I have ordered asus zenfone max 32gb but i recieved samsung guru allready complaint on flipkart customer care number but there no response till time. Allready mailed [protected]@flipkart.com. Those response are comes to me i shocked when i saw that. He replyed to me we will not give you your refund and replacement.
I request to you please solve my issue as soon as possible.

    Flipkart is the worst ecommerce platform.customer service is very worst.if flipkart delivered faulty device.they dont even return or refund.the portal is also worst and dont get updated even after five days of product delivered.so i will recommend everyone not to buy any product.customer service is very very very worst.if we call flipkart customer care every day someone pick the call..and rise the issue as new one.but they dont give any solution for the issue.this will happen again again..atlast loss to the customer.So my humble request do not buy any product from flipkart.

      Subject: unethical trade practice, denial of service, poor service.

      It is with great regret that i am writing this letter to make flipkart conscious to the inconvenience caused to me after availing flipkart deficient services.

      That i placed order on flipkart website for “apple 16 gb ipad mini with retina display” which is at 90% discount rate (Ref. Date on wed., 11th may 2016). Actual cost of the product is 23, 003 inr rs. And offered value was 2203 rs.
      That i placed order immediately seeing flipkart has such as attractive offer.

      I placed total two products on flipkart.com. All my purchases were duly confirmed by them formally. That flipkart.com confirmed my order for “apple 16 gb ipad mini with retina display” on phone.

      That i placed order which is in dispute are as follow: (1) order number od[protected] on dated 11th may 2016, 06:49pm and; (2) order number od[protected] on dated 11th may 2016, 07:03pm. Flipkart had also confirmed that my order will be deliver by june 04, 2016. Flipkart sold disputed product in partnership with seller mr. Nishant whose address, contact information is not provided by flipkart on invoices.

      However to my surprise, flipkart sent me email on[protected] in reference to my order number od[protected] that “in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following item in your order” that is in order to provide equal opportunity to own low cost ipad to other consumer flipkart cancelled one of my order hence i would get the delivery of one ipad with its order number od[protected].

      More shockingly, flipkart sent me another email on 01/06/2016 that flipkart have cancelled my order number od[protected] due to “inadvertent price error in the listing of product”.

      That it is a fact on record that i bought the product and flipkart confirmed to sell the same product to me. Flipkart also promised me to deliver disputed product.In respect to my two orders, flipkart also confirmed they are cancelling one order to provide benefits of the same offer to other consumer and flipkart will deliver only product. Despite all the facts on record, flipkart cancelled my order.In fact, flipkart own statement contradicts with each other.

      That i am flipkart consumer as per the consumer protection act, 1986.

      I am severely aggrieved by flipkart unethical trade practice, poor service and misleading and misrepresentation of information. Moreover, i am humiliated in my social circle which has caused me severe mental agony and stress.

      As a consequence of flipkart deficient service, unethical trade practice, misrepresentation, misleading and the repeated incompetency displayed by flipkart employees to resolve my complaint and to further mislead me, i have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration. I would like to emphasize that:
      • flipkart have been grossly negligent in resolving my complaint.
      • i have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of flipkart deficient service. Given the above sequence of events, i request flipkart to deliver me two of a same product that i have ordered i. E. “apple 16 gb ipad mini with retina display” at the earliest.In addition, i request flipkart to;
      Compensate me adequately for the extreme stress and mental agony flipkart have caused to me and the cost incurred by me in trying to resolve the matter.In case flipkart fail to resolve my complaint within 15 days

