD[protected] }.
                        Order was successfully placed and confirmed by flipkart.They dispatched the product on 22 itself by Delhivery Logistics.
                        Later on they cancelled the dispatched order by stating an invalid reason that the price quoted at the time of placing order was a mistake and we cannot initiate the order to you at the same price.

                        Now they are denying to process the order at the same price.
                        Logistics team also updated on their website that on the call of seller the dispatched shipment has returned.
                        So i request to take a look on to this.
                        They are passing on misleading advertisements for the same item as a highlight of their SALES.

                          My husband had booked a Guess watch from Ethos website for Rs. 13, 500.00 on 16th July 2016 and its been just 5 months and I have found out it is fake. The whole watch has changed color and also has scratches. I took it to the showroom and they told me its a fake. I have the box and warranty with me.

                          I am a corporate lawyer working for KALPATARU builders and I am going to file a consumer complaint and also by way of mouth ensured no one purchases any product from your website.

                          I am so very disappointed and I want a replacement. I travel in my own vehicle and I have never had this experience before.

                            His is to bring into your notice that I had purchased a mobile phone (Lenovo Vibe K5 Note (Grey, 32 GB)) through Flipkart for rupees 11, 9999 on 11 January 2017. Since the day I have received the device, I have been reaching out to the flipkart team to return it back as the quality of the camera is very bad.

                            As per specification, this device has 13 mega pixel camera but all pixel get distorted when we enlarge the photo to 1x

                            Since 11 January 2017, I have been requesting to return my hard earned money but every time I am getting an assurance for technician visit or replacement of device. These assurance is not satisfying either ways as they want to sell their cheap product in either ways.

                            Its been 16 days, I am just getting assurance not a solution.

                            I have been cheated on this and want your help to get my hard earned money back from them.

                              I have been ordered asus zenfone through flipkart the product has been delivered but stopped working after one and half month, went to asus mobile service wasted 2days waiting there at last they told me the IMEI number on mobile and invoice where both are different even i checked it at the same time yes they are different how can you people just give a used product when i ordered for a new one, after that i raised complaint against flipkart they came and collected the product and said the money will be refunded and it did but i got 3months of interest on EMI amount of 1600/- why do i need to pay that amount is it my problem ? please respond or call me asap

                                  Shopping with flipkart.com has become a series of bad experiences for me now. I have ordered a product on 24th Jan'17 with the promised delivery date of 25th Jan'17. But till now I have not heard anything about the delivery from the flipkart team. The customer care people keep committing that the product will be delivered by the next day. But that "next day" has not come yet. The order ID for the product is OD[protected].

                                  If flipkart.com is offering free delivery on a product, it does not mean that they don't have any responsibility to deliver the product on time. The buyers must be compensated for the inconvenience they face for the irresponsible behavior of the flipkart team.

                                  To add to above issues, My last two orders were also delayed by flipkart (order no OD[protected] and OD[protected]

                                  As all my efforts to secure the timely delivery has failed in the past. I have left with no option to put my grievances on the this forum.

                                  Hope that i will get some relief.

                                        I ordered a puma sweater on 18th jan, 2017. Received d order on 20th jan morning. It was nothing like wat i had ordered. It was a fake product, different colour, design, completely different with bobbling all over d fabric. I immediately placed d return request within 10 min of receiving it. Wen d pickup guy arrived d next day, he was reluctant to tk it back saying that its a used product. He took it back somehow but returned it later saying its not getting accepted at d e kart office as d product doesn't match. Since then, its been a harrasment of sorts. I have spoken to flipkart customer care 5 times n placed d return request again n again as per d directions of d different agents that i spoke to. But each time my product wasn't picked up n i receive a msg stating that my pickup order has been canceled as i decided to keep d product. During all this, i have been misbehaved with by d ekart ppl. They hv been insensitive n rude towards my issue. Last time on 23rd jan i placed d return request but no one even came for d pickup n i just received a pickup cancelation msg. Today i called for d last timr but wasnt provided any concrete solution. All dey say is mam place d return request again under misshipment n assure me of getting it done. But nothing happened even though i spoke to flipkart multiple times n placed d return request several times.
                                        U ppl deliver me a fake n cheap product, collect ur money n den dont give a damn abt d consumer. I m being harrassed mentally bcoz ofa sweater. I need a refund n compensation for wasting my time with u ppl who cannot hv a control over der logistics n cant even help d customer if at all something goes wrong in between. I canceled all my orders wid flipkart that i had made d very same day. I m never ever gonna do any business wid flipkart. I expect a prompt response to this complaint atleast.
