Dear sir, i have purchased, Moto G
as i had raised a refund request, flipkart accept the refund request
and ask me to return this phone, as my pin code is non servicable area
they told me to return it via any national curior, so i have returned
it on Speed Post, the curior slip attached on the mail, customer
exicutive infrm me as soon the phone reach on ware house the refund
will initiate immidietly so i dnt check the statement, when now i am
checking my bank statement the refund is still not initiet, its really
rediculous, kindly see the matter and solve it, they told me refund has been initied in 12 houres but no confirmaition given only complaints are taken in reguler basis,

      I received my oder IFB TL RDW 6.5 KG fully automatic washing machine as on 29 nov 2016. After repeated complaint of 4 time still installation is pending. This is very ridiculous and completely unexpected from flipkart. I am loosing my paitence. Please will u guys resolove my issue . Its been 17 days and still waiting for installation. All my previous experiences with flipkart was up to the mark and expected similar service this time also.

        I bought a phone leco letv 1s from flipkart.. it is under manufacturer warranty now my cell is not opening tel me what i do my phone is not charging also and I don't have service center number

            On July 19 2016 I had placed a oder for 'MI Redmi Note 3'. Luckily I got my cell on 21st of July. Within a purchase of 4 days the phone camera started not working. Now whenever I launch the phone camera app nothing appears. Then a pop up comes saying "Can't connect to camera.". So after this problem I tried to exchange my cell with flipkart as there was 10 days replacement. Offer so I sent a email but flipkart did not give any reply till now.

              Refrigerator and Washing machine that I ordered on Flipkart is delivered on 2nd and 3rd Nov but I am still waiting for the installation of the same. After a week I escalated it to Flipkart customer until then they didn't even bother to talk to customer why the delay is. Its been 4 days and Flipkart customer care didn't even let me know the date by when the installation can be done. I don't trust them anymore. Please help me in this regard.

                I place order for nova electric kettle and received a faulty one which i could not put on. I was surprised that hoe the flipkart can dispose off such useless items to the innocent consumers. I request for return on the same day.

                I got message that a representative will come to collect the item. No body came or contacted me. The return requested has been cancelled by the flipkart without contacting me.

                I have spoken to customer care on telephone but of no help.

                Please help me to get the item returned.

                  For the order id from Flipkart OD[protected], I have purchased VU Tv on 27 Oct, delivered at Hyderabad address pin code 500090 and I requested to Installation to be done at different address which is my brother's address at bhupalapally 500090.Technician has visited and installed the TV but Tv not switching on technician confirmed that it was a defect piece and informed that new TV will be replaced in that.

                  I have called Flipkart customer care executive and informed about the defect piece that I was received, your flipkart executive confirmed that technician visit the address and uninstall the old Tv and new TV will be installed by technician same time.
                  On the very next day received a call from Flipkart executive informed me that uninstallation for defect one will be done first installation of new TV will done after delivery of new one, and new TV will get delivered at address where Installation has done when I asked your executive that "I have been confirmed by your executive that uninstallation and installation will be done at same time" than your executive said that "last executive that you have spoke to you has given wrong information sorry for mis communication" than I said k for that...

                  Again I received a call from your customer care executive and informed me that new TV cannot be delivered at installed address pincode 506169 as it is not a serviceable Location when I asked your executive that "I been informed by Flipkart executive that it will be delivered at installed address " again your executive said that sorry sir last executive has given wrong information due to miscommunication sorry for that.. I have requested Flipkart executive that can new TV delivered at nearest serviceable Location He said ok for that. This is the final decision and it is inevitable and this is correct information

                  Today I.e 13 Nov received a call from Flipkart executive from large appliance team vide ph no[protected] has confirmed that it cannot be delivered at "new location and it will be delivered at old delivery address only and sorry for wrong information given by our executive"/because of mis communication."

                  present I am not staying at old delivery address I.e Kukatpally Hyderabad location pin code 500090.

                  Your flipkart executives are substandard fellows, I have been wrongly communicated for four times executive are not aware of the process just say sorry for wrong information.

                  Post purchase of the product your flipkart team not give any service I fed up with service from Flipkart. It's a mere cheating from Flipkart.
                  My hard earned money is at risk.. kindly provide a solution ASAP.

                  If your not deliver the New TV at serviceable Location as requested I will lodge complaint at consumer court..

                            I ordered Vu TV from Flipkart on 26 October 2016 and very next day got my tv, after few days TV auto stopped. So I called flipkart and told all things and requested to replacement on November 4. Today's 13 November my problem is the same, neither call nor any confirmation from Flipkart. Everyday I called but got the same answer from executive that its in process. What the hell Flipkart is this... More than 8 days gone they are not able to resolve problem, Now i want my money back and i don't want any replacement. Please forward this message to complain department. I am writing complaint via this platform with the hope that i wil get rid of this problem.
                            And finally just want to tell everyone Flipkart is fraud don't order any more product because you will be in same situation as i am now. Mr Bansal just close your business if you don't know to handle customer whether online or offline.

