I want to lodge a complaint against flipkart and ecom express.

This order was placed on 8th october, 2016 and expected delivery was on 17th october, 2016 since i have college e-sport events on 19th october so i thought it is fine by that time i would receive and practice for 2 day but then it was not delivered till evening then i tried...

Flipkart is cheater i booked samsung galaxy on8 on 2nd october 2016 they cancelled my order on 3rd october saying that i had booked the mobile for second time so i will receive the money in my sbi credit card in 3 business days and they have initiated the payment from their side.
I called them again on 5 october they said you'll receive it in 8 working days after cancellation...

My order other person received & no call to me when the product is delivary..what is matter ?...

Please inform if it's true that you spy on us .I knew every shopping site monitor our sms but I never expected you guys monitor and record calls. This means we have no privacy and I still wish to knew why you guys even need to monitor our sms, not only you but it's done by all major online shopping sites paytm etc......
