I had recently purchased Blaupunkt TV (40 INCH) through flipkart (Order ID- OD[protected]. The product has been delivered but the issue I'm facing is that I accidentally placed an order for 40 inches instead of 50 inches due to oversight and lag with the website.
I want to return the same because as a customer I'm not satisfied with the size of the TV and get a replacement of the present 40 inches with 50 inches TV. I'm also ready to pay the extra balance amount too. I did raise this very concern with the Flipkart customer care services as I did not find any suitable option to either return or get a replacement as such through the app. A complaint has been initiated (Complaint Number- IN[protected]) through Flipkart.
I was asked to contact Blaupunkt executives to consult on this issue over the contract between Flipkart and Blaupunkt. Upon such instruction, I did contact said, executives to which they replied they are not involved in direct sales Flipkart is solely responsible. when such reply was notified to the Flipkart executives they again denied returning the product quoting policy terms.
(Note: such query was raised before the spefied date for either return or replacement i.e. 15 days. In my case 18th Nov was the last date, its been four days since I've been contacting and silenced every time).
As a customer, I feel like such a practice is forceful upon consumers, and cannot seek any remedy. THE CONSUMER GOODS (RIGHT TO FREE RETURN) BILL, 2015 (Chapter III), provides for such protection but in practice e-commerce companies like Flipkart cleverly escape such liability by tampering with consumers. Flipkart in a very smart way does not provide an option for return nor state clearly mention of no return on the website confusing or putting innocents ina place of dark.
Please take some action against such practice so that such silent deceiving would help consumers like me.

      I Recently ordered a product from flipkart whose order is OD[protected].

      I found that product which I received is defective and not in working condition.

      So when I ask flipkart to return/replace the product they are giving excuse of return policy and not agree to return and asking to go to luvlap company and ask for return .I already called many times to local vendor(luvlap), they saying you(flipkart) will return or replace and flipkart is saying luvlap will replace. So basically they are throwing ball to each other court and harrashing consumer.. I paid rs.2800 for this defective product. These gaint company online company are doing fraud openly in online ecommerce platform.
      Please support to resolve this matter asap as these company is mentally harrashing consumer.

        I received a fake digital watch in fire-boltt case. This is first time im getting a fake product from flipkart after many shopping.
        I requested the return of the fake product and flipkart team closes the issue saying"issue resolved by troubleshooting".
        I have no idea whats that and i keep requesting return multiple times(x4).
        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        A digital watch in place of smart watch!

          I went to the apple service center to get my AirPods checked where I got to know that invoice provided by Flipkart doesn’t have the correct serial no. Mentioned. I had to waste 3 hours of mine because of this. and flipkart is asking for 3 business days just to look into the concern. I think this is not right as customers struggle a lot due to this even after spending this much amount

            This is Pradeep, being a genuine Flipkart customer my account has been blocked for an invalid reason.

            Reason for block:

            Request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

            Dear Flipkart, is this a valid reason for blocking my account?

            If yes? without prior intimation it should not have happened & moreover I returned the product due to the problem I faced with those products

            I love using Flipkart because of your QoS, I don't have account with any of your competitors but this time I fed up with the service

            None of your Customer Service/Account specialist are trying to help me please find the attached conversation emails with the Grievance Officer & Customer Support

            I'm a person who used to order on behalf of illiterate people for a commission. I raise a return based on their complaint

            Since 2021 1 Quarter I've stopped using Flipkart after purchasing a Butterfly mixer.

            So please unblock my account

            I'm earning some money from this. Please don't spoil & destroy my income because it means a lot for me.

            My recent orders/products from Flipkart:

            1) CRUCIAL SSD HARD DRIVE (Received 1 out of 2 the received product also not working)

            2) WE COOL FREE SOLO X3 (Received Oneplus Neckband)

            3) Wings Phantom (Not working)

              Sir I placed a order from Flipkart once I made payment with gpay which is linked to sbi which shows transaction under processing but no payment deducted. After that I made payment through phonepe payment is successful but previous payment also successful both payment deducted but only one order is placed.

                I have created flipkart account 5-6 years back with a mobile number 782870xxxx. Months ago, the number is deactivated from the provider and now got allocated to some random person I guess.

                The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the OTPs are being sent to both the new number and the old number.
                I got the new number OTP and account password, but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as i don't have the number with me anymore. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

I tracked this order also but is showing that it got delivered in Punjab. Now i don't get this thing, without any otp how can my parcel get delivered. I want my refund back of Rs.1299

                      Hi,
                      I've been trying to order many a times from Flipkart in recent times. Everytime I select something to buy it keeps on showing out of stock for my Pin code i.e. 143001 and available for other pin codes .

