Hello,
I have recently made a purchase on Flipkart. Unfortunately, due to incorrect size chart provided by the seller, the product was too big for use. Therefore I have requested for an exchange of my item, however they keeps on postponing the date for pickup. It's been almost a month now and even after calling the Flipkart executive several times, they haven't addressed my issue. Most recently they have even cancelled my exchange request without informing me. Hence I am forced to seek redressal. Please help me in this issue. I'll be expecting your sincere help. Thank you

    I have ordered a pair of shoe Oricum Blue-200 Running Shoes (White) of size 6. I received a dirty brown coloured 10 no. size shoes. I complain and the order of replacement is occur. I again get another wrong dirty shoes with wrong size.
    These people r playing with the customers money.

        On 2nd Oct 2016, I have received a product Kelvinator Blade Fan wide Order No.OD[protected].

        After receiving the material, it has been noticed that the product is in damaged condition.

        Hence, requested for returning the product.

        Even after several requisitions, every time their executives are stating that the complaint and return request has got cancelled due to technical issues.

        None is serious in this stupid company and people are taking the things as granted.

        What the bloody management is doing i really don'st understand.

        Even when i have told that, i will log a complaint in consumer court, the customer care executive is least bothered and said ok,

        Really pathetic service

          Hi, i have an order of order id (fastrack ne2298sl04 ba). the delivery boy saying me to pick my order at place where he has convenience and not willing to delivery to address mentioned on the parcel. from two days they are doing the same thing and putting status that customer is not available even though i picked there call and told them to deliver at my place.

          The delivery person is too rude and behaving like i am changing the location where he has to deliver as the address is clearly mentioned that where he has to deliver, its literally unbearable for me to tolerate such kind of behavior. please teach them how to talk to customer.

          Product not delivery and after one month they request me to cancel the product. I am not getting any updates but saying that they tried to reach me but not able to get.
          I had ordered Redmi note 4 from flipkart and dilevery boy wants me to pick my product at the place he choose so please take action against this person.

            I have received my order that is Kookabura Players English Willow Cricket Bat (Short Handle,[protected] g) and the order ID OD[protected]. Basically before place order i had asked to customer representative about this bat that is this original product or not and she replied me that "do not worry sir this one is genuine product and Flipkart dealing with genuine product" on behalf of this statement i had ordered this product. Unfortunately yesterday when i have received this product that make me sad because this product was totally duplicate and fake nothing was matched with original product. Even product detail and MRP sticker has removed from it. There is no any mark or sticker or stamp which of KooKabura by which product looks like genuine. After that when i raised this issue in front of customer care they told me that sorry sir we are not able to replace this product because of non availability of the same. We can only refund you. At end i do not want refund because they bluffed with me. I want only replacement with original product which i had ordered on 4th November 2016. I have all recorded conversation (call) with flipkart from start of this order. I want only and only replacement.

Second option is that company should provide me similar MRP(33999 Rs) cricket bat of other companies. Because i spend my money for genuine product not for fake/duplicate product. Thanks

              I purchased redmi note 3 27th oct 2016.. I used that mobile 1st on words.. 5th nov 2016 I raced complete for hanging and when headphones insent it is automatically restarting and hanging the mobile.. I told this thinks and all flipkart customer care executive they done some troubleshoot after that they send mail the return issue is resolved but actually problem was not resolved again I called customer care they said product was out of stock so we will return your money to flipkar valuet, still I am not get my money back Iam not get any mail conformation also.               I purchased redmi note3 4days back I riced a complete for return the product.. but they done some troubleshooting after that they closed to issue resolved. Actually issue is not resolved again and again automatically restarting headset connected it is hanging and restarting I need to exchange the mobile otherwise please return my money back..

                I have ordered woodman car sterio on 3rd oct which i got on 17th oct but i requested for the return as it was not getting on... but even after 4-5 complains and almost 25 days the parcel is not picked up from me, i have placed my request around 4 times to the customer care, but flipkart seems to be very lazy and unfaithfull. flipkart only commits to return the good but does not give any importance to customer satisfaction

                    My complaint is about flipkart, i recently bought a shoes but unfortuantly due to size issue i called to thiere customer care number on the same day and they assured me that one of thiere man will pick the shoes and my.money will be refunded, they provided me 28 date for this process, but no one came for pick the shoes and my momey did not refunded, i called them again and they again assured me that on 4 oct it would be done. Then they gave me two anothet dates with surity but unfortunately nothing happend, still my money is not refunded and i am feeling cheated. Please help me to get my money refund. Thank you.

So informed to customer that we will create a return once again so that the product gets picked up customer said it has already been 2 months so he had given the product to someone else. Customer said that he had made a loss of money also so apologies to customer regarding the issue .

                      Hi, I booked a VU LED TV 43 Inch for my parents as a Diwali gift from Flipcart on 6th October 2016. I got the delivery on 19th October 2016. TV was fully damaged so immediately I asked for a replacement. It's over a month now and still nothing has been done. Since then I'm calling their customer care service everyday because everyday they say "Tomorrow someone will be coming to pickup the TV" and that tomorrow has never come....

                      I have purchased a lenovo laptop battery from flipkart but after some time it caused me problem in backup so i reached at service centre to avail the warrenty but there the service provider told me that the product is fake or not original while i have paid for original product

                        I bought tv on flipkart dated sun, 30th oct'16 which was delivered on 3rd nov.

