Money not refunded
I ordered redmi note 3 on november but it was cancelled by the supplier.I didnt get my money till.one month gone, no refund.

i called customer care more than 7 times.They told money will be refunded, every time i called them.

Every time i call the flipcart customer care, i get only the messge"your issue has been escalated"but i didnt get my money till now.

Also they told money is refunded, but when i checked my balance every time balance is nil and i contacted the respective bank regarding this.The bank told no refund money came from flipkart.

      Delivery boy came to delevery phon i swiping done he said sorry sir card not taking once again i swiping done like three times done but he said sir problem is there tomorrow morning i will come sir eny other card swiping do sir or cash give he said and went
      After i went atm checked my balance deducted twice thank you for using your sbm debit card purchase worthrs11999 again 11999 deducted totally 11999plus11999 deducted i called iskart they said its common sir money will return your account
      What to do plz tell me sir what the next process reply me plz

        I have order a phone(OD[protected]from flipkart to gift it to my father on his birthday and get into a trouble after having it. The problem I have faced are mentioned below:
        1)The phone is not working properly having there is some issue with touchscreen and there is also some heating issue.
        2)When trying to return it back they(Flipkart) are saying there is no pick up available in my town now it is very annoying to me that if a company can deliver an item to place how come it cannot take the same item from the same place.
        Okay no issue I have dispatched it to the flipkart office on my own expecting atleast now my issue will be resolved by the flipkart.
        But I was wrong . During dispatching the item I have discussed with the customer care what more need to be done, they told only mentioning the Order Id and Address into the courier will resolve the issue .Hence I have dispatched the item as per instruction.
        Now the scenerio is, flipkart is not accepting my item as return Id is not mentioned in it.

        So please let me know what should I do to correct yous mistakes.and perhaps flipkart is not a digital e-commerce platform rather it is a digital harrasment platform which plays with people emotion and give a damn to consumer satisfaction .

          I have oredered one sunglass from flipkart and the same day I made a request for its return it shows a msg that refund will take 4 days but it's almost 5th day and the status shows that refund is successfull but my Amt is not credited in my account.

            Hi,

            I booked a pair of shoes on flipkart on 11-Dec-2016 and they promised me a date for delivery with some delivery charges of Rs 103 which is 16-Dec-2016. When i called them on 16th Dec at 5:30PM, they say it will take another 3 days to deliver. I was in need of the shoes as i am travelling out of station and from 17th onward i will be on travel due to which i will not be able to collect the product. This is one of the worstest service i have ever come across so i want them to either deliver my product on the promised date or compensate for the same.
            I want them to understand that customer book the products so that they get them in time and not based on their convenience.

            Tried calling the customer in this number ""[protected] "" someone is picking the call and she said that it is a wrong number. On checking the records we found that the shipment has been delivered to the customer so mail sent to customer informing the same.

              We ordered redmi, micromax mobiles and net setter and redmi pouch, 16gb memory. The amount of rs 20000 is debited from credit card. The delivered date showing in flipcart is october 16 and 15. But only net setter is delivered other 2 mobiles are not delivered. So iam giving complete. Ordered dates are october 10 and 12 2016. Any reply is not given we will go to hayathnagar police station and give a case on cyber crimes.

                I ordered the milton thermas from flipkart and i was happy to buy [protected]@500 in summers. But as i felt that it's use is necessary i opened it and poured hot water in veiw that the product would keep the water warm but all in vain.
                It couldn't keep water warm for 12 hrs.
                I am so disappointed.
                I juat want to throw it in a bin as it is if no use and i simply wasted my 500 rs.
                Please i want it to be replaced or my money should be back.

                  I ordered an lenovo tab 3 8 16 gb 8 inch with wi-fi only and got it delivered on 8th of december 2016 on order id: od[protected] dated 05/12/2016.
                  The same day i placed a replacement request for the tab did not start on completing the setup proccedure the very first time and was just showing a blank screen everytime i tried to switch off/ on. The customer support guy called me asked to me do some steps even after which it did not start. The same day i placed another replacement request and till date i have not received any information related to this. On my account the system shows the replacement request is under process (Attached screen shot). When i call up customer care it says no return request pending. I have placed "contact us" request on flipkart website a dozen times since 8th of december. Everytime the moment i place the request, i get a missed call to my registered mobile no [protected]. This is followed immediately by a message that says the following
                  "we've been trying to get in touch with you as requested we have'nt been able to do so yet. We will call you back around 15 dec 6.00 pm to help you with your concern".
                  This looks more like a deliberate attempt to ride of the ten day return policy and then respond to me that my request is no longer valid.
                  It is very fishy response overall from flipkart, i have not faced this kind of issue having been with them eversince it was launched. Therefore would like to know the actual status of my defective purchase immediately.

