My preferred mode of payment was card on delivery . The delivery guy said that the option is not available .
This was very unprofessional as he took the product back . I even talked to their customer care who refused to accept any responsibility . He was of no help and just wasted away my time .
Even after I said that I could wait for the delivery when the card on delivery method was available, the customer service just refused to help me . They kept guiding me through a long process where I was supposed to make phone cash to a few people to sort this issue .
Flipkart has recently started becoming ignorant in customer service matters .

        The order number is OD[protected]. I ordered Apple IPhone 6 -16GB to my office address in Gurgaon( Contact Number [protected] - in case you require it to pull up records). A box was delivered at my office address in Gurgaon on November 25th dually packed, however on opening the box it was found that is contained only the charger and the headphone but no handset and this was something really shocking!! Immediately i called the customer support number and spoke to a CSE and then got transferred to an escalation manager called Ritu. She ensured to me on the call that I am going to get the product replaced or refunded status update by Nov 27th and she herself will also keep a track of it . When I called back no one initially was able to trace her back !! Such is the quality of employees in Flipkart who are trained to make false promises to employees. However, I got to speak to another escalation manager called Sam Daniel who again ensured the same thing and said that he is taking down a replacement request and will personally follow up and ensure that the resolution will be updated to you by 27th November . On further probing, he said that the case is being "investigated" by a so called legal team and I will be informed on a later date whether I will get a replacement or not ! The most astonishing thing happened around 7:00 PMon 25th Nov(today) itself when I got a message that your return request has been disapproved by the seller and when I called Flipkart again they tried to give me all the explanations to prove that the mistake was not flipkarts and nothing can be done now. It was some logistic issue and blah blah blah to which I replied that I even said to the courier guy that this packet is looking too light. However lastly no resolution is given to me and this is something really not acceptable for me ..Such is the dismal state of affairs with flipkart services !! Such issues happened with my friends earlier as well but I still went ahaed with the booking as I believed their services but I was proved wrong. First of all my money is taken and then an empty box is delivered to me after which flipkart asks me that nothing can be done now!! If such is the situation then I dont think Flipkart will be able to stay in the business for too long !!

        Harrasment and torture going at its peak...All refund or return requests getting rejected and its making my life and i leterally cried on call with the customer support executive requesting to look into this and do confirm with the delivery boy also that packet was way too light.Furthermore i even cried requesting as i just cant bear this loss due to financial conditions and Flipkart is not even paying any heed to it.
        Have called them 27 times till now and now they have even started dropping off my calls.

          I bought a sparx sports shoes from Flipkart online. but i didn't like after see that shoes so i decided to return. I requested Flipkart to return that product within 30days as per company policy. I also attached the snapshots as a proof. Please check this.
          But Flipkart shown in website that they accepted my request but every-time i got a message from their courier service i.e. E-Kart. that Customer didn't pick the call or Customer don't want to return the product anymore.
          While I have packed that product on the same day in box and courier cover. I have all messages from E-kart/Flipkart in my phone. Even I wrote on feedback of E-kart the same detail that I didn't get any call from Delivery boy. Delivery boy is lying. but they didn't take any action on him.
          Now Flipkart remove the return option for that product.
          I want my refund for this cheat by Flipkart

            This is regarding flipkart purchase order od[protected] which i made on oct2nd 2016. It is 3seater sofa. The item was promised to be delivered with in 2weeks which is oct14th. Later they changed the delivery date to nov1st but not delivered again. After that they changed it to nov14th but not delivered again and then to nov 21st and now to nov25th. This is nonsense. I complained regarding this with flipkart customer service many times (Around 5times) but of no use. Customer service was pathetic and the customer service persons told we cant help it. If flipkart customer service only cannot help me, what can i do.

            Fewdays back i have purchased one product from flipkart, I dint get a single call from flipkart but i got two messages like sent a message as due to absence of customer we dint delivered product and next day i got a message as customer dint arrange the money that why not delivered product.

              Flipkart has delivered a torn couch to me. I requested a return and as part of the process, a technician would inspect the product after which they would schedule pick up. I requested for a return on 18th nov and they said the technician visit would be completed by 21st nov. However, on 21st nov i got an email saying the technician visit has been successfully completed and your return request is rejected! The technician visit did not happen and they closed the request without inspection. So i filed another return request on 21st nov and they said the technician would visit by 24th nov. The same thing happened again! No technician visit again and they closed my request automatically. They have just been giving me dates and nothing else. They cheated me with a torn couch and now they're not willing to take it back and refund my money. It is a fraud company and i would request you to take action immediately before they do this to other customers. I spent 18000 rs on a couch that was torn when it got delivered and now they're not taking the product back and refunding my money. Cheaters! #flipkartisfraud

              I didn't got my consignment so I complained about ekart and since then I am getting my order cancelled status without any reason, now it's showing order had been cancelled without any appropriate reason.

