Dear,

My order # od[protected]Moto e3 phone + sd card) was supposed to deliver on 24th by 7 pm as i place a reattempt for delivery. But suddenly on 24th at 1:39 am i received an sms saying that my order has been cancelled, on logging a complaint with the flipkart customer care it is understood that they cant help me and because of their ekart mistake i have to suffer, its really pathetic and baffling to know that the flipkart courier partner has the right to cancel any order without the consumer consent. My money has been deducted from the credit card. I want a compensation for all this suffering of mine while i was in continuous touch with flipkart executive and logged two prior complaint on not receiving the item on time but it resulted into a cancellation! I felt cheated and also feel sorry for miserable and downgrading state of flipkart because of inappropriate action of their few employees and they way they dealt which once known for its commitment

    I have ordered a cell phone on 19th Sep on flipkart.com. firstly, the order was not accepted by flipkart even after repeated calls and complaints on twitter. Then the order was finally taken by flipkart.com but the same is automatically cancelled. I have made a retry and the order is cancelled automatically for second time. The amount is got deducted from my account but the order was not accepted. I have been complaining since last 4 days to flipkart.com but they are not providing any solution. As due to issues of flipkart.com, i have suffered financial loss as the launch offer is valid for only 1 days. I request you to instruct reinstate my order as the payment is already lying with you people.

      I have not even seen the product yet but the service was very poor. I got the parcel ..I made card payment but due to some problem in that machine I didn't get printed bill of the payment. But the amount got debited from my account. And later on the delivery boy says that Mam you need to swipe card once again as the payment was not successful. I mean what is this foolishness? My account has transactions . The amount is debited, the flipkart app that I have shows that payment is successful and this guy is saying to swipe the card again and pay amount again. What's this foolishness ? Is this your bloody service?

          I purchased an item from flipkart on 30th Aug 2016 with 24 months EMI option.
          Purchase amout is Rs 23990.00.
          When the credit card bill generated on 12th Sep, the whole amount was listed instead of the EMI of that month.
          Then I emailed my concern to the bank. They replied me that they did not receive any EMI conversion request from flipkart and suggested me to contact with flipkart.
          Then I raised this to flipkart and they came back to me with the reply that it was not converted to EMI so please contact with bank.
          Then I made contact with both the bank & flipkart. They replied me to contact with eachother. So, I was bounced like a ball from one court to another by flipkart and bank.
          Flipkart provided the EMI option under offer. If they do not provide the offer they promised, its mean that they've cheated his customer.

          Please solve this issue.

            I ordered (iPhone 5S Order ID: OD[protected]
            Product: Apple iPhone 5S) last year on flipkart.com through EMI, entered all my Credit card information. I received a duplicate Korean phone in the iPhone package. Made a complaint to the Flipkart customer care and initiated a return order, after few days got a call from the Flipkart customer care that the ordered iPhone is not available with the same price, so I placed a cancellation request and initiated for refund[Incident: IN[protected]]. I received a confirmation mail from customer care, that my refund request was approved and I'll be refunded in 8business day. But on my credit card statement I've noticed that I've been charged with the EMI for the last 11months. I expect a clarification from Flipkart in this regard.

                I have ordered Power Bank from Flipkart & have paid online for the same. On delivery date, I got email around in the evening that my order is been cancelled. I was shocked reading the email, as I haven't cancelled my order from any were. Later I came to know that Flipkart had cancelled my order & they don't bother to update or inform customer before doing so. I have connected with their customer care & even have email to their CEO Mr. Sachin & Mr. Neeraj, but from them also I didn't receive any suitable answer & resolution for my concern, on the other hand they have closed my query before giving me final update & end resolution.                   I've ordered the wrong tv because of YOUR confusing product description on flipkart website and no help from CS.
                  do check the links and the details that i've provided, you'll understand better of what i'm referring to.
                  -i got NO help from customer "SUPPORT" in resolving my doubt.
                  -and now i find out that the android tv that i want is actually rs.2000/- CHEAPER than the one i've mistakenly bought because of your incompetence.
                  -the 1080p NEITHER SAYS YES NOR NO about wifi-VERY CUNNING flipkart!!you guys very cunningly set a trap for someone to get confused and buy an outdated tv for an extra 2k when one could buy a better one for a cheaper price.
                  -if a customer has queries and calls up Customer support for help, the CSR should LISTEN to, UNDERSTAND and PROBE the customer, educate him about all product details, discuss the variants PROACTIVELY to AVOID confusion and help him make a decision,
                  and not just worry about wrapping up the call asap!
                  -'GO LOOK AT THE SPECS' IS NOT GREAT ADVISE to a customer if he tells you that he's ALREADY LOOKED at them and is doubtful because the description is awful.

                  okay, details now:
                  In september 2nd week(2016) I researched over the internet about good options and decided that Vu 32 inch LED was the one that i wanted especially because it was an android tv and had built in wifi.

                  So i searched for the 'VU 32 inch LED tv' on google,
                  Flipkart seemed to offer a good deal.

                  On flipkart, i found out that there were 2 variants of the VU 32 inch LED tv! (that was new info for me then!)
                  one was 768p priced 14990/-

                  and the second 1080p for 17990/-

                  i found just the above variants then.only 2.thats it.
                  (i say this because there is a 3rd variant with built in wifi which i actually wanted which comes for approx the same
                  price as the above 1080p)

                  The one with 1080p seemed to be better than 768p-because obviously, the resolution!
                  and i had already previously learnt over the internet that it was an android tv and had built in wifi.

