    I had registered a request with flipkart on 5th October, 2016 bearing the incident no. IN[protected] and I was told that it would be resolved within 24 hours but it has not been resolved yet. I had asked for the issue of a duplicate INVOICE of a purchase I had made on flipkart on 4th November, 2015. I want the duplicate INVOICE because I have lost the original one and I need it to send the product for servicing purpose

    It would be very helpful if the issue is resolved ASAP as the servicing warranty is only for a limited period and I need to avail it.

        i reced the handset as on monday, but when i open the handset nd use it
        i have some manufturing defects, the product can not suport any 4s sim card, its a network related issue,
        i want to replace the handset, i have complained of mi.com care no.
        the faund the problem same, but the guide me to complain to flipkart toll free no., but from last 1 days i call on flipkart no. but there is no responce of my call, all the lines are busy of this helpline. i want to change the handset in doa /1 month replacement policy

        pls provide some solution, as soon as possible

          Respected sir/madam..
          I have a ordered a product on Flipkart on the first date of the big billion day(02 nd october).The name of the product was Reebok classic court men sneakers.I had a minor issues with the stitching on the product.And i want to replace the product for the new one.So I went to select the return option and then replacement But there was no option of Replacing in the Return selection box.But unknowingly i gave return and then selected refund ...after that i called customer care of flipkart to ask about the replacement but they said first they cancel the replacement and then they will check for the replacement and i got disconnected...and again I called the customer care and said about the replacement they said that Replacement cannot be made because the product was out of stock.But i had a confusion that they have said 30 days exchange policy but i cannot get it ...so kindly help me in getting the replacement of the product.I am not against flipkart on other any cause...the only thing that i need was replacement of my defective product

            At the time of placing order the fastrack item displayed is completely different to the one which it is displaying now 2days after placing order. I didnt order for this product and i am not able to understand how the product order by me is changed after 2 days of order. I contacted Flipkart on this issue and they are saying that i have ordered only for that product . I have ordered total 3 quantity of the same product and they are saying that they dont have enough stock with seller and they have cancelled my product

              My name is Vitraag Mehta. I am in grade 6. This was the first time I have ordered a laptop skin. I had bought an skin for my laptop and specified all my details I need. I have got an world map skin. It is what I have ordered but the size is not at all fitting. It is for a Mac book pro ( NO RETINA ) and they have delivered me a Mac book Pro with retina display skin. This is what I do not appreciate what has been done. So please change it as soon as possible or please do something about it.

                I have ordered Woodland sandal(Qty-2) and showing available on app and paid an amount of Rs.3294 through my SBI debit Card. Then i got confirmation message that Item will be delivered by 15 Oct, 16. Mentioned amount was debited from my account. Then after some time i got a message stating that Refund Processed, your refund of Rs.1647 will be credited in 2 business days. Same day i called to CCE and she told me that i am very sorry and order cancelled because retailer don't have stock for this sandals now. I asked that i need it so what should i do, she replied that we can't do anything . This is really ridiculous that such a big brand is doing blunder . If you don't have stock show at least out of stock and 2nd thing i got a message for refund of 1pair of sandal only .
                To book this product i spent lot of time, now i want compensation.

                  I bought a pair shoes from Flipkart on 2nd October. I received a fake shoe today. I'm very disappointed Order Ref: OD[protected].
                  It's a fake company I want the seller banned. Flipkart sale is fake they are selling fake products. Big billion means sell fake products make millions. How can we believe if they give original products or fake. I have attached a pic. The box seems original but shoes is completely fake. Now how can I possibly believe whether they sell fake products or Original. I could have bought the shoe from other website for Slightly more money. Now that the sale is no more there. How can I get a good shoe in my budget. How can they sell fake products I'm still wondering.

                    Dear Team

                    In flipkart Aug'16 month i have purchased ASUS mobile, i am getting so many problems in that mobile so i have returned on 23rd of Aug'16. that time the executive had told with 7 business days amount will be credited in your account. After 7th business day i have called the customer care team they are telling it will take again 8 business days. For totally refund procedure they are taking 15 business days. I have purchased the mobile in CRIDIT CARD of citi bank. tomorrow is my due date i want to pay the full amount of Rs.8999.00 or-else they are charging late payment fee and interest everything.

                    Last two days i have calling the customer care they are telling i have forwarded issue to billing team, amount will be refunded on or before 6th Oct'16 refund request will be initiated.

                    I can't believe the Flip-kart company they failed means i want to the late payment fee and interest.

                    So kindly help on this,
                    And credit the amount of Rs.8999.00 to my account by tomorrow with out fail.

                      I have ordered moto epower and showing available on app also but next day normally checking my order list, there i have seen that my moto epower order is cancelled . Same day called to CCE and she told me that i am very sorry and phone cancelled because retailer don't have stock for this mobile now. I asked that i need it so what should i do, she replied that order now you will get your phone. Again i placed a order and done payment also but this time I got a message just after 5 min that your order has been cancelled and refund will be credited in 2 business working days. This is really ridiculous that such a big brand is doing blunder . If you dont have stock show atleast out of stock and 2nd thing almost 9500 INR is blocked .

                          Yesterday I have raised one complaint for mobile is not getting switched on.i.e., Flipkart Complaint I'd - 1397249. Customer support is asking me to provide the credit/debit card details. As I don't want to provide credit card details I have provided debit card details. They told refund amount will get credited. But it didn't get credited. May I know what exactly the problem is.
                          And one more thing I have used gift vouchers worth Rs. 1500 while purchasing mobile. Wat about that amount. I am expecting gift voucher/money in return.

                            I purchased Moto E3 Power and got SD card free. But the card was defective and when I contacted to customer care to replace the product he assured me of refunding the amount of Rs 629, through SMS. After some time when I again contacted they told me to give Rs. 250 in my wallet which was not sufficient to purchase another SD card of same configuration.

                                  I had purchased one product on October 2nd. October 3rd I wanted to buy newer one. So I bought new one on October 3rd and tried to cancel the other product which was booked on 2nd october.
                                  But it s not allowing me to cancel the item. It is still not yet shipped and tried to cancel the item using customer care, they are saying that once it is booked, you can not cancel it. What kind of product they are selling ? I clearly told that I do not want that product any more and wanted to cancel. and Since it is not yet reached my place, telling them to cancel the product. But they are sayingt that cancel option is not possible for that product. I am really disaapointed with this.
