I have bought i phone 6s plus 16g, last week 20th sep 2016 in the order id of od[protected]

My invoice shows 41186rs only, but my credit card account is debited in the name of www.flipkart.com/9emi with amount of 431.23rs and service tax of 64.67rs, please clarify where is the bill for that, this is not true, also they have not credited cash back offer of 3000rs...

There portal customer complaint also not responding it always shows "complaint registration failed"

I want to know the reason why additional money got debited & availed offer is missing, please return the money to my account

I had taken mobile from HTC through flipkart .they had provided the corrupt handsets in the market through online marketting.

i want to complain against flip kart, that they had given me deffected piece, due to which the phone is neither working nor the service center are accepting the handset.

i want the refund of my handset as it is of no use and i am cheated by the flip kart by selling wrong product.Kindly take appropriate action against flip kart.

The ekart personnel declined to exchange my phone stating that the screen is damaged. However the screen is absolutely fine, there is no such damage on the screen. There is hardly a 3mm moisture patch on the glass from inside which is not permanent mark and cannot be considered as a physical damage. The delivery person are absolutely clueless and inexperienced to take decision on this.

According to the term and conditions mentioned by flipkart on website is that the phone screen and the body of the phone should not be a in damaged or broken condition which is completely satisfied. My phone's screen is absolutely fine and not damaged.

This is highly unacceptable. Flipkart should either specify the terms and conditions properly or should shut down the exchange program.

I krishan balayan ordered 2 nos. Of mi 3s prime in 28 sep. Sale which opened only for 2-5 minutes in a week. After amount deducted from my credit card a mail came at my email id that your order is placed successfully but after 1 minute flipkart automatically cancelled my order with a foolish reason that seller said no stock... Is it a joke? Because someone waiting for 2 minutes sale and when he placed order successfully they can cancelled. I think it is matter of cheating or mentally harassment.

I was supposed to get the make my trip voucher of 2000rs along with the phone le2 but till date i have not got the voucher.. I had spoken to so many agents on customer care and they are just saying that will revert in 24 hours but no one is reverting.

I have puchased my lg washing machine (semi automatic) on 24/09/2016 through flipkart on cost of 11906/- inr.

While booking it was showing on their detail that installation & demo will be done within 24 hrs free of cost.

But till 27/09/2016 when no one came for demo i called up flipkart customer care then on first attempt his customer care executive has registered the complaint & said he will send the person within 2 working days but after 20 minutes i received a call from flipkart & that person was saying that for semiautomatic their is no provision with them for demo or installation.

They are making there customer fool... they showing something else on detail & once the product is delivered they start giving excuses..

I have ordered a moto e3, mobile in this order company has given some free offers, like 32 gb sd card free with this mobile, but company has giving false schemes to motivate the customers, and still today they have not despatched the same.

While giving order to flipkart i have forgot to mention the following in my address.

C/o my company name.

Flipkart is not changing this and providing me with a duplicate invoice.
Wherein this is legally accepted practise.
They are citing system issues wherein this request of address addition is not a crime which can be done manually by flipkart....

I ordered century mattress on which one floral blanket was free, later on i got one email as floral blanket order has been cancelled by the seller. And then i contacted customer support for that and i logged a complaint saying if you can provide me whole package, otherwise cancel the order. I called thrice but no resolution from customer support and they are asking to wait every time i called. Worst experience ever. And when i tried to buy the same product from same seller on flipkart it still shows that both the products (I. E. Mattress and freebie blanket) is available and still able to place the order. How this can be possible so it means they are faking with the offer.

I had ordered the product but the field executive did not deliver the product and provided false information that phone is damaged for return and not working condition. Because of this false information, flipkart is now not delivering the product.

Morning I called and they said a call back will be arranged but no one has called yet.

I bought vans shoes from flipkart having 5k price. On the 35th day of its delivery the shoes got torn of[censored]nexpectedly. I wore it just for 4/5 times and the product is in bad condition now. Being flipkart and vans both two renowned companies, its hard to bear. And the technical support from flipkart is nil. They have no answers for this. Wat will i do with these shoes now?? I booked one online order no. [protected], & but still not received the order.
The mailing address is alpex export pvt. ltd. vill. barson (saini majra) h. p. pin - 174101. while booking the order computer accepted the address, but now blue dart courier calling us to take the order at their office which is 40km away from us. i just want to know why they are calling us & not delivering the order at given address as already accepted by flipkart.

I ordered puma flipflip form flipkart some where 2 weeks earlier i got the product on 25 of sept. Then i requested the product to be exchanged on 26 sept. Because the product was smaller in size. At that time the same product was not available bt some how the product become availabe and i requested to exchange. Then i got approval sms and the product delivery date. But today on 27 sept. Flipkart send me the message of cancellation of product. Which i didnt requested. And now they says we dont have the product you wants. I want to say that if the product was unavailable then why the approved my order. And when i called them regarding this product they are saying all the talks which has no means. I request to consumer foram to help regarding this happens with me. This is the second time case happened with me through flipkart

Purchased mobile from flipkart, it was having sensor issue they suggested to visit service center, sc took around 12 days & changed the display but now as they had changed the display the gap has formed between display & panel from which water can easily enter inside, sc pplz saying that once the device is opened the fitting cant be 100% proper, even power button bcam loss & heating issue, i had hardly used this cell for 10 days from the date of purchase. Now neither flipkart nor mi center people helping me out.

I placed orders in flipkart at 24th september.
In that sale so many products come under rs.1.
So i placed 8 orders successfully.
But after sometime i got a call about they are cancelling orders due to unseen price error.
But out of 8, 5 orders only cancelled that day. 3 orders remain same.

Yesterday night i received a message about they are shipping my product and i got tracking number also.
So i was happy that time they are going to send some products.

But when i wakeup i saw that they cancel and call back.

Flipkart doing this way earlier too
Why did they ship even they know that its price error?

They creating hope in customers first and they cancel next.

Is this the way they are respecting customers?

I placed orders with 99% discount. But they cancelled my orders after making a simple trick that fist shipped then pickup. I was not slept even for a single second that night i found these deals & grabbed as soon as possible. But now cancelled simply saying price error... What is this???
I need my deals... Please help me. I ordered more than 50 products...& i have proof of all deals.

I calling many times in flipkart. They are not refunding my money as i have raised return and replacement request many times. My mobile loudspeaker is not working. I sent it back to gaziyabad address given by customer care but they sent it back to us. Please help me. Whenever i call they say they are looking into the issue. But it's been 20 days, we are just help less here. Not getting any resolution for the issue.

I purchased ac from flipkart. It was worst experience i ever had. They gave me a defective piece and charged me 3000 for installation of ac. When i asked for refund they refused to take it back. Don't buy any electronic items from flipkart, especially the one which needs installation. I wasted my 5 days in all these mess and in the end i lost money time and i have a creepy product which i had to sell to a kabadi.
