    Dear Friend don't purchase mobile & electronic online specially on flipkart portal.

    Read my bad experience carefully before any purchase from flipkart.

    I purchased a Le Eco Le Max 2 Mobile on 4 Oct, 16 online from Flipkart and get delivered on 08 Oct, 16. But Le max 2 finger print scaner stop working on 10 Oct so I raised product return issue. First of all not a satisfactory answer by any one.

    I got SMS of replacement would be done by 18 Oct, 16...Means last day of 10 day policy. I was informed to keep product ready with original packing material etc with all accessories .Any way then one technical person visit to check product. It was found faulty finger print scanner by technician too. He prepared a report saying product is faulty..

    After writing 2-3 mails & calls one person visit after 3 days our place to replacement but he denied report and denied replacement of phone due to it was locked with unknown pattern lock by technician. He didn't deliver product . I explained him that report of techical person still there and we are returning all hardware as per policy just replace it right now. He refused & told me to complain again with Flipkart i would return 2-3 days later.

    I ask them to deliver now at my residence as delayed was due to their negligence and mis coordination.
    Then i again registered complain with Flipkart team but no resolutions done.

    Now I have to file case in consumer court .

    So think twice before buying Electronics from Flipkart or online.

      I have ordered oppo F1S from Flipkart there is an offer of 10% discount in debit card payment.During 17 18 19 oct 2016 flipkart announced offer of 10% dicount in debit card payment .i have screen shots in which clearly shows that i am eligible for offer .flipkart cheats me and when i complained they replied offer was not available while you were completing your purchase.
      offer is valid for 17 18 19 oct 2016 and i was orderd at 18 oct 2016 so how i am not eligible for offer, at the time of order placed when i was review order summery it contain item description with a sentence you are eligible for two offer .

          I am customer of Flipkart since 2013, more than 100 orders received till date. But now Flipkart customer service and logistics team are giving worst service even to regular customers. They don't care for customer any more. I am facing a problem in orderOD[protected]
          Which I received on 17.10.2016, replacement policy is for 10 days. The product =girls dress received was wrong size and very low quality, I immediately requested for pickup and refund and I got confirmation mail but till date product is not been picked up and I have not received any refund even after making so many follow ups. I receive messages everyday days stating the delivery is been attempted and customer not present which is very worng and false information.
          Amount Rs 1328 is pending and Flipkart is not supporting. I request everyone to please beware of Flipkart as they have started cheating.

          Got a call from Flipkart but they are not ready to provide any resolution on this . I spoke to Rajshree - Flipkart Representative who was very rude and spoke to me in very harsh language and tone.

            I ordered a Ambrane power bank P-2000 of 20800mAh after checking the Assured tag on Flipkart.
            I have received this on 22th-Oct but box was not seal packed so complaint about that to the delivery person but he was said "your delivery is done, you have to generate return request if you not want this" and decline for return at that time.
            And also the product looks a little bit different which I was checked on Flipkart side, there is no TM sign and company line with the name and after reading too many reviews I have doubt it is genuine product or not.

            Flipkart you should check this and reply me ASAP I have attached both the pictures with this complain.

              I have online ordered new mobile phone on tuesday 18/10/16. They sent me confirmation message in which they said that your oder id is od[protected] amounting rs 8999. And the expect delivery by thursday 20 october, but they called me at night said that we did not connect with you and they asked me sir i will deliver tomorrow so today at the time of 9 pm i did not get my mobile and now i called them and they dont have any reason behind this why they are not deliver mobile on time, i have all messages as i kept with me to show you as proof. I am not decided the delivery date they decide whenever they able to deliver so why i am waiting for next day and why they commit that u will get your mobile on 21/10/16. So today i called them they asked me they will deliver the mobile tomorrow.
              I did not get my mobile on time, they are playing with the customer.

                Hi team,
                I am purchase new mobile moto e3 power at flipkart and i am using the mobile
                14/10/2016 and that day onwords mobile will be hanging and when i am getting call also unable to answer the call and struct the mobile 10 to 15 mins.
                And finally 17/10/2016 i am decide return the mobile and take same product new item and return request i am raised.
                One flipcart execute call to my number i am explaing the my situation and suddenly the call was disconnected. And one message will apper tomarrow i will call same time apoligies for inconvience. And next day same situation i am geting.
                And fianlly my probelm not sloved today he i got message plase customer care.

                Please take proper action for this issue

                  by regular follow up from courier agency, finally i came to know that the item has been returned and i have collected the item today itself.

                  After getting the sent item when i called customer care and asked why my item has been returned, then they explained actual reason that the item has been returned as it has not been collected by our warehouse agency which information i was seeking from 5th October to 21st October.

                  so despite about 1 month of wait i am unable to get required item which is very dissatisfaction service towards customer

                    I have order two saree online thru flipkart on 18/9 with the sub order number.
                    Which was delivered on 21 sep 2016.
                    Very much much disappointed and ashamed when my relative, to whom the Saree was gifted told me that the Saree was damaged piece.
                    I do not know about the other Saree which was also given as a gift to a friend.
                    It is very much shame on the part of flipkart to get tie up with such dealers and cheat the customers.

                    Now please advise me what is your action urgently.

