I have purchased a SWIPE mobile handset whose battery is not retaining charge beyond 8 hrs in standby mode. You are requested to get changed the battery.
This problem is faced for the past almost three months. I visited SWIPE authorised service center named as Perfect Tech Care, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi on 2nd Sept 2016 where I met an uneducated, untrained, arrogant young boy who was not having any spares who asked me to leave the handset for a minimum of 15 days. The place was so clumsy that it was difficult to believe that it is an authorised service center.
I took my cell phone back. Please help me. If the battery has to be changed, it should be readily available and can be changed in 10 minutes. Why a brand new handset is required to be completely dismantled by untrained unprofessional person for his trial and error. The only thing which is required to be tested is battery, which can be removed, tested and replaced but he started opening the set without opening a job card.
I have purchased this mobile because of the credibility of FLIPKART not the brand name of SWIPE.
Please Help.
