I had emailed to both flipkart & swipe with full detail about issue, but not satisfied about their response, so writing here the same complaint which i emailed.

Subject: complaint regarding repeated problems in mobile phone & poor service.

Problem 1: display stopped working suddenly on 20.07.16
My initiative: i phoned to flipkart customer care. Flipkart executive directed me to repair the phone from swipe service center. I went to swipe service center at amritsar on 26.07.16. Service center employee said that it will take minimum 1 to 2 month to repair it. I replied that this much long period is not to provide the service but harassment, and what compensation you will provide for my non-usage period of phone. Employee denied for any compensation and told that there is no other way than bearing the long period. I, then, immediately phoned to flipkart customer care and told the conversation had with swipe employee and requested to resolve the problem of my phone at their (Flipkart) end within few days as swipe service center is not able to provide the prompt service rather harassing with long period. Flipkart executive by agreeing with my problem, assured to resolve it and told me to email the jobsheet and not to submit the mobile phone to swipe service center. Then i requested again that as today i've hardly arranged from my busy time to approach the swipe service center which is very far from my residence and also spent for traveling, kindly assure that flipkart will resolve the issue and would not harrash me after few days by saying "you've to go to the swipe service center, flipkart can't resove the issue", which would result in double harassment. Thereon flipkart executive assured me fully that flipkart will resolve it at their end. Then i relaxed & stayed hopeful for prompt service from flipkart. I called in flipkart almost daily or after 3-4 days, got replied everytime to have resolution within 24 hours, but after same repeated replies, one day on 01.08.16, i request to transfer my call to senior manager, who then assured me to provide resolution by 04.08.16, but nothing happened, then said by 05.08.16, nothing happened. When i called in on 08.08.16, flipkart senior executive assured to provide resolution by 13.08.16. I had tired & harassed by such repeated calls which everytime wasted my time from half hour to one-hour by long talks. Then the expected injustice day came when on 13.08.16 flipkart senior manager completely refused to resolve the issue & directed me to go to swipe service center. I asked to flipkart senior manager that first flipkart executives kept on assuring me to resolve my issue since 26.07.16 to 13.08.16, you now by going against their assurance, refusing me completely, isn't it misleading? Senior manager simply said he can't do anything. So flipkart wasted 19 days by misleading.
After such harassment, inspite of going to consumer court i decided to get the phone repaired from swipe service center, so submitted the phone on 17.08.16 to swipe service center and got it repaired on 14.09.16.
Problem 2: now again external speaker of mobile phone stopped working suddenly.
My initiative: all this incident happened to me (Or if might have happened to anyone) would bring anyone to conclusion that swipe company is cheating people by presenting low price phone with high end features with poor quality material and flipkart is cheating people by selling such phones for just making great profits by compromising with the quality of product.
I don't want to waste my time, energy and money by repairing this defective piece again and again. I'm longtime customer of flipkart and purchased many products till date. This is first time when flipkart has disappointed me. I have all the proofs of time to time conversation of customer care executives which would prove the misleading too. So i request both of you (Flipkart & swipe pvt. Ltd.) to refund my money or replace my phone with other brand i may wish for. I would pay the extra money for more cost. Otherwise i've to go to consumer court for justice.
