I place order on 03/05/16 voltas 1 ton 3 star ac, promising delivery date 15/05/16. on 15'th they did't deliver the product requested 1 day time for to deliver product, on 16'th also fail to deliver again postpone to 19 after that postpone to 20'th again postpone to 21 after that no information regarding delivery on 23'rd i make a call to customer care they told to me please cancel the order we have problem with logistic people

on 23'rd with private vehicle i shipped my product to my home, vehicle people charge Rs.1500

product deliver pin-code is 523105 logistic people warehouse pin-code is 523001.

from warehouse to my home nearly 45 Km distance.

i want transportation fee

    I'm extremely disappointed with such a kind of service. I have been regular customer for flipkart. Even though why they did this with me is unexpected. I had order LeEco phone 12th of May. Two days later I got my order. I started using phone but couldn't figure it with the qualities and specifications. Those weren't same as mentioned when I got to order that phone. Camera qualities are fake. Phone is slow. Not giving better experience even with kids level games like candycrush, subway surfer etc. I requested for return the very next I got a call from a specialist he suggested me to update OS(Operating System) I did all the steps provided him but didn't find any differences. I again request for at least replace. They said to Download an app named as Smart app. I installed it. Then it became a process for them getting in touch, taking follow up and suggesting me that a specialist will reach with 24hrs and you're issue would be resolved. A guy called me named Imran. He took an alternate number to call and help with issue I was facing. Yes he called but after few chats he kept the on hold and never contacted but when returned to him. I listened"Route is busy call us later". Please help me. I hope I have covered everything with the issue. Waiting for the right suggestion and assistance.

      Sorry to inform you but your replacement policy and customer service is 3rd class. My biggest mistake i shop with you. Its not first time but i have faced issues even before.
      Amazon is far best i dont know what to do i placed a request for replacement but i was told to follow stupid steps. I m not an i have been using android mobile from so long when i say there is an issue there is an issue
      Heats a lot and battery drains very fast
      I want a replacement asap and that to hand to hand i want wait for you to pick and then give replacement

      I have ordered Asus Zenfone Selfie(White, With 2 GB RAM, With 16 GB) mobile in flipkart,
      in the time of Offer period on 27/05/2015. its Orginal cost is Rs. 14, 999/-
      But in Offer Rs. 10, 999/- So i like the mobile and Placed the order and Payed Money
      through Credit Card by EMI Type to my Office Address, and Order was conformed and i was
      waiting for delivery. Deliver person who called me on Saturday to Delivery my Product,
      But at the time i was not able to come office, I have called and informed to them that
      i will collect my Ordered porduct on Monday(30/05/2015).

      But Now i cant able to get my product, and i got message form flipkart that my paid
      amount is Revised/Credited to My card. I dont know why, and i dint cancel my product, but
      form deliver side they are saying that i have cancelled my product. REALLy I DINT CANCEL
      MY PRODUCT. So please try to delivery my Ordered product as soon as possible, and even
      though i am i ready to pay the money which you have revised/Credited Rs. 10, 999/-. But i
      need the Same offer.

        I bought dell laptop online from flipkart on 26th april and the product was not as per my expectations and there was problem with th eproduct. When i registered my request for return the product and refud my money then they suggested me to change the operating system then it will work properly. I did that and now also it is not working properly. And the return request that i had registered again they cancelled and and said that they will call and reslove my issue and no one has called me.
        I simply want to return my product as they claim in their return policy that if the product is not as per the expectation then also they will take it back and return policy will be applicable and will refund the money. So, i want to return the product and my money back in my account.

          I had ordered a 19 inch led tv of panasonic n found too small n want change in get 22inch of same make n is available on filpcart. I got in touch to filpcart same moment after delivery the exicutive assured to sought it out in 24 hour. But after 48 hours i called filpcart n the exicutive named anjali denied n apologies for the event. According to her due to company policy she cant do anythingh in this case. Though i am a very old customer request u to solve my matter.

              We have purchased lex507 on 20/04/2016 trough flipkart (Invoice no:chn_puzhal_[protected])
              We have problem with the mobile that it is not switching on.
              As we have approached the collection centre at vijayawada and submitted the phone while job sheet number is: (Js[protected]) dated:11/05/2016. And it is sent to hyderabad for rectification.
              Till now there is no resposence at all either from collection point vijayawada and service point (Hyderabad).
              Just now we informed to your toll free number:[protected].
              They have suggested us to put mail to you.
              So please take necessary action and return the mobile as soon as possible.
              This is for your further following to close the issue at the earliest.

                I'm abinkumar i recently purchased an item named le 1s echo smartphone using my

                They cancelled my order without inform me. I purchased the item in may19th at that time my order is shipped to my adress and they sent me message that shows the delivery except in may23.In may22 the order is received at alapy hub which is nearest to my postal adress cherthala (688524)... And when i track my order the flipkart site shows the item is out of delivery... So that i asked the seller at cherthala whether my product reached or not they told me they didnt get my order if it is in alapy hub you can expect the delivery tomorrow but on the next day nothing happend.In may25th my order canceled without inform me.. Why the seller at alapy hub didnt send the product to cherthala (688524)?? If they have any defficulty in finding my adress why they didnt call me?? I called the flipkart customere care about the product cancellation they say only sorry sorry sorry its there fault!!!... Sir i need my product... I dont need to be refunded... Please make them reship my order... Hope you will do the need full

                  I placed an order od protoner 5 in 1 fitness cum gym bench, i got the order in due course, when i had the bench i found that there is some screws are missing and the bench and seat are not in good shape, i requested for return and refund the payment in due course, but i am sorry to say that even after almost 10 days my request for return has not been considered, no one has picked up the item from my place. I request kindly to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                    My laptop has many more bugs and i did't got any resolution. Flip kart solution services are too bad as they are not able to provide the accurate assistance to their customer. I am not satisfied with the laptop that i received, so i want refund. My laptop keyboard is not working well, laptop screen is loose, showing different language. After looking all these issues i just want to return this laptop and wan't to buy another brand.
                    I am not happy with the flip kart services as it do no go as per its return policy. I am completely fed with this company.

