I had purchased a graphics card
Order id- od[protected]
In its specification it was written that its box contains graphics card and its installation cd. I got only the graphics card in the box without its installation cd. Also the seal was broken when i received my product. I request flipkart to replace my order with a new one as soon as possible and never to repeat such frustrating mistake again.

      I ordered a television on flipkart and it was delivered to me on 16 th april.
      After receiving the product i saw the display was totally damaged on arrival.
      I immediately request for a return and order for a new piece.
      Then accepted my request successfully at that stage.
      After that they started to delay the process of replacement and giving me a consecutive dates for processing..
      Meanwhile, 18th and 19th of april, i was quite busy(In my college) i am not available at phone, and that particular time they call me and i did not receive their call.
      And without my confirmation they cancelled my whole return and replacement request.
      After that day they continuously harass me by extending date as they said they escalated my issue to the concerned team to resolve my problem.
      But nothing happens till now. My order is still cancelled shown here.
      Please tell me what can i do? Totally frustrated.

        I have purchased ( lenovo vibe k5 plus) on 23 march, 2016
        Oder i-( od[protected] and after getting problem in device like over heating and low quality camera, etc. I have send return request on 11th april and they aproved my request and they said your product will be pick within 16th april (Return id:[protected] .But after no call recived upto 16th april, i have called them back and they said within 24 hrs. Your product will be picked up.But not picked up ihave call them 6 times between 16april to
        21 april .Eaach time they said your product will be piced up within 24hrs.
        And when i call on 22 april they said that your return request has been canclled
        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Very good initiative by this website, that they have approach flipkart.

        But for Sachin.samastipur you should always use email to contact this customers care. Because u will have something proof of complaints. By phone they are hearing too many people. Keep a note for further.

          I have ordered new ipad from flipkart (Authorised reseller for apple products) i bought in 26 february 2016 but estimated expiration is already expired when i have checked repairs and service coverage online. Service centre said date of purchase was 20 april 2015 somewhere in hongkong. (Attached: invoice and service report). How is this possible? I think i have got the used product.

            I purchase true flipkart online one cooler but it's véry varast cooled it's off automatically i and it's not covered in my bedroom area my bed room size 10*10=100sft it's very warast cooler better in local cooler it's prise 2500 rupees I informed to Flipkart but they no response they raise complaint sypony technician visited your address 21st April they are not visited complaint is closed your so and so complaint order no also completed to check why I take risk it's cost of rupees of 6997 it's branded but it's very warast cooler they please take its and return my money in this type of resolution for flipkart online purchase and they are we give 100% return marketing they are fooling to customers and cheering to customers I say to Flipkart customer care you don't give my money I take another item from your side but they are say only 2types resolution for you money back or any problem in cooler we are same brand new pice replaced but I look this type of service I want get back my money

              I have purchased this mobile on 09 March 2016 and after using 10 days getting issue of over heating. Filled a complaint in this regard on 04 April 2016, got call from your support team and they suggest some solution but it is not working for me. Now its not possible for me to move ahead with this Mobile.

              Request you to kindly replace the mobile or Refund the Amount, as I am not able to use this mobile due to over heating.

                I would like to inform you that recently I had purchased a mobile phone (Uniscope MHL.XC1S) from your company. After working well for a few days, it has started improperly functioning. When the set gets locked after a few seconds, the power in the whole set goes off. After trying to switch on the set (through the on/off button at the right top side), the set gets locked again. I have also found that the problem gets over after rebooting the system. But the problem comes again after a few minutes, in other words the problem still persists.

                I have also found that the one of the sim port should have CDMA sim. But it was not mentioned anywhere while booking the product. I reside in a remote area where I cannot use CDMA sim. In that case, CDMA sim port will be of no use for me.. I would not have purchased the product if I had known that one of the sim port should have CDMA sim. I feel that you should have intimated about the same anywhere in your advertisement.

                Kindly look into the issues at the earliest or else I fear I would have to return the product.

                  I have booked the mobile moto x play 10 april, 2016 1:01 pm, order id: od[protected], i have return the mobile ( when i using the mobile its coining over heat for just 10 min), flipkart customer care was call me i do't english & hind only telugu. When you taking for the job you have must 3 languages 1 english 2 hindi 3 when you are delivered the order in amy state you have must put that state languages, that is company roll some don't other languages how can you solve the custmer problems . I think this not right way

                      Hi,
                      I have ordered moto x play with turbo charge on 7/3/16 & it got delivered on 10/3/16. After few day i.E from 28/3/16 i am facing a genuine issue to speak via handset mode, so while speaking i need to activate loudspeaker mode or via earphone so the receiver/audio port of phone is not working also i am facing the issue of handset rebooting.
                      So i contacted moto customer care & they suggested me to reset the handset, i did all those technical changes which they asked me to do but my problem was not sorted so finally i opted for replacement of my handset as i was under 30 days replacement warranty which flipkart provides.
                      They initially reject my replacement request as i have opted many a times for replacements.
                      Now i would like to clear few things to flipkart as well as you people.
                      1) i have purchased total 5 handsets from flipkart exclusively for personal use & not for resale purpose. It means i have helped flipkart to gain the business. Now few handsets which i had bought from flipkart were replaced as they were facing some issues.
                      Note --- all handsets were booked by my id but replacement of those were not carried by the same id. I.E the users of those handsets replaced themselves.
                      2) now i am facing the issue with my moto x play & i wanted to get it replaced as i was under 30 days replacement policy. When i contacted them on 28/3/16 for replacement they rejected my order stating that already i have replaced few handsets. Please make me understand that there were several purchases from my id & now i wanted to replace my personal handset from my personal id so how can you people rejected my application on my previous purchases.
                      3) because of delay by flipkart management i handset is no more under 30 days replacement policy.
                      4) irrespective of my worst experience with my flipkart, i ordered 1 more handset of moto x play for my college.
                      Now i request you people to look into the matter carefully & get my handset of moto x play replaced as soon as possible.It is very difficult to use the faulty handset till now.

                        away for shimla city. The product is under warranty kindly provide
                        technical service in shimla or replace this product. Your company sold me defected republished mobile. I am facing very big problem with this product. Kindly provide me service otherwise i will proceed to consumer court for returning value of product. So its very irritating for me to face this much problem in my phone. Its make me so annoying. Kindly recover my issue.                                 I purchased Le 1s on 09/03/16. Now I tried to conect with my laptop. The error shows that drivers are not installed in your phone.I contact many times to Le Eco customer care but they are not giving proper reply. On their site there is no link for downloading Le1S drivers. So I am not getting proper reply from any source. I also sent mail to the company but they are not replying me.                                   I received the product before the due date, and Flipkart's delivery service is really praiseworthy. But just on the next day the sole of the shoe got detached on itself, although it was not worn and used. Hence, there is no chance of mishandling.                                     I am a regular customer of flipkart. every time i get my product on time and without any issues. this time i changed my address and got my product returned without any notification by flipkart or their delivery partners. i waited 17 days to get my pruduct after ordering. thus i want flipkart to compensate my this much duration and no notification return of product by getting me the same product without any cost. and it is said that if we buy above the amount of 500 we dont have to pay the delivery charges, but i bought a product above the 500 line then why i have to pay this delivery charge. my oreder no.OD[protected]. i want flipkart or their delivery partner to take full responsibility of not informing the customer and get me the same product without any cost as to compensate my time and energy.