                        As committed by company it has to be installed in 1-2 days after delivery.

                        It is already 4 days after delivery but no installation or any call for installation from their service person.
                        I bought tv in exchange offer and for last 5 days no tv at my home.

                        I discussed and escalated many times during these day but their support team keep on ensuring next day installation.

                        My family, kid and i are very much in stress due to their behaviour and false commitment since delivery.

                        I want to see some strong action on flipkart and its associate jeeves who is incapable to provide services on time and doing false commitment.

                          I ordered OD[protected] "InFocus 101.6cm (40) Full HD LED TV" on 26th Oct 16 to gift to my uncle to his wedding day. First i got the product from flipkart that was a defective product, When i do switch on the TV along with the flipkart installation engineer, A black horizontal line was coming on the display. And that was looking soo ugly to the 40" LED TV.

                          I called the flipkart customer care and registered a complaint, They also sent a another flipkart service engineer to inspect the defective TV. Also he found the problem he had submitted an report for the replacement.

                          After following many times i got the replacement product too, When again the installation engineer came and did switch on the new TV, This TV having more defects than the earlier TV. However in this there are 2 black horizontal line is coming.

                          Then again i called the customer care they says, We can do only refund your amount instead of giving replacement to the replacement product. Really this answer from the flipkart was not fair, Also the sellers who sells the defective products are there in flipkart.

                          And this product was bought in the offer price now if i get refund also i can not buy this product in the other websites since the price was increased almost 20%, Also additional 15% cashback was applied using citi cards.

                          Now flipkart saying and cheated me like product is out of stock.

                          Really i never again buy in Flipkart again, I suggest dear friends. Please do not buy any electronics products from flipkart since they has the cheating sellers, Also flipkart supports only sellers not to the customer.

                            I was going through transactions for the month of October I noticed few transactions without my knowledge below are the details.
                            05/10(Oct): RS.4655-POS PRCH
                            05/10(Oct): RS.13663-POS PRCH
                            total of Rs 18323/- has be deducted from my account.
                            I have not shared my debit card details with anyone nor has it been stolen, kindly take the necessary action and refund the deducted amount to my account.

                            I wrote a complaint to my SBM branch office, they told that it was deducted by flipkart through online, I have a proof regarding online shopping that my last transaction with flipkart was on Sep 26, So please take this as a serious note and I need a complete detail how my money was deducted from Flipkart, if not this will be a very serious issue on Flipkart.

                              Hi, I have purchase a Micormax tablet through flipkart, the details are given here:

                              Order ID - OD[protected]
                              Product - Micromax Fantabulet� F666 8 GB 6.98 inch with Wi-Fi+3G

                              the invoice for the same is also attached herein.
                              The problem with the tablet : It is not charging and the product is under warranty.
                              1. When I contacted Flipkart, they told me to contact Authorized Micromax Service Center.
                              2. As per flip kart suggesting, I went to Marathalli, bangalore micromax service center On 05.11.12. After inspection, the service center told that the charging port connector is broken. The service center report is attached herein. They told, I need to pay Rs 3000/- for the repair.

                              3. I am surprised and shocked to know this. now my questions are
                              a. How the charging port connector can break with in very short time ?
                              b. how User can break this ? The charging port's mating connector can not go beyond certain length and even i[censored]ser try, it will not allow to put more pressure.So how can I break the connector???
                              c. I am doubting that it is a dry soldering issue. During manufacturing only the connector was not soldered properly. That is why after some days it came out ( not broken, as your service center is saying ).

                              b How Micomax can design such kind of Tablet where charging port is very touch sensitive ?

                              Now I request you for this :

                              a. Replacement of the faulty set without any extra cost ( I know flipkart will say, the manufacture is not replace as it is not with in 10 days).

                              or

                              b. Repair the set with out any extra cost.
                              or
                              c. Money back and take back the product.

                              I am deeply sadden that Company like Micormax can make and Flipkart can supply such a badly designed Tablet where the charging port is so fragile/defective . You could have told me that the tablet is very touch sensitive so charge with utmost care.
                              how come my other companies phones and other gadgets are working for years together ?
                              please do the needful to address my problem...

                              why should I believe in Flipkart any more ?

                              Till now I was a faithful Flipkart Customer ( you can check my order history), but if you do not address my problem I will not be any more ...

                                I ordered a Mi Max Silver (32 gb) on 9th oct and paid the order through Credit Card- EMI. I cancelled the order on 15th oct, but Some other person received my product And the order status showed delivered. I read the notification and complaint to flipkart regarding the issue On 21st oct But there is no response from them since then, every time i call them, they only give assurance that it will be Processed in 2 days but there is no result of it till now .

                                    Sit this in regard to the Order Id OD[protected] . Sir bought a redmi 3S Prime Silver color from flipkart. Sir firstly they send they defective product and sir now after replacement the charger with the new set is faulty. Sir i m not able to charge my phone. Sir plz look into the matter. Sir this time i m not going to replace the product any more i want true compensation of the faulty charger and the harassment faced. Sir plz note sir the original charger of the redmi cost Rs1500 in the market. Sir i want at least 1000 as compensation as a cost of compensation otherwise i hv to go consumer court regarding this issue. Plz look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. Such a service was not expected from flipkart. Sir arrange compensation as soon as possible so that i can use my phone easily. Sir plz note there is no issues with the handset but issue is withe faulty and defective charger
