I ordered product(Order ID: OD[protected] from the flipkart and I got this on 8th December from the day I received it continuously called and mailed them on each and every platform whether it was official I'd or social platforms.they arrange pickup for me but their logistic partner(Ekart)always cancel my pickup.i also send full conversation details.

    I was purchased a Refrigerator on 23 rd October 2016 Lg 260 ltr Frostfree where a lucky draw option was there.
    Now recently a phone call came to me from [protected] 13/12/2016 where I came to knew I have win a moto e 3 Phone which deliver soon.
    After that for confirmation I call to flipcart customer care number who give an email "Dear Customer,

    We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 15 Dec, 2:30 PM.

    Now again you take 2 working days.

      I returned an item from flipkart on December 3 and they promised to refund the amout of rupees 629/- but I haven't recovered the amount yet.They told that the seller refunded the amount and the problem may be with the bank.it has been 16 days I returned the item.they gave reference number also.am really confused whether the problem.is with canara bank or flipkart.

        Worst experience ever had online purchase of any item. It was with flipkart.

        I have purchased second time some item from flipkart.
        Item : Redmi Note 3

        Item purchase date : 7/12/2016
        Delivered date : 9/12/2016

        After getting the mobile, got to know that charging port is not working properly. So filed a complaint against the product.
        Filed complaint was within 10 days, so issue should be solve within time period given by website.

        Complain Date : 13/12/2016

        Flipkart schedule technician visit for this item. First of all technician behavior was rude ( Does not know how to talk to customers ).
        He checked the product twice or thrice and got to know that after twisting the charging cable somewhat ( plugged in mobile ), sometimes charging is working and sometimes not.

        He has clearly written in complaint diary stated "Charging port not working properly", After reading the statement only I have signed technical visit approved page.

        Technical visit Date : 15/12/2016

        Same day I have got the mail from flipkart that your problem would be resolve by 17/12/2016 10 AM.

        I have waited for their response, when I have not got any response then I have revisited the track record page and got to know that they have cancelled the request.

        After this I have talked to customer care, and got response that your 10 days are over and according to them technician has putted his words that there must be user fault for this issue.

        Question arises here are :

        - How 10 days period has been over while I have complaint within 10 days.
        - Why I was not informed for cancellation of the request before 10 days only.
        - I was not informed with any of service ( through Call, SMS, Mail ).
        - Where is that technical visit page where he has clearly written "Mobile charging ports are not working properly".
        - Why customer care is saying that technician has reported that it's user fault.
        - Why flipkart has not seen the technical visit page, where I have signed as a proof.

        Before closing any issue flipcart has to inform customer or have to take feedback from the customer. How can I believe to flipkart for any further transaction.

          Skullcandy headphones s2ikjy-373 inkd wired headset.
          1 year warranty.
          While connecting to a mobile and playing a song, sound is not coming out from the buds. I have adjusted the pin but it didnt work. I have checked with other mobiles also to check whether the problem is with my headset or my mobile. But the same thing happened in other mobiles too. I have purchased it 6 months before and still i have warranty. Consider my complaint and respond to me as early as possible.

          Tried calling the customer first in this number "[protected]" but it is wrong number. So called in the 2nd number" [protected]" but unable to reach so mail sent to customer informing that replacement period is already over so kindly request you to visit to the service center.

          So closing the case.
          We order one mobile (Swipe elite plus). When we receive the mobile we see inbox one handset and one charger only no ear phone no any assery in this box ..
          We realy feel vry bad about online purchased from flipkart pls send the complete assery

            Spoke with customer as he had purchased 32 gb pendrive but he was able to access only 20 gb but not it stopped working it is showing zero so informed to customer that we will arrange for the replacement as there were no option coming for replace and expect so the return has been created for wait and replace. And also informed to customer about the pick up.

            So closing the case.
            My order status says Out for Delivery but I haven’t received it yet. The date of out of delivery was yesterday. But I need the product today. Please take a step for giving me my order.

                Today I ordered a Panasonic 6.2 kg Fully Automatic Washing Machine Grey (NA-F62B3HRB)
                MRP: 17240. Its offer price was Rs 9936 (After exchange value & other offers). The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But after few seconds the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This happened with me thrice. Every time they charged the amount from credit card & then they cancelled the order saying "You made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on Flipkart. However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity, the seller had to cancel the following items in your order"
                Here below are my 3 order numbers:-

                However, this product is still available with same cost.
                Just wanted to know why they are making fool of people if they cannot deliver products at their mentioned prices??

