I have purchased 7nos of pro kitchen products from flipkart on 24th Sep'16. I have made the payment via credit card & accordingly I have received confirmation mail from flipkart & also the provided me the delivery partner n expected date of delivery.. Suddenly in the evening I received a mail that all my products are cancelled and they'll be refunding my amt.. I was shocked as this kind of cheap service is not at all expected from such a giant brand image like flipkart.. When I 📞 their customer care they told me that due to huge demand of the products they have cancelled my order.. I asked them y all my products are cancelled then they didn't had any answer... All the correspondence will be shared by me if required... Now it's an earnest request to kindly deliver my products to maintain its brand image.. Hope this complain may shower some positive results..

    I'm ordered on[protected]. And you send waybill#[protected] for Ecom Express.
    Daily I make tracking of my consignment.
    Yesterday I saw status it's showing consignee not available. (Sunday).
    Ok no problem. I awaiting today also. Till now I waiting for delivery. But now it's showing same status "consignee not available". I don't know why they're making like this. And one more the delivery place near my house only 5 km (valliyoor). And also l mentioned my mobile number also in that delivery point address. And also I tried all customer care numbers. Delhi, Salem, tirunelveli, nagerkoil. But no response. So please reply me the reason of my non delivery consignment. Don't put again"consignee not available".       I have ordered the cradle to my niece on sep 17th 2016. The scheduled delivery is 19th sep 2016. I didn't received the product until 21st sep 2016. I had called flipkart customer support and they assured the delivery on or before 24th sep 2016, 8.30 am. I didn't received the product even after 24th sep 2016. Today is 26th sep 2016. I had many calls with flipkart customer care. They say not to worry and my product will be delivered by 28th sep 2016. I asked them if it is not delivered, then their answer is to cancel the order and re-place the order again. This is very bad.

      I had talks with customer care for hours but no resolution. They asked me to wait that's it.

      The product is not for me. It's a cradle. My niece suffering a lot for her sleep. No one understands the problem as it's not their kid. My niece got vaccinated on 24th and she is unable to sleep on bed with the pain. But these people never understand anything.

      The team should give utmost importance as the product is for infant baby.

      They called me finally and told me to cancel the order as they cannot deliver it. I would be very happy if they had told me this when i called them on 21st. I don't know why they made me wait these many days and telling me now to cancel the order.

                  I had place order for Samsung J7 I did not recieve any confirmation
                  Since the 27/09/2016 I have sending emails to requesting Mr Krishna Salunke who is the only source to get to Flipkart
                  There is no customer care number response as there is a prerecorded message saying all the agents are busy and we should email to Flipkart . Here there is Only one person in charge called Mr Krishna Salunke who cannot be contacted by phone only email.
                  When we email there is an immediate reply which states as follows.
                  messages being sent
                  1) We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 27 Sep, 12:00 PM. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679
                  2) We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 28 Sep, 10:30 PM. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679

                      They are using this method only to promote their website. there are lots of consumers which is facing the same.
                      and I already made the payment to their account so, I want my order at my doorstep otherwise, Court is the only option for it.

                        I had ordered one cover case for mobile and it was delivered on 4th sept 2016 evening, but on 6th afternoon I had requested for return of this product due to not good quality as shown on website. I was being told that it will be lifted first than my money will be transferred to my bank account and no replacement is there on this item. But till date no one came to lift the item and today I request at customer care number again but they refused to take a return. This is very unprofessional approach by flip kart and will never buy from this site if my item is not got returned or exchanged.

                          My name is Devendra Saxena i am a Flipkart customer. I have concern and big issue that i ordered Lenovo A6000 Plus on 22 March 2016 which was delivered by delivery boy to me on 26 March 2016 and after that i found that my phone have some issue like power on/off sometimes touch doesn't work sometime battery doesn't charge properly then I went to service centre I.e saini sadhu computer point situated at bharatpur atleast 5-7 times but still problem is not resolved even they refused to replace the phone with new one, still my phone is in warranty period. I need my money back or want to replace my phone with new one if doesn't happen then please you will take some legal action against Flipkart and file a consumer complaint.

                            I had ordered black casuals from Flipkart and the product was not delivered ontime due to courier guy not at work. Got a email stating that the product was not delivered as I was not at home. Later incorrect size was delivered. Had to call and explain the whole scenerio again and again. Peple called just to tell me that they can't do anything. Playing the blame game. Have been contacted but all they do is passing the buck. Have written to complaints department as well. No reply

                              I purchased Redmi 3S Prime but all the accessories were faulty and i got only Rs400 of gift card as compensation and they told me that I can buy generic charger and data cable. . Sir I went to genuine seller of Mi and asked for same accessories and they told me that it cost Rs 1100. Sir I am very much saddened by such a cheating being done with me. I want at least 50% of compensation of the original cost of accessories

                                  There was a exchange offer for le eco 2 android phone in flipkart, so i ordered it. The delivery date was 23/09/16.but there was a resceduled option for changing the delivery date, so i resceduled the order date (after confirmation from flipkart agent) to 26/09/16..but on 25/09/16 i receive a mail that my order has been cancelled .i didn't receive any messages and calls regarding the delivery of my product.but when i called them regarding the matter..they only say one thing that my order has been cancelled.i cant re-order now because that offer has come to an end. Please help

                                    I dr. Ripon md. Chowdhury, had been a customer with you (Flipkart) since the last 3-4 years. I had ordered for a moto e3 power, at your website on 19th of september 2016 at 11.54 pm, minutes before your scheduled sale of the product was to start at 11.59 pm, with order no. Od[protected]. As it was mentioned that a 32 gb memory card is will be provided with this order to the very first customers who order this product.
                                    But, i received the product on 21st of september 2016, without the memory card. I had contacted your customer care over phone, email and also over the social network platform, but it wasn’t fruitful. They kept on saying that the matter would be resolved soon. Ultimately over the phone i had requested to escalate the call to the floor manager who provided me with a email id to address my concern.
                                    The floor manager after much verifying says that the offer were started from 20th of september 2016. Now my question is why, did you start your online sale of the product at 11.54 pm on 19th of september instead of 11.59 pm, as you yourself had mentioned in your website. I guess i had been one of the very first customers to order this product. If i am not entitled for this 32 gb freebie card, then no one else would be, i think i am speaking sense.
                                    Look into the matter as soon as possible and get back to me at the earliest. Or else as i had mentioned to you guys earlier i will take legal action against you guys for duping me as the law of the land would permit me. I am already in consultation with my lawyer, and i hope the matter is resolved amicably, before i and many other customers like me lose faith in brand flipkart.
