Hi Team,

Please take action against Flipkart. They are cheating on people sending bad products and when we ask them for replacement, they simply said its not possible.

Recently I bough a Lenovo K5 Note from Flipkart and upon receiving I saw that the sim slots are not working. SO i asked for replacement but they denied on my face and kept on harassing me saying technicians will come this day or that day. Why are they then saying 10 days replacement, whereas i requested return within 2 hours of receiving the product. Please help and take action

Today(29/8/16) when i started the mixer grinder, i found than some strange sounds are coming then it got switched off.please repair this mixer grinder as early as possible.please call me at this number-[protected]

I Ordered a Product from Flip kart and I received the expected delivery date too but one evening my order was cancelled by flipkart team from my account without any knowledge or concern from my end.

this shows breach of security for transactions which they possible to share or use my account details without my knowledge ? .

Flipkart delivers me a defective product with a cracked screen and when I place a return request within 10 days the Flipkart personnel just denies my request claiming that you should place it within 24hrs.If the box has been opened on the 8th day itself how the hell can I to know it's a defective piece.Why do you keep a policy which you cannot keep up too!!!

      I had placed an order for onida 6.2 kg fully automatic top load washing machine vide order# od[protected] on 12th august, 2016 which they are supposed to delivery by 18th august, 2016. On not getting delivery i contact customer care on 20th august an escalated matter with then which they resolved and promise the delivery on 28th august, 2016. Same happened again and when i contact again on 31st august, 2016 they escalated issue and assured me that it will resolved by 2nd september, 2016. Again same happened and when i contact on 2nd september, 2016 they assured that it will resolved by 4th sept, 2016 same again now when i called customer care they put me on hold for about 30 minis and change my delivery on 9th sept, 2016 without my concern, i am attaching some email which i get from flipkart for the said matter which i cannot upload as its is in pdf formate

        OD[protected], waiting for last 3 days for my order for which status show out of delivery. Worst is calling centre and getting same feedback n false assurance will be delivered today. Since 3 days they r not able to track my order neither r confirming delivery boy number n to top it every day thy send auto reply customergo is not responding. This is utter rubbish and flipkart can't get away bl with this claim. More so I have ordered for phone in exchange for which I have already done formating of my working phone to be exchange, but this won't be any of concern to flipkart. Hope somebody will respond to this n not auto reply answer.

          I have ordered redmi 3s prime (32gb gold) from fipkart on 31st august 2016 and i haven't cancelled the item but got mail from your site (Flipkart) stating that the my request of product cancellation is being processed which i havn't lodged.
          Its very inconvinient for me. I want some actions against the site and i want my product as it is very important for me. This is very disappointing as a customer.

                Ive order a redmi 3son wednesday yesterday it had to be deleivered but on 7 pm deleivery boy called me and said that he will deleiver it today morning 4 sept but it has not reached me yet now my order status is showingthat no response from customer i compalin to customer care 10 times but no response they made a false commitment of deleivering it and waisted my time . If you are not able to fullfill your commitment so why you are fooling common consumer.

                  I have purchased the asus mobile on27th august 2016. The delivery was supposed to done on 31st august 2016. The product was supposed to be deliverd on 2nd september 2016 than on 4th septamber and than on 6th september.
                  The product is yet to be delivered
                  The flipkart doesnot call and give any information for delay. We have to call and ask for the product. Everytime new executive is calling who doesnot know what has happened. The calling and repeatedly asking and getting same answer is frustrating and at some extent i would like to calll harresment.
                  The team seems not accountable.

                      somebody called me from No.[protected] on 06/09/2016 by 3.26 pm stating that he was calling from Consumer Complaints and asked about the nature of complaint. I briefed the nature of complaint. During our very short conversation for 2 minutes he asked me that a number would come to my mobile and to tell the number to him. In good faith I conveyed the number received in my mobile. Then he told me that I would be replaced the erroneous product with a correct one within a few days. I came to know from the message received through my mobile that the refund action was initiated for correct transaction of a product which I have received. Within an lnterval 3 minutes he again called me to tell about the action initiated during which I told that the action was initiated against a right transaction. Again he asked me about the wrong transaction and again a number[OTP] received by me which I told him. Again a message received through my mobile stated that I would be refunded the amount paid by me. Subsequently I received two messages through my mobile from Filipkart that I was refunded the amounts, which I paid for the above referred two transactions, to my Canara Bank Account. But, I am a State Bank of India account holder and effected payment from my SBI A/c through Internet Bank. Hence, now I understand that I have been cheated by some fraudster. This is for the attention of other such affected persons.

                          My Name is Sushovan Mondal. Firstly I am really sorry to disturb you over the email, Hope you are doing well. I have no another option to share my pain regarding Flipkart service and that is the reason I have decided to email you.
                          1st issue:
                          I am a customer of Flipkart since a long time. Few days ago I ordered a Product (order ID : C[protected]-[protected], My registered email ID is [protected]@gmail.com and registered contact number is [protected]) and the delivery date was 2nd Sep 2016, I have been waiting for my product since long time as it was too needed to me how ever after a long waiting I received a message from Flipkart that customer requested for delay delivery. This is completely wrong, I did not request any kind of delay delivery when it is too needed to me. My question is why this fraud is going on with the reputed brand Flipkart?
                          2nd Issue:
                          My Wife Sanchita Mondal ( Her account email ID is: [protected]@gmail.com and the registered number is [protected]) has placed an order for a Wardrop (Order ID: OD[protected] and it is received on 2nd Sep 2016 in the evening, when we opened the product we have seen that the hanger of the product was defected and the quality was not expected. So we have decided to return the product by following the Flipkart return policy and we did it on the same date(2nd Sep 2016) of receiving and the tracking ID is( FMPR[protected]). On 3rd Sep 2016 I received a message from Flipkart in my registered number [protected] that the product will be picked up today itself (3rd Sep. 9.00am) at 10.44 I received another message from Flipkart where it is stated that I decided to keep the product and the return process has cancel by your end. Again I am completely unaware of it, neither my wife nor me did any this kind of activities.
                          Therefore I am surprised that how a India’s largest and best Online shopping organization can do such kind fraud activities. So I called to customer care 3 times but the disconnected the call rather helping me. I have requested to have a word with the supervisor for my concern he also disconnected the call and no one even call back me. Do you think it is a good and proper service you are giving your customer. I am considering it as a Bad service with Fraud service as you are sending message, requesting cancel return, delay delivery where customer is completely unaware about it. Could you please tell me how can we customer can trust you with this service
                          Therefore I would like to request you to take care of the concern and help me with this. I have attached all call records and need full screen shots with the email. I hope fruitful feedback from you. I still faith on you and your management so not decided to go ahead to the police file.
                          Your help would be highly appreciated.

                                I purchased a Saxophone through Flipkart. The packaging was in perfect condition. When I opened it I was disappointed to see that one of the keys was snapped.                                     I had ordered twice the same product and both the times the wrist band was missing...

                                    I like to get a reply from the authorities of flipkart for the following

                                    1) I have wasted my time and money wasting and blocking my time for last 10 days without getting any benefit from the order

                                    2) Does a customer has to pay a penalty of of blocking the money on credit card, interest paid to credit card and unable to use the product

                                    3) Will flipkart have a reply to my mental torture and agony created from that nuisance?

                                        Hello,
                                        I bought an Phone on Flipkart with 300 days replacement feature. Anyways, my device was okay within 5 days but it has started to bug me with various issues. Battery problem, speaker disability sometimes. When i spoke to flipkart executives, they aren't giving me any support. I want Replacement or refund.
                                        Flipkart is cheating customers by supplying malfunctioning products.
