My bro ordered a mobile and he cancelled that order. This happened 5 days before till now i did not got refund back, but in website it was showing that refund successful. So my request is to refund my money fast. Please i need the money back urgently... Please refund it back... I need money back plzzzzz. This is not fare i think so... They said on 16th nov they will refund back money or i will get mobile... I didnt get money and i didnt get mobile too...

      I purchases a samsung on nxt 32 gb gold. I received it with damaged screen. Then i registered for the exchange. Then delivery boy came and clicked some pics of the phone and said that they will get some approval of that then only they will handover me the new hand set. Then i call flipkart customer care and registered the complain again about all this. Then they told me don't worry you will get your hand set. Next day a got the message that your request has been cancelled. Then i again called customer care and then they told me to register the replacement request again, i registered that. Then on 16th nov 2016 i received the message that your product is out for delivery. I call the delivery boy, i told me we will not deliver this product. Then again i call customer care and talked to a senior executive. She called that delivery boy and got information that the product is got damaged by customer.

      But i received the product in the same manner in which i showed it to that delivery boy.

      Please make some resolution asap as i am facing a lot for problem because of this and also i have spent rs.18000 for the product.

      What can i do if they deliver the damaged product and while delivery they don't show the product condition also. So how can they say that the product is not damaged at the time of delivery.

                Above product delivered to me on 6 th october. Person from ifb india came at my house on 9th october & took mica plate. Till date after continues follow up with flipkart & ifb india product is not installed. Ifb india is saying replaced the product & flipkart refuse to take same. No one is bothered to call me. I visited ifb india showroom & contacted flipkart many time but no one is guiding me & just passing my query to one another.

                  This third time i received a defective product from flipkart and when i called them for replacement they are mentally disturbing me with their policies and each time they are asking me to wait for 5 to 6 days for replacement and there is no proper escalation matrix and customer care people not transferring calls to next level.

It's my second day and i insert sims in slot 1 and slot 2 so, the sim 1 slot is not working and this is the third time i faced the issue from last 3 orders.                       I asked for return of washing machine which flipkart denied outrightly saying their replacement policy covers only damaged, defective, item not as described.
                      While on the website it is also mentioned "what is flipkart's friendly returns policy?
                      At flipkart, we understand how much you value your every purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.

                      Therefore, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, just return it to us"

                      I asked customer care certain queries for which i got no response.

                      And today installation & demo of washing machine is cancelled without giving any explanation.

                      There were issues with installation & demo to be provided by ifb team. Instead of enquiring ifb's support validity of claim they are making customers go through the hoops.

                      I thought flipkart's customer service to be better than this and am really unsatisfied with how its handled.

                            Through flipcart online i purchased bexton rechrgeable multimedia magic led with usb/aux/tf sold by nm entreprise, n m entreprise, c-23, acharya kriplani road; adarsh nagar'new delhi; 110033.in the description it was mentioned that it will contain ; product manual, ac power cable, strap and headphones - radio color - black/ grey / blue / red (Subject to availability). But unfortunately except the lantern nothing has been received. For me it has become completely useless and wastage of money. I request you to take action so that it can be made usable.

                              This is to inform you that I got a detergent soap in iphone 7 box in order number OD[protected].
                              All the event happened on the delivery of the product are enlisted below. Also pics of the product attached.

                              1. Ordered in exchange of my iPhone 5s 32 gb.
                              2. I got detergent soap inside iphone 7 box. Iphone box opened in front of ekart person Mr NAGESH. He took some pic ( I also took some pictures) of the item and took back the product pack with detergent soap inside.
                              3. I also called filkart support and they initiated replacement but in the evening seller declined the replacement.
                              4. Now again called flipkart support and another return is initiated.
                              5. I want my money back or replacement .
                              6. Please speed up as this is a clear case of fraud. If nothing done from flipkart side I have to present my case to consumer forum.

                              Being an old customer of flipkart, I expect full support from filpkart in this issue and resolve the same.

Package was sealed but when i checked the product, it was not there only the packing case was there. I am highly disappointed with this kind of services from Flipkart, as i have pre-paid for this order, so my money was blocked for 2weeks there & at the end i got a blank package.

                                    In courier tracking it says "insufficient document from seller"
                                    Even then flipkart customer care happily said i ll recieve it by 14th.
                                    And today i. e. 14th. when i called flipkart said give us time until 18th to update tracking status.
                                    I called about 4 times. what did they do all this time when i called them and on what basis they said i ll recieve by 14th. they didnt even track my order in courier website. worst customer care i have seen.
                                    Only knows to bluff and lie. very disappointed that flipkart has such unqualified employers in customer care service.

                                        This is bring to your kind notice that i have purchased samsung evo plus 32 gb microsdhc class 10 80 mb/s memory card from flipkart against order order id: od[protected]

                                        Now this card is not supporting. I have contacted flipkart representative over their customer care no.[protected] and they shown their inability to help in this matter and simply asked me to contact samsung.

                                        It is very difficult to visit samsung service centre. Also samsung should make certain arrangement that customer can submit their products at any of their outlet for replacement or repairing.

                                        Please help me in this regard for replacement of sd card.

                                        I am customer in your company, but i am facing problem, i am booking a shoes in your company but this product is no matching size & Quality, i am receiving products is different looks, i am calling customer care but no solution are there,

                                        I request to you please received my complain and solve it.
                                        Sir I ordered Whirpool refrigerator 340lts.but I received damaged product. I given complaint to flipkart team.they are promised they will replace the product.I awaited for 15 days.now they are giving silly answer .your replacement will be not given please take money.
