I have purchased smart phone from Flipkart.com and delivered yesterday, i have issue with the device, i have complaint to flipkart customer care, phone line was too bzi and tried maytimes so bad flipkart customer care.

i wanted to return faulty product buy they have denied to Refund but only replacement .

they makes people buy saying Easy Return & Refund. They have refund to person bt replacement.

PayTM has good policy for refund.

    Hi team,

    I have placed an order during big billion period for moto e3 power.
    It was placed successfully and was showing under shipping for last two days and suddenly, today i received a mail stating that your order has been cancelled.
    How come the order is cancelled without any intimation to the customer.
    This is highly disappointing as now the executive are saying that its possible to have the same order with same offer price again... Even they admit that fault was at their end.
    Please check and revert asap.

    Same problem with me also. Even my mobile is reached to my location Bharuch also and after they cancelled without any reason. Refund amount received after 10 days. They earn from our money like this.

      I have not received the product yet and website shows "product has been delivered"after calling to customer care i came to know that it has been delivered to wrong address.
      No communication from flipkart with this regard in any form and still i am waiting some response and status of my product.

        I ordered moto e3 for my self n my father (who is in bhopal at my native)

        Me in bangalore.

        I received the order n everything went well but there at my native the guy from flipkart did not accepted my father's phone and the message which my father has received is he has denied for the product.

        He formatted his phone and after that the delivery guy did not take it.

        It is highly disappointing.

        Next time any sale is there iam not going to order anything n will make sure neither of my frnds n family does.

        You people ruined the festive occasion.

          I had successfully loaded an amount of rs 12000 through multiple gift cards (24 nos) given
          From another person on 8th september 2016. i entered voucher id and pin manually
          And loaded cash into my flipkart account linked with phone number

          . now the balance is not showing in my account and i see it is
          Deducted somehow yesterday at 12.46pm.

          I tried refreshing and also activated phone wallet but still not showing in
          Account.

          The gift cards expiry date is way past in 2017. but all the gift cards were deactivated.

          These are my friends gift cards.

          (the email with which order was placed, order placed on 8th sept 2016)

          I had a wallet amount of rs 12000, which became 0 on 17th september.

            Dear sir/ madam,

            I have purchased motorola moto e3 power on 03-october-2016 and order id is od[protected] and same i received on 04-october-2016. After using 4 hours mobile going to hang & i am unable to restart the mobile so i open back cover to switch off mobile by removing battery. When i am using gps mobile also going to heat, this issues i am facing from ist day from purchase.

            So i decided to return this products as per your 10 days return policy on 06-october-2016 and raised return request & the return request id is[protected]. After return request i received call ms. Komilka on 07-october-2016 she doing some troubleshooting on my phone and she says no problem in your mobile and she insist to me to go service center. I simply ask why i am go to service center within 2 or 4 days after purchasing, if i able to go service center than i can also purchase mobile from any shop available in market. Peoples using online shopping because of his convenience not to upset or face this type of problems.

            Today 08-october-2016 i received a call & mail regarding my return request.

            We're sorry. We are unable to process your refund request. Reason : the issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will be no replacement or refund.

            I request you to please help me to get my refund.

              On 8/10/16, delivery boy came with my ordered product od[protected]. Xiomi mi 5 phone. I had an exchange of my lenovo. But the boy rejected the product and ordered me to cancel my order. Then i got a message that customer rejected the product. I am not the one who rejected. You are the one. Before this i had already read your terms and conditions. My product is not a stolen one. No illegal activities occured. No financial claims. I perfectly packed my product with original invoice and all accessories without sealed the box. But you doesn't mention anything about the condition of exchange product. The boy refuses with a reason of broken screen at the bottom. This is a serious irresponsibility from your side towards customer service and i cancelled all the orders ordered from your site and i decided not to visit your website again. You are the worst.

                  1. This is regards to my order vu tv, which i ordered a month back. Delivery and installation was on time all good. Tv shown problem hence i requested to repair/ pickup. On request of cc i agreed to monitor for few more days. However same was the case therefore i requested to replace. Flip kart agreed to replace on call however without informing me they have initiated repair call. Still okay as it is understandable, however the technician did not arrived even after scheduling and both the time i had to delay my office. After much fight flip kart agreed to replace this time flip kart pickup team didn't arrived evan after scheduling and again i had to delay my office more a failed reason. And then i had decided to refund. Same was the case refund pickup too this time i had wait 2 days at home so that they ll pick up a faulty product delivered to me.. Total loss was 2 full day and 4 office delay.

                  2. We indians look for offer this is second instance due to billion day sale and second time ordered vu because of offer even after screwed first time. I was called for delivery of my vu tv on monday. I said pls deliver it on saturday as i won't be available during week day's.. Flip kart forgot all rules to inform customer about delivery, however i followed up flip kart on saturday and i was informed delivery will be done in the same day, i asked for delivery boy no was provided with the same. That guy said he is in different job however product will be delivered. Waited all day when i called back flip kart was informed delivery delayed for one day..

                  I could have better utilize d my day rather sitting at home to receiving..

                  Next is sunday it's off so again it ll be monday and again i can't receive because i have to goto office.

                                I had bought a television, bpl 32 inches that got delivered to me on 4th oct. The installation company called some once tand gave me a slot of 6th oct for installation. I sat at home all day waiting or them. No one came in. They called me yesterday and said that the engineer would het in touch with me. No engineer has called me yet. There is no way to reach out to the company as well as the operator doesn't connect to even leave a voice message.
                                My tv has been lying in the box for 4 days now and a lot of my time haa. Beem spent waiting for the installation engineer because i am always given wrong time.
                                This is highly irresponsible of them. You can't keep a customer waiting after promising a service.

                                    Flipkart service is so bad that even after many follow ups order is not delivering on time.. And after complaint date is again changed to 3 days after what committed prior. Calling help center is also use less they don't know anything and they just say if is helpless.if anybody is not particular about delivery date should go for flipkart else please don't fall for their fake promises.ekart logistic team at Bhiwandi just don't care about customer working as per their convinience then flipkart commits promise day delivery. Just a marketing strategy cause even if product not delivered on time they have team at hel center to say sorry and just tease the customer again by sending mail of promise day delivery. This is called as cheating, not at all trustworthy.

                                      I haven't recieved the product at all from flipkart till today but i am suprisingly getting all the alerts that the product is delivered.
                                      In website it is showing that we have delivered the products please give the review about it.
                                      Customer care is even too pathetic too address this concern.
                                      There were no commitment given when they would come back with product or how they would help me on this.
                                      I have already paid amount.
                                      If you look at the invoice it is stating that the product is being delivered at saturday at 3:45 am morning please have look at the attachement.

                                      Every one should how system is actually working in flipkart.

                                      How come people of flipkart is delivering at 3:45 am morning saturday and delivering the product.

                                        it's very disappointing to mention that even after multiple requests, the concerns of customers are not addressed by team flipkart.
                                        i had ordered few products on 2nd oct, (od[protected] (3peter england t-shirt and 1 flying machine t-shirt) and requested the customer service team to deliver these products latest by 10th oct, but still nothing has happened on this. i have even followed up multiple times on this.
                                        and today, the customer service team said that it is impossible to get it delivered on 10th.
                                        if this was the case, it should have been mentioned before only and not at last minute.
                                        i would have rather ordered from amazon or myntra, where at least we get the product delivered timely.

                                        please let me know if i will get my orders delivered before 10th oct so that i can cancel this order and place it on some other site, because these are all birthday gifts.