                            First when I called they told me problem will be resolve on 9 November again called on 9 November but got reply, I am really sorry your problem will be resolve on 12 November. So i called on 12 November... Again they said " Sorry sir, request is in process, your problem will 100 percentage solve on 13 November". Totally discuting flipkart. Now i want refund not any replacement. Mr Bansal just refund my money and I will not do any business with flipkart.

                                I had ordered from flipkart 4 door wardrobe 0d[protected].
                                Ordered this on october 2 and still it is not delivered since one and a half month. The promised date was november 2, 2016 but got delayed to november 8, 2016 and now november 17, 2016. This is very frustrating as we have to set up the new house and our clothes are not yet unpacked because of their careless attitude. Everytime we request them to deliver it asap, they say we are trying but doesn't seem like they are doing anything about it. Taking such a long time for delivering one product isn't professional.. Their customer executives keep us on hold endlessly. I hope we get the product asap

                                  Ordered product (Redmi 3S) was ordered in a flash sale and was available on the pincode 302026.
                                  The payment was done using credit card.
                                  The order was accepted on 9th November and was to be delivered by 12th November, 2016.
                                  I have received messages that the product will be delivered on 11th Nov, 2016.
                                  I didn't receive any calls and the order was canceled.
                                  Other people receive deliveries from flipkart on the same pin code.
                                  If the product is available on the pin code, why cant they deliver or if they can't deliver, how is the product available on the pin code?
                                  It was a prepaid order and Flipkart needs to understand that they can't play with customer's emotions. When I was promised delivery on the address, it has to be fulfilled.

                                  Today I received an SMS from my bank stating the refund of amount 6999 has been processed and this is as per my request of cancellation of the transaction. I have not cancelled the transaction. It was cancelled as the delivery partner EKART wasnt efficient enough in communicating non serviceable pin codes to FLIPKART. Also, Flipkart delivers in my locality. I have receipts(for someone else's order) for 10th Nov and Flipkart cancelled the order on 12th Nov. I RECEIVED THE ORDER ON THE VERY SAME ADDRESS. HOW COULD I RECEIVE A PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART AT MY ADDRESS IF THE PIN CODE IS NOT SERVICEABLE. i AM FEELING CHEATED. ALSO I COULD'NT MAKE ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS AS THE ORDER WAS PREPAID AND WAS CANCELLED BY FLIPKART ON THE LAST DAY 12TH NOVEMBER IN THE EVENING. IF THIS WEBSITE COULD'NT HELP ME, THIS MATTER IS SURELY GOING IN THE CONSUMER COURT THIS TIME!

                                  Flipkart didn't reschedule the delivery or call to inform such goo[censored]p on their end. Nor did they call to help re order the product. Enough time given for service recovery. Its time to take some action now. Going to file a complaint in consumer court.

                                    Hi, This is Priti Vishwakarma.

                                    I have placed order of SAMSUNG 80cm (32) HD Ready LED TV from Flipkart. I ordered the product on 30th October 2016. It has been delivered on 5th of November, Sunday.

                                    They gave the assurance that installation process will be done with in 48 hours but it has not been done & i haven't received any call from them also they did not even gave any kind o[censored]pdate regarding it.

                                    After that i called to customer care, then the customer care person said that it will be done on 8th of November 2016, and also sent me updated email regarding it. But again it has not been done. They did not called also did not informed me that they are not coming to install.

                                    Again i called, again the same answer that sorry for inconvenience but ma'am it will be done on 10th of November. Again i waited but 10th November they did not came to install nor i got any update. Every time they telling me wait till 7.30 pm and after that i am getting answer that it will be done by tomorrow. And now new date for installation is 11th November 2016, that is also gone.

                                    This same happens on 11th November - they dint came come 11th also.
                                    Now there is no update from Flipkart when they are going to come to install.
                                    i am suffering from problem.

                                    I am calling them since last 5 days and getting the same answer that sorry it will be done tomorrow. Till now i haven't received any call & they are telling me to wait 15th November & for this also they have not informed.
                                    The customer care person is also not talking well.

                                    Its a request to every one do not take product from Flipkart as the service they are giving is to customer is 3rd class infact worst then that.
                                    Please try to solve my problem.

                                      because approx 25 day left after order placed date. and his all commitment date was fake because his last commitment date is 22 nov'16 but till date not able to actual delivery date. or he will give me my actual product or not

                                        Ordered a fridge on Dhan Teras in October from Flipkart. The product was supposed to be delivered in 5 days and here i am more than 20 days. I haven't received any calls or messages. And then when I started contacting Flipkart support through social media, Contact no. They awaited me for 7 days and said they will deliver my product. And today my product is canceled. This fridge was for my Mother, She waited very long.

                                        Flipkart has fooled me and my mother big time. Thank you Flipkart.
                                        Flipkart executives used to call me every day with that your product will be delivered today, tomorrow & day after tomorrow.

                                        And today it is canceled automatically by Flipkart team. I hope someone can help me with this mess.
