    I want to return lenevo cell phone which i purchased from flipkart and which is still in gurantee. My cell phone will complete one year in april 2017. I had tried all the contact numbers given on the website of flipkart but it was of no ues. I did'nt got any help. Not even a single contact number is responsive. I have never expected such type of third class service. I am very much disappointed. I just want that my cell phonr to be exchanged as soon as possible.

I process for refund then company cancelled my refund without any reason customer care staff didn't take my phone.         I have ordered 3 acmed facewash of same brand with the same seller, every time i add each item its increasing the delivery charges for each item,
        i have ored 3 items each cost 199 and 65 for delivery so they should charge 665 instead they are charging 798 which is 150 more than the estimated amount, every time they are doing the same thing again and again

            Two items were a part of a package and were ordered together, however, only 1 was delivered. I requested a replacement aftermentioning that only 1 item was delivered. But again only 1 item was delivered. After this happened twice, I requested the money to be refunded to me. However, I keep getting a message that the seller is not ready to refund and is rejecting. What is flipkart doing? It is not checking if the seller is sending us all the items and is not taking responsibility for sellers actions. Please help me to get my money back. Sites like flipkart should be banned.

              This is in concern of order#OD[protected] associated with email Id '[protected]@gmail.com'. No one is resolving this issue even after many repeated requests.

              I cancelled this order. But the courier boy came with the package and my
              father took the delivery as he did not know about cancellation of order.
              The same day, in evening, another courier boy came and picked it, and also
              gave a receipt which you can see in attachment.

              So after much hassle and headache, I talked to BlueDart and they told me
              that the vendor named ' Colour Cluster' ordered the BlueDart to pick this package from my address and tracking number of this consignment shows that the vendor has delivered this product in Delhi to someone.

              So vendor took the product and sold the same to someone else as the vendor has listed his products on other online retailers also. Now this seems
              parody of flipkart and its vendor. I have been through much harassment due
              to this issue so far, and flipkart is unwilling to solve this issue for many days.

              In the attachment, you can see the BlueDart receipt of picking the product. I am wondering why flipkart is not questioning the vendor on the basis of this receipt. Why the company only harassing me?

                  I have purchased a mobile Lenovo vibe K5 plus to gift my brother on his birthday, and after 4 days he started using that, mobile started heating up, quick discharge of the battery and not so good camera quality.                           1) I placed, ID shoes, Size 41, order number "OD[protected]".
                          2) Received order, price tag tie was broken but price tag was there.
                          3) Size was large, I raise request of exchange
                          4) For return pick, I packed back in original state
                          5) To keep price tag fave( avoiding misplacement), I put a knot in price tag cable (nylon).
                          6) I did take out anything from order or modification
                          7) It's small price tag cable, that come with every order
                          8) I could use cable tie from other orders, but I did put anything from my side
                          9) Return pick, person did not pick up by saying “price tag cable tie broken/knot”
                          10) Same time I contacted to Flipkart customer care to tell them issue
                          11) They accepted this & conformed that my order reverse pick will be done soon
                          12) Now got message & email, Can not to exchange or return as price cable tie is broken
                          13) Flipkart sent product, price tag was not attached now how they can ask to attach price tag.
                          14) I can attach price tag using, 100% if they ask for that

                          Concern issue :
                          Product sent, price tag was there but not attached( tag tie was broken), They accepted this issue & agree to exchange not nor honoring exchange/missing part policies.

                              Flipkart declared that credit card payment unsuccessful while the bank confirms it. Assuming it is a technical glitch, another attempt also resulted in failure but success at the bank side.

                              There is no proper process at Flipkart either to honor these payments against the orders or to return the funds in timely manner.

                              When a follow up is made, a promise was made to resolve the issue in 8 hours, by midnight, but that promise turned out to be not true. So, customer service perople give you empty promises and deliberately misguide. Further follow up indicated that control is at back end people, who cares a shoot for what customer care people say.

                              When called back again and escalated, even the senior manager of customer service acknowledges that he has no control on resolving this issue, it is the backend problem he cant help, nor he can help to escalate this issue further. He only asked me to wait another 24 hours, indirectly admitting that it is in the mercy of backend people on whom no escalation possible.

                              When I said, then I have to go to public forums for escalation, he hinted that it could result in further delay, so I am going!

                              So, as a customer, who has been depleted illegally by Flipkart to the tune of Rs. 18, 000, I have hit a deadend now.

                              The company does not think that it needs own this problem for speedy resolution, simply because backend people rule with no possibility of escalation other than going public.

                              The joke continues. After so much escalation thru public forums and copy to customer service head, they have started working on this. They say, they have initiated refund of one amount, but they ignored another amount. They dint heed to my request to one amount to be adjusted for the delivery and forced me to go cash on delivery. Now I call them why they still hold one more invalidated credit card payment, the CS executive asks me why I paid by cash? Their left hand does not know their right hand. The whole thing is adhoc, and even after escalation, they dont consult the customer while solving the problem. Their promise of call back ends with a missed call. So, people there are trained not to help the issue, rather cover their rear end, so that problem, once created takes months to solve, while their statement remains, dont worry sir, we promise.

                              The CS executive ignored the escalated issue, opened another issue saying dont call me until 26th. Why so long? He effectively said that it takes so long to do an investigation that their agency actually collected cash on a cash on delivery order before delivering. Basically, they are so screwed up internally, they cant trust their system to the level that actual payment by cash happened which is marked cash on delivery by their own will.

                              Since I did not get timely resolution from Flipkart end, and only false promises after promises even to the extent of saying there is only one false transaction and that has been voided, I followed up with the credit card company.

                              Credit card company reconfirmed that there are two additional transactions, which I have asked them to void them.

                              In the mean time, Flipkart is harassing me by blocking my user id, saying I need to use a different phone number or email ID. Basically, they force me to ask for forgot password, after verification, they dont allow me to change password saying unable to do so, and I cant proceed further. I needed to access old bills for reselling the products I had bought, the customer service over the phone said old bills cannot be accessed.

                              When reported the issue I have, I am told that the problem will need three days to resolve, again an indication that they are stalling in vengeance.

                                      I have ordered a mobile from flipkart on January 11th the delivery date was on or before 19th jan, every day it will show on the courier tracker as out for delivery but not delivered yet, as the Delivery date already crossed raising this complaint, flip kart is mis using there brand name, i dont think that it will take this much time deliver mobile across anywhere in india, take action against this.

                                      more over im not getting option to cancel the order, this is ridiculous

                                      We tried to call from our end but number given by customer is out of service and same logistic team also tried to call but customer number is not getting connected and order was cancelled.