                      The packing of box got 5 stars. But please let the product be inside the box. -_-. There was no seal on the box.In my life first time i have seen a quality rs 24k product with a white cello tape seal. Good very good.

                      Are you kidding me? What are you sending me, an empty box costing rs. 24k. I have arranged money, trusted ur services bcoz in past i have buyd products from flipkart. I waited for this product so excitingly. Please don't let me down.

                        This product, sold by dashmesh trading through flipkart, was received by me with the label deliberately scratched out. Why would a seller want to deliberately scratch out the label? So that the buyer should not see the details of the mrp, the date of expiry, etc? This shows an ulterior motive with a view to cheat the customer.
                        It has been over a week since i first reported this matter to flipkart. Despite assurances that "strict action would be taken against the seller" no action has been taken against the seller. He continues to sell his products on flipkart’s website. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that flipkart is in colluding with the seller in cheating the customers. No one has yet got in touch with me to resolve the issue

                        This product, sold by “blush” on flipkart’s website, is priced at rs 595 for an 783ml bottle. The bottle shows 25% bonus. The price of a 621ml bottle is rs 499. 25% of 621ml is 155.25ml. This, added to 621ml, is 776ml (Close to 783ml). Therefore, the vendor should not have charged rs 595, but rs 499. This is downright cheating.
                        Further, all products sold in india, even if imported, are required, by law, to carry an mrp. This product does not carry an mrp which is a contravention of indian law and is liable to legal action and damages.
                        It has been over 10 days since i first reported this matter to flipkart. Despite assurances that "strict action would be taken against the seller" no action has been taken against the seller. He continues to cheat the customers by charging the customers for the 25% free portion of the product. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that flipkart is in colluding with the seller in cheating the customers. No one has yet got in touch with me to resolve the issue

                            I have purchased lenove vibe p1m phone from flipkart 4 days ago. I have found seal pack box with attached extra back cover. After removing extra back cover, i have found scratches on backside of this phone. Same issue i have found with my cousin's mobile with same model. Now flipkart demanding to show me both images of phone together. Bothe phone have different invoice, bill and imei no. Then how can the demanding us for this scenario?
                            It common sense that it is not possible if we are on different location.

                            If any technical issue then i can understand but i have found same type issue with same device then it must be some kind of cheating from ws retailer and flipkart. Query resolution department is not provide fast resolution and it takes long time to replace my phone.

                            I was regular customer of flipkart but know i am never purchase from flipkart.

                            @flipkart : please be needful.

                                Placed an order for a hitachi ac and got it delivered on time, how ever as mentioned on flipkart website the installation was not done in 2 days. Today is 5th day and still no sign of installation. So far only i have made attempts to reach flipkart and they are not contacting me. Every day i call they say only to wait. So highly unprofessional

                                  I purchased phone from Flipkart recently. The phone has heating issues due to which I'm not satisfied with the product.

                                  I placed a request to return my handset so that I can buy a different phone. However, my request got declined.

                                  The tech person on call used smartcheck and just because they could not detect issue at that time doesn't mean they can simply reject the request.

                                  Not happy that Flipkart advertises 30 day replacement/refund guarantee and then when you actually need help they simply reject it. I want to return this phone for refund

                                    Dear Team,

                                    Its about the return of Voltas 1.5 TON 3 Star Split AC which I purchased few days back from Flipkart. Along with AC I purchased V-Guard VG 400 voltage stabilizer as well. Unfortunately after receiving the products I realized that these products are not as per my requirements and will not work very well in my area (considering the local factors of electricity supply etc.).

                                    So I changed my mind and request for return for both the items and planned for buying the other one from Flipkart itself. Both the items were not even opened by me.

                                    After giving the request, stabilizer was picked up on very next day, however AC was refused to be taken back by Flipkart representative. Reason for not honoring the request was given that "Any product will only be taken back if that is damaged or not functioning well" as per the flipkart return policy.

                                    Here I would love to know that whether this policy is not applicable on stabilizers because no questions were asked while returning it.

                                    Such policies has to be uniform. And then what is the advantage of Flipkart Advantage then.

                                    I think its better for me to buy from the near by stores from next time instead of Flipkart. At least they honor such type of request where we need to return the product if its not opened.

                                    What I understand that Stabilizers was from some third Party, however AC was from WS retail that's why flipkart denied to return it.

                                      Recently i ordered leeco le 1s eco from flipkart

                                      I got defect peice, i have been trying to replace or money back last 4 to 5 business days. But still they are not providing clear response

                                      We have two interesting assistance from filpkart
                                      Once is mail the another is call. They are telling will get call from help desk within 19 mins. But i got missed call from the number[protected] and then followed by message like 'we have been trying to get in touch with you as requested but we haven't been able to do so yet. We will call back' — this is absolutely non-sense and cheating to the customer.

                                      Similar call i got from the # [protected] same filpkart talked few words and he cut the call and sending the message like will get back..

                                      * i am really do know what to do with the defect peice *
                                      I spent to get the defect item rs. 10000

                                        I have ordered adcom mini Bluetooth speaker black amouting to Rs 495.
                                        Flipkart delivered silver in colour which is bad in quality and not working properly.
                                        Company assured me to resolve my issue and told me to return the product.

                                        But When i request for return, request rejected saying model and colour not matching with delivered product.

                                        Again intitate request for return but unresolved the issue

                                        What should i do?
