Cannot explain the frustration when i write this.

Item: pepperika casual kimono sleeve printed women's multicolor top
Made online payment of rs. 269, while placing the order on (I do not remember the date)
Received this top on 25th may 2016, saturday
Ordered a xxl, wanted to exchange it.
So using the mobile-app, selected the option of exchange (L size), soon received a message that your parcel will be picked up, and on sunday evening (26th may 2016) the ekart person came and took the parcel with him after taking my digital signature.
After a few days on 2nd june, thursday, another delivery person came with the l-size top but did not deliver it to me as i did not have the previous top (Xxl size). I tried to explain it to him that the top has already been taken away on 26th may but he refused and said talk to customer care and he left without delivering me the parcel.
I called the customer care on the same evening (2nd june) (Connected to mumbai) mr. Yasin and explained him the issue. He noted the complain and said you will receive a call at 3:30 pm the next day and mail (Attached) (I was also informed on call that i should have taken the receipt from the man who came to pick your parcel)
Next day (3rd june, friday) did not receive a call.
So called the customer care again on 4th june (Saturday), at 11:45 am, connected to ms. Shruti (Mumbai center). I had to explain the whole issue to her again from the beginning. She said we cannot do anything you have not taken receipt, then we don’t know who took your top. Not ready to help at all, said “you have the top according to our data”.
Same day another delivery person came with the top (L size) and called me to take the parcel and return the old one, but i was in office so explained the issue to him on phone. The delivery person cancelled my order and i received a message that you are happy with the old top.
I gave up on flipkart!!
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is Sudha from bangalore.Recently one month before i purchased LONOVO vibe X2. It sucks . Display went off suddenly. I wanted to replace that phone ...I guess it is defect piece. Why do sell such defective products...I have lost hope on flipkart...Please advise me what can be done.
