I have ordered a camera in flip kart and given the delivery address to my parents place Dharmapuri. I am located in Bangalore. When the delivery guy delivered the product, my father wanted to make sure he has received the product by opening the package, as we have heard about some fraudulent cases where the product itself is not present in the package. But the delivery guy didn't allow my father to open it, rather he was so rude with my father. And my father had to spend an hour of his work time, arguing with the guy. And I had to spend a lot of time on phone with flip kart customer service during my work hours. I would like to file a complaint against the delivery service in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu.
I have never expected that I have to go through this kind o[censored]npleasant experience shopping in flipkart. It was really disappointing. Hope necessary action will be taken against this kind of action.

    I purchased Redmi 3S Prime (32GB Black) from flipkart. Sir charger of the handset is faulty. Sir i firstly visited service center of MI in Chandigarh but they refused to replace the charger. Sir I even contacted flipkart but got no response from them. Sir i want to make clear that the handset is in perfect in working but the issue is only with charger. Sir i don't want any replacement i just want the cost of charger as flipkart refused to send a new charger to me.Sir as told by service center charger costs 1800 in the market and i want reasonable compensation. Flipkart must give me at least 1000 Rs as compensation. Sir I am in big trouble with this issue plz check into matter and arrange the compensation as soon as possible.

      I hd brought a hero cycle worth rs 1819 from flipkart. They shipped the product to me. When I went to Courier office at my place, order was there, but he refused to deliver it to me stating that Flipkart has canceled your product. I didn't cancel the product.flipkart is playing tactics with customers by taking their money, even shipping the product, but asking Courier partner to not deliver to customer and send it back.

      When I hd noticed the order canceled status on website, I contacted customer care, and they replied that it was canceled in view of some Courier issue. It was a false reason, as the Courier service Bluedart had already received the product at my place one day before the proposed date of delivery of 13/1/17.
      Now Flipkart is.telling me to place a fresh order when the product is right in front of me! Ridiculous isn't it!
      Also they have now increased the price from 1819 to 2999. Thus they are cheating me.

      Order ID:OD[protected] was placed on 7/1/17. Proposed date of delivery 13/1/17. Product reached bluedart courier at my place which is near my house on 12/1/17. I visited Courier office. But the guy denied handing over product to me, giving reason that Flipkart has issued a STOP AND RETURN order for the product without informing me.

      I even talked to some senior sales executive in Flipkart stating that I am being given vague, unacceptable reasons for the cancel of the product like
      1)Courier issue: which is a hoax.as product has arrived the destination successfully.
      2)Pricing error: Now.that's impossible, as they have clearly mentioned as 30-70% discount not only on the product I bought, but on the whole range of hero cycles.so it's just a fake reason to misguide poor consumer like me
      3)seller canceled the product : how could he? The seller Omnitechretail on Flipkart is a trusted one, and shouldn't have done that, that too after successfully shipping the product and giving estimated date of delivery of 13/1/17. How is that possible!
      They are trying to misguide by all bells and whistles to cover their unpardonable act. The seller might have noticed the demand, and to capitalize on that he canceled all already shipped orders! Or am I the only target?

      Flipkart is a scam. My order got returned stating that my address is wrong where as a product belonging to the same cart got delivered to my address without any hassle. I called Flipkart customer care around 12:10 am of 12/12/2018 and I was connected with a female customer care executive "Khadija". She gave me pointless reasons and said that they have done all that they could but they are lieing because they can easily call the courier service and tell them to give me my product for which I waited 5-6 days. I have the call recording with me and I am willing to share that recording if I am promised some action might be taken against flipkart.

        Hi,

        I am very disappointed with the delivery service offered by Flipkart. I ordered a Lenovo tab (ID - OD[protected] from Flipkart on 7th Jan but at the time of delivery of the item the seller refused to deliver at the mentioned address and cancelled the product.
        Flipkart is known to deliver item at doorstep that is why this e commperce website is created. I don't why seller has refused to deliver the order causing suffering to the customer.
        When the order got cancelled, I got an email confirmation to repeat the order and Flipkart ensured that this time there would be no issue.
        When is 1st ordered the product then the price was 12k, now the pruce changed to 13k within 1 day. Because of seller problem I need to pay extra 1k which is disappointing as I wanted to buy the item during the discount time.
        I called Flipkart customer care but did not get anything other than to order with new price.
        This is really frustrating trusting these websites now.

            Flipkart has been delivering the damaged goods with out having checked the devices properly.

            I had three consecutive bitter experiences with FLIPKART of late.

            I had ordered for Redmi 3S Prime on 16/11/2016, got it delivered with in 3 days. later I found that device has got some problem with Charging issue, got it replaced with new device later in another 2 days.

            To my surprise I found that device was also having display issue and complained abt the same to FLIPkart and got my refunded.

            now the problem is, I have ordered the above device through HDFC BANK EMI, where in I was charged transactions charges by the bank which will refunded as per BANK's Policy.

            Since the mistake was from FLIPKART, why should I bear those charges for no reason from my side.

            In my case, I strictly blame FLIPKART because the above mentioned device was sold exclusive through FLIPKART.

            secondly:

            I have Ordered ASUS ZENFONE 3 LASER from FLIPKART again on 19/12/2016, after few days I found that this particular device has got problem with its camera ( I was told by TECHNICIAN ASUS Customer care)

            this is how my experience goes with FIPKART.

