    The website is showing product is delivered on 20th Oct 2016 and I have not received it till 24th Oct. have put a complaint on 21st but still not received any satisfactory response. Such a pathetic service and customer service is not ready to give phone number of the Manager. Kindly dont buy any product from flipkart. Flipkart as well as their logistic company is so unprofessional. In todays world when information is flowing at a speed of light they are not able to provide acknowledgement of delivery in 4 days.

            Third class service and customer care of flipkart

            After 25 days my refund not credit in bank account. And you representative (rahul from indore, rajendra unit head from puna and monish team leader from puna all are wast)
            Every time give different different reference number and all are reference number wrong.

            Your representative saying we will contact you within 24-48 hrs, but from 5 Oct they are not contact. And everytime saying "please wait 24hrs" from 5 oct, till 25 days no benefits, worth flipkart services.

            My refund amount not getting, so please help me( refund amount 14449.00)

              I ordered a tv on 21/10/2016, and payed the amount rs. 39990 immediately by internet banking, using my sbi bank account. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my bank account, but i got a message from flipkart saying the transaction was not successful with the suggestion to use different payment method. I completed the order by choosing 'pay on delivery' method (I intentionally chose delivery after 2 weeks assuming they resolve the issue before that) and wrote to flipkart customer support about the deducted amount. They initially told me that they will get back to me on 22nd, they wrote that they are looking in to it and will write on 23rd. But no news so far (It is already 24th 7pm). The amount is still deducted from my account and there was no reimbursement as of yet. These seems to be a widespread problem as i see many others with similar issue.

                  I have ordered phone iPhone 5s for my friend in Bangalore..and paid flipkart through debit card...my friend had received an empty box of mobile on 11th october2016 since then m calling flipkart for giving me empty box of mobile...and when i called them they r juss giving me dates that we assure u ur issue will get solved by 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 th october...n sending me mails that flipkart has blocked ur account for frequent returs and cancellation of products...as i have never cancelled any product or nor hav i return any product from their website...they r not returning money as seller is disagreeing for agreement and not sending new mobile phone also...kindly help...

                  I have been emailing flipkart about receiving empty box of mobile phone and also calling them for the same but they r just giving me dates about resolving the issue...on 27 th Oct 2016 I called them and talked with higher authorities they said they will not refund the money and will also not send new product...kindly take action against this...as 20999 is not a small amount for me...it may seem small to flipkart...

                    my name is sachin & this is a complaint of flipkart.com

                    I have ordered 01 recliner from this site on 06th Oct 2016 & got a confirmation mail with Shipment Tracking ID: [protected] (bluedart).
                    today, after 18 days when I am tracking this id from bluedart, i came to know that this id is not mine & belongs to 01 south indian person stays in Kandivli.
                    till today these guys were sitting on this fake details & were laying eggs on it. when i called & update them then they realise that this is a problem & still there is no solution for it. They require 24-48 hrs for the same to resolve 7 there is nothing much they can do for it. still after speaking to them & complaining, they are not ready to provide tracking number for my purchase & there is assureity if its going to be delivered on time.

                    this is nonsense & not acceptable.

                    I want a proper answer & a solution for it.

                              This is with reference to above subject Matter, I would like to inform you
                              that I am regular customers of flipkart. I have placed one order for
                              Motorola mobile - moto E. Order ID is OD[protected]

                              The product I received is Defective. Mobile got switched off Automatically.
                              One Month has not passed and mobile is found to be defective.

                              I feel regret to inform you that such Defective items are being delivered
                              from flipkart which has good reputation in market. I tried to contact on
                              your toll free no. [protected] but going through that process, it is not
                              allowing for replacement/Return of my previous order. I sent mail and got reply that it will not be Replaced/refunded as it's more than 10 days passed? So does this mean that if I would find this on 11th day than also the same will not be Replaced/Refunded?

                              Kindly request you to do needful regarding the matter.

                                I already submitted a complaint.But no solution is received.

                                I placed an order of 5 items through Flipkart on 19/09/2016.But no order
                                confirmation is received.After making payment, the system displays an error
                                message but an amount of Rs.3382/- is debited from my account.

                                I complained this matter before you on 19/09/2016 itself.Your customer
                                support team replied that you didn't received any payment for the order and
                                contact my bank for further assistance.

                                I contact my banker on 20/09/2016 and register the complaint.They said to
                                wait for 7 days.Now the period of seven days is over but no amount credited
                                to my account.

