I had book a Item (Sansui 190 Ltr Refrigerator) ID OD[protected] on 21.12.2016 and the payment of Rs. 9990/- are paid through HDFC Credit Card on EMI basis which is deducted at the same time. But after 3 days on 23.12.2016 at 12:29 PM SMS received from Flipkart on Mob No. [protected] that "Cancelled: Sansui 190 L Direct Cool in your order with order ID OD[protected] has been cancelled. The amount you have paid for the above product(s) will be refunded. We will notify you via E-mail and SMS when the refund is processed. Please check your email for more details."

The above issue is inefficiency of service by Flipkart because at the time of booking they are ready to deliver to my delivery address (231206). But after 3 days they are unable to deliver and order cancelled without consent of me.

Now I want to explanation about cancellation of my order and compensation of amount which is deducted at the time of booking from the date of deduction to credit in my HDFC Card (which is paid through HDFC Credit Card on EMI basis on 13% interest rate).

An early response is solicited please.

    On checking the records we found that the return has been created wrong as the return has been created for replace and don't expect. So called to customer once again and informed to him that the return has been created wrong so the return has been created once more for replace and expect. And the same has been informed to customer about replace and expect and also informed to him about the replacement tat.

      This is in regard to my product bearing Order ID OD[protected]. With graet dissappoinment, i have to inform you that you guys are really poor in customer care services. I had a delivery to be delivered today and ECom was giving me the shipment. And when I asked for card on delivery payment, he refused and just ran away. WoW. then I lodged this on Facebook and Twitter and I got computerised response just once. No customer care representative is hired in your firm?? Then I call the ECom people (Ritu from Delhi) and they rudely inform me that they do not have card payment service in Bangalore. This courier service really should think of the competition that it can face if it continues this kinda behaviour towards its customers. Like seriously you wanna temme that Bangalore which is India's most modernized city doesnt support #cashless India drive? And you contradict your statement coz all the 9 orders that I had placed before in Flipkart was paid by me through Card on Delivery. I want an immediate response to this. I had not stood in that long queue at ATM to pay you guys Rs.1600. Please understand the cash crunch that India is facing right now and help your customers or else you will be losing the. Support Cashless India drive.

I have talked to Flipkart customer care but from last 4 days they are saying it will be done by tomorrow but now also the same problem. Please help me in resolving it . I am tired of it.

        I purchased the laptop from flipkart online and it was mentioned in website offer of 10 % cash back on using city bank card
        i used the city bank card.
        I purchased laptop on 26th Aug, 2016 using City bank credit card and order id no is OD[protected]
        It was mentioned in the advertisement that i will be getting 10% of discount but i got only 2000 rs discount.

                I purchased Redmi 3S Prime (32GB Black) from flipkart. Sir charger of the handset is faulty. Sir even after many complaints to flipkart i didnot get any response from them. Sir kindly note that i want no replacement i just want the the cost of charger as flipkart refused the send a new charger. Sir the original charger costs Rs1500 in the market . Sir i want at least half half of its value as compensation that is Rs 750. Sir I am in big trouble with this issue plz check into matter and arrange the compensation as soon as possible.

                  It was realised that flipkart has delivered a Smuggled Samsung Hard Disk & its not working, its still in Waranty period tough
                  When i call Flipkart customer center, they disconnect the calls

                        I ordered for Size M boxer (pack of 3) but i received 2 of small size (which is useless for me), i urge you to please make a replacement for this or refund the amount.

                        and i know that inner wear items are non-returnable or replaceable, but what can a customer do if he/she receive a size which is not suitable?

                                I ordered an Xperia X (rose gold) from flipkart on Dec 21. Order no: OD[protected]

                                I redeemed 3 offers while purchasing.
                                1. Flat 2000 off
                                2. 1500 off with sbi debit card
                                3. Exchange offer with my Xperia Z3

                                I paid the balance amount of 20860 using my debit card.

                                On Dec 22 I received a message from flipkart that.
                                "Due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity, the seller had to cancel the following items in your order"
                                But I hadnt ordered any bulk amount. I ordered only 1 piece of the product.

                                I hadn't requested for cancellation. I talked to the customer care executive and told them not to cancel and send me the product. She told she was helpless and the money would be refunded. It will take 5 days for the redund.

                                Now I've no money in hand and I also dont have the product. I cant buy the phone during this festive season now. Also I cant make use of the so called offers.

                                This is not the first time flipkart cancelled my order. If flipkart people won't send me the product, I'm planning to approach consumer court for compensation for my effort and mental tension I underwent because of flipkart.

                                Also I can't login to my account to track my order and refund, they blocked that too.

                                  I have placed order (OD[protected] for small size but when i received product today it seems too small to wear. i requested for bigger size (M). but after raising complaint when i checked my order details it was showing that again small size has been ordered for me. i spoke with representative, she told me that this product is out of stock so we cant send medium size we can only send small size. now my concern is that the product is showing out of stock on website and if vendor doesn't have product then how can he send small size again against replacement and if he is able to send small size then he could also send medium size. now i want only medium size in replacement. i do not want refund of this product i want only replacement in medium size because company have shown impressive offers on website and i have paid the amount in advance now its cheating with the customers by doing miss commitment and not fulfilling their expectations.

                                  Company has refunded the amount. without any confirmation. as i already told that i want replacement only. i doesnt want refund. i want only medium size as i requested. it was for gifting purpose and m feeling very embarrassing even company doesnt understand. if anybody ordered something then its duty to provide solution yo their customers. how can company can cancel the order and initiate refund just saying that vendor doesnt have product and at the time of order you always tell your customers that we will replace the product or change the size and color.. this is clearly fake deal and commitment as company took amount by showing impressive offers online . i have all the snapshots and if i will not get my product i will take this matter to legal authorities whether it is related to social media platform or to consumer forum.

                                    Ref to OD[protected], when i have checked the status, it was available as customer rejected.

                                    For the same, i have made a contact with your customer care (Mr Charan) and he explained me that reattempt will be made as the customer not agreed to take the product.

                                    But in actual, no one made a contact nor reached the delivery address with the product. How come a comment can be made that product is rejected by the customer?

                                    And i was really shocked to knew that there is no provision of taking complaint when i have called to the customer care! That means, when ever you deliver the product, we have to accept irrespective of the actual need and time.

                                      I have placed order of MOTO M 64 GB Phone from chennai and my order was supposed to be delivered on DEC 19 but i'm yet to receive this product AS OF TODAY[protected]. I feel that Flipkart is Scamming with a Product which is not originally available with them and misleading customers thereby creating a great Inconvenience. I Request the Concerned Department taken action against this as there are many customers affected by order this phone in Flipkart.                                       We spoke to customer and now product is out for delivery.
                                      Sir i applied for return on 5 days back
                                      But there was no response from service providers and they are speaking seriously
                                      So will u please understand my problem and solve it

                                        I have bought phone from flipkart.com and had placed order thrice. But everytime flipkart has cancelled my order. Even initial order was cancelled after 2 days of confirmation. When i called to customer care, they said that according to t & c flipkart can cancel order anytime. And regarding refund, they will process refund after 6 days. I am still unanswered the reason to cancel all of my order.
