Its regarding my product which i placed in flipkart for Samsung Galaxy J5 with order no as below:

Amount Paid: Rs. 11990 through EMI

In the address part i have mentioned full address for delivery along with pin code. At the time of order place other pincode added. So when the order was near to my point (LB nagar) no one called me on pin code missroute.
Its an common sense to call customer on any issue in delivery. As u can see if having two pincode, any one just cross check both the pin code with mentioned address.

Tell me one more thing " What do you mean by In-a-day Guarantee Delivery".? As per your commitment i need by product delivered by today EOD. Or else i need delay penalty for next day delivery.

This is what the Flipkart services you are providing to customer and making public fools sometime jokers.
Please try to respond or reply my mail and don't through it to trash box.

    I have bought I phone 5S from flipkart . After using only for 9 days, suddenly it heats up and and now its not charging. I called the Apple care, they have instructed to contact nearest customer care.
    Previously I bought the laptop anfter 5 months o[censored]se, battery was damaged, i didn't received any warrenty cover because as per Dell my warrenty was already over.

    I am very much disappointed by the quality of product supplied and hence request for early replacement for my IPhone 6S.

      Hi,
      I ordered asus Zen laptop and few days after I got a call from courier guy subhash, that he, s waiting for me with the packet. By the time I reached there he was gone and his phone was unreachable.
      Few hours later I got an SMS that my courier is delivered ti someone they called my friend Rahul Sharma. I immediately called Flipkart to let them know they've delivered it to wrong person.
      I personally met the courier guy and he told that he delivered it at a nearby bridge to 2 guys on bike.
      Now when I'm following up with Flipkart, they're claiming that rahul Sharma is my friend and they've delivered my courier at door step.
      I'm now following up with Flipkart since 1 month and now they're refusing to return my money 49, 800.

      Please help

        I had purchase Lenovo Vibe K5 Note. From the day one my phone has a call speaker issue. I am unable to hear clearly what the caller is speaking. I tried using different SIM cards and also made calls from different locations but the issue still persists. I have done hard reset and software update. Nothing helped.

        I had immediately raised a return request on the same day I received the delivery. Your team did smartcheck and say my phone is fine. How can you say my phone just by running app remotely and doing checks on my phone. You come and make a call and then decide if you are able to hear the caller's voice.

        I used to buy stuff from Flipkart now I have lost faith on Flipkart and I recommend my friends not to buy anything from Flipkart.

            With reference to the below mentioned deal details, I purchased a Lenovo brand laptop worth Rs.28445 from the above company through its webiste https://www.flipkart.com

            Product - Lenovo B40-80 Core i3 (5th Gen) - (4 GB/500 GB HDD/Free DOS) 80F600A7IH B4080 Notebook
            .
            I mention following grievances:-
            (1)That the company had given me in written prior to purhase that they would provide "pre-installed" Windows-8 Operating System with the laptop.But it was not done so.Although I have tried reaching out them through emails & phone calls for a definite solution to provide me the Operating System i.e Windows-8 as promised by them in written, they are not providing any proper and definite solution, infact, they are simply providing vague replies and therefore their conduct is causing my valuable money invested to purchase laptop as mentioned above from their company getting wasted.I am also suffering mental agony.

            (2)That they promised to deliver the laptop on 10th of September 2016.But they delayed the delivery till 11th September, 2016.(Though it was paid delivery)

            (3)That the above mentioned company should provide me Windows-8 operating system.

            (4)That I demand proper compenstion from the above mentioned company for the breach of trust and for mental agony which I am suffering due to their conduct.
            I have been cheated (by saying that windows will be pre-intall in it), misguided (In providing solution of the product )and provided fake information befor the purchase in the Pre Sales To Order:Pre-order Enquiry [Incident: IN[protected]] supporting document are attached below.

            Please refer to the events mentioned below chronologically:-

            [protected] I placed a query in the above mentioned company regarding whether i will get a "Pr-installed" window 8 operating system with the device or i will have to install it?

            [protected] The company's customer support wrote, "I would like to inform you that the product operating system windows 8 will be pr-installed in the product."

            [protected] I placed the order.Delivery date was fixed on[protected] from company's side.

