My self paril katrodiya i have purchased moto e3 power from flipkart with advance payment
With order id:OD[protected]
Delivery boy first check my nexus 4 which i have to exchange for my order. Then he took sign anf deliveres moto e3 and taken sign
Then after about 20 min .he comes again and say that phone not working and put my nexus 4 ( making non working) and taken forcefully return my moto e3 from wife's hand and run away.
And flipkart not resolving my issue from last 2 days .only giving time anf passing time always.

So my request you to solve my query
And give product back
And make my nexus4 working or give new

    I have ordered a lenovo vibe k5 plus on sept 5 2016, order ID ( OD[protected] and i return the item before it is delivered due to personal reason, but i have already pay the money through my debit card .When i returned the product they said that the money will be credited to your account within 7 to 9 working days, but now it has been almost 20 day, until now i haven't received it but in product detail it is showing that, refund successful! Rs.7749 has been remitted through original payment mode

          This is really so pathetic that flipkart cancelled my 4 orders for the same reason.
          earlier also the same situation occurs when they cancelled my two orders.its their fault if there is a technical price error. now they would have to fulfill all the orders which i had placed or give me the compensation in the egv form as the amazon or snapdeal do.
          but as i have spoken to their customer care they didn't provide any resolution and hang up the call in between.
          so i want u to take a strict action on them and kindly have a resolution.
          i am attaching the screenshot of the cancelled orders.

            One of your executive or the delivery boy of flipkart as created fuss in the ground floor. The order cost was 344 so which i gave him 400. he asked me for the change and gave me 100 for a change of 50. I later adjusted the amount with my watchman and gave him 50. Later he started to claim that i didnot give him money for the order and was checking his pockets and the bag. I went to home to give my watchman the money he gave me. the delivery boy questioned me that why did i go home indirectly stating that i cheated the money. He created a mess for about 30 mins later was being rude with his behaviour. This was an insult to me for a small amount of money. His name is syed of attapur branch

              We hv purchased micromax canvas 6 pro phone from flipkart on 4th Aug 2016 and the phone is so worst that how the company can manufacture such phone and what kind of testing method they adopt is really wondering.

              - it gets hanged very often
              - key board total malfunction
              - touch screen total useless - in the middle of the phone nothing function including letter or pictures etc, we have to change the position from vertical to horizontal to check -
              - many letters are not working when we type similarly we have to change position from vertical to horizontal

                  Very poor (Ghatiya service by flipcart)

                  Od[protected] i have ordered this items 15 sep16, i have received confirmation & messages form flipcart on 16 sep item was packed & shipped. Till 20 sep i received messages arriving/deliver soon. And on delivery date i received message it was out of stock at seller & order was cancelled.

                  Till delivery date flipcart is fool to me. Without delivery flipcart is sending me mail & sms was items out for delivery & delivered soon.
                  When i called to flipcart consumer care/complaint, it was horrible; their representative till date 24 sep fooling me is that "we are unable to track you problem due to system problem"...

                  Till date i cant imagine flipcart is doing like this...

                    Flipkart deliver fake product on the name of top brand in the market.

                    I bought a shoes from flipkart but they deliverd fake product after using 10-15 times shole of shoes apart from rest of its part.

                    When i raised complain their executive telling that sir its not in my hand our seller doesnot allow to replace or repair.

                      I purchased 4 products today dated 24-09-16 on 12:30 PM from Flipkart, paid through online transaction. After that I got a confirmation to my inbox all my products got placed. Well i thought i was lucky enough to get those products in my bag, but this was not the case. On the same day i get a text and a mail that all my orders got cancelled. I was spell bound what had just happened, i was confused.

                      Then when i called customer care regarding this issue, this is what he said.

                      There was a "PRICE ERROR", and if I want to buy those again i have to pay as per the current deal.

                      My question is why customer has to face this ?? and if this happens to any other person or if there was a big billion day and i paid with discounted amount like this and same issue happens, then who is responsible ? is it the customer??

