Hi, ydy only i have received lenovo vibek5 plus 3gb ram mobile and tempered glass with order no:od[protected], this mobile is very overheating when i keep the charging still i did not use that mobile (Even sim is not inserted), we have good relationship with flipkart and we are very unhappy with this product, fortunately my bro ordered one more phone for me without my permission from flipkart, so i want to return this item. Please refund my money to my account.

I want try return my mobile from the flipkart itself, but the f. Lipkart is not providing refund money, it just giving replacement option, so i am mailing to you,, please understand and refund asap...

    My phone has some charging issues. it is not charging as fast as it was on the at the delivery week after the week it charges really slow and im having so much issues about the battery charging. i also went to the service center of motorola to resolve my problems but they are asking 1800 INR for it. i want my phone to get repaired for free of cost or refund.

      I bought a leEco max 2 amounted RS.18000 last week by my credit card. After I received the phone I checked that is not working properly.. I requested for return that item. I got a call from their executive but I was unable to hear her properly so I requested her to call me back after sometimes. She agreed me but after that I didn't receive any call from her. Today I checked about my return requested status that is being cancelled now..
      I m unhappy with this matter. I m hard earning person. Pls resolve my problem asap otherwise I have to take further legal action against ur company.

        Dear sir, i placed a prepaid order by sbi net banking order id is (Od[protected] qty 01 maharaja mixer juicer grinder cleo (Jx-115) rs 1499/- on dated 18 oct16 delivery date was given 26 oct16 i wait the item but not receive after 26 days i call to flipkart care they said they are not deliver my order due to un expected logical issue faced by courier partner and they are working to make sure it reaches you by 2 business days after 3day i call to flipcart care 2nd time they said that they delivered item after 3 business day next day i receive a mail and call that they cancelled my order due to unexpected logical issue to courier partner i call to flipcart care but they not give me satisfied answer they said that your amount will be refund place order again i ask for prize they told me that leatest prize is increased rs 350 if you want to place order again you will pay rs 1849/- but my old order prize was rs 1499/- i request to customer care executive for deliver item and also pray for not cancel my order but they said that my order is cancelled by my own request they forward call to higher authority and higher authority also not satisfied me and disconnect phone call and block my mobile no sir i am a serving soldier in indian army please help me i have no more time for any action against flipcart.           I ordered samsung galaxy s7 gold platinum on 4nov 2016. But i got empty wood box on 7nov 2016. Here after more time i contact customer care. But he make me more time fool. At last told me not get any refund or replacement. So please help me. I was pay 43400 on this product. So please help me.. I was call more time in customer care but told me 2day after, like this.               I had made an order to purchase Canon 700D Order Id: OD[protected]. I received the order today and the camera, lense 55-250 mm, DSLR Bag and Battery is missing. I have received only the camera strap, Charger and 18-55mm lens.
              It seems someone has tampered the order and given me a fake order. We are the customers whi trust the online retailers and purchase the products from you as it's a better option for us and also it saves a lot of time.
              I am deeply disappointed due to the product-order I received today. Is this some sort of customer service that we get when we make online purchases.
              I truly want to raise this to a legal head in Flipkart your sellers or delivery team are mocking us with such an awful purchase experiences. There should be a way out where a customer can complaint. The customers shouldn't suffer so much after making a payment of such a big amount.

              Now they are referring to the return policu and stating that they will reolace the order. This is insane. We don't want your products now. Kindly just return my money. So that I can make a purchase soke where else.
              I'm hoping to hear from you at the earliest. Also I want to state that I would never place an order on Flipkart after this and also advice my contacts not doing so. This is totally opposite to my previous purchase experiences from Flipkart. No online merchant can do well after stating making such fraud orders.

              This is not just regarding a missing order issue. I had ordered this product as I can gift it to my brother. Now they are showing us the policies and procedures of Flikpart. Isn't Flipkart committed to get the right and correct orders delivered? You're saying that the customer is Solely responsible for all the things and he has to follow your return policy. No, this won't work. If you're stating that the customer has to bear with all this then I should add this "you're losing a customer and all my contacts associated with Flipkart won't make any purchases from Flipkart from now onwards."

              Also you need to guide me regarding what I should do with the order replacement which you're giving me after 17th Nov, 2016. I only purchased the DSLR as I wanted to gift it to my Brother. Now, as I won't be able to gift him the camera on his B'day what should I do by keeping the Camera.

              Please don't let the customers bed there hard earned money. We do not earn our money by making frauds. We work hard to earn the money. Don't play with our hard earned money. This is totally an unethical approach towards the customers and you're taking the customers for granted. First your seller cancels the order by telling wrong return reason mentioned. After attempting the second call you people say they will surely take see to it that the complaint doesn't get canceled and then on the next day the seller directly makes a new order on my behalf. This is hampering my privacy by making someone do the order on my behalf without my consent.

              Now, you people will speak about the return policy. But THE RETURN POLICY SHOULDN'T ONLY STICK AT THE CUSTOMERS END. IF YOU PEOPLE HAVE MADE AN MISTAKE YOU ARE THE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD PAY FOR ITS CONSEQUENCES. I don't want much help from your people now. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE CONTACT OF OUR LEGAL AUTHORITIES WHO DEAL DIRECTLY WITH FLIPKART OR I CAN SAY FRAUDKART.

                I have purchased a intex cloud string on 9/9/2016. After receiving the product i discovered it as a faulty one. I called them repeatedly and asked them to replace it. But they checked somehow over mobile and told me it is in proper use. But after using this faulty set over a month it has stopped working. I went to intex service centre and they took my ph. They assured me that the product was defective from the beginning. Now when i contacted flipkart they are telling me that they cant change it as it has already exceeded 10 days.
                But i contacted them within 3 days after receiving my product. So by paying 6000 i received a faulty handset. I want my money back.