        I had ordered a kelvinator washing machine from flipkart worth rs 10490 on 13th april 2016. It was sold by their own seller ws retail. It worked fine for 6-7 times then suddenly i started getting some strange noise during water drainage and this problem came within a month (Around 8th-9th may). I raised a complaint with flipkart during the last few days of their 30 days return period and some engineer visited me after that period was over. Also, after visiting he said there is power fluctuation problem and there is no problem with the machine. When i again used it the next time and this time i had bought a stabilizer worth rs.3000 and still got the problem, i raised a complaint again with the service center this time as the 30day period was over with flipkart. When the same person came and checked this time with the stabilizer, he said there is a problem with the gear and it needs to be changed. It'll be done free of cost as the machine is in warranty period otherwise it costs 4500 to change it. Just because the machine is in warranty, i do not have to pay extra charges but it is such a pain chasing the service center people (As i'm in chennai they just speak tamil and making them understand in english/hindi is another pain of getting the work done).
        My machine is still lying without being serviced and it's the pain flipkart has caused chasing everyone and staying alone being a girl. Please stop selling defective goods. I hardly used the machine for 6-7 times in those 3 weeks and i started getting the problem. The service center guys want to check it again and again and it's still not repaired and i have heaps of clothes to be washed. When the service center guy came the second time to check it he said that the defective piece was sent to you and the problem is not because of power fluctuation or anything but the piece itself is defective.
        When i called you guys you simply said the engineer visited you and there was no problem. When the engineer cannot detect the problem in the first time it's not my mistake.

        This was one complaint.

        The last time i ordered 32 gb memory card from flipkart again. The packet was properly sealed but when i opened the packet, there was no memory card inside. Someone had removed the card before packing the item. I had heard of online frauds but experienced it for the first time. Thank god they sent another memory card but again it's negligence from their end causing problem to the customer. Very unhappy with the experiences i've had shopping with flipkart.

          My flipkart gift card money(Rs.1462/-) has ben stolen from my flipkart account without my notice .

          Two days back received a mail saying that wallet money has been transferred to "[protected]@gmail.com". Immediately I have filed a case with flipkart customer care (IN[protected] .

          But there was no proper response from customer support team and later got a mail saying we cannot help with this since it is a security issue .

          Now after continuous mail exchanges I received the mail which I have attached the screenshot of that mail where in i got to know that with the gift card numbers of mine, three orders have been done, out of which only two are mine .
          The third one is not mine but was given with the money stolen from me .
          This is the third order number : OD[protected], where I clearly told the customer guys to check from whose account this was ordered and even asked them to cancel that order so that I can get back my money . But the customer guys are not responding after this mail where I clearly shared the Order Id and asked them to cancel .

          Every time they are asking me to check with the original buyer of the coupons . Attaching the Wallet transaction as well where gift coupons are added and two orders I have made using some of that money and remaining money got transferred to "[protected]@gmail.com" . (also got to know that the mail id I mentioned here is not registered with flipkart it seems ).

          so please some one help me in this regard and I hope the concerned team would take quick action on that order which i have shared so that you can track that junk hacker also and arrange for transfer of money back to my account.

            What a worst experience with Flipkart. So many issue I faced earlier also but I ignored all those but this time I am not going to sit silent. Below is the issue which I faced with Flipkart:

            Bought a TV from Flipkart on 23rd May, it got delivered on 28th May. After some day I found that it has some issue and then reported it to change my TV to Flipkart on 4th June. After reporting issue I got a mail and message that the TV will be delivered on 5th June in between 12-4PM. That day I had some personal work but I postponed that to receive that TV. I was waiting for the TV that day and then I got a call around in the evening that we are scheduling a technician visit to your place who will check the TV and if there will be any issue we will take further action. Then I asked that I got a mail and message that your TV will be delivered today and I am waiting for the same then what happened to that, then she told that no that is System generated mail and message so ignore them. Then I asked that I am waiting for TV by postponing some personal and urgent work and you are asking that those are system generated and ignore those then you should have informed that earlier itself because due to your mistake I changed some of my personal plan. Then she apologized and asked to schedule technician visit. Then I thought its OK and asked her to send the technician and also asked how much time it will take to technician to visit my place then she told max 72 hours. After this, technician visited my place on 7th June and found that there is a problem and asked that you should replace the TV and he gave me a job sheet also with problem details.