            I would like to know whether sellers are taking advantage in selling the damaged products through FLIPKART during their BIG BILLION sale offer or FLIPkart is encouraging such kind of activities indirectly.

            Is this the way CORPORATES are making money from innocent public.

            When we try to complain about the same to them just after specified return policy period, they just wash their hands by asking the customer to contact the manufacturer for further services.

            Is it not their RESPONSIBILITY to check the authentification of RESELLER or quality of the products they sell.

                Earlier, flipkart was a effective way to order a product but now a days its not worth that much. I have received 3 defective products continuously which was not expected from such a reputed ecommerce site. 12 days back I received my ear phones which is also defective and they are not making return for the same. Instead of listening my issue, they were telling me the 10-day return policy.
                I want to return the defective ear phones worth of Rs. 899, please help me.

                  I have called[protected] Flipkart Customer Support many times for the refund of a lenovo phab 2 purchased in the month of december 2016, found defective and returned back. The return process is complete on first week and i have recording of call they told m your product should be return and also refund your creadit card. The return is accepted but he refund is not processed. So tired of making follow ups for this issue.

                      Bought Iphone 7 from flipkart on Order ID: OD[protected] Item). I bought this phone on exchange scheme. The total amount of Iphone 7 was Rs 60000 but in exhange of Iphone 6 of Rs13410, I booked this phone in Rs 46640.
                      Order Date: 8 January, 2017 . They promised me to deliver phone on 10 January 2017. Executive came to my doorstep.and deliver me the phone and took my iphone 6 .I paid Rs 46640 to the delivery boy. When i opened the box www.flipkart.com/of new iphone 7 . the box was filled with full of sugar. I really got shocked and pissed off. There was no phone in the box.The box was packed as the new box only.Then i called customer and register my complaint, and they said we can only refund Rs 46640 which is the phone price and not my Iphone 6.

                        Is there any restriction in the market that one customer can not purchase more than one item OR several items for his/her family OR for own use .

                          My name is Rajashekhar Dasari, i have booked a mobile on 10th of this month and the promised delivery date was 12th of Jan i.e. Today. when i checked for the status, delivery date got changed to 15th Jan. Immediately i have called customer care for help. they have called me back and when i asked him for the reason, he told me that the date is changed. he is not able to answer m y question. if the date is changed then why did you promise to deliver by 12th Jan ?
                          One more interesting thing about the GREAT FLIPKART, the mobile phone dispatched from Hyderabad. And i stay in Hyderabad. From Hyderabad to Hyderabad you guys are taking 6 days to deliver ( 10th to 15th ). Even a local non reputed courier delivers in 2 days. IS THIS THE WAY YOU SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS. LEARN FROM YOUR COMPETITORS.
                          YOU GUYS REALLY SUCKS. DONT PROMISE IF YOU DONT FULFILL THEM.

                            Flipkart have a very very wide range of several products . I also want to purchase many of them at many times but I can't do so because I live in mainpuri U.P. and flipkart don't deliver here and COD is also unavailable.

                              I brought product from Flip kart its exactly 10 days that I received the product in my hand, they say go to Lenovo service center to fix the problem, the phone is heating up and the battery does not last for more than 4 hrs after 100% charge. Flip kart has delivered the product to my office address and I was on X-mas Holidays, now they say its behind the return policy. I want to raise a complaint or else will file a legal case on the cheaters.

                                I ordered for 3*2 that is 6 tubes of papulex 100ml cleansing gel. They had advertised 3 tubes in one pack and i ordered for 2 such packs, amounting rs.1658. The amount is taken for whole 6 tubes + delivery charges that is rs. 1658. But i received only 2 tubes instead of 6 tubes and the delivery of product was due for yesterday and came today. I never thought a good naming site will cheat it`s own customer. You can take back your so called "product" and give me back my money.

                                    Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected]. The product [Car cover for Maruti Swift Car] delivered on 05.01.2017. It is different from what was offered. the same is not getting fit to my car. I accessed the flipkart mobile app however it is allowing to proceed for returns of the product in spite of repeated tries. No response from the Company as well. It is mentioned in the order that 10 days replacement is guaranteed. However not able to even lodge the same in the app which is not showing any directions/ references once returns page is duly filled up and submitted. Please help in returning the product or even exchanging the product with the offered one. Thanks in advance.

                                      pl tell me first who confirmed for cancellations?
                                      on what basis it got cancelled
                                      it is kind of dictatorship or what?
                                      i am not a tall happy with customer care agents attitude.
                                      Pl answer the following
                                      1. Since 23rd december why it was not attended seriously
                                      2. Why earlier replacement committed and not done asap
                                      3 why technician not visited as per schedule
                                      4 why i have to follow up everytime
                                      5 why replacement not possible
                                      6. If not replacment then why not to pay the amount on what tv available on site or in market
                                      7.Why further discount not provided if 5 and 6 can not fulfilled.
                                      In whole flipkart has no loss all you are doing is making things worst for customer.
                                      I want replacement or refund amount i what cost it is available.
                                      Or 50% refund to keep existing set as refurbished one.
                                      Why previous request cancelled who confirm the closure?
                                      it was redicolus service first deliver the faulty product then after many follow up accept the replacment and again after many follow up say only can refund money.
                                      Keeping money for more than one month, everyday follow up and at the end sorry.
                                      Pl look into matter properly and resolve as per customer as you cannot say sorry only for your fault you have to bare the cost as well for non professionalism and not giving service as committed
