Ordered 22 Grocery Home needed items For my home which amount of 4992. They given a percel and taken full amount while i unboxing i found there only 5 items included and 17 items Missing. But fraud seller made invoice of full amount and taken wrong way full amount.
I contacted flipkart and raised missing items refund request but flipkart Without any call directly rejecting my refund request please take legal action on it. i belongs to a nuclear family and now facing loss by choosing Flipkart for groceries purshace.

Please refunded my 17 missing items balance i am raising Return but flipkart rejected again and again. Really harassing and trouble.

    Hello support on consumer forum.
    I ordered from flipkart Grocery home needed items 30 items ordered amount of 5553 I paid yesterday full amount without any confusion. Delivery boy given a intact seald percel while i opend after coming home there are only 6 item dispatch out of 30 items ordered. There 24 items Missing however paid full amount.
    After that I raised refund request by maintaining issue clearly but flipkart rejecting my refund request again and again without any communication really struggle and upset.

    Please take imediet action against flipkart to get this right and refunded my money.

    Missing items list .
    1)Emami mustard oil bottle-5pic.
    2)Emami Mustard oil pouch-5pic.
    3)Bornvita 500 jar-4pic.
    4)Nestle ceralec -7pic.
    5)Horlicks Classic malt jar-3pic.

    24 missing items please refunded my money as soon as possible.

      I complaint several times on customer care for my nokia 42 inc tv . Nxt day techician visit and say motherboard issue he say when parts are come then he install in tv after 4days he will come with parts to repair tv but he can't repair he say this tv have panel issue he say nxt day we pick up your tv to repair at Service enter but nobody comes nxt day even 6 days gone . After calling on customer care numbers he say we Escalate your concern nxt 2 days your tv is picked up but 3 days gone no action taken against pick up . My tv is 1 year old And I take complete tv protection from flipkart jeeves but No Service from flipkart Why I feel is type of scam . I strictly saying this line that I have well known because I pay in advance for your service, I take legal action against your service with your company, I try this for first time, further I will move to case to consumer court.         Hey, I Just Ordered Led Tv Few Days Back, While Placing Order they have shown delivery date 27 oct 2022 and Just After Placing Order Date is Changed. I Have Ordered Just because of Delivery Date, Otherwise i Can Also Order it through Amazon they were also showing 27. But Now when i called them for resolving issue, they said.."Hmare yaha nhi dikha rha h". Why? Show kru krega bhai ...pehle date dikha ke order krva lo paise le lo ...ab kahan se show hoga 😤😤

          I was ordered mobiles in 5 quantity on date 23rd june 2022. In which i received only 2 products and 3 are missing. I have been complaining continuously since 23rd June. But it was told on behalf of Flipkart that the problem would be resolved within 48 hours.
          There used to be a call from Flipkart, it was said that there will be no return request, money will be sent directly to you.
          About 110 times I complained. Still I did not get my money back.
          Then a call used to come from Flipkart and I was asked for a bank account, I gave it. It was said that money will come in your bank account in 3-5 working days. But it hasn't come yet.

          There used to be a call from Flipkart's customer care and it was told to wait for 24-48 hours. Many times I was asked for bank account. And it was said that money will be given to you in 5-7 working days. But I didn't get my money and no response is coming after complaining

          Although many people may not have read this article because this a paid article, but this article is all about how e-commerce companies specially Flipkart is blocking customers’ accounts without any valid reason and forcibly stealing their money. I have shared some screenshots of the article as well as of my issue to prove the same.
          For this article Flipkart was not available for comments which is quite obvious because this is what they are good at steal and run away
          There are some preventive steps which I guess you all must follow if you are buying online.
          1. The moment you order something, take the screenshots and download invoices of the product, because there is high chance you may get different/ damaged/ counterfeit/ or missing product and when you try to raise the issue your account will be blocked
          2. Avoid prepaid orders, do Cash on delivery, you will only pay Rs 5 more per order but you will save thousands.
          3. Open your package in front of delivery boy and if any item is missing/ damaged or is different do not accept the package and do not pay.
          4. Don’t keep money in your Flipkart wallet, in fact don’t use Flipkart wallet and pay later services. Because your account will be blocked and money will be seized and they won’t even let you clear your pay later dues which will adversely affect your CIBIL Scores
          5. In case of any issue you can file a complaint at www.consumerhelpline.gov.in (Absolutely free)
          6. If they give unsatisfactory answer you can file case at www.edaakhil.nic.in

          In this article, Former executive of Flipkart have mentioned some reasons (screenshot attached) for which an account could be blocked. But I have not done anything as mentioned, in fact all my purchases were prepaid then why my account was blocked. In fact their return mechanism is so strong that you can’t return a product if it does not pass their checks or if the reason mentioned is different. Then on what basis they are blocking

          I have made a return which was successfully picked up and Flipkart processed a Gift card in my account wallet which was already blocked. And when I complained at consumerhelpline they said your return was cancelled. SAFED JHOOTH. What is the purpose of refunding money in a blocked account? I paid through credit card why you refunded in wallet. And why you are lying that my return is cancelled which is actually successfully picked up

          The money in blocked wallets will automatically be theirs and they also have that returned product which is a cherry on the cake

          Reason is Flipkart is making huge losses on year on year basis but the top management is taking crores at home and now this is the only way to cover their losses. Loot customers money.