            After all this I was waiting a confirmation from Flipkart to replace my TV but I didn't get any. Again I called them on 8th June after completing 72 hours which that lady committed for max time. In that call I asked that you have scheduled technician visit for the issue reported by me then what happened to that then he told that he will be visiting tomorrow i.e. 9th June, then I asked that Flipkart told me that it will take max 72 hours for visit and now it is more than that then why are you asking more time? Then he started apologizing and told please sir wait for one more day. Then I told that yesterday itself technician visited my place and you are telling that tomorrow he will be visiting then don't you have any update on that? After hearing this he became angry then he told already technician visited your place and then you are asking for status, what is this why didn't you tell me that earlier? Then I told him you should be knowing the status but you don't know that then it is your problem not mine. Then I asked him that OK leave it now when are you going to replace my TV then he told that technician has updated his comment that TV is working fine and there is no problem. This was a big shock to me. My question is, "At the starting he told me that till now technician has not visited your place and he will be visiting tomorrow and once I told that he already visited my place then how come so fast he got technician's comment that is also wrong comment because he told me and mentioned in the job sheet that there is a problem?" Then I told him that boss you have wrong information, technician told me that there is a problem and he has mentioned same in the job sheet. Then he asked about the job sheet scan copy, this time I was pissed off and I asked him to connect this call to his senior, first I want to talk to him then only I will send the scan copy. Then he told that, all my seniors are busy so I am scheduling a call back from my senior which will take max 4 hours, then I told fine. After this I waited for call but I never got any call and after 15-18 hours of this (I don't remember time exactly) I called them again. On this call after listening all these incident that guy started apologizing to me and asked to send that scan copy. Till this time my patience had gone and I started arguing then he disconnected the call, this is also a bad action from Flipkart. After 2-3 minute I got call from Flipkart and then he asked for the issue. Then again I explained the same thing to him and asked for the reason then he again apologized and asked for the scan copy then I mentioned without talking to your senior I am not going to send that scan copy. After that till some time I waited for call from their side but I didn't get. After that I put this on Twitter by tagging Flipkart and Sachin Bansal. After that I got a call from their Social Media head and again he asked for the issue and again I explained all those things to him, again he apologized and asked for the scan copy of Job Sheet. This time I sent that to him and after some time they called me and apologized and told that there was a mistake from our side and we are going to replace your TV. Till now I was pissed off with the Flipkart (one more issue was going parallel to this which I will explain below), and asked for some compensation along with my money which they denied and told there is no provision for any compensation. Here my question is, is there any provision to Flipkart to create all the above issue with their customers?

            Now My point is, why all these issue I had with Flipkart? Why always they gave me wrong information? I was getting call from Flipkart at least 3-4 times a day which use to last for minimum 30 min each and each time I use to fight with them, argue with them which was disturbing me mentally and I was having headache and all. Is this what I expected from Flipkart before purchasing the product from them?

            One more point I want to add to this is, today I again got a call from Flipkart representative and he tried to convince me to take my money back without compensation but I didn't agree. After this whatever he told that was surprising for me, he told that sir there is a defect in TV which is defect in product which is Brand issue and Flipkart is there in between brand and customer so why Flipkart is not responsible for that. This was really surprising for me, I never expected this kind of comment from Flipkart. My point is, to whom I paid the money for this TV, Flipkart or that brand and also why should I bother about their internal process, I know Flipkart, I paid to Flipkart then why should I think about brand mistake or anything?

