Cannot explain the frustration when i write this.

Item: pepperika casual kimono sleeve printed women's multicolor top
Made online payment of rs. 269, while placing the order on (I do not remember the date)
Received this top on 25th may 2016, saturday
Ordered a xxl, wanted to exchange it.
So using the mobile-app, selected the option of exchange (L size), soon received a message that your parcel will be picked up, and on sunday evening (26th may 2016) the ekart person came and took the parcel with him after taking my digital signature.
After a few days on 2nd june, thursday, another delivery person came with the l-size top but did not deliver it to me as i did not have the previous top (Xxl size). I tried to explain it to him that the top has already been taken away on 26th may but he refused and said talk to customer care and he left without delivering me the parcel.
I called the customer care on the same evening (2nd june) (Connected to mumbai) mr. Yasin and explained him the issue. He noted the complain and said you will receive a call at 3:30 pm the next day and mail (Attached) (I was also informed on call that i should have taken the receipt from the man who came to pick your parcel)
Next day (3rd june, friday) did not receive a call.
So called the customer care again on 4th june (Saturday), at 11:45 am, connected to ms. Shruti (Mumbai center). I had to explain the whole issue to her again from the beginning. She said we cannot do anything you have not taken receipt, then we don’t know who took your top. Not ready to help at all, said “you have the top according to our data”.
Same day another delivery person came with the top (L size) and called me to take the parcel and return the old one, but i was in office so explained the issue to him on phone. The delivery person cancelled my order and i received a message that you are happy with the old top.
I gave up on flipkart!!

    Above given are the details of the memory card been shopped online on saturday 11th of june 2016 and the delivery is to be done by wednesady 15th june 2016 but still the product is not been delivered yet and when i go on their site to track my order its say that delayed in delivery.
    This is the first time i had ordered something online and that too from trusted brand a big brand like flipkart but its of no use and had a bad experience and one more thing had ordered a mobile also with the following details

      i ordered a mobile whose model no is (xiaomi redmi note 3, 32 gb) when i order it shows expected delievery on 14th june 2016, i wait for it atleast 14 days when i order it the pack was in the stock but on 14th june the order was not yet delievered.
      And it says the item is out of stock but when i order it was in stock then how can company say that the pack was out of stock because i order pack when it is in stock
      because of delayed delievery i was met by a big loss which has to compensate by you otherwise i will sue for your company

          I have purchase multimedia samsung tizen z3 from flipkart.
          But phone does not working good on internet calling. Even phone have wahtaspp enabled but we are not able to do whatsapp calling.
          Inernet calling is very poor. I want to refund the phone.

          I have complaint same thing to flipkart on help line and samsung helpline.

          Samsung has accepted their fault and ready to take back the phone but flikart creating so much mess.
          Flipkart behavior is very humiliating. They are trying mentally torture

            I purchased next bit Robin, fully trusting your easy return policy
            Since yesterday I have been trying to resolve this issue, I got a call which got disconnected, and then I got a message that we will call you on 16 at 4 pm
            I tried calling customer care, three times I was told there are issues with the system and you call back, now I am literally frustated, similar thing can happen yesterday and continue to frustrate me
            Phone has multiple issues
            1) heats quite significantly
            Your app may not be able to detect but it heats immensely
            2) multiple crashes on phone like 'NEXTBIT LAUNCHER HAS STOPPED'
            SMART STORAGE HAS STOPPED'
            3) autorotation function dies not work properly
            Your smart check dies not have a sensor for that
            4) sometimes the mobile loose sim card connection spontaneously so I don't get any calls, this could be deadly for me as I am a doctor
            5) multiple other issues like speaker at full volume starts to give trouble

            6)Now since morning it is dead and not starting
            Please help me get out of this mess
            I am a doctor I cannot be without a phone till 20 date that your customer care executive had promised

              Please transfer the refund amount after getting confirmation from the user.

              What happened:-
              To solve this issue mentioned in the link.
              Later i got a call from a person telling "he is an executive from flipkart" and got my filpkart details and asked me otp.

              He logged in into my flipkart account and changed the account number to which refund has to happen and other some profile data.
              Password also got changed.

              Later when i tried logging in to the flipkart the password was changed without my knowledge. When i got otp and reset my password i verified the data(Profile info, account number and other stuff)

              When i checked this number in true called app. I got this number as "chor" a hindi word for thief.

