I bought a Micromax Ignite laptop from Flipkart. Flipkart is the exclusive seller of this product. When i bought the product, it was mentioned of flipkart that the laptop comes with 1 year ONSITE warranty. Now within 2 months the laptop developed issue with keyboard. Now when i contacted Micromax service centre they r denying onsite support. Flipkart is not helping to solve the issue. They washed their handsoff after misselling the product by promising onsite warranty

      This is such a boggus and fake website i ordered a iphone 6s 16gb on 27th october 2016 i exchanged it with my old iphone 5s and i paid 31, 149 for this but there was no phone inside in have had a word with manager multiple times but they never provide a resolution twice they generated the replacement but then they cancelled it
      this is to all the users never shop eith flipkart this is just a boggus website
      i tried writing to the ceo of the company Mr. Binny Bansal but he is too busy fooling the customers and making money that he never replied

        The delivery guy came with a swiping machine and i made the transaction, money deducted from my account by he said transaction has failed??? He told me i will get a msg from my bank in 20 min (Bout failed transaction) which did not happen even after 30 min and till now. So i pay for two products (My money has been deducted) but i haven't got the product!!!
        Called flipkart but they have no clue. They just asked me to email the screenshot of the bank msg!!! Who will guarentee my refund now??? You guys are horrible, take the money but not responsibility. They supposedly has faced this issue with the machine but no1 tried to fix it... Woaah luks like evryones working together to loot ppl!

        Flipkart told me that the seller has refunded on OCT 199. I have not got any refund. They even provided me a transcation ID, my bank has no clue about it neither does anything reflect on my account. Flipkart did raise a complain and promised to check with the Seller - but they came back with the same response ddespite me telling them before that i have verified with the bank and there is not refund...seriously I took all the trouble just to hear the same response "the seller has refunded the amount of Oct 16th"////

          I have purchased whirlpool washing machine from flipkart on 6th Oct 2015 by making card payment, I received product on 15th Oct, After unpacking the product by service engineer of Whirlpool, the product was found defective. I requested return of the product on same day itself.

          On initial conversation with flipkart, I was informed about reverse pickup of the product on 17th Oct 2016, And after that dates constantly kept on extending like 20, 23, 25, 26, 30 and still they are asking me to wait for 7 working days.

          I have kept continuous follow on the same with flipkart but still they want me to wait for 7 working days more.

            I have ordered the led television on 31st oct 2016 but received the product on 06th nov 2016, based on the mail received from the flipkart team installation had been assigned on 09th nov 2016. I have been took leave on my regular activity sat in my house for the installation executive arrival. Mean while called the flipkart customer center for the issue and they have assumed that the representative will come before 6:00 pm on the same day. But he did not reached the house and also not got a call from the executive also. Furthermore contacted the flipkart stating that the executive had not came as per your commitment. Flipkart customer care confirm that the installation representative will reach on next day due to some issue but got call from the executive that he wont come due to more appointment.
            Till now issue is not resolved. Pl check and do needful

                  i have ordered a Samsung LED Tv which got delivered but your team has still not don the installation
                  I have getting wrong message everyday that the engineer will come & do the installation
                  I have clearly told your tem to sdn the engineerr early morning after 8 3o in evening & everyday you faulter

                  This is a question on credibility, you are fooling your customer
                  this is really not accepted.

                    I ordered a NEW phone from Flipkart; they delivered me a defect phone! The
                    phone display is not working. I paid money for NEW Phone and got defected
                    phone :) When called customer services, they are processing my request and
                    after two days they are calling back and saying the same stories. I did
                    this for 6 times, and I am still waiting for the courier executive to get
                    pick up my phone. It's already been a week of calling them almost every
                    day, waiting for their senior executive. Daily mailing Flipkart seniors.
                    You want to do the same? Order from Flipkart now!

                    Today also customer care executives had updated wrong address for order

                        I had purchased a Gold coin from flipkart on 19th Oct. It was due to be delivered on 27th Oct.
                        1st time it got delayed saying incorrect address.
                        2nd time it got delayed again saying incorrect address.
                        by 8th Nov they cancelled my order saying the address is incorrect.

                        this is outright cheating.
                        This address is same where i have previously ordered items on flipkart and never changed.

                        It appears that either my item is misplaced or flipkart has no intention of delivering.

                          Dear SIr,
                          I have purchased a samsung 32" led tv from flipkart and it is now long time when we got the delivery and they havnt insatlled the led on our premises and and misbehave

                          They neither taking the item back or installing the product . Flip kart employee misbehave with us. They make false promise each day i call them regarding the issue and they ask to install on next day but nothing happens. its been since 7 days they people are making ourselves a fool.I need my money back.

                          Poorest and worst services by flipkart .

                          Please resolve my issue as early as possible.

                            I am completely disappointed with the unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour of Flipkart. The moment I ordered, Sony LED TV, it has three offers below:
                            *No Cash EMI on Citi bank credit card.
                            *15℅ cash back on Citi bank credit cards.
                            *Win eGV of 1lac, iPhone 7 and more.

                            But when the product delivered, the offer summary got changed. They removed the No cash emi and replace it with Sony power bank. Moreover power bank not delivered yet.

                            After following up with flipkart helpdesk, three times, they said Yes the no cash emi is applied successfully. Bank can provide the details related to same. So I contacted Citi bank and they clearly denied, then I again contacted flipkart n eventually get email from flipkart that there is no such offer of no cash emi to your products.

                            This is unacceptable.
                            I decided to go to consumer forum, as I do have screenshot and audio recording of conversation with flipkart executive, accepting no cash emi applied successfully on my order as proof.

                              Horrible complain against flipkart, being your regular
                              customer i am not at all satisfied by your service, let me tell me problem i faced, As a laymen we people order any item via flipkart by seeing the photos only and rarely ratings and reviews so we dont exactly know weather product we are purchasing is actually worth to us or not, before years flipkart was giving service of returning the product even if products does not as per customer wants.
                              Coming to the point, i have purchased a cell phone name Redmi 3s Prime 32gb from flipkart and i received the mobile on 2nd of november, i used for 2 days and i felt 2-3 issue to me that volume of the mobile is very low compared to others, also the camera clearity is not as per the feature provided/told and it blurs and the phone gets hang up rarely, I have attached SCREENSHOT for the same
                              Now according to me i dint like this product as it is not fit to me due to his issue, may be it is complete and fine product for a other people so you customer support is not proving me return request nor replacement also, why this hell service by you ? I booked this complain within your terms only
                              i.e before 10 days.
                              So my advice please dont buy products from FLIPKART, It just created a name and fame by providing good services before and now cheating a customer like us.
                              Its not a question of Rs. 8999/- but its a question of Pay for our requirement, if it not as per requirement what is use of product ?

I got the defective Piece and Customer Care has refused to give the exchange / return of the same.                                     This is to inform that the product I had ordered is a wrong product.
                                    Also the seller who is selling this product is a fraud seller,
                                    I had a ordered a product with discount of 60% and which had an MRP of 999/- while buying online.
                                    The product which is delivered is a wrong product first of all, I had order immersion water heater with 2000Watts, And product which has come is 1500Watts.
                                    Also the MRP of the product is Rs. 430, where in the seller has specified MRP as 999/- in his product description at the site.

                                    I want flipkart to take a strict action against this seller and also, want my refund money back .
                                    Also have lost faith in flipkart service as well.
