I am a online seller and facing unjustifed returns from flipkart. the product I am selling are mobile tempered glass, back covers, books and home decor items
Whereas I found 100 % return, in the beginning about damaged products, then the quality of packing was made highly secured, then the returns were due to another reasons, for other products too - for one way or the other, next even in books, however, today I received return of the book that doesnot belong to my inventory and was sold by another seller from Kolkata, its manifest was lying between and even that manifest was not of the book the seller of Kolkata send, the outside packing is same but the inner product is changed. then I review my other products, damaged one, the outside packing is good but the thermocole inside was pierced, means someone is opening the packing and doing mischief...
Got news that it is done by the members of the company itself to earn income by return debits levied to sellers...
How unjustified and unprofessionals are now e selling marketeers - even customer is getting baffled.
