I placed an order for a People too on Aug 10. The item is showing in approved stage since that date. Now it's been 1.5 month and I want to cancel this order and get a refund. Flipkart customer care is citing some technical issue in cancelling the orswe and promising me everyday that it will be done in 24 hrs. It's been 1.5 months and I have not got my refund. Please help.

      I bought flame 8 mobile from flipkart with jio sim preview offer. Due to product quality - overheating issue and not getting the jio offer as commited. I have made frequent followups for either solve the issue or get the return back the product. But neither they solved the problem nor agreed to get the product back. Only they have made a false promise every time to solve the problem and frequent dates so that timeline for return option expire.

      Company is completely cheating customer as neither meets the product specification nor support.

            Yesterday (20.09.2016) i have book a mobile phone on my father birthday (i. e. 28.09.2016) to give his birthday present from flipkart order id:od[protected] mobile delivered before 26.09.2016 but today i got a mail from flipkart in which they are unable to delivered phone on time & they are not mention any date when they are delivered this phone, i already paid amount in advance. after booking how they change their words & i never expect this type of commitment from flipkart.

            Kindly please treat as urgent & request you to resolve.

              The phone purchased from flipkart was faulty and the fault appeared prominently after completion of 10 days return period. The flipkart guided to submit phone at le eco center which was done on 14th july 2016. Till date there is no information about brand new phone which was submitted for rectification of manufacturing defects.
              The customer care staff from flipkart and le eco calling to know the history again and again to harass us and always inform that it will be solved within 3 working days (Almost 8 times this was informed in span of 1 month)
              We have suggested if le eco is supplying faulty handset and can not solve the technical problem despite continuous communication, flipkart should stop sale of le eco product as it is not responding to customer grievances.

                Order i'd - od[protected] & the order was lenovo k5 plus.
                I receive my order last friday. But when i turn on mobile i found that, it gets very hot (Heat) while using internet, while calling and during charging time. This is happening from friday to still. When i contact to flipkart about this issue, he didn't reply or give support. Actually flipkart selling damage and poor products.                   I am not able to get the product delieverd at dehradun with pin code 248007. Please make sure that the product is available for dehradun at least on the next flash sale because firstly the product itself you are making available is in small quantity and even after getting at site first i am not able to make an order for it so its quite frustating.

                      I have ordered Stinzo Plastic Car Mat For Hyundai verna, when i received the order i found it was of very bad quality and not like what was mentioned in the photos and description .

                      The moment i saw the product, i initiated the return which was on 12 Sep 2016 and i got the massage that it will be picked up and i will get my refund by 19 th Sep 2016, however its 21 sep 2016 not the product is taken back nor anything about my refund .

                      Even after calling for 3 times and 2 E-mails, there is nothing done by Flipkart.

                        This is really insane what you guys are doing with me, you guys are such a scam that I really like to abuse you guys on every social media channel and will definitely try my level best to sue you in the court. You guys are playing with me since 16 Aug when I cancelled the order because the product i received was used and in very bad condition. You guys gave me several excuses everyday and keep the issue pending even though I called everyday and sent several mails to you. After one month of time, you responded that you cannot pick up the product for return as return service is not provided in the area 226004, so you guys asked me to send the product to the warehouse in Gurgaon on my own expenses and you will refund my courier charges within 24 hours to my gift card section of flipkart. I did the same and sent the courier to Gurgaon address with expense of Rs 1050 as courier charges for which I also sent you all the attachments of receipts of Bluedart courier service. But when you guys saw that your excuses are failed and customer has sent the product, you guys denied to pay the charges by giving other excuses.

                        The worst and insane part is that your seller refused to accept the product at their warehouse.

                        Are you guys in your senses??

                        Are you guys playing games with me???

                        Are you insane??

                        Why the hell do you send apology mails to me, when you are bloody scammers and fraudalent??

                        Who the hell will bear the courier charges??

                        Who the hell will refund my money??

                        I WILL NOT SPARE YOU, I WILL TRY MY EVERY SINGLE EFFORT TO BROADCAST YOUR SCAMS TO PUBLIC

                        REFUND MY MONEY AND COURIER CHARGES ASAP

                        I will not listen to any excuses anymore now, and if the product returns back to me, I will never ship it again. You will have to refund my money and courier charges, if not easy way, then I will not hesitate to turn the table upside down.

                          I am extremely unhappy with flipkart as they made a joke out of my order. I had placed an order for Kenstar KMA50W3S-DBB 500 W Mixer Grinder which was available for Rs. 539 on discount which was due to be delivered to me on 23/09/2016. Tonight on 21/09/2016 i got a message informing me that my order has been cancelled. I mean who cancelled the order? I have never cancelled it from my end.If this is the customer service that you guys are offering then screw flipkart. They are cheating people. I want this to be resolved asap and would like my order reinstated and delivered to me on the due date. It has been also been already dispatched as per the text update. Tidy up Flipkart!

                            I have ordered samsung galaxy j5-6(Order ID: OD[protected]in flipkart dt 12 September, 2016 8:36 PM, delivered on Sat, 17th Sep07:38 pm from the seller SuperComNet, which i did not like for the quality issues and also for the overheating issue.I paid an amount of Rs.11990 through cash on delivery.

                            I have placed the return request( (Return ID:[protected]) dt Sun, 18th Sep09:39 am, immediately after seeing this.When we contact customer care they do not respond nicely.
                            They only want not to take the item back and try to convince us to keep the product for ourselves in all possible ways.They say to install some apps in new phone received which the phone fails to do

                            Now my return request is rejected and I find that my return request surely falls under return policy of flipkart and when i previously ordered phones from flipkart i was satisfied as they were fine.They are playing games with peoples money.I don't want any more business with flipkart. Please reopen my return request and accept it to refund my amount. It was not any fun for me to order phones and return. You can check my past order history. Only once, that too i cancelled my order not returned.

                            Sir, Whoever is the authority of this Consumer Complaints, I humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
                            My desirable resolution is "Accept the return request and refund my amount"

                                The person who came to deliver a new phone in exchange of an old phone wanted the phone in scratch free, dent free & fresh looking condition.
                                Just wanted to understand that when one is returning an old handset, I assume which probably would have been used for about a year or two. Do you really expect that used handset to be looking as good as new ?
                                I certainly was disappointed to not to get the delivery of the new phone as it was supposed to be a gift to someone.
                                Would probably appreciate, either info like this to be displayed in BOLD, so as to avoid disappointment or acceptance of slightly damaged handset, understanding that used handset will have some or the other minimal issue and definitely wouldn't be in "pit pat" condition.
                                Looking forward to an appropriate response than citing company's terms & conditions, etc.

                                  We have ordered the mobile lenovo vibe k5 note and same has been received on 16-sep-16 order no :- od[protected].

                                  On the same day we found the mobile facing some restart and hang up issue. And we requested for the device replacement or else refund us our money. Flipkart representative committed to it will be refunded (Return id:[protected] - requested. Still the device was not picked up with us and even no refund facility is provided.in short they are doing the fraud business.

                                  As per the flipkart policy it should be replaced within 10 days if the customer not happy but still they are not taking seriousness on the same.