                    I have purchased lenovo vibe k5 plus 3gb mobile from flipcart. i found overheating issue in phone. as per instruction of your customer care i visited nearby lenovo service center for software updates. problem still not solved. again i contacted your customer care now they arrange technician visit at home. technician visits at home, he found 37°c heat in starting time. he orally told me that heating problem is there in your phone and replace it but i come to know from flipcart customer care that no issue found in phone.
                    They are totally misguiding me and no one can providing me right way to solve the issue.
                    This is my humble request to you to pls replace the phone and solve the problem.

                    : Spoke with customer as he said that the phone is having a heating issue and the technician who had visited to his address he has written the wrong information. He is saying that the technician was having a intention of taking money so that he can write the actual report so informed to customer that he had any proof or not as he said that he don't have any proof. So informed to customer to visit to the service center he said that the service center will keep his phone for 2 days with them so he will not visit to the service center. He said he will file a complain in consumer court .

                    So we are closing the case from our end.

                            Order id od[protected].
                            On 29th nov.2016 i ordered a product which was moto e3 power and due to some reason i canceled that at nxt day on 30th nov. And they assured me to return my money within 3 business days. But when i didn't get my money on 3rd dec. 2016 i contacted them and they said you will get upto 6th dec.2016. But i didn't. But on 6th when i again contacted to them, they said we have completed you payment and now you have to contact to bank. When i went to bank, bank's people said if flipkart sent you money and you didn't get then flipkart is responsible for it and i can't give any information to you. Because it was not your transaction, it was flipkart's transaction. I again contacted to flipkart yesterday and they said send me your mini statement and we will resolve this issue. Today i got a call from flipkart and a customer executive apologized to me and said sorry it was technical error and your payment was failed and we will transit it within 72 hours. But after half an hour i got another call from flipkart and they said the information that you have got from previous call was wrong and you have to contact to bank. I have all the proof against this fake company i have my mini statement of my account, which clearly shows i didn't get any money from them. Now tell me someone where can i complaint against this fake company, they know the plight of banks nowadays and they are misusing it. Please help me someone. It has been 15 days but i didn't get even a single penny of money. Please help me. They are trying to peculate my money.

                              The left side of the earphones are not properly working. As i had visited the motorolla service center after receiving a mail from flipkart that after 10 days of delivery, its the manufacturers responsiblity to replace the item. But after visting the store they told is not there responsibilty because these product dont carry the EMI number so it cant be chnage from there side too.
                              When i ordered the product stayed it has 3 months warranty & its in that period only.

                                  Dear flipkart, iam a regular customer of flipkart, my second last purchase was antarang tempered glass of order id OD[protected], my 2 times replacement request were cancelled due to some technical reason as you were mentioning always, this is my third times replacement request as you have written and told me tha Dec.14 my defective product will be pickup by your courier service, I don't know weather I will get my product or not, please look into this matter. Thank you

                                    This is to inform you that I have made a payment for a mobile product in flipkart but the are not delivering my product my maximum delivery date was 13.12.2016 but delivery executive refused my delivery and when I called to customer care department so many times but they have done nothing... Now i have paid it by credit card EMI option and if I cancel this order then bank will charge the interest unnecessarily... I was a old customer in flipkart but this time my hope was broked...

                                      After the delivery of the Intex Cloud String v2.0, within 2-3 hours o[censored]se the Phone started to heat, the touch screen doesn't work properly and the battery backup is poor as well.
                                      I have contacted flipkart several times even engineer visited my house twice and they agree with the device being faulty and soon they will contact you. I have contacted flipkart and they said the engineer has fixed the issue. I don't know what has he fixed. On the site it says 10days replacement guarantee still no replacement or refund. Why can't I receive a properly working device ?

                                      mene flipkart me se new moto g2 second generation purchase kiya tha 5 month use kiya ishke bad me automatically display me touch problem ane laga bad me mene mera phone balaji telecommunication (motorola authorised service center, Udhana, Surat) me submit karavaya tha..aj mera phone company me pada tha iska 7 month ho gaya and aj 7 month k bad k bad phone mila hai but ishme vohi problem aa rahi hai (bar bar restart ho raha hai) mene company me 250-300 bar call kiya lekin satisfy answer nahi mila ([protected]) service center me or 42 bar ja company ka sevice center hai vaha ja chuka hu or company ka reponsible person hai ise bhi call kiya to vo log mera call receive nahi karate iska name hai rama sanker-([protected]). mene rama sankar ko bhi 132 bar call kar chuka hu lekin.abhi tak mera phone ka solution nahi aya . ab muje ae phone nahi chahiae ...muje replace kar do... me maximum 3 days wait kar raha hu ab apki taraf se koi answer nahi aaya to me company ki against me complain register kar dunga ab me wait nahi kar sakata