              Dear team,
              I am bearing with the order no. Od[protected], i had order for dell inspiron laptop but i have received a used laptop, where i can see system usage from oct-2014 to till date, serial no. Is mismatching with invoice and system is also dead slow. Please rectify the same at the earliest.
              I have been trying with the customer care for the resolution since 10 days, i am not getting any resolution till today, if it continues i am ready to lodge complaint in the consumer court and i will not be responsible for further consequences from the legal department.

                I have ordered a Jovees Gold Ultra Radiance Face Wash, Order ID : [protected], Invoice No: F00DTMH17-11187 from Flipcart on 10 Jun 16. When i received the item it is showing different amount on product and bill. In product the amount is -165.00 Rs. And on bill amount is 213.33. I have been overcharged by the company which is not good. I feel like i have i have been looted, amount doesnt matter but what matter is trust. I m not gonna use this site ever nd will suggest my freinds too for not purchasing items from Flipcart. Pls do the needful ASAP

                  I have to write here about the fraud Flipkart is committing with its customers. Their irresponsible behaviour and rude responses of customer care executives is something which I am pissed off. Well now its not surprising after I heard from many people about Flipkart degrading in its quality and service. I ordered dell inspiron laptop and I am totally not convinced with its quality, the touch pad is not working properly and it is very big in size which is uncomfortable to handle. I am unwell and its difficult for me to handle big products. Its not as mentioned in the description. Inspite of my complaints they have no compassion whatsoever. All i have heard about in their extensive advertising is their easy exchange and return policy. But in reality they are just fooling and duping. You guys are making me lose my trust on online shopping. I want Flipkart to resolve my issue at the earliest and return my hard earned money. Otherwise I will go to consumer court

                    I ordered for Yu Yunicorn Mobile on 07.06.15. When I received, I found it not worth the price. It has several issues. Worthless and very poor Camera quality, problem in getting 4G connectivity as well as general net connectivity are the major very clear issues. What the company has advertised, it does not contain those features. Because of this, i wanted to return the item and booked a return on 11.06.2016 with No.[protected]. For past four days nobody from Flipkart bothered to initiate any return process except sending text messages that we could not connect to you and will try getting in touch with you and some specified period was mentioned in every such text messages. Even then nobody cared to initiate any process. I had rebook the Return Order. At the time of booking they do not say that there are cumbersome, bothering and time consuming unnecessary processes that are involved while returning the item. They advertise as if it is the easiest way out to return the Order. They tell a lie in advertisements to fool people. When I made the next complaint, they told that you will have install one App..and complete the return procedure. And that App has to be installed in the same handset which has to be returned. I even complied with that process. After the process was completed, they said we can not find any problem with the handset which you have mentioned. And a physical visit of a technical person from the Seller will be arranged to have a look at your problem. and IF THE PERSON VISITED IS SATISFIED AND APPROVES, THEN ONLY PRODUCT WILL BE RETURNED. Isn't it ridiculous and sad that these online portals resort to such cheap and dirty tricks which are full of lies when they advertise for the promotion of their products. When you counter them and question them, they say it is available in the Terms and Conditions..These terms and conditions go into thousand of points and who has the time to go through all of these? To save time only, one goes for online shopping. And Flipkart cheats people in this way.

                    Please be ware of this trick and such policy of Flipkart which they never highlight and is kept hidden.

                    THINK THOUSAND TIMES BEFORE U BUY FROM FLIPKART because if you r not satisfied with the product, they will harass you and make you run behind them for Return of the Product..and even then whether they will finally return or not, God knows, ..because IT WILL BE RETURNED ONLY AFTER THE PERSON WHO VISITS AGREES TO IT...i.e. dependent upon whims and fancies of others. If i am not satisfied witha product, i have to take approval from some one else for my likes and dislikes...Complete B******* and RIDICULOUS

                      Sir, I bought... 'letv.leeco.1s... mobile phone on 5/6/2016 from Flipkart. Since the device is getting heated excessively, I complained to Flipkart. First blindly they rejected. After persuading I was asked to download an app- Smartcheck to diagnose the overheating problem. Further I was told to activate this app Technical Section would contact me and provide a PIN on 15/6/16at 3:37 pm. But no one called me.. This is a big lie as always at the appointed schedule I made myself available and waiting for the call

                        I have ordered the product of lunch box of topware from flipkart with the order id-od[protected] and when i have received the product that was damaged and it also not genuine product, so i have raise a request for refund twice in between the period of as per flipkart policy but both has failed then the policy period of refund has past. Then i have call to the customer care department thrice, and they have assured me that my problem well be definitely resolved and my refund request would be process and they will call back to me within 24hr but i didn't received a single call form flipkart.
                        So each and every assurance of flipkart has failed after time to time.