            Above I mentioned about one more issue that I will explain now. I ordered one Washing Machine from Flipkart after ordering TV and I got that same. Later I found that Washing Machine has some problem and I request for replace and same way I got mail for the delivery of the Washing Machine stating that it will be delivered to the next day. After this I was busy with the discussion in the TV issue and thought they will be processing the Washing machine request also. After 5 days of raising that replace request when I didn't get any call or anything from Flipkart I called them and asked about the status then they told that they didn't get any such request then I asked if you didn't get any such request then why it is showing on Flipkart site about my request and how I got the mail for the same then he told ok give us some time to look into this. After that he called next day and told that we are scheduling technician visit to your place which will take 72 hours and after technician comment we can proceed further then I asked why are you taking so much time time why don't you simply replace the product then he told this is our process and we can't avoid the process so my question is, according to Flipkart after raising any complain it should take max 72 hours to resolve that issue but till 5 days after raising request why didn't they do anything and for that where was their process. After long fight for this also they agreed to replace the product but again it took 2 days from their side to confirm the same. Since it took much time and they were not resolving my other issue I asked them to put it on hold for some time and either resolve my previous issue or for both I will ask for money back with compensation.

            After all these what I feel is, now Flipkart has become totally junk, they have started selling junk products to their customer due to that their customers are suffering. Also there is no one to take responsibility for anything. I tagged Sachin Bansal to all my posts to Social Media, I wrote him a mail also but I never get any reply to any of my mail or post.

                Order ID:-OD[protected]... this is my order details. i visit regulary to my nearest ekart couriour centre and i ask him about my order bt he always ignore me and misbehave me.. and at last he was not dilivered my product at my home... he update its reason that he was not found my home because of insuficient address.whose is wrong... i am very penic.. plz take a strict action because of my mental and physical harassment...

                  I buy a product (Lotto Section Men Sandals) from flipkart on 26th may 2016 and expected delivery date is 6th june 2016, but till 6th june i am not received my product and after that i constantly make a complain to them but there is no satisfactory answer from them, after every complain final i got the product on 12th june 2016 and that will be wrong, i order sandal size 7 and they send me size 8 but in the invoice size 7 mention, after that i made many calls to them but proper way answer to me and suggest me please cancel your order and we refund you many, but my point is after this much mental harassment i dont want my money back and they use my money more than 20 days, so i give them two option if you want to cancel my order pay me double amount or provide me my product as per my order.

                    I have purchased Senao Inspirio 32 Inches LED TV by flipkart online.
                    The product supplied on 14th May 2016.
                    As per their service agreement, installation time within 48 hours.
                    I contacted them through phone lot of time & email two times.
                    Every time they giving assurance within 48 hrs for installation and demo.
                    Till date not installed the item. I feel I am cheating by them.

                      I have purchased wardrobe from FlipKart whose order id is od[protected].

                      The person who came for fitting was not well trained and he did very bad fitting, when I asked him for fitting mistakes then he did few more holes and did fitting again, but not able to do proper fitting at all.
                      Door locks are also not working properly and when I asked him, then he put one more plate behind locks and try hard to do proper locking, but he was unable to make proper fitting. Doors can not be closed properly as magnet is not given for doors.

                      Also this wardrobe has very bad quality of wooden and even it would surely broken if someone push it or open it with little effort.

                      I don't like this bogus product, so I applied for return on 14th january.

                      I got many calls from FlipKart and hometown, but they are not giving proper answers.
                      Each and every time FlipKart is giving me new and new deadlines on every calls and emails.

                      I am waiting since last 159 days for any positive response, but each time they left me with a same copy-pasted & pre-defined email that they will resolve my problem within certain date and on that date they are giving me new deadline date.

                      I didn't expect such bogus service from well-known company like FlipKart.
                      Please give me suggestion that what should I do to get proper answer from FlipKart.

                      I think you had mentioned your comment on wrong ticket.
                      Nothing had been addressed with me since last 182 days.
                      Please mention what was done to resolve this ticket.

                      As per last request from FlipKart, I sent photographs having few issues.
                      Still there are many other issues, for which photography is not possible like,
                      > Quality is very bad.
                      > Door lock is not working properly in left side.
                      > Door lock support is not working properly in right side.
                      > Magnet or any other support is not given through which we can close the door without lock.
                      > Many other small fitting related issues.
                      > ...

