This to inform you that i have not received my shipment till date, but
Today morning i have received sms from flipkart stating that your order has been delivered yesterday itself.

I want to know, to whom my order got delivered.

Yesterday i have received phone number of flipkart delivery person, i tried
To call him so many times but he was not lifting my phone as well as not
Responding. His phone number is[protected].

Requesting you to take the immediate action for resolving the query or else
Kindly cancel my order and refund my money at the earliest.

    Worst service of flipcart.
    I dont know why flipcart returned the product whithout intimation of facing problem in delivery whereas contaced by me to flipcart customer care two times regarding delivery address confirmation.

    Wrongly two pin number entered in address and i also intimate customer care regarding correct pin number.
    After that flipcart had assured to deliver the product on my delivery address.

    I had purchased 3 items in same time and i also collected one item from ekart office at jodhpur then i could also collect 2 more items from ekart office jodhpur.

    Due to confirmation given by flipcart customer care to deliver the product at baitu pin 403440, i couldnot contact ekart office jodhpur. And today i received message for cancellation.

    Now i have some question to flipcart:-

    1. Why flipcart not message or contacted me wheras the product was received at ekart office.

    2. If one item in ordered 3 items can be collected by me from ekart office then why not information given me by ekart or flipcart by message or call as earlier sent by ekart. I could also collect 2 more items from ekart office.

    3. After given confirmation by flipcart customer care why did items not delivered to me. It means calling to flipcart customer care is use less and wastage of time.

    Therefore you are requested to deliver the same product to me as early as possible otherwise, i have to go consumer forum for registering complaint because i have spent more than 3 hours for choosing product from my busy schedule to meet urgent requirement.

Inspite of mailing to [protected]@flipkart.com the order got cancelled without my notice.I have mentioned that delay in delivery is acceptable but still they insist on cancelling the order.I would like to know the reason why this has happened and why delaying the delivery is not an option and cancelling is the only option. ekartlogistics

        I had placed my order dated 22nd december 2016 and the delivery schedule was 28th december 2016. On 26th december i got a message from flip cart the order will be delivered by 7 pm. But in the evening again i got a message that the order could not be delivered and will attempt again on the next day which is totally wrong as i tried continuously to call the courier person but his mobile was busy continuously and did not attempted to deliver even i tried to call next day but the same issue and this is very surprise that continuously getting busy means the number is not correct or else some other settings done by the courier person.
        I then called the customer care but he told that order cannot be delivered due to no service which is totally a false statement. First of all if there is no service then how my order was accepted and secondly if there is no service then how the order was gone out of delivery. Even i told that to give the courier person number and i am ready to collect from their office or anywhere near my place but then too the flip cart executive was saying excuses and ignored and asked me to cancel the order. Even i spoke with the senior person but she also said the same thing.
        This clearly shows either flip cart don’t want to get it delivered because the current price is high than the booking time or don’t want to fulfill the order. I had never experienced this kind of pathetic and worst service from flip cart as i had wasted my time money and disappointed.
        I would suggest do not book from flip cart any order even if there is any discount sales and also if anybody has any such kind of issue the please raise the same to consumer court.

                I have ordered a mobile from flip kart on 19 December. They have given delivery date on 29th December. I am staying in Mumbai. I have called them 6 times from 19th to 26 asking them not to delay as I need to gift it someone dear for me. I have repeatedly requested them and they assured me they will deliver by 29th. Today I got new delivery date 03rd January 2017. When I asked for customer they were reckless And not ready to make delivery by 29th.

                  I bought the lenovo k5 from flipkart recently. I have an issue while calling to other no.when i try to call to other no the connection is not established.The call is getting dropped.the signal i also not even. Sometimes my call is going and sometimes not.The volume is also not ok.I could not listen to other person's voice clearly.Kindly take the mobile and provide another mobile . Expecting your prompt response on this ASAP.

                  Mobile will not get unloacked and stuck when call is on. Some times unable to unlock the phone.

                            I was facing lots of problem in my Lenovo K5 Note. I have bought the phone from Flipkart on 17th Dec. I have suffered lot to launch the complaint.                                 When iam browsing Facebook today i seen one Advertisement regarding OTG pendrive, In facebook pen drive cost shows Rs 659 but in Flipkart website is shows Rs 829 what is this cheating?                                   I have ordered the red-mi note 3 phone after reading a mixed review from flipkart. Many people said that it has heating issues. And some said that it is not getting heat. One more reason for buying this phone is 16 mp camera. As the phone was released in november 15, i thought the bug would have been corrected now. But after using it i got to know that the problem persists. The camera quality is also not up to mark. If you compare with 13 mp camera of red mi prime is better than red mi note 3. And then i thought of returning it and placed a request for return. After placing the return request i got a call from flipkart executive. The person was very rude over the call and trying to provide false information and denying for return telling its a common problem and the product cannot be returned.

Apologized to customer and as checked neither getting option of TV nor of smart check. Hence, with customer confirmation cancelled return so that we can raise fresh return request with TV or smart check test.

                                  Customer agreed. As created new return, TV has been arranged. Informed customer that will receive call in 24 hrs to confirm about TV TAT. Customer agreed and closing the case.
                                  Product damaged.replace delay led delivered 13-14 December and comments 18 December solve your problem. But not solve my problem.

                                    Purchase product, after 2 days, product is not geting power on, had done conversation over phone, and they put technician call, technician visited and confirmed that replacement will be doen in 2 days, yesterday delivery boy came for delivery /replacement, the problem is with power on as the system is not getting poweron, so he denied to replace as he need IMIE number of phone after making it power on

                                    as it is not getting power on so nothing can be done with phone and no IMIE no is seen in it, really surprising that company can do like that with there customers who trust blind folded on them

                                      I got le eco 2 delivered on 23rd but m facing issues such as phone heatup n network problems and internet problems but they are not ready to refund... pls help I don't want this product anymore when it's not working properly if I call customer care they told me it's only replacement no refund...I don't believe the replacement item will also work properly I need refund

                                      A travelling product Cycle, Which i ordered was not assembled .. And when i called to customer care of flipkart.. no respond from them.

                                        I ordered a VU 65 inch TV on 25/12/2016 and the product was shipped on the same day and the delivery date is 26/12/2016. I made the complete payment through my credit card. Today I received a message stating that the order has been cancelled by the seller. How can they cancel the product while the product is on the way to my place with out any intimation.

                                        This is clearly an Breach of Contract. Collecting money from customers by displaying some offers and later cancelling the orders stating that there was an error in the price has became a fashion for Flipkart.

                                        I tried calling Flipkart customer care 2 times and both the times after listening to my case they are asking me to wait on hold and disconnecting the call. I want the product that I purchased delivered to me at the same price.
