I placed a order for a college bag on 2nd september, the delivery date date was 16th september but the bag has not delivered yet after a wait of 17 days. and now they are asking me to place a new order and wait for more days for my bag to be deliver. Bag had reached the local post office in sufficient time but due to company's irresponsible behaviour no one had received the shipment from their side and now the bag is shipped back to their warehouse. kindly help me

    I have ordered Asus genuine 3GB model they delivered 2GB model, I applied for exchange but they again delivered another 2GB model. After this I asked for return but the same was not processed, I talked to customer care executive but he misbehaved and blocked my flipkart ID reasoning on unnecessary returns but I hadn't been returning any item after December 2015. They simply cheated on me. I want to get the matter resolved but if flipkart will not take appropriate steps I will go to consumer forum. My ID was by name AKSHAY SOLANKI

      I have ordered a product about two week before but still i haven't got my product, i have tried to contact with the customer care but they are saying we can't help you. Even i have contacted the courier company but they are saying that they are too busy and not able to deliver product. It is easy to shop online but i am suggesting anyone that please try to buy from a reputated eCom sites not from these low grade flipkart type company.

          I had ordered a Lenovo Vibe K5 plus. I contacted the customer service regarding overheating issues. They asked me to install smartchk app. The first time the check was done the temperature was found to be 35°. I called again later when the phone felt very hot. I begged again for a check it was found to be 41.7°. they told that they will send a technical personnel to my home on 20th. But I will leave for college, for which they asked me to leave the phone at home. How ridiculous is that!? Now I checked the phone temperature with the help of an app. It is found to be 53°. But, I wonder what will be suffice to convince them of the problem. I want to avail return and replacement. Can someone please make sure it is done?

            Dear Sir Madam,

            I have ordered Apple iPhone 6s from FlipKart on[protected]. It was mentioned that I will get it by[protected]. Till[protected] PM I have not received order and in the Site also it was showing on[protected] it has been dispatched from Bangalore Transport center to Mumbai Bhiwandi sorting center but no update after that. So I then called the FlipKart customer executive she also said the status is not updated from 2 days and said she will check with the backend team and why it is delayed and escalate the mater and update me in 25 hrs.

            To My surprise after my call within 1 hr the status in the FilpKart updated that it will now delivered on 19 Sept 2016. I waited till 11 AM on[protected] so that I can get any reply why suddenly after my call delivery date was extended for 3 days
            Then since got no email or call I Called FlipKart again around 11 AM on 17 Sept. The excutive told me that order is already dispatched from Bhiwandi and reached our Kandivali Hub and you will receive your order today by 7 PM.
            I waited till 6.30 PM I didn't got any cal or email nither parcel. I then call FlipKart again the executive listened all my case and said let me check and gather the status from backend team I keep you call on hold for 2 minutes after 2 minutes I again ask he said please wait 1 minute more I waited and suddenly he disconnected the call.
            I Immediately called again but to my Shock he keep on telling apology note talking here and there but no information about my order. And just said the status that it has reached Bhivandi and we are working on it. I said in the morning your executive told me it despatched from Bhivandi and reached Kandivali and will delivered to me by 7 PM and now you are saying that it is still in Bhivandi also he tell I can not check with anyone from my side I can only say what I see in the website. So frustrated I told him forward this call to your senior after multiple time asking then he forwarded my call to his senior

            The experience with the senior was equal horrible I ask him why you Morning executive lied to me that it reached Kandivali when the order was in Bhivandi only and why so much delay. After continuous asking also he did not replied me for this question. He said I will update you after sometime. So frustrated I said I want status update and answer to my question by 2 hrs.

            I waited for 3 and1/2 hours but no reply on mail or call I call Flipkart again I asked and the call was routed to senior he was just saying your order will be delivered on 19 mo aswer for why so much delay andwhy false information given to me after long talk he was just tell the status whati see in website by myself I asked him to route the call to your Manager. After multiple time asking and holding me for 5 minute after that he transferred the call to his manager
            The manager listened to all I suffered to and just apologise and said I can not do anything from my side and we can give only information we see on website. But I am writing the mail to concern authority.

            This is very bad first not informing the customer proactively from your own side the reason for the huge delay then if customer calls either you give wrong information or just keep saying recorded type of information but no status or reply to any question from the customer. and third after multiple complain by the customer taking no action in the backend to resolve the customer problem. This is like a fooling to customer and playing with his emotion and doing nothing
            If I believe the status of flipkart website then also my order was in Bhivandi[protected] at 10.50 PM around and today after 24 hours it is still at Bhivandi that too after multiple complain from the customer
            I requested Flipkart manager also through your means I request Flipkart deliver my order by tomorrow[protected] or refund my money back with the bank penalty amount since I have purchased it on EMI through FlipKart site.

              I am very old customer of Flip kart online shopping, i booked a t shirt(details above mentioned) and when i booked this product it shows that it will deliver till 16 September 2016 but today it is 17 Sept. 2016 and till now there is no information, i booked this order from this site because i believe that you guys always deliver product in the mentioned time frame but it's not true. my brother has birthday on 16 Sept. 2016 and that's why i purchased this product from your trusted site but what happen you guys are also like other on line shopping site where there is not true and genuine commitment.
              i will write another mail from my govt official id and i am very much active on liked in Facebook, twitter and other social sites, i need intimidate feedback from my query and i hope you have care for you valuable customer.