                      I ordered a Micromax Canvas Laptab II (Wifi+3G) [Order no. OD[protected]] from flipkart. It was delivered on Oct 13, 2016.I have requested a return because I didn't like the product due to its slow software configuration and touch screen was also not recognizing sometimes.Flipkart escalated this issue to the seller instead of solving it. Now that seller guy is saying there should be some hardware problem then only we will take return. Nobody can know while online shopping that how this product is going to work and now I don't like the working of this laptab so they are saying if software issue is there, we will not take return.How you can reject my return request because of this lame reason.Beacause I paid online that's why you will trouble us. I can't expect a simple solution from them. They don't want to return my money that's why they are saying that even though software is not working we won't take it return back. Worst experience of online shopping.After this incident I can never trust these online shopping sites specially flipkart. I know they want that 10 day replacement guarantee should get over then after that I can't claim anything. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered Footshez Women White Heels(order id : OD[protected]. The very next when it was delievered i created a return because the quality of product was not good.Return was approved but the Ekart courier service which may be having ties with flipkart daily texting me that they will pick up the product but it's been 10 days and I complained twice on flipkart site but nobody called me and nobody came to take that product back as well as they are not giving my money back. I don't know why flipkart is losing all their customers.If they can't provide proper customer satisfaction then they should shut down this pathetic company.Or you can directly steal our money.Why trying for alternatives. If you don't want to give my money just tell me directly.I want my refund asap.That's my biggest mistake this time that I trusted flipkart.You people troubled me a lot.

                        I had requested a return of my order number OD[protected] which i purchased on 11th october and i have intiated a return on 14th october since the size and quality not as expected and they have scheduled a pick up of the item on 19th october which was a long time but it was not done on the said date after that they informed me that it will be done on 20 th october 2016 but it was also not done again i got a changed date on 21st october and again the date got changed.

                        i dont know what is happening i want my money to get refund at the earliest.

I ordered Lenovo vibe k5 plus 3gb ram 16GB memory in gold color on 18th October 2016 from flipkart in big billion days and got delivered on 20th October 2016 (which is amazing. Happy to receive it) but I did not receive headset as it was mentioned in specification on website. So, please make it delivered asap.

                            I purchased this end table from flip kart. Product arrived broken and is defective as it is made of rotten wood (attaching pictures again).

                            I want refund of my money and have already initiated return within 15 minutes of the product being delivered.

                            For 7 days, Flip kart team has been not registering my return request. The seller called me and he asked to see the pictures. I shared them. Then silence for 2 days. After which my return request was auto cancelled by flip kart.

                            Then I called grievance cell of flipkart. After hearing entire episode, he acted as if he is not able to hear me. Twice this happened. And I was calling from landlines.

                            Lot of drama has been done on this issue. Please close this drama, take product back and refund my money.

                                Order #

                                It is very shocking to see your reply. From what you have replied it is clear that either you haven't read the mail thoroughly or you have completely misunderstood the issue I am facing. So let me try to explain you once again.

                                Here is the issue (Read it carefully) :
                                I have ordered the Moto E3 power during flipkart big billion sale with and exchange offer. The product I have received was not working properly. In clear terms, flipkart has sent me a faulty product and now I want the replacement of that product.

                                So for resolving this issue when I called flipkart's customer services they said following points:
                                1. We can't replace the phone as we are running out of stock with Moto E3 power for now.
                                2. We can't return the phone which you have exchanged.
                                3. We can transfer the billing amount to your bank account whereas remaining exchange amount we can return to flipkart wallet.

                                I mean what the hell is going with filpkart. Here are the steps you can take to resolve this issue:
                                1. Replace your faulty product with new one as soon as possible.
                                2. Return my billing amount + exchange amount + shipping charges + pickup charges to my bank account not in flipkart wallet, as after all this blunder who want to purchase with flipkart.
                                3. Return my exchanged phone back to me and my billing amount + shipping charges + pickup charges to my bank account and take back your faulty phone.

                                If your guys are unable to perform any of the above mentioned remedy, then I am bound to take some strong legal action flipkart and raise my issue in consumer court. I will also share my story on social media showing how flipkart is delivering (or getting rid of) their faulty and useless product in the name of big billion sale and exchange offer.

                                Until this issue have been resolved I will not purchase anything from flipkart and recommend my friends and relatives to do the same.

                                  I received the mobile on 13.10.16 from flipkart with 10 days replacement guarantee. i placed replacement request by 2 days as speaker is not working properly. i haven't received any reply until i mailed them regarding this issue. then they replied that seller had disapproved the request. then what the policy is for. the phone phone volume is not audible during phone call. then what can i do with that phone. i have invested around 4700 for mobile phone. kindly help me with this issue.

                                      I have bought a laptop from flipkart on 10 septem 2016. but i found the laptop damaged, therefore i returned the product to the flipkart and initiated the process of refund but now they are saying the laptop was broken by me so they will not initaite the refund process.                                       I have bought a laptop from flipkart on 10 septem 2016. but i found the laptop damaged, therefore i returned the product to the flipkart and initiated the process of refund but now they are saying the laptop was broken by me so they will not initaite the refund process. Although i returned the laptop they are not replying in this issue promptly.
                                      please help me out on this issue