                      Do not send such bogus responses like issue was addressed even though you had not taken any steps to resolve the issue since last 182 days.

                      Today HomeTown fitter had solved some of the alignment related issues, however they are unable to solve all alignment related issues and still I am not satisfied with bad fitting and bogus quality of this wardrobe.

                      If you want to close my ticket, then you can.
                      I will not close my complaints until my return request will be resolved.

                        I ordered 2 Kajal and they charged for 2 pieces but when received, I found only one Kajal. When I tried to return the product, they are showing that it is non returnable. Then I mailed them through their app. They called and I explained the problem. They said they will send one more Kajal and they will call in 24 hours. But 30 hours have gone and they didn't call. I again sent the mail but this time no call received. And now they are not replying to my mail sent through flip kart app

                          Have ordered usha fan heater in flipkart and paid online payment for the same.

                          After waiting for one week, no info received, also no status changes seen in order page. But it was mentioned it will be delivered by 20 jun.

                          Now it has got cancelled. Really very much disappointed on this. Though i got refund, my money was blocked for one week.

                          Like this how many customers money is blocked. I hope flipkart is earning in this way lot.

                            I had made a purchase of iphone 6s from flipkart on 13/06/2016, i got the delivery on 15/06/2016 and when i had opened the product i found that the product was received in defective.

                            I immediately raised the complaint to the flipkart and raised the request for return and refund. I have been contacting the flipkart call center and was said that will get a call back, but never received the call back and when i ask for the refund they say that the request is been rejected as the seller has not approved the request.

                            Further, on the product page it is clearly mentioned that there is a policy of 10 days replacement policy. Now when i am asking for the refund that also they are not accepting, neither they are replacing my device.

                            Also, when ask them for the reason they say that the reason is not valid. Therefore, i would like to know that spending 60k and getting the faulty device is not a valid reason???

                            Pls help me in getting my money back as this is really a worst answer i have received as i trusted flipkart to be a good website but no flipkart and its customer service executive sucks.. All people over there are.. And sitting there to have hard earned money of the people.

                            Flipkart.com sucks...

                                Gift card account hacked and money stolen

                                My gift card with flipkart (Inr 3, 500/-; id no. [protected]) has been fraudulently transferred to a email address: [protected]@gmail.com. I came to know about the transfer through a mail from flipkart and have not authorised any such transfer.

                                  Ordered for samsung galaxy s5, i was out of station, i came back on 28th may and opened the package and found phone came with no accessories though it was properly seal packed. Also taken unboxing video because these days if you purchase any product from e-commerce websites its mandatory take video while opening the shipment package, as their sellers did too many scams already.
                                  Then,
                                  Within 30 days of replacement policy i filed my concern on 28th may.
                                  Customer care guys are just wasting time every day, but senior already promised me for the return of my order.
                                  Check the note of senior team, and my pickup already been arranged by flipkart.
                                  Check my previous screenshot, and the same status same concern you are sharing me over 4 days.

                                  Your call was scheduled every time and wasted my valuable time. Contacted over 15-20 times.
                                  So now do the needful asap.
                                  As per my complaint senior check all details, she also placed the note my device is not starting up apart from missing accesories.
                                  So right now you have to the needful within 24 hours

                                  Customer care is passing time by asking inorder to look into the complaint. But they are doing nothing. Been a loyal customer since 2010. But i'll never order any product from flipkart anymore.
                                  Take an action by end of day else i'm prepared to file a lawsuit against flipkart.

                                      I have ordered vu 40 inch led tv worth 22000inr and i have received the same on 6th june. As soon as i have opened it i found it to be a damaged one. I have asked for a refundand the date was given as 15 june but no action has been taken now. Since it has involved so much if money im suffering a lot.