                  Back to flipkart website,
                  I noticed that the specs for the one with 768p clearly said that it DID NOT have built in wifi.
                  okay, thats some new info again now.

                  But i also noticed that the specs for the one with 1080p NEITHER SAID YES NOR NO about built in wifi.
                  And here arises the confusion now.

                  I wanted to clarify if the VU 32 inch LED tv with 1080p had built in wifi or not as i had chosen this tv especially because it was
                  an android tv and had built in wifi.

                  So i called up Flipkart Customer "support", got through to a CSR after a lot of tries btw!
                  I explained that i was looking at the two variants, one with 768p and the second with 1080p.
                  I also explained that I noticed that the specs for the one with 768p clearly said that it DID NOT have built in wifi.
                  and that the specs for the one with 1080p NEITHER SAID YES NOR NO about built in wifi.
                  CSR acted very uninterested, did not even try to help, i know that she did not even open up the product details on her PC
                  and did not even have a look at what i was talking about-i know this because she never even once asked me about what
                  specific products i was referring to.
                  she did not want to get into details and advised me that i go look at the specifications!

                  Girl!do you even realize why i am calling CS in the first place!?
                  I mean, come on!did you even listen to what i have been talking about till now?
                  wow, very dissappointed now, i disconnect the call.

                  CSR proved to be utterly useless and a sheer waste of time, she just wanted to wrap up the call.
                  I felt very unwanted as a customer.query was left unresolved.
                  I tried calling CS again, could not get through to a CSR.
                  I did not quite have the patience to call CS again, then after multiple tries, get through to a useless CSR
                  and waste more time and energy and get even more frustrated.

                  So after sometime, assuming that poor flipkart may have 'forgotten' to mention if the 1080p tv had wifi connectivity or not,
                  unlike how it clearly told us about the 768p variant,
                  i went ahead and booked the VU 32 inch LED tv with 1080p

                  i paid through a debit card.

                  The product was delivered on monday-19th sep 2016, it was installed on wed-21st sep 2016
                  -unfortunately I was absent during installation, my mother got it done, so i couldnt have a word with the technician.
                  then today, i try to check how my new tv works, all good till now, then i wonder how i connect the wifi,
                  i call up vu CS, and boom! i learn that the tv i ordered has no internet connectivty, no apps, nothing.
                  and that there are actually 3 different variants of the 32 inch amongst which
                  one is the 768p and the second 1080p-both without internet connectivty and the 3rd 1080p with internet connectivity.
                  surprisingly, on flipkart, between the two 1080p variants, the one WITH internet connectivty is 2k cheaper than the one without!
                  how idiotic!

                  I generate a return and exchange request, get a call from flipkart, i explain the situation, get a typical negative answer.

                    I have ordered a moto e3 power phone and in that i have a doubt that whether the phone has a front camera or not when i called at customer care and asked about the front camera executive told me that this phone does not have a front camera. so i have told him that if this phone does not have a front camera then cancel my order the executive has done the same. when i have checked the reviews of the phone in that front camera is there and then i have called flipkart executive to retrieve my cancelled order the she told that i cannot do the same.
                    And now i am not getting the phone on the website and whenever the phone will be available also the inaugural offer will not be given. so kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue. i want my order to be retrieved again with the same offers.

                        I have purchased lyf flame 8 mobile from flipkart.com under jio preview offer. Before taking delivery they told me that i will receive a promocode after delivery. By which i will receive jio sim instantly after delivery from any reliance digital store. By providing purchase invoice, id and photo and promocode.
                        But after delivery they rejected to provide any promocode. They told me that you should go directly to reliance digital store.
                        But when i visit reliance digital store, they told me that you should take token between 11pm-12pm and wait for 30days to take jio sim.

                          Rs. 7949 through cash on delivery
                          Rs. 7100 through exchange of my phone.
                          Your seller delivered me a dead phone irony is it was flipkart assured, really i was assured that it is just a marketing gimmick to fool the customer.
                          Flipkart took that phone and refunded the money 7949 in bank and 7100 in wallet and i was said that you have to buy from flipkart and use this wallet believing this crap i went for another phone,

                          I had to cancel this order on their feed back, customer care said that whatever i had paid from net banking it will be refunded after 8 working days and again rs. 7100 was transferred to gift card (really my money as gift from fk) and still they want me to buy a phone from fk which i dont want.
                          Kindly help me to get the refund of my money or my old phone as i am without a smart phone from past 20 days

                          Hard to say but i am now fed up with the service of flipkart.

                                  My tracking id is fm[protected] my packet not delivered yet due to address not found but many time flipcart deliverd the courier at the same address and one thing i did not receive any call or message of courier boy i want my packet today before 12 am and if you could not delivered the packet then i want written specification and i will take necessary action on you

I book a rain coat, i am sending some snap of the raincoat, from your site i am receiving total different product, kindly change that product as soon as possible. From your site i am choosing brown color but i got black color. No button is available on font side.

                                      There was a flash on 12:00 pm dated september 21, 2016. i clicked on buy now and the mobile was in my cart. when i was placing order from the cart the message appears "out of stock" please note if the mobile was out of stock then how it could add to my cart. for this i waited 15 minutes earlier from 11:45 am. are you guys playing posting such sales?? if you dont have the stock wth! you make us wait for so long???

                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Continuously I am trying to return my phone and requesting for refund as I didn't liked the phone.
                                      But customer care representative is just delaying by providing me technical support.
                                      I want my money back so that I can purchase other phone from Flipkart.