                      I live in main city of Amritsar whose pin code is 143001 and even on entering the pin code of sub urban Amritsar areas it's showing available. This is quite difficult to understand. It's like i am being blocked by Flipkart from shopping anything from their website or what. I've been a regular Flipkart customer for many years. This unusual activity forcing me to move to other e commerce websites.
                      Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

                        I have been trying to get support regarding the issue we are facing with washing machine supplied by Flipkart for the past 10 days but with no much luck.

                        The machine is not working and is defective. The wash cycles are not proper and water levels are not maintaining. AN engineer from Flipkart visited us last week and said the machine will be taken back.

                        Please let me know when will you take it back and refund the amount.

                            Flipkart is a very bad company. They tried to eat the customer money.
                            I had an prepaid order with order id: OD[protected] on 3rd September 2022.

                            The order was not delivered stating technical error by the company and I was forced to cancel to order to get the refund.

                            When tried to cancel the order for refund the order is not cancelling also. Again company stating due to technical error the order cannot be cancelled.

                            The company saying will refund the money to bank account and reply to out mail sent.

                            Again I am not receiving any email from them. Where should I send my bank detail from them.

                            Flipkart is doing fraud If they do not have stock why they took a prepaid order for the items.

                            Why the online order is not cancelling to get refund back from UPI.

                            I paid through UPI then I should get refund through UPI.

                            Why there is technical error that I am not receiving their emails for bank account details.

                            All this has taken 70 days.

                            At every step they had only one reason they had technical error at every step.

                            This company is fraud and trying to eat the money of the customers and harassing without any reason.

                              I purchased a Noise Buds VS102 with 14 Hours Playtime, 11mm Driver, IPX5, and Unique Flybird Design Bluetooth Headset (Midnight Blue, True Wireless) on 27.9.22.
                              I cannot find the invoice in the flipkart app and since the buds are damaged within warranty period, I will need the invoice.

                                    I am not able to login to my Flipkart account from last 7 days and raised a customer support request which wherein I was expected to receive a communication on what went wrong from Flipkart executive over mail but no one turned up to share any update so far.
                                    Am not sure why my premium account has been blocked also I had lot of coins for redemption.

                                    Flipkart hasn't provided any update so far. Kindly take this up on priority and provide a valid justification for blocking my account.
                                    Every customer has privilege to get what they've ordered and Flipkart instead of improvising your quality gate is penalizing customer for receiving wrong products sent by them.
                                    We've contributed in making your revenue grow and have placed innumerable successful orders which are now overlooked.
                                    I hope someone to take the concern on a serious note.

                                    One of the Flipkart PoC contacted after lodging a complaint and when I enquired about the negligence from Flipkart team on not providing any update despite expected resolution date passed long before.
                                    Flipkart agent immediately disconnected the call despite looking into the facts and figures.

                                    Flipkart - Kindly put an effort in upgrading your quality of services and support. Customer satisfaction level has gone for a toss these days considering your sellers are sending whatever they've in stock instead of the one being ordered.
                                    And we, as a customer, even after providing proper evidences supporting our complaint are completely overlooked and accounts are also getting blocked to subdue our voices.

                                    I would highly appreciate if someone can take up the incident (IN[protected]) on priority.

                                      I am Shikha Gupta, my flipkart account number is [protected] I'm a customer of flipkart since more than 2 years and I purchased huge products almost morning re than 3 lakh rupees and I really like Flipkart. I referred so many friends to use flipkart.
                                      But suddenly I received some products that were not so good. That's why I wanted to return that some items. One of them I successfully returned but the other I was unable to return.
                                      And many times the customer care called me to figure this out but the problem was not solved, but after that suddenly I noticed that my account is blocked. I'm really disappointed to notice that. And I call to customer care they tells me unusual returns in my account and for that they blocked my account. But if some products come with bad quality then is it my fault not to accept that??
                                      I earned more than 7000/- in shopsy account but due to this blockage I'm also unable to withdrawal that money...
                                      Please help me...
                                      I really want to use flipkart and shopsy...
                                      It's my humble request, please unblock my account ([protected]) and allow me to shop from flipkart and shopsy...
                                      I'm promising, I'll not return any product in future even if it has any problems...
                                      Please help me unblocking my account... There was so many super coins also... Please..