                  I purchased a lenovo vibe in an exchange offer...

                  1) problem 1 - since me and my wife are working we asked the delivery person to deliver the product by 4pm. flipkart delivery person indicated that he cannot deliver per our convenience and after much deliberation indicated that i can pick up the product from his office.
                  Problem: absolute lack of customer understanding or care

                  2) the product ended up to be faulty i. e. not switching on; called flipkart to help.
                  They indicated that a technician would come in 3 - 5 days. i am travelling to us in 2 days and fliplkart service executive is not ready to understand that and is saying that a technician would check the products in 3 - 5 days. there is no empathy shown by the call center.
                  I have to take the brunt for the fact that flipkart delivered a faulty product and is not ready to exchanged it on time for my travel. shame that such a reputed organization follows a pathetic service model

                    I bought a mobile phone "SWIPE ELITE PLUS" from flipkart.com on 3rd October 2016, which when I received was faulty, So customer support scheduled a pickup for the same after checkup. The Pickup was scheduled and a time frame of 5 days was given but no one came for pickup in the given time frame. Then again they set up the pickup and again no one came. The same thing happen 5 times then I personally investigated the reason then I found that the courier partner they are using for pickup has left my city so they are not active their. I informed the same to Flipkart but they don't believed on me and again gave another pickup date, and the same process started again but no one came for another 5 pickup dates. They given me total 10 times pickup date in past 1 and half months. I talk to them daily on there customer support but no one listen. They have given me mental harassment and wasted my time and money.

                    I want resolution of this problem ASAP...

                    As customer was asking for the compensation so informed to customer that as per the company policy there is no compensation so we would not be able to do that.

                      I had purchase a HP laptop Order no.OD[protected] from Flipkart, as i was out of town my parent who are senior citizen collected the same and keep it safely on my return when i opened the box to my surprise the laptop was damaged (it had a crack on the top and rare as well)
                      I called the customer care to inform the same, the response i got was nothing can be done about it and when asked help me in whatever way possible i was given a lecture on Company policy.

                      I am very sure it was Damaged laptop knowing send as the Box din't even have a scratch on it and was well bubble wrapped till i opened it. (I have kept the box safely if it needs to be checked) .

                      I am not a customer who keeps nagging about things, I have been a regular customer for Flipkart for years now and have not returned even a single product, I wouldn't like my hard earned money (33000/-) going waste.

                      Requesting you to please do something about it.

                      Spoke with customer as he said that he had ordered for laptop when it got delivered to his address he was not available at his address. so his parents had received the laptop and they kept in the same condition. When customer came and checked his laptop the package was full intact but the shipment was damaged with the bubble wrap. So informed to customer that we would not be able to do anything in this as the complained has been raised post replacement policy so we are unable to do anything.Customer said he will go to legal.

                          I ordered a spacewood engineered queen size bed on 04 october 2016 during BigBillionDay event from Flipkart. The bed delivered to my home as said in the delivery date but during the delivery one of the plank ( cover to the box) and one main connector got damaged. Even before i notice the damaged parts they have to come to my home for installation in 3-5 days which dint happen for 3 weeks.

                          I complained in FB and sent email to them for the last one month. Everytime they will call my father ( as i am staying in US ) and say they need 24 hrs to resolve and they repeat this again. My FB thread for this complaint gone back and forth for morethan 15 times. I gave all t he photos and order details, still they are not resolving this issue. One of the associate called me when i was in India and said they are going to take back the product but even that did not happen.

                          Please help me in how to file a complaint against Flipkart in Consumer court.

                              I ordered a leEco le 2 amounted RS.12000 last week. After I received the phone I checked that its camera quality is very poor. I requested for return that item. I got a call from their executive and she said that u will get refund but now they are denying, even they are not ready for replacement

                              Spoke with customer and informed to him that we are unable to do anything in this as there is no issue customer is stating that the camera is 16 megapixel but the quality is like 4 megapixel. So very politely denied to customer regarding the return.

                                  Screw off site and services given from ur side . got a call and disconnect by mr rahul. never ever will purchase anything from flipkart hence fort.
                                  I just want to confirm that if i buy a samsung mobile from flipkart can i get a mafacturer 1 year warranty from samsung centers because most of the service centers refuse to give the warranty as it was bought online either we have a online bill from the site where that prouct was purchased but they refused what we do now

                                      I ordered few products from Flipcart selecting card on delivery. I received few paying with card and few they gave it to Ecom logistics and they don't have card acceptance and they cancelled my orders when I said I only pay by card. Now they are asking me to place the order again. The Ecom people spoke to me very rudely and in local language they also said, get lost we will reject your shipment before disconnecting the line