                      This is a disgrace to e-commerce, this is a disgrace to flipkart. Just imagine a customer is so happy to see these amazing rates but does he know that this was just a dream !! Is it right !!

                        I ordered a Bajaj Majesty Mini Induction Cooktop during one of Flipkart's sale for ₹1 + shipping charges of ₹40= ₹41 regarding which i received confirmation SMS as well as Email that the order has been placed. However after a few hours, I received another Email and SMS from Flipkart stating, "due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your Order." This is sheer tactics for company promotion and nothing else. I wasted 90 minutes on Flipkart's website during which they were coming up with other products as well for sale for ₹1 after certain intervals. I understand that once an eCommerce website user, hereon to be called user, places an order and that order gets confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by anyone other than the user himself. And cancellation from the eCommerce website or the seller they represent without the consent of the user is an infringement of the contract. So either give me the product or compensate me with amount of the product reflected on your website.

                          I have placed the order on 16th Aug.thrice it has failed to deliver the product on the exact delivery date and without any communication.After that twice I lodge a complain and try to talk to flipkart customer service 10 times.However no one has provide a proper solution.Now after 45 days m asking them for a cancellation that also their executive is saying not possible.
                          Neither they are giving the goods nor they are refund back the money.pls suggest the way.

                            Krishi Kalyan Cess -0.99))))) Collecting Tax from a seller so no Tax paid to run Flipkart from Own Pocket Of Flipkart.

                            Net Payable To Seller - 536.07

                            So Remember - If your Buy a Product of Rs. 750
                            The seller will only get Rs. 536.07 and still he will have to pay a Vat of Rs. 26.80 (5%)
                            Packaging costs atleast 10-15 Rs.
                            Some prints taken - and all efforts to make it visible on the site with a few calls and a numerous hazels. Hahahaa
                            He gets 500 Rupees.

                            Now Everyday some fake buyers orders and waste your Prints/packaging Materials/Efforts...

                            And Some use the product enjoys for 30 Days and send it back saying its broken.
                            Seller - No Guarantee 6 Month Warranty But Flipkart says sometime we have to do this as buyers are valuable.

                            Can Someone answer If you buy a Levis Jeans and tear it/ Buy a Bag From American Tourister then use it for 25 days and ask for replacement stating its broken...
                            Yea genuinely answer will be Okay We will repair it and send it but Flipkart accepts the Replacement and pays the seller Rs. 20.00 and the old used Product.
                            when you call the support they say ohhh its according to the policy.

                            So cheating is not only done on buyers its sellers they use and make stupid.

                            Chutiya company never buy a single thing as all you see is going to make you stupid.

                                I had emailed to both flipkart & swipe with full detail about issue, but not satisfied about their response, so writing here the same complaint which i emailed.

                                Subject: complaint regarding repeated problems in mobile phone & poor service.

                                Product: swipe elite plus (Mobile phone)

                                Purchased from: flipkart pvt. Ltd.