                                I contacted banker many times.Today they send me a mail confirmation

                                The mail they send is attached herewith:

                                After receipt of on line complaint dated 20.09.2016, we have taken up with aggregator and received reply

                                Payment for such transactions is made through a payment service provider [bill desk ], who in turn passes it on to the seller [merchant/biller]. Refunds can be arranged by the Bank only if the payment does not reach the seller.

                                We must therefore request you to directly contact the seller for refund, using the details given on the seller's Bill / Website / etc, with the following details for reference :

                                    I had ordered two products. One was a frame (specs) which was delivered to me on 14th Oct 2016. By mistake the courier guy changed the status of the product as Cancelled after delivering the product. I tried to request a refund of the product on the website and see that the product is already been cancelled and I cannot request a refund. I called the CS team and they sent me a msg that my product will be picked up on 19th Oct 2016 and my refund will be initiated but till date I have not recieved any call from flipkart regarding this product and that useless product is still with me. This was a mistake done by the courier guy and I am facing the problem of it. I called the customer service people again and they understood the problem after 7 days that the courier guy did it by mistake. But now I got a message that I will have to wait for 4 more days as the courier partner has not changed the status from cancelled to deliver. Once they change the status then I have to again do a fresh return request and go through the nonsense procedure all over again. This is a real bad inconvenience and all the stupid CS executives give misleading information and fake dates that my problem will be resolved.

                                    There is one more product a Campus sutra Solid men's round neck grey Tshirt. This was supposed to be delivered on 20th Oct 2016. But I get a message that the product is been delayed and I will have to wait till 22nd Oct 2016 (why?). Still I was waiting for the delivery on 22nd Oct 2016 but again I get a msg that the delivery guy will take one more day and my product will be delivered by 23rd Oct 2016 but still I was calm and expecting the product. Suddenly on 23d Oct I get a message that my product has been cancelled and it has been returned and I will get a refund for it.

                                      I bought Redmi 3S Prime non-removable battery mobile on Oct- 1st through Flipkart, couple of days before i.e (20.10.16) the mobile was not working (MI logo only displayed in the screen and it was rebooted again and again). I contacted flipkart customer care regarding this, and they redirected me to contact Redmi customer care. The Redmi customer care said that I have to check with Redmi service center- (Erode). In the service center they checked my mobile and said that there is a damage in the finger print sensor cable and also the mobile back seal case is broken, hence it cannot be claimed under the warranty and that I have to pay amount from my pocket to get it rectified . Again I called flipkart customer care for requesting replacement or refund for the mobile and the person I spoke asked me to wait till 25.10.16 and also he suggested me not to leave my mobile in the service centre and will confirm through phone call or mail. After which I received a call from filpkart on 23.10.16 and they said that there is no option for replacement or refund as the mobile is out of policy. So I request you to kindly solve this problem and I hope I get the best of solution from flipkart . There have been many transactions by me and my friends with flipkart, as of date we have not had any issues. This is the first of the case. But this has caused a negative impact on flipkart . Kindly give a solution which will enhance the future transactions with your company. Hoping for the best.

                                        Flipkart a big money laundering SCANDAL, a joint venture of BANSALs. Proof is order id #OD[protected].

                                        The order was placed on 2nd October 2016, Ohhh the e-commerce company decided to come with a looting scheme, other e-com sites were planning business but here a FRAUD planning was in progress.

                                        The product reached the destination on 12th October, the delivery date promised was 15th October, but FLIPKART as a good will decided "Out of Delivery" on 13th October.

                                        But Alas! today is 22nd October and product is yet to be delivered.

                                        The executives of Flipkart try to justify that RANCHI a capital is big city and it takes time for things to reach the destination. (Imagine the BS and the logic of the executive).

                                        I complained to these CHEATERS, but at their whims and fancies, they kept changing their dates, from 17th to 19th to 21st and now it is 24th.

                                        I would have cancelled the order long back, had the item been for me, it was a GIFT for one of my YOUNG RELATIVE, it was a promise I wanted to keep, which I have already fulfilled via other means.

                                        NEVER PLAN TO SEND ANY GIFTS(FORGET DIWALI) and gift via Flipkart. Ideally, for making such promising ads the laws should
                                        be made more stringent and heavy penalty should be imposed.

                                        I wanted to keep this as a PROOF of the honesty/value level of FLIPKART, that is the reason I didn't cancel the order, but please Mr. Bansals and Flipkart everyone cannot wait for so long, while you keep filling your pocket and become a billionaire by raising funds.

                                        Flipkart to be prove me wrong :-
                                        1. Provide me the compensation, for the difference amount I have lost on not ordering the product on other websites where "Great Indian festival" and "Unbox Diwali" offers were there.
                                        2. Compensate me for the mental harassment you have caused to me.