                This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract !
                I want my refund with compensation for the time I wasted on Flipkart.

                      So I ordered a Titan raga, a camera as a gift for someone. Flipkart in all its intelligence showed that the purchases will be delivered on time. Their courier partners had delivered on the same address before. First, they delayed the order by a day and notified me which was fine by me. Next parents go a call where the delivery hub person was downright rude and told them to pick up from a hub. After a while, they were informed that the product was on its way for delivery. Alas, they canceled the order saying that it can't be delivered in the area! The delivery boy further harassed us! Flipkart customer service then suggested me to place the order again on a different address. I guess they want me to do this so that they can cancel again and harass us. oh! their website shows the product is still deliverable in that area!

                      Spoke with customer as he said that the courier guys didn't came to deliver the product they said to collect the product customer said that she will sent her husband to collect the shipment. But the courier guys were misbehaving with customers in phone as they were saying to come in there preferred timings. And one of the guy whose name is pratyush he was misbehaving in phone very badly. So apologies to customer regarding the issue and informed to customer about the refund tat.

                        I placed an order of ASUS ZENFONE MAX(BLACK, 32GB) bearing order id OD[protected] on 26th nov, 16 & received the item on 30th nov, 16 for which payment was made through net banking.While checking I found that the LOUDSPEAKER is not working for which I made a return request on 1st dec, 16.After checking through SmartCheck App they approved my return request & assured me for the replacement of the product by 7th dec, 16.But they didn't replace it till 14th dec, 16.Only they assured me through emails to resolve my problem.So, on 14th dec, 16 I requested them to cancel my order & refund the exact amount which I have paid for it.Again they only give me assurance through emails but don't take any serious actions.I have called the flipkart customer care for several times for the clarification of the issue but they didn't clarify me about the exact issue.Only they have extended the date.So I request you to take serious actions immediately against flipkart & resolve my issue within 24hours.I would like to receive the exact amount get refunded which I have paid for it within 2 days.

                          15 december 16 for which payment was made in cash. The fitness band is of poor quality. Also the app which is required for setting of the band & which i downloaded is in chinese & it's response is very poor. Hence band not functional as i am unable to carryout the initial settings.
                          I initiated return on 15 december 16 itself & received a confirmation sms for return.
                          However no further intimation on return from flipkart despite 10 days return policy.
                          Hence i cancelled all other orders till the return & refund is completed.

                                  Delivery boy came to delevery phon i swiping done he said sorry sir card not taking once again i swiping done like three times done but he said sir problem is there tomorrow morning i will come sir eny other card swiping do sir or cash give he said and went
                                  After i went atm checked my balance deducted twice thank you for using your sbm debit card purchase worthrs11999 again 11999 deducted totally 11999plus11999 deducted i called iskart they said its common sir money will return your account
                                  What to do plz tell me sir what the next process reply me plz

                                    I have order a phone(OD[protected]from flipkart to gift it to my father on his birthday and get into a trouble after having it. The problem I have faced are mentioned below:
                                    1)The phone is not working properly having there is some issue with touchscreen and there is also some heating issue.
                                    2)When trying to return it back they(Flipkart) are saying there is no pick up available in my town now it is very annoying to me that if a company can deliver an item to place how come it cannot take the same item from the same place.
                                    Okay no issue I have dispatched it to the flipkart office on my own expecting atleast now my issue will be resolved by the flipkart.
                                    But I was wrong . During dispatching the item I have discussed with the customer care what more need to be done, they told only mentioning the Order Id and Address into the courier will resolve the issue .Hence I have dispatched the item as per instruction.
                                    Now the scenerio is, flipkart is not accepting my item as return Id is not mentioned in it.

                                    So please let me know what should I do to correct yous mistakes.and perhaps flipkart is not a digital e-commerce platform rather it is a digital harrasment platform which plays with people emotion and give a damn to consumer satisfaction .

                                      I have oredered one sunglass from flipkart and the same day I made a request for its return it shows a msg that refund will take 4 days but it's almost 5th day and the status shows that refund is successfull but my Amt is not credited in my account.
                                      Order no. OD[protected] and returned I'd is[protected].Kindly credit my account.Filpkart always have some issues regarding payment last time also refund procedure takes too much time.
