Issue: warranty claim
As i had issues in battery, i called lenovo customer centre (11 august, 2016) and confirmed my activeness of my warranty period. Also i have confirmed the same through online (Photo attached). The customer care executive said, "the product and battery is under warranty till 28th august, 2016. But the warranty has to be claimed to the seller"
I informed him that i got the product through flipkart ws retail. Even then, he asked me to contact flipkart customer care.
Later i contacted flipkart customer care on the same day to enquire about the process of warranty claim. Unfortunately, there too the customer care executive denied that flipkart has no role in warranty claim. Its completely under lenovo service centre.
I only have another few days before my warranty expires. Both these guys are pointing each other and i am frustrated.