          Some points which require deep thought
          1. What is unusual high return? Should it not be quantifiably defined? You pick any law every single term is properly defined. Why so much subjectivity and vagueness
          2. Don’t you think damaged/ different and missing items should not at all be considered in unusual high return? Because it fails the idea of consensus ad-idem at the very first place.
          3. If a customer is returning a product for any other reason, he should be charged just for delivery cost instead of completely get blocked. Isn’t that more logical and ethical?

          So I request you all to share this info because “sharing is caring” and “life is too short to learn from your own mistakes. So learn from others experiences.”

            actually i purchased a peter england trousers from flipkart whose price was 999/-, but due to some fit issues i returned the product and opted to get refund for that.

            The flipkart claims that they have initiated the refund to my debit card and it is supposed to be credited to my bank account by 24 october but still yet i didn't receive any refund.
            On asking for reference number they are telling it is not available.
            So what tho do ?? please help me out.
            I've attached the updated bank statement where you can see there is no such refund from flipkart.

                I ordered the product on 19th oct 2022 and it was to be delivered on 20th oct 2022. But it is not delivered till date and the company is asking to wait again and again whenever i tried to reach them. Now they are saying that if you want you can cancel and place a new order. The product i purchased costs 39, 419.00 on that day. But now the price has increased to 50, 000. And that’s why i think they are not delivering the product and making excuses again and again.

                  I purchased a Beats Studio earbud from flipkart on Sept 25th 2022 with order ID #OD[protected], seller is BUZZINDIA. Item was in good condition but the issue started when I tried to register the product. Apple registration shows the item (FL6G88KQ0RP4) is out of warranty for which I have raised a case with Apple support #[protected] wherein Apple support team clearly mentioned the product is out of coverage and required an invoice with S/N mentioned in order to reclaim the warranty. 7 days replacement and 1 year brand warranty is what the seller promised on the flipkart website. Hence, i contacted flipkart on Sept 27th asking for the same (Incident: IN[protected]).

                  Unfortunately, things became hectic thereafter. I have raised multiple requests with flipkart just to issue a fresh invoice with S/N mentioned, with no luck. All of them were rejected stating the seller would not provide a new invoice. Issue would have been solved if I were able to get an invoice with a S/N number. Weeks passed without any resolution, just calls and emails back and forth.

                  However, Flipkart notified me that the seller has finally agreed to replace the item. Hence, we initiated return procedures against the return request raised on Oct 17 (Return ID[protected]). The replacement has been delivered on Oct 21st and the original has been picked up. To my surprise, the replacement came in a paper cover unlike last time (carton box) and the product box itself was in bad shape (Hindsight, I doubt they knew nothing was inside). I informed the same to the delivery agent but he was helpless, he asked me to contact customer care. I thought a bad looking cover is fine, quality of the item matters. Sadly, the item (case + buds) was missing inside the product box (other items are intact) and it has been found that the box is tampered from bottom keeping the brand seal on top intact. It's having sellotape tapped on all four sides. Pictures attached herewith.

                  After a month of struggle with flipkart and the seller, I managed to get a replacement but that went wrong in many ways. Again, another term of struggle... I have raised multiple tickets and complaints with flipkart since the replacement and none of them yield any results thus far. The latest ticket has been rejected with the statement your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact. It's been more than a month now since I am following up with flipkart/seller for an item which they delivered against what they furnished on their website. It looks like BUZZINDIA is a habitual fraudster. That is evident from the reviews users posted (Flipkart app not letting me review the product for some reasons). The product (Beats earbud) is great, no doubt. That's the only reason BuzzIndia has a good rating, not their service or after sales.

                  The latest ticket (Incident: IN[protected]) which is open with flipkart says a resolution not later than Nov 6th, and I have provided further images of the box i have received. There is no longer an option for replacement but refund. I wish to get a replacement as the original product is good. Also, the seller has spiked up the price as well. However, I am good with anything at this time as I am exhausted following up with them and feeling hopeless with their attitude. Here are the tickets I have raised so far.

                  Flipkart resolved it by providing me a refund. I am not sure what action has been taken against the seller. However, i am glad as a customer, at least flipkart could able to refund my money.

                      I had filed 3 complains in flipkart customer support on[protected] afternoon but instead of looking into my complains, flipkart team had blocked my account in the evening on the same day ie.,[protected]
                      Hence immediately around 9 pm i contacted customer care to know, why is it so. They could not tell me the reason for it but they registered my concern and said that on or before[protected] the concerned team will contact me for it. After waiting for the expected time frame, every single day i call customer support and tell them the entire story, they say that they are escalating the matter and within 24 hours the concerned team will call and mail me along with the resolution. Like this they are just postponing the matter from[protected] to 14 to 15 to 17 to[protected].
                      During this time frame, i wanted to return an item whose 7 day return policy is ending today but since my account is blocked, i was unable to put it's return request.