                I ordered a nike fission perfume and got the delivery on 7th of sept, 2016. but got the shock of life when i opened the sealed box. a duplicate product in a original pack. immediately i filed complain online for call back and i got a call from flipcart. after realizing the issue he assured to take back the product and also refund the money within next 24 hours. but it turned out to be vague.. then after 5 days i filed complaint again and again the same thing. someone assured me about the product return & money refund within next 24 hours.. but till date exactly nothing happened. i cant afford to pay 660/- for a duplicate product, delivered by flipcart. its really shoking. still waiting to resolve the issue... if this forun can help me out of it ...

                  I purchased a Samsung S7 2016 mobile phone through flipkart and it was delivered to me on 5.9.16

                  I used the phone for 3-4 days and found that its sound volume is very low.

                  I called the customer care helpline [protected] three times. I was informed that you should have checked its features before ordering. How can I check volume of mobile before receiving it ?
                  More this mobile phone was not available in open market.It was available only on flipkart.

                  Now I want to return this mobile and get another good piece of Samsung J7 2016 whose sound volume is very good. Or Under the exchange scheme I am willing to buy Sony Xperia C4 mobile phone through flipkart. Whatever extra money is to be paid, I will pay it'

                  But nobody is listning on helpline.

                  under exchange scheme give me Sony xperia C4 dual mobile phone. I will pay the difference or extra amount required.

                  The loudest volume of sound (ringtone and others) of this mobile is hardly audible at 5-8 feet distance.

                        I have booked redmi 3s prime from flipkart on 14th September 2016 and they guaranteed next day delivery but it was not delivered.Even after filing complaint with them, they gave 2 days time and stil not delivered and now saying to wait for few more days. I am gonna file complain against them in consumer court for misguiding customers. They update wrong information with them. I haven't booked any product earlier but this was the first time and I am really very disappointed, never gonna purchase anything from them again and also tell anyone to not buy. Other shopping sites deliver within the date given. They are first giving wrong date and telling people to wait. I have to bear humiliation due to them and they are gonna pay for that. I will bring them in court.

                          I am a online seller and facing unjustifed returns from flipkart. the product I am selling are mobile tempered glass, back covers, books and home decor items
                          Whereas I found 100 % return, in the beginning about damaged products, then the quality of packing was made highly secured, then the returns were due to another reasons, for other products too - for one way or the other, next even in books, however, today I received return of the book that doesnot belong to my inventory and was sold by another seller from Kolkata, its manifest was lying between and even that manifest was not of the book the seller of Kolkata send, the outside packing is same but the inner product is changed. then I review my other products, damaged one, the outside packing is good but the thermocole inside was pierced, means someone is opening the packing and doing mischief...
                          Got news that it is done by the members of the company itself to earn income by return debits levied to sellers...
                          How unjustified and unprofessionals are now e selling marketeers - even customer is getting baffled.

                              I would like to apprise you of an on going scam under the name and title 'flipkart'. Yesterday I received a message saying the following,
                              "Best Deal, Flipkart's Best Selling Moto 4G Plus in Rs. 599 only. Buy It now Before Sale Ends. Cash on Delivery also available. Visit now http://flipkart.dhamaka-offers.com"

                              I am very upset that such kind of scams are allowed to pursue despite flipkart being such a wide market player. I went through the process which asks you to download the flipkart app. I tried to do so and I think I installed a virus. You are vicariously liable to prosecute and terminate such fraudulent activity in the interest of your prospective clients. I request you to please file criminal complaints and shut down such activity at the earliest.

                              Under the circumstances, I have to inform you that if I have been subject to any criminal activity, breach of privacy, cheating, fraud, withdrawal of cash amount from my savings account, you will be vicariously liable for the same both under civil and criminal law.

                                  The TV I ordered came to me broken. Refund requested has been accepted but nobody is coming to pick it up from last one month even after daily follow ups.

                                    I had ordered Onida washing machine and it was suppose to be delivered on sep7.

                                    1. No updates on Sep 7, i called them on sep8 FK executive told they will get back on sep9, sep9 again no response, i called them back again they said they will solve the problem and give the solution on11 but again no response on 11 now they want to cancel the order and i have wait till 8 days to get back my money.

                                      Omg!! Didn't expect worst experience with Flipkart no menu slips, no stereo effect in ear phones I feel ear phone is older one... And the request I ask for Flipkart group is please help me to solve thz problem to by contacting me as soon as possible hope thz complaint is not rejecting...

                                        I ordered for a Prestige induction cooktop from Flipkart for around 2300 Rs. They sent me a downgraded model for around 1600 rs with a note saying "As we are out of stock we are sending you a better and upgraded model" which was not true. Flipkart did not even upfrontly informed me or refunded the balance amount. When I called them up they said that they cannot refund the balance and neither they can exchange the product and provide the one i ordered for. Instead they said that they will pickup the Induction and refund the amount and then I can place a new order which is not helpful as I do not have a cooktop and won't be able to have homemade food as I have just moved from Mumbai to Delhi. I even posted the same on their FB page with all the pics.