                          I want to share my awful experience with you people. I ordered a laptop online od[protected]. I received a defective product. The laptop screen has red dot and after using it for 30 mins it turned into red lines. Within 1 hour of delivery i contacted flipkart regarding the issue also sent them unboxing video

                          Where it is clearly visible that the seal was broken on arrival. Flipkart seller rejected my refund. According to flipkart the products that they sell is brand new. A broken seal isn't a brand new product hence its against their policy. They are still not providing refund or replacement. Why do i have to wait so much after providing so much evidence? Why is flipkart harassing me for my money? I didn't pay for a defective used product. Help me get back a replacement or a refund asap.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I had ordered Battery Model BL243 of Lenovo A7000.The battery capacity is claimed to be 2900MAH but the battery last only till 4 Hours after fully charged.
                            Please do not sell duplicate products by giving 50% off on the MRP.
                            The Battery is not working as per it has been claimed.I am returning your product and won't ever buy any electronics accesories from flipkart.

                                I got mobile lenovo vibe k5 plus mobile in flipkart.But i was worked just a month.Started making problem.Maximum time it shows no service.Finally its totally shows no signal.I contacted customer service they got my mobile and said it is board problem.They asked to wait till spare comes.I am waiting for 3 weeks but no response.If i am calling service center they won't attend call.This is all because of defective or worst quality products are sold through flipkart for their profit.They main intense is profit making.So don't buy products in flipkart.I got many costly product like laptop, 50 inch led tv, printer in amazon few years back it still working properly.I contacted flipkart to buy back the mobile and get be any other good mobile.I am ready to any difference cost of product.But they not possible for that to buy back.I want replacement of any better mobile or my money back.

                                  My phone is only 20 days old and the network is not detected in the phone, so i am unable to make calls. Though my phone has 1 yr warranty but i donot want any service from lenovo service center. I want my money back. While the order has been places i. E. 25th may 2016 that time flipkart has been covered 30 days replacement/refund. Now it is showing 10 days. The 10 days coverage starts from 5th june, 2016 then why my mobile is covered by the new replacement policy?? If that time my mobile was not covered for 30 days replacement then i will not buy it. I have purchased this only because of the 30 days replacement commitment which flipkart has been given. I have purchased ac, tv, mobile and many gadgets from flipkart earlier, but this time it was just hopeless, a defective phone was given buy the team.

                                    I am an old customer who purchased several items including some valuable stuff like microwave, mobiles from flipkart since 2012.

                                    But now a days i am going through a bitter experience with this popular shopping site.

                                    In a short "flipkart has started cheating with their customer"

                                    I have purchased redmi note 3 (Order id od[protected] for my uncle.
                                    Before purchasing this item, my uncle has gone through the descriptions provided in flipkart mobile app where it was not clearly mentioned that it mobile with hybrid sim means at a same time 2 sim and one sd card could not be used.
                                    As he were unaware about this thing due to incomplete information in flipkart app he asked me to purchase this but after getting the mobile my uncle unable to use his both the sim and sd card in this mobile.

                                    Hence i have requested for a return. After repetitive follow-up one person from fipkart call today to my uncle though he has unable to convince my uncle, who desperately wanted to return the mobile. But filpkart rejected the request with following comments
                                    *"we're sorry. We are unable to process your refund request. Reason: the
                                    Issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will be no
                                    Replacement or refund."*.

                                    Again i have requested for a return and someone from flipkart called me and told me they cannot accept it. When i am going to explain the problem related to flipkart mobile app he did not put any interest to listen my problem also he has denied me to send any mail that there have an issue in their app. And again rejected my request

                                    “please be informed that the seller "ws retail" would replace the product
                                    Only if there is a manufacturing defect in the product as per the
                                    Replacement policy”
                                    Though in their replacement policy it is written
                                    “flipkart advantage has nothing to do with the replacement policy. As per flipkart's replacement guarantee, you are eligible for product replacement if the product received is damaged or defective or not as described.”
                                    But my question why should i suffer due to your system fault???
                                    This is the worst service i ever had from flipkart. And will never ever buy a product from flipkart now and would not advise anyone to buy from flipkart... Highly disappointed with your customer service.

                                      We have purchased a micromax canvas 4g mobile last weak through authorised flipkart site. After using it speaker was not working and defaulted and nobody is helping me. Call toll-free no 7 to 8 times but no response. They are not supporting me. Very bad experience with flipkart. Worst experience. 7 days has been gone but still no response from flipkart