                                Price: rs. 6999 | order id & date:[protected], 29.06.16

                                Delivery date: 03.07.16

                                Problem 1: display stopped working suddenly on 20.07.16

                                My initiative: i phoned to flipkart customer care. Flipkart executive directed me to repair the phone from swipe service center. I went to swipe service center at amritsar on 26.07.16. Service center employee said that it will take minimum 1 to 2 month to repair it. I replied that this much long period is not to provide the service but harassment, and what compensation you will provide for my non-usage period of phone. Employee denied for any compensation and told that there is no other way than bearing the long period. I, then, immediately phoned to flipkart customer care and told the conversation had with swipe employee and requested to resolve the problem of my phone at their (Flipkart) end within few days as swipe service center is not able to provide the prompt service rather harassing with long period. Flipkart executive by agreeing with my problem, assured to resolve it and told me to email the jobsheet and not to submit the mobile phone to swipe service center. Then i requested again that as today i've hardly arranged from my busy time to approach the swipe service center which is very far from my residence and also spent for traveling, kindly assure that flipkart will resolve the issue and would not harrash me after few days by saying "you've to go to the swipe service center, flipkart can't resove the issue", which would result in double harassment. Thereon flipkart executive assured me fully that flipkart will resolve it at their end. Then i relaxed & stayed hopeful for prompt service from flipkart. I called in flipkart almost daily or after 3-4 days, got replied everytime to have resolution within 24 hours, but after same repeated replies, one day on 01.08.16, i request to transfer my call to senior manager, who then assured me to provide resolution by 04.08.16, but nothing happened, then said by 05.08.16, nothing happened. When i called in on 08.08.16, flipkart senior executive assured to provide resolution by 13.08.16. I had tired & harassed by such repeated calls which everytime wasted my time from half hour to one-hour by long talks. Then the expected injustice day came when on 13.08.16 flipkart senior manager completely refused to resolve the issue & directed me to go to swipe service center. I asked to flipkart senior manager that first flipkart executives kept on assuring me to resolve my issue since 26.07.16 to 13.08.16, you now by going against their assurance, refusing me completely, isn't it misleading? Senior manager simply said he can't do anything. So flipkart wasted 19 days by misleading.
                                After such harassment, inspite of going to consumer court i decided to get the phone repaired from swipe service center, so submitted the phone on 17.08.16 to swipe service center and got it repaired on 14.09.16.

                                Problem 2: now again external speaker of mobile phone stopped working suddenly.

                                My initiative: all this incident happened to me (Or if might have happened to anyone) would bring anyone to conclusion that swipe company is cheating people by presenting low price phone with high end features with poor quality material and flipkart is cheating people by selling such phones for just making great profits by compromising with the quality of product.
                                I don't want to waste my time, energy and money by repairing this defective piece again and again. I'm longtime customer of flipkart and purchased many products till date. This is first time when flipkart has disappointed me. I have all the proofs of time to time conversation of customer care executives which would prove the misleading too. So i request both of you (Flipkart & swipe pvt. Ltd.) to refund my money or replace my phone with other brand i may wish for. I would pay the extra money for more cost. Otherwise i've to go to consumer court for justice.

                                  1. SD card slot not working since a week even SD Cards changed.
                                  Its not detecting SD Card even after rebooting handset after re-inserting SD Card.

                                  2. USB port failed to connect with my PC at least not charging.
                                  The indicator LED is blinking when its connected to Charger, PC, Laptop.
                                  Blinking means its not stably displaying the contents.

                                  Requesting for repairing my handset.

                                    I placed an order on flipkart (kenstar kma50w3s-dbb 500 w mixer grinder) on 20 sept 2016 (at deal price) and the order was cancelled without any reason now when i am asking them flipkart is saying that it was a pricing error and they are denying to deliver the order. i want my product to be delivered and please impose as much penality as much possible since without any prior notice to the customer the order has been cancelled.

                                    I called them may times but they are not providing any compensation nor they are full filling the order even though there was mistake from my side and it's flipkart's respnosibilty to take these kind of issues. it's a very cheap way of promotion. please take proper action and i want the product to be delivered as i have wasted a lot of time. i dont't want refund, i wan't the product at rs 499 (the price at which i purchased the product) not at current price.

                                      Now the complaint is product status is still initial state (Payment Approved).
                                      Past 4 days on-wards it is still at same state.

                                        I had called the customer care of FlipKart twice to request for my delivery to be done on 23rd September 2016 which is Friday instead of the Delivery Date mentioned by them to me which was 24th September 2016 when I had placed the order. The call centre rep. acknowledged and assured that they will try their best to get my shipment delivered by Friday. Only now, I find out that my shipment has been delayed and will be delivered on Monday 26th September 2016. This is completely unnacceptable as I had to send the goods with someone to US travelling on Saturday night.

                                        The company provides to support and nobody is ready to listen to anything or provide a resolution. They should shut down their business if they are not professional enough to meet the deadlines which they set for themselves only.

                                        Completely a sham company with no proper business ethics.
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