                      My account has now been permanently blocked, according to a mail I received from Flipkart on October 17, 2022. What a terrible thing, flipkart suddenly blocking its consumers' accounts. The complaints I filed prior to Flipkart blocking my account are what currently have my attention.

                      First of all, Flipkart has begun sending incorrect goods, i.e.

                      1. I purchased a lace-up shoe but received a walcro shoe

                      2. I ordered a brown-colored purse but received one in red.

                      3. Ordered a Action company shoe but received it in a flipkart cartoon instead of the real shoe company box.

                      And the worst thing is that nobody at Flipkart is even present to listen after all of this.

                      I want, what?
                      My complaints should be handled properly as I submitted them before Flipkart disabled my account.
                      You are responsible for returning the products of this order with any product we have an issue with, since we placed the current order after carefully reading all of the return terms and conditions of all the products.
                      After that you can proceed with freezing the account.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        I had placed a order for the Aristocrat suitcase on 16th of September, that was delivered to me in damaged condition on 30th September. Flipkart agreed to replace the product & the replacement was delivered to on 12th Oct 22, that was a used product with a bill. Hence a refund was requested from the team.
                        Refund was requested due on 20th Oct 22 after the product was returned, and Flipkart have shared me a reference number for the transaction.
                        However, I have not received the payment in my bank on enquiring with bank official said there is payment received from flipkart with the transaction ID.
                        I have raised multiple times tickets with flipkart, they indicate to support the customer and asked the detailed bank statements as if I stole their money, after the providing all the requested information, now they are suggesting to write to bank grievance cell for the payment. the support team is pathetic in extending support to customer, they are asking to wait till 20 oct which is already passed.
                        Sir kindly look into this issue as I am not getting my payment from them.
                        they are not checking the sellers bank statement instead they asked all our bank details that clear show no payments were made from flipkart or its seller till date.

                          Order ID: OD[protected]. I ordered samsung 970 evo plus ssd from flipkart. It turns out my laptop is not compatible with nvme SSDs so I decided to return the product but when I try to choose the option return due to incompatible product the app shows 'contact samsung service center'. What can they do about incompatible product. So I want to return the product and get refund. Thank you

                            I have purchased a MMTC-PAMP gold coin in deepawali sale on 15 October 2022. the product was supposed to be delivered by 20th October and as per the information on flipkart portal, person is out of delivery since 21st October but still the coin is not delivered to me as on 26th October.

                            when i called the customer support desk, they are asking me to cancel the order and place a new order and they will provide me the discount of INR 2000 while i already got the disccount of Rs 3750 in the sale.

                            They are not resolving the issue and nither providing any proper resolution on it.

                                It is becoming serious concern that Ekart does not update any information . As Last status is Received at Motherhub RAJ on 22 nd Oct, after 72 hours it is still not left the courier facility from Jaipur.                                 This is Mr. Radhakrishna Reddy, My last order (Order Mobile No:- [protected]) and the Estimated delivery date is 29.10.2022 and I got sms for OUT FOR DELIVERY also in 29.10.2022 but as of now the item has not yet Delivered.

                                Today I got SMS that the order has been cancelled, I spoke with Customer Care of Flipkart but they said that the order cancelled by Ekart Logistics Due to Unreachable Delivery, but I am not agreed with their reason due to they have not contacted yet for the delivery, but I tried to contact them they assured they will delivered soon, then how suddenly the order has been cancelled without my information/confirmation.
                                I need my product immediately, I am ready to collect from Ekart centre also, kindly revert.

                                  My flipkart account has been blocked all of a sudden without any information. While calling customer service, they are asking to wait for email, simply getting no help. They cant even say why the account is blocked. I have placed an order and need to know the update. And moreover i am a Plus Customer still these kind of service is not at all acceptable.
                                  Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    On 27th September I have ordered few items amount of Rs. 6624/- availing 8% discount on Flipkart axis Bank credit card for min 5000/- order value. Order ID-- OD[protected]. All items were delivered in schedule time except one, “STANLEY SDH600KP-IN DIY 13 mm Hammer Drill Machine and Power & Hand Tool Kit”. 1st the delivery date was 6th oct, it failed and shipping not done yet. Then it was changed to 13th oct, which also failed even shipping was not done that time. I called customer care, they told item will surely be delivered by 20th oct. But the date passed this time also. Item not shipped till date. Neither Flipkart delivered item nor cancelled it and refund the amount without disqualifiing card offer, if I myself cancel it they will disqualify bank offer. Please arrange to refund amount keeping offer for other items.

                                    Order cancelled on 29th Oct after rigorous and several phone call with customer care but refund not received yet. Worst customer service. Be careful from Flipkart.

                                      I had returned 2 different products and was waiting for the refund..
                                      Flipkart is not amswering my query and not providing ref number too
                                      I have bank details which clearly shows that i havent recieved refund
                                      I have been sending them the bank details too
                                      Each and every time they are fooling us
                                      They are looting customers these days
                                      They dont even provide refund reference number these days
                                      I will also file a petition against them for looting my money and cheating us