                  I have ordered a redmi 3s prime on 3rd october. product received on 14th oct evening. the product is faulty. i called customer care on 18 th oct and then at least 20 times till now the date. at 10th nov they accepted replacement and send a msg about this that your product is ready to ship with seller with tags and invoice. once the product picked up. seller ship the replacement. but their courier partner so named blue dart not coming to pickup the shipment till now. i received a msg from flipkart regarding pickup and refund update. i immediate call customer care regarding this they told me that you have called 11:58 and cancelled this. but in real i m not calling them regarding cancellation . they denied to replace my product. they said only refund is available for me. why i am accept this till the date when my reverse pickup is not done. its not mine fault. they harashes me since 1 month. i am not cancel this order. i call courier service many times to pickup the faulty product in between 10-17 th nov. they also told that today tomorrow to pickup the product. its flipkart courier partner blue dart fault, flipkart fault. i am requesting you to kindly followup this matter and replace my product as soon as possible

                          Ordered micromax Smart Tv on 9th Nov from flipkart website. I had also the checked the delivery date and time. Flipkart shows delivery date of 18 Nov 2016. with pincode 311001. But on 17 Nov, Flipkart was showing product is not able to deliver due to address mismatch. I inquired and found that courier partner refused to deliver on address. But the address was right. I contacted flipkart customer care to inquire more. They told me that you have to cancel the TV. Reorder it, will send you the same. But the problem is i need this tv on 23 nov. What can i do . Please suggest me.

                            I have booked a Nilkamal freedom mini medium plastic free standing cabinet (order No: OD[protected] through Online Shopping on Flipkart on dated 07/11/2016. The payment of Rs. 4338/ is paid through online Net Banking at booking time on dated 07/11/2016. After near about 10 day till 17/10/2016 my cabinet is not delivered at my address. When I checked the online status of my order I found that the seller- Athome will delivered it by 28/11/2016 even after it has shipping on dated 11/11/2016 accordingly online status. How rubbish and shameful services by this seller (athome), that I can’t receive my item after 11 days even after payment. I want ask to Flipkart, why have you join like such seller with a reputable company. This is cheating with a consumer. The option of order cancelation also has blocked after 24 hours of order booking. I don’t understand why anyone will purchased online if do waiting for 3 weeks after payment of article/item. The shopping by any store is safe and comfort compare to online shopping like such services. I requested to flip kart please bane/remove like such seller from your site.

                            According to received mobile message, we are not available today to collect this item from you (VK-FLPKRT). This is totally lie/deceit because nobody came to deliver this order/item. When I asked to my govt. flats campus guard he telling nobody came to delivered any item today. I can’t believe a reputable company Flipkart how can giving wrong report to hidden ourself defaults/ irresponsible services. According to track online status of my order the flip kart/seller commit to delivered by 28/11/2016. But today this status running for 01/12/2016.this is cheating with a consumer with harassment. I requested to you delivered my item as soon as within 24 hours otherwise credit the refund (Rs. 4338/) in my account immediately with penalty of harassment.

                              We ordered a 6.5kg IFB washing machine and delivered on 5th November 2016, we were provided the demo by a untrained person from the company. While start operation of the machine he opened the side cover and after checking, he said that the machine won't work and would be replaced by the company, for which he would make further recommendations. it's been almost ten days and no action has been taken.

                                  This is to adumbrate that i have purchased mi5 from flipkart on 28th oct (Order# od[protected]

                                  On 13th nov, i have discovered the second sim slot is not working.
                                  I have raised the concern immediately with customer care and i have been advised by the customer care to take the handheld to the service centre.

                                  I took the defected handheld to lajpat nagar service centre, post there diagnostic they discover that the handheld has a manufacturing defect and ask me to contact flipkart for replacement of the defected handset.

                                  I understand that the company have laid down and internally designed policy to have a 10 day replacement, however it is assumed that you would be sending the flawless unit;nevertheless in my case the unit sent to me already had a manufacturing defect.

                                  Such a scenarios are protected as per 'consumer protection act, 1986'

                                  Spoke to customer and he said he received call from brand and they told to visit ASC but customer not ready to visit service center. Hence informed we can't approve return as Flipkart return policy is over and he didn't came withing return policy of Flipkart.
                                  Earphone is in warranty and now has stoped working on one side. You are requested to please exchange it

                                    Purchased leeco vv82523 on 16/07/16 online by flipkart (Bill attached) after few days a white spot arises on screen when its white, same submitted for repair in bm gadget service center in pune (Job sheet attached), they forwarded to above mentioned company as they unable to repair on 29/09/16. After repeated calling at their call center, till today they are not responding at all, giving all silly excuses. I ask for change or refund if it cant be repaired, but they are always telling it is under repair and not giving any positive response. Where they promissed to repair the set within 15 days of submission. This type of companies licence should be cancelled. Request to ask them to give some decision either change the hand set or refund the amount.

                                      I wish to inform you that i have ordered a leather jacket in flipcart on 2016 ordered id :- od[protected] amount rs - 1049. I received this item on 14/08/2016. But it was different in color. I have placed the return request on the same date of delivery. But i found in the next day return request is cancelled as per my request. I have never requested for the cancellation of return. I thought it happened mistakenly so i placed again return request again it get cancelled.
                                      Refund (Return id:[protected] date 16/11/2016.
                                      I, therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and get my grievance redressed.