            [protected] They did not deliver the product.

            [protected] They delivered the product.Upon receiving the product It was checked by me but Windows-8 was not "pre-installed".

            [protected] I forwarded a complaint to company through proper channel in written.

            [protected] Though I received an email from their side, I was amazed to see that didnt not provide any definite solution to the complaint which I raised And.no "proper& definite" solution from thier side has been provided till date.
            Therefore, I am hereby filling this complaint against Flipkart in front of your hon'ble authority for proper adjudication as deemed fit.

            Till this date "no definite step" has been taken by the company to resolve my complaint.Although I approached them but they not agreeing on installing Windows-8 in the purchased laptop which is my main issue raised and which they confirmed(in written) prior to purchase. company's email- [email protected]

              I ordered a samsung on5 mobile phone via Internet banking from flipkart online shopping site.
              In the same day 10:51pm, i got an email stating that flipkart has itself cancelled my order and my cash will be refunded back to me.
              They have this item on stock and was not indicated that this is out of stock.
              I checked the site this morning and found the phone still there ready to be purchased.
              This is a clear violation of consumer rights.

One was related to mobile exchange and other two were related to Citi bank. The 2nd offer was related to converting your purchase into EMI which has have not happened and also customer care is not reachable or busy so i cant even express things on phone. Kindly advise for some legal action.

                  I am Param Nimawat and I'm a Seller of flipkart. I'm a Entrepreneur. Flipkart put On hold My account due to sale a fake product on flipkart. I sent my genuine Invoices to flipkart but they rejected my Invoices and say it's not valid. I was talk to Seller Support for know a rejection of Invoices but they say we don't know the reason of rejection. They says it is a discussion of concern team.

                  Then I say please transfer my call to concern department but he say I can't transfer your call to concern team. I said to executive please know a reason of rejection but they ignored me.

                  Ok Guyes, it is a flipkart fraud. Suppose, A person Who started his work without support and he took a Loan from Bank and One day he message from flipkart that " Your Account has been On Hold". What a surprise :(

                  Now I have no money to pay bank loan. I have lot of goods But, it's not selling. I am totally frustrated. Remember when the seller will go away then flipkart also away. This company is run along the seller. Please Active My account.

                                Please sort this out. I have missed 3 days of office because of incapability of your support and fraud of the 3rd party Tech team.
                                They are just passing time and cancelling requests on their own without even consulting me
                                They schedule a pick up then cancel it on their own.
                                The Ekart person who is supposed to pick the device up marks that I decided to keep the product and cancels the request without even contacting me

                                    I bought redmi note 3 (Silver) 32gb from flipkart on 3rd sept 2016 order id #od[protected]. It was delivered to me on 6th sept.. On checking the phone i found that second sim slot (Nano sim) was not getting all the network (3g and 4g) so i placed a request to return the product on 12 sept 2016 as they have 10 days return policy.. They said to get it checked with mi service center.. On getting it checked with mi service center on 12 sept 2016 they confirmed it is a hardware issue and should be replaced by flipkart jobsheet number wxin[protected].. On telling same to flipkart they are not taking any action and always rejecting my replacement request.

                                    Kindly look into it and get it resolved.. They are harassing me for last 3 days and not replying..

                                      I have purchased a SWIPE mobile handset whose battery is not retaining charge beyond 8 hrs in standby mode. You are requested to get changed the battery.

                                      This problem is faced for the past almost three months. I visited SWIPE authorised service center named as Perfect Tech Care, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi on 2nd Sept 2016 where I met an uneducated, untrained, arrogant young boy who was not having any spares who asked me to leave the handset for a minimum of 15 days. The place was so clumsy that it was difficult to believe that it is an authorised service center.

                                      I took my cell phone back. Please help me. If the battery has to be changed, it should be readily available and can be changed in 10 minutes. Why a brand new handset is required to be completely dismantled by untrained unprofessional person for his trial and error. The only thing which is required to be tested is battery, which can be removed, tested and replaced but he started opening the set without opening a job card.

                                      I have purchased this mobile because of the credibility of FLIPKART not the brand name of SWIPE.
